Prepare to be in the hands of an expert. The deep tissue massage I received was truly deep tissue! Many spas/places say deep tissue, but the providers here are on another level. I had some tension + soreness in my body, so there was some discomfort, BUT it was worth it. The woman I worked with was not just a massage therapist but a knowledgeable guide through the anatomy of the whole body, providing me with helpful feedback. She encouraged me to ask for what I needed, fostering a sense of empowerment. This experience gave my mind and body a level of relaxation and calmness I had yet to experience. Thank you, thank you!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!Second ReviewI’ve been going to Eliza Williams Spa since October for Restorative Massage. Megan has been helping me heal my frozen shoulder. I recently had a body scrub. To say that Eliza Williams Spa is pure luxury would be an understatement. No detail is left to chance. My treatment began with a warm greeting where I was led to a private room to discuss which ingredients Id like to include in my customized scrub and body cream. I went for a winter spice-infused, brown sugar scrub followed by a shea butter body cream. Pure heaven!Megan worked diligently making sure each and every area received proper attention. It was never rough or uncomfortable, only soothing on my itchy winter dry skin. Halfway through I rinsed off and then came back to fresh sheets on the massage table to complete moisturizing with the shea butter.In my first review I said if I could have given more than 5 stars I would, and after 4 months I still mean it.

Best massage I’ve had in a very very long time. Got the couples massage and it was incredible. Super relaxing and they explain every option for oils they have. Also they allow you 15 minutes when you book the couples massage to use their jet shower. It was awesome. Will absolutely be back!

My husband took me here yesterday 10/7 for couples massage date day. It was extremely relaxing! I have never had a massage due to having trauma and not liking to be touched. However i felt comfortable here. The massage was for 1 hr. They let us know about our oil options. The frankincense and grapefruit smelled wonderful. My massage therapist had wonderful hands and the worked out knots in my shoulders that i haven’t been rid of in years. We will devotedly be returning here in the near future. They also have prenatal massage and body scrubs. Thank you for the wonderful experience I would refer Marcy anytime!

It was my first time going to Eliza Williams Spa and what an amazing experience it was! Marcy was awesome! She was constantly making sure I was completely comfortable and just made the whole experience so comforting and relaxing!

I made an appointment for my husbands birthday surprise the person I spoke with and made the appointment was Gisele, she was great. I booked two services for two hours. Since this was a surprise my husband had no idea where we were going once we arrived we were immediately greeted, offered something to drink and sat in the waiting room. Our services started on time the place was well decorated and clean. We were able to shower after our first service without being rushed. Message therapist were great highly recommended extremely personable, friendly and professional. We left very satisfied and relaxed Iactually just recommend this spa to a close family member.

Absolutely perfect in every way. It is now seven hours after my body scrub/wrap + 90 minute massage combo and it still feels like my entire lower body is weightless.The staff and service were both amazing and thats no mean feat considering they had just moved into a temporary space just a day or two ago.I have forgotten everyones names but the owner, reception staff and my two therapists were all an absolute delight from the moment I got there until I left three hours laterPlease note they are now located in SUITE 6, BUILDING TWO while a renovation is happening in their BUILDING THREE location.For the massage essential oil options I highly recommend the frankincense, it is so calming I fell asleep.Thank you all for such a wonderfully relaxing service. If I lived in Providence I would be back next week.

I had a deep tissue with Juan just now--he was terrific and I rescheduled on the spot. A lot of therapists just kind of do their routine with every client, regardless of the clients needs; but Juan was very attentive, he listened very closely and really focused on the areas that were giving me trouble. I often have trouble finding a therapist that does deep tissue with enough pressure, and Juan was perfect--I feel like a million bucks afterwards. The facility was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and parking was easy.

The space was nice and the staff was professional and courteous. I would come again. The only thing was that it was a tad too warm for me in the massage room. Mayra was great !

My experience at Eliza Williams Spa was amazing! The new renovations look beautiful and give such a high end cozy feel. I would highly recommend a deep tissue massage with JR! He did such a great job getting knots out of my back with the perfect amount of pressure! And if youre looking for a facial Haylee the esthetician gave a phenomenal Hydrating Facial! She was so general with cleaning my pores and gave a fabulous neck massage while the mask was setting! Everyone was very kind and laid back it was WONDERFUL!💕

First time at this Spa and my masseuse Marcy was excellent. She asked me a few questions before starting and overall very pleased with the service. She made feel comfortable throughout the entire massage. Would definitely recommend Marcy 10/10 service.

Came here for part of a bachelorette weekend. The massage was amazing! So relaxing, I almost fell asleep. They also gave us pool and hot tub access for 4 hours before our services. Definitely would recommend!

I had an amazing experience just from booking my appointment the gentleman was so polite on the phone. The receptionist was also very polite. I got a facial from Brittany and it was one of the most best experiences. She worked with products that were safe for my pregnancy and skin took her time, and left me glowing. She also performed reiki while giving me my facial I never felt so relaxed with so much positive energy. I highly recommend, I am looking forward to my appointment I booked on May 22nd. Definitely beyond 5 star experience!

