Portland Smoke and Vape

Today, I bought a pack of Vuse refill pods, but one of the pods was broken and leaked. When I went back to the store just 10 minutes later, the store manager refused to exchange or refund the product, or offer any compensation for the broken item. Basically, I paid for something that was already broken. Its really disappointing.

My husband is a patient at Maine Medical Center, and I am here in a local hotel for a few days. I brought my vape but forgot the juice. Im also very new to this vaping thing in my effort to get away from cigarettes. Anyway I spoke to Jake at Portland Vape who answered all my questions. The product he suggested was just exactly what I wanted. I just really appreciated the personalized service and patience with me. Thanks.

Great service, friendly staff, and a large assortment of goods. Only minor inconvenience (which doesnt lose any stars) is the lack of a digital juice card, such as a phone number to track discounts. It uses a paper card that can be lost or put through the washing machine. Pros and cons both ways, but Id argue the digital format has less cons on the customer side. Still happy though 👍

These guys are great! Ive been to most of the shops in Portland and this has the most knowledgeable, helpful staff, and they really make the experience excellent. I had the pleasure to meet both Dalton (named after Dalton in Road House movie)*sorry Dalton and Mike today. Being in sales myself, I can tell pretty well if the person helps me has a genuine interest in helping the customer, knowing their products, and believe in the products they show you. They were literally excited to finding a new flavor for me to try out. I will never go to another shop again. When they first opened, I also had the pleasure to meet the owner. He was extremely helpful and courteous as well. Great selection and knowledgeable staff. You will not be disappointed if you visit this store. Cheers!

WOW!!! My girlfriend and I walked in and were immediately greeted by the guy working. He was very knowledgeable and knew everything we asked. They have everything you could ask for and the best prices around. We have been there twice since they opened and both times someone different was working and they were both extremely nice. The juice selection was out of this world too. So we will definitely return every weekend.

Best place to go to if you need to know How Things work. The gentlemen in there are kind And very knowledgeable. They will explain anything to you and show you So you can continue to keep Youre equipment clean the knowledge and experience 💯 %

One of my favorite places to go whether Im actually purchasing things or just browsing to see what there is to see the employees are super friendly very nice and educated can answer just about any question you have about any product in their shop just one of the most amazing shopping experiences that you can have.And when it comes to vapes they have just about every single one of them and know everything that there is to know about all of the different disposables refillables all of it its just a wonderful shop to go to!

Prices and smell a lot better than Northern Lights

I moved here 2 years ago and with the exception of their other location, I have not stepped foot in another smoke shop!!! ALL the EMPLOYEES here are so so awesome! It is unimaginable and unbelievable that when of them would talk like that to a customer! These people go above and beyond the norm to make you happy! Best of the Best - stopped in to check this place out, wasnt expecting much, Ive been disappointed by all the shops in the area, everyone seemed not that interested in helping out or the shop is filled with people hanging out...not this place. i was in the store for more than minutes before they were talking juices off the shelf trying to find me a new flavor, they were actually excited in their pursuit. Im new to the game and apparently having been doing it wrong, they asked me a few questions, they looked at my set-up, tried it and agreed - i was doing it wrong. they let me try two of their devices and i was shocked and the flavor and how wrong i was really doing it. They set me up with a new tank and recommended a flavor i was on the fence with but trusted their judgement. They bulls eyed that juice - amazing! This is the store to go to - prices excellent, customer service A+++ So glad this place is on the scene now . cheers

If someone gave this place less than 5 stars they would would have to be delusional or a lot to handle. The people who work here are extremely helpful and eager to assist new customers. As far as e-cigarettes and vaporizers go, they take suggestions and are even willing to stock something they may not have if it would mean your business. Excellent business model and very professional, yet down to Earth people here. Easiest 5-stars I’ve ever given.

I love this place. I need to learn the staffs names, but is always friendly, seems to read my mind when picking out a juice, and remembers the type of atomizers I like. Prices are the best around, they will be getting my business from here on out.

Stopped in to find a usb adapter for my vape pen, and the price was so good I had to buy 2! The 2 guys behind the counter were friendly, knowledgeable, and the service was excellent...unfortunately I didnt have time to look around, but Im excited to return soon and check out the rest of their inventory!

I don’t recommend this place to anybody they don’t back up what they sell. They sold me a faulty digital scale so I called and told them and the guy said you’re stuck with it. So I said to the guy I’m not trying to get my money back I’m just trying to exchange it for one that works and the guy said again your stuck with it. so I respectfully said you don’t back up what you sell. then he hung up on me. horrible and disrespectful customer service please bring your business elsewhere.

Portland smoke and vape is the best around and there are a lot in the area. The shop is super clean! They have a great selection of juices and accessories. The staff is SUPER friendly and more than willing to help anyway they can. If youre looking for quality and great service than this is your place. I highly recommend!

Finally! A smoke shop in Portland that has EXCEPTIONAL customer service as a top priority!I came in here today and purchased a product, upon arriving home I found it had some minor issue, I gave them a call and they told me to come on in where they promptly replaced the product as well as gave me a generous store credit for the inconvenience!I have encountered similar issues in the past at some of the scrubbier smoke shops in the area (lucky juju, Wildside smoke shop) and was basically told to kick rocks. These Gentleman went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer and they certainly did as they will definitely be seeing more business from me. I should also note though the store seems quaint from the outside they have a mind boggling variety of products and a huge selection of disposable vapes and juices. Thanks again!!!!!!

Great spot, solid prices on juice, coils and devices. Employees are always friendly and easygoing. Juice rewards program is fire.

This is one of the best places around. The employees are super helpful to new and experienced customers. The prices are extremely fair and conpetitive and the selection is HUGE. If you need a coil they have it. They also offer a good variety of CBD edibles for adults and animals, as well as a good selection of cigarettes and cigars. There is a few pieces of glass as well. All in all this is the only vape shop I go to anymore and for good reason.

The guys here are great. Helped me out more than a few times. At this point, I wouldnt shop anywhere else. Great selection of vapes and accessories. You gotta check it out yourself. Also heard they have another location in south portland. Havent been yet, but Im sure its great.

This store is probably the best vape store that I have been to In Maine, prices Beyond fair compared to the other four places I have been to. Every other vape store will charge you almost $30 to $35 for a 60 mil bottle of quality juice. Their selection is very large, not only that, there was a bottle of juice that I have been looking for everywhere and could not find, this vape store ordered it for me! Way Beyond awesome! Before they did order it for me though I explain to them the kind a flavor that I am looking for and they help me narrow it down to a delicious brand. I am currently looking for a new mod, Im indecisive of what I want, but when I asked the employees hear about any suggestions that they may have, they were very knowledgeable and explained every little detail to me. All in all this store is a great store! awesome customer service, great prices, awesome Brands and flavors!

My home Vape Shop was down in Biddeford until I bumped into Portland smoke and vape not only where their prices cheaper but you can actually see the flavors instead of having to squint and use binoculars LOL I returned the next day having an issue with my vape the staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable let me make this known that I do not know these people but I am going to now I cant say enough about the shop excellent job!
