I will never recommended this place for young people this place is very nasty dirty smelly and the crowd who goes there are only old people definitely I will never recommended this place to no one to go over. It’s a waste of time. I’ll never go back again. I wasted my money and my time

GREAT place, Staff is friendly, but they get very busy and they work hard, so sometimes they may come off as not friendly, just smile and be friendly and theyll love it.

Mega-Plex exceeded my expectations. As a younger guy used to hookup/dating apps, I wanted to give Mega-Plex a try and see what gay bathhouses are all about. I was greeted at the front desk promptly and was assisted by the front desk attendant. I received my locker key, a towel, and was given the lowdown on the place.Once I went in, I explored the locker room, hallways of rooms, a TV room where guys pleasured themselves to adult movies, and the sauna room. The sauna was very pleasant, and during that time, let’s just say I got a lot of attention from some guys. 😉I went with a man from the sauna to his private room to be more intimate, and the room was tidy and well-kept. After we made good use of the room over a couple of hours, we showered in a clean communal shower area; staff promptly came in to wash the bedding and clean the room.At the end of the day, this is a gay bathhouse. Of course it may seem a bit seedy (in more ways than one 💦). But as another guy said, all it takes is one guy to make your time worthwhile.

Ive been coming here a long time. Ive been to bath houses all over the world and just about every one in the U.S. The criticisms of this establishment are unwarranted. The staff is always efficient & helpful, provided you show them some common courtesies. Im amazed at how rude people can be and then expect to be treated like royalty. It is clean, contrary to what people say. It is a little worn down in places but what bathhouse isnt in this day & age. They are a dying breed thanks to hook up apps. Still, they carry on here and you can get a lot of bang for your buck. One of my favorite places when Im visiting.

I found the front desk staff to be fine. My expectations were low and I was pleasantly surprized. Its not a glamous bathhouse but the crowd was good last night and I ended up have a great time with a hot, beefy guy. I think the bottom line for a bath house is hit or miss. All it takes is one guy. And he was there last night. I will definitely consider going back. Stream room is up and running

I stayed over this past Friday night and had the best time. I’ve been there a couple of times before this past Friday night. it’s always been a clean place the staff is always been pleasant I really never had any problems. I will always continue to go back!

Been going monthly for over a year. People treat you how you treat them. Guys at front have always been great. A tip goes a long way. Have always found a nice group of guys. Youre not in Ft. Lauderdale. What are you there for? Sauna works. Steam always a problem. Stop the bashing and move on.

The front desk guy is not nice and full of attitude. He should be trained about customer service and corporate demeanor. I believe that he doesn’t like his work. He’s grumpy and prima donna. The owner should take a look at this because it might give a bad impression to new customers. Remember that this business is about satisfying the needs of the customers and not the other way around.

Front desk is just an old queen whose mood ring is always a filthy brown. Sauna closed . That place needs a Jenny Jones Makeover. Carpets get wet from a leaking roof and year after year mngmt lets you walk barefoot in it to get some staff infection- Lovely

I use to drive 50 mins every week to go there but never again, that short fat guy that works at the front desk have no manners. He treat me and a few people that was before me like we were begging him to let us in.Sour face, nasty attitude.I felt so embarrassed eventhough am paying my money. I used to bring alot of my friends whenever am going to let them enjoy themselves but always get embarrassed they never want to go back there. Then myself even more embarrassed to even look at them to know thats how I am treating just to have a good time. So I will not return and my friends and I will take your business elsewhere. Great place poor,poor service. Eventhough I dont like club providence when it comes to service I always feel welcomed. Let me know when hes no longer working there maybe Ill be back and so will my friends who are mostly of state, mostly hung jamaicans.

Mega-plex is pretty decent. It’s small, discreet and in a great location next to the adult store, and gentlemen’s clubs. Plus, the stuff is friendly. However, the place need some improvements. The steam room was inoperable. The lockers in the locker room were broken. Additionally, the sauna room had no light. Moreover, it’s still a decent place to go for the area if you are trying to mingle with a couple of guys and have some fun.

Staff on at the front desk is SOOOO rude, omg.I really hope you guys are reading these reviews. He’s gotta go. And if you’re planning to go there, prepare to put him in his place. Absolutely rude workers everywhere.

The Fridays and Saturdays are great, sonis the bear Sunday. If you go when its busy you’ll have a great time!

My room was broken into and my personal belongings were stolen an the staff didnt care and then kicked me out definitely never coming here again.

This bathhouse hostel-type environment is where you can get a 24-hour room and board yourself there for the night. The steam room and sauna are relaxing.

I really need to relax and de-stress Im Brazilian Ill be able to do this on Friday Itll be my first time

It could use some updating and the fixes properly.

No good time to go , today’s Saturday they said the it was busy and we have to paid for the room $37 and it was just me and my friend in the along in the hold place , please don’t come and paid for nothing

Its Mega. Its Plex. Most importantly, its not that awful CBC. I wouldnt even take my least favorite grandmother to that dive.

Have a great time. Its always fun. Guys are always great and the staff is accommodating.

The attendant is brutalubrutally rud and condecencing you pay for a great service not to be belated