Don’t get the relaxation massage. It’s not a massage at all. They just rub you with oil while occasionally applying pressure in very few spots. It’s like a tease of a massage that leaves you oily and feeling stiff. My wife and I did the couples relaxation massage for our anniversary yesterday, now we need to go somewhere for a real massage just to feel normal again. The whole experience has proven stressful and will cost us double.

I went for a 60 minute restorative massage on my birthday weekend. It was my very first experience and it wont be my last. Ariadne was extremely good, she made sure at all times I felt okay, asked about areas I needed targeted and made sure the amount of pressure was just right. The massage was so relaxing and exactly what I needed. I cant believe I had never done this before, definitely going back. Thank you!

I have been getting facials since I was 16 (I am now 51). I have visited some of the most upscale spas in the country and Europe, and I have had hundreds of facials over the years. I have never met a more talented or knowledgeable esthetician than Heidi at Eliza Williams.Heidi treats your skin from the inside out. She can tell if my dietary intake or hormones are having an effect on my skin just by looking at it. In addition, she has the knowledge to convey exactly what adjustments I need to make to my diet, etc. to improve my skin. She is both skilled and intuitive and I will no longer let anyone other than Heidi work on my skin.If I could give her 20 stars, I absolutely would - she is that good. Whenever I leave her table, my skin looks amazing and she always imparts what changes I can implement to keep it looking that way.Additionally, Megan and Taylor are unbelievably talented massage therapists. No matter how tight or knotted I am (which, at times, can be severe), they are exceptional at providing deep tissue work to loosen me up while keeping it a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience.I cannot recommend these wonderful, talented ladies enough. You will NOT be disappointed with the great atmosphere and services that Eliza Williams has to offer!

Ive been going to this place since Oct 2016 and I LOVE IT. From the moment you walk into the building its a warm welcoming place. I will say do your research before just going to any place and Im so glad my research led me here.The staff are VERY friendly and well informed. I was a first timer with getting a wax and I was very nervous. She talked me through everything and also gave me helpful information about the after care. It also helped that I did my own research which they all encourage as well.The price is reasonable too, making appointments are easy and if you have to reschedule they are very accommodating to what they can help you with.Eliza Williams has a customer in me for as long as Im living in Rhode Island. I would recommend this place to anyone. I havent tried their other service yet but I have no doubt that, that will be awesome as well.

At first glance, the Eliza Williams Spa seems to be just another spa; pretty and soothing. The real experience starts only after your message with Taylor had begun. Though upon entrance to any spa will relax your senses, your body will not know true relaxation until Taylor starts her magic. Not only does she hit every spot of tension, but she makes it feel so good, you wont mind having those knots worked out. She listens to you and makes the massage experience what it was always meant to be; a little slice of heaven. I am from LA and have been to some pretty amazing spas, both back home and throughout my travels, and I can say with the upmost confidence, that I have never had a better masseuse than Taylor. You will be doing yourself a serious disservice by booking your appointment with anyone else. I hurt my neck pretty badly and Taylor made me feel like a new person! Eliza Williams prices are very reasonable, so it wouldnt be a big deal to schedule a short, starter massage with Taylor, get to know her, and let her get to know your body in such a away that allows her to melt your stress away....at least until the next time you book with her, which will not be long after your first visit. She is an absolute sweetheart and truly wants your visit to be amazing. She will listen to what you want and give you just that. Your time will Taylor will always go by too quickly and I promise you wont be able to wait to book your next appointment with her. Taylor, you rock!! I visited Eliza Williams Restorative Body Therapies for a hot stone massage after experiencing some overall tension in my neck and back. Upon entering, I was greeted by Taylor, who I was scheduled to have the treatment with. The space is unassuming from the outside, conveniently located downtown, but once inside, the space is not only warm, but embodies an inviting, organic feel with the décor. There was a nice service bar area with spa water, fruit, etc. which was a great bonus to the experience.Taylor led me to a treatment room which was a soothing aquatic blue color with dueling massage tables, a beautiful stone sink inlay and a classy in-room shower. Im assuming this could easily be used for couple massages or for treatments that may be a little messier. Taylor walked me through what the massage would be like during the treatment and was kind in asking about any problem areas. After a quick debriefing, I set myself up on the table and we began shortly thereafter.The massage ran over an hour. It was not my first time having a massage, but it was my first hot stone massage and wow, I cannot wait for my next! Taylor explained the stones, made from basalt, conducting great heat were lined gently under my back and used throughout the entire treatment, also in the massage. The whole experience was wonderful -- I felt Taylor was able to sense and connect with my trouble spots, really working her magic.Within the next few days, I really felt a powerful overall improvement. Before I left EW, I had already scheduled my next massage which I am eagerly looking forward to!
