Never been here but the point of a review is for someone to give their honest review of the service they have experienced whether it was dealt with or not if they had a bad experience they have a right to rate one star.Whether you guys explain what really happened again the customer has a right to rate one star.Also shady online service bribing somebody to take down a post for their refund.

Great customer service and top-quality products. The manager is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while I picked out my new dab rig set up. I love my new set up. It works great and the manager there (sorry didnt get the name) did a great job communicating with me throughout the purchase. Truly a top-notch customer service experience. There are a ton of great pieces in the store, and I always recommend this store for people looking for high quality glass. Im sorry all I had was some change in my car. Maybe some electronic option for tipping?

Wonderful and helpful staff with amazing selection of top-quality glass! Whenever we had any questions or wanted to take a look at any of the glass, they were ready to give us more info and let us examine the glass. And they even have a cute cat relaxing in the window to help the chill vibes goin :)

I was looking in the market for a nice first piece bong for my girlfriend and I found it here. I was waiting to get paid and there was only one left so Fiona (one of the workers) updated me everyday with updates on if people were inter in the bing or not to gauge how much time I have to get it. I got the 65 x 38 pink pop rock bong and it’s stellar and my girlfriend is in love with it! Thanks Fiona!

They have a great great selection and fair prices. That being said ordering online is a nightmare, you must pay 20+ dollars for shipping and even after paying it took over 5 business days just to be sent out of Portland. If I’m being charged that much for shipping I expect my package to be here within 7-8 biz days not more like 10. Customer service here is anything but helpful they rarely answer dm / email. The shop is great for locals I bet no doubt but I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them if you want anything in a timely fashion.

I had to spend an entire 8 hours and go through 2 different employees to help me get a downstem. I never once got a downstem into my bong but was ridiculed for making the downstems dirty when the employees helped me size them to my actual bong that was in the store every time. Get better attitudes!!!!

Nev was a very lovely being, took the time to explain and walk us through our new vape pen! Enjoyed their company and will be coming back for everything we need from now on ! Very knowledgeable and kind! Plus very kind and friendly kitty to keep you company while you wait in line.

Good prices and cool staff. Was able to get an RBR and noticed a good amount of heady pieces and quartz nails they keep exclusively for locals. Bit of a haul from Vancouver but would recommend the drive if you’re looking for a nice piece.

I had such an amazing experience here with Jason. He was super helpful and very knowledgeable about every question we had. Will definitely come back for more pieces! Also they have a cat named Binx who is such a little sweetheart and loves getting Pets!

I placed my order with their online store. They have pretty great prices compare to others. My first order Jason sent me an email saying they under charge me on shipping. I paid the extra fee. My second order was excellent. I accidental placed an order for an 18mm piece instead of a 14mm. I sent an email the next day. Later in the afternoon, Jason called me saying it wouldnt fit my blubber. I asked I needed a 14mm piece not an 18mm. However, it was not listed on their website. Jason quickly fixed my order for a 14mm. I could not be happier. I was an online customer, but they treated me like I was there in person. Thank you, Jason.

Used to love shopping here, but hadnt been into the store since they changed locations. The new store is very small and cramped, but at least it was clean and well lit.Sadly, the service was the worst Ive experienced from NVS. The guy working that afternoon seemed extremely agitated and short with us, and at one point refused to check the price of a bong for us. We came in expecting to drop a couple hundred dollars to replace a piece, and explained this to the guy, but he was treating us like we werent worth his time, when it was his job to be working there.Needless to say, no bongs were purchased, went to Torched Illusions instead, where they were actually really friendly and helpful. I DID however purchase a decently priced chillum, and have my name in the stores system, so if anyone who works at NVS wants to figure out who the salesman was you can find my receipt by using my name.

Visit this location where you can pickup your order at the door and at a safe distance during the Covid pandemic!!Let me tell you, this shop has always been my favorite, they offer discounts so many times throughout the year and have a rewards program. Call ahead or show up and ring the bell, make your order and pick it up at the door. It is so easy and convenient I could do it all the time, not just during social distance requirements. Thank you to the employees that are working there and for the efforts made up keep everyone safe.

The best head shop Ive ever been to! I was referred by a friend and was not disappointed. Ian is an outstanding manager/employee, explained everything (the good, the bad, and the ugly!) I needed to know about buying a Dr. Dabber Aurora and told me if there were any issues to stop by and hed solve it. Well, my battery started acting funny and Ian gave me a new one with zero hassle.I also bought a Source Orb 4 and the top magnet decided to break off from the mouthpiece. Same deal: explained the situation and was given another one free of charge.Outstanding service, great in-house warranty and return policy, and the prices are almost always what the actual products online store lists as. They seem to have no issue putting the customer first and demanding the same of the companies whose products they sell. Im in awe and am definitely a customer for life now 🤙.

Stopped at the door upon arriving, stood outside in the rain after ringing a buzzer for 5 min while the guy at the counter decided to allow us to come in. The we were told to limit our time inside to a few minutes. No counter service to speak of. The guy was rude. The glass is expensive, not a big selection, wonder how they stay in business.

UNACCEPTABLE PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICYI honestly feel robbed. Nobody should shop here, but this place seems to have decent products except for the defective ones that they will not take back.I purchased a $60 glass waterpipe for a friend. The device had a defect in that the hole for the stem was not cut perfectly round, so it leaked air as if the carb was always open. For about a week, my friend tried everything short of putty, but could not get a good hit on the device.I brought the used device to the store, demonstrated the flaw, and requested return or exchange. The customer service agent called his boss and my request was denied. They offered me a discount on another potentially defective waterpipe. With great civility and restraint, I rejected this offer and left the device at the store.I contested the charge with my credit card company, as a sales organization should be responsible for defective product. The seller claims that there is no defect in the device. Now I do not have the device or the money.My friend has been smoking through waterpipes for more than 30 years. This is the only product with which that friend has ever had any issue.

Wow. Google reviews dont lie guys. Like hundreds before me have said, this is the best glass shop of all time. Josh and Ian are two of the homies I talked to, super informed, friendly, down to earth bros who I could talk glass with all day. Not to mention the recycler I was looking at was $240 and when the April month long 4/20 sale stuck that baby went down to $192! Copped it immediately, plus Josh threw in buy one get one free quartz bangers (a 4/20 day of deal). Couldnt be more happy with the transaction, shipped it out on a Saturday when I placed the order Friday afternoon. Too awesome, love this shop all the way from the east coast! Buy something and support this shop!

Also refers to Chinese glass and quartz as generic, call it what it is. Torched illusions is right up the road in beaverton and much better

Came in to fix my yellow isf toro and that was no problem at all quite easy actually and a great cost. Ended up leaving with a new tripline toro thanks to NVS and I couldnt be happier. Easy going employees who dont make you feel pressured to get glass. Always a pleasure coming here.
