Excellent Massage

I called to make sure they had time for 2 of us. The massage was ok. The place reakes of kitty litter. They left door open so someone came on and started talking as I was finally relaxing. Then my guy left the room twice to deal with people walking in. My massage did not get any extra time for the 3 interruptions where he stopped massaging. Wont be returning. Hubby said he had a good massage by the lady. Different.

I always get a 5 ***** treatment here. They always provide such a perfect experience. Lily is very amazing with her abilities and always knows what is needed. Thank you very much!!

My husband and I came in for a couples massage. The massage was amazing. My only issue is that I paid $120 cash. Then we paid $10 each for some oil. When I went tip,my $25 cash wasnt enough. So I put a $30 tip on my card instead. They had me sign for my $30.... then when I got home I saw that they charged me $50 for tip!!! very unprofessional ripping people off!!! I will not return to due their dishonesty!!!!

Honestly would give 0 if possible. Unbelievable how they talk you into a combo. Back and legs. Which should be a massage right? Well this guy just pushed on me and was HORRIBLE def not professionally trained. It was not at all reflexology. Ive been to several Reflexology facilities across the country, real Reflexology . But then the dude left the room for 4 minutes and the door open during my massage. And cut it 10 mins short. Just bad all around. I will not be returning.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. First and foremost...I called to make an appointment for 1.5 hour massages for my husband and I. Specifically asked if Anna was working because she worked on me once before and I liked her style of massage. The male over the phone said yes yes she is. We get there early and they take us back. They demand payment first and we chose which massage we wanted. Deep tissue front and back, hot stones, and added facial massage. Well they not only did not do any of the hot stones I paid for they shortened our massage time too.And what really set me back was once the massage was over I went to leave them a cash tip for each massause and they had the audacity to tell me my tip was not enough for a $90 min massage when I paid over 20%. My husband and I were appauled at audacity and rudeness. I told her that is plenty for a tip and they argued with me so I walked out.Never will go there again!

I paid 130 upfront for 120 minutes the massage was great my pain in my back is gone but when she was done she was waiting out front I offered a 10 tip they demanded 30 I planned on keep coming back but after they wanted 30 dollar tip after you paid 130 I won’t be back there’s others that don’t demand that much

The prices are kindof different all over the place between their posters and their online rates but nonetheless appointments were easy and I was in and out. My massage had plenty of communication as I told her I was sore in certain areas and she made sure she was careful until I gave her the green light, also provided plenty of check ins to make sure I was okay despite the language barrier. Head massage at the end took me by surprise but it was the best one Ive ever received and made me happy that I had shaved my head weeks before going in or it probably wouldnt have been the same 💯

My husband and I had a couples massage and it was the best massage my husband ever had he said. Tina was super strong and got in really deep tissue and hot stone therapy. He had cupping afterward. My therapist Jack had to the leave the room once to tend to a walk in I’m guessing but it was short and only once so I didn’t mind. I had a short reflexology afterward which I wish would have been focused on pressure points but next time I’ll be sure to ask that he does that. I’d recommend communicating exactly what you need and expect.

Ruth was awesome! Great communication and massage. She understood what I needed and the deep tissue was perfect. Most places don’t apply the pressure I need but she nailed it.

I got a message for 70 dollars upfront( I thought that was alot) the lady starts to shame me in front of my friends to pay tip. Tips are not obligatory lady. I had to pay 20 dollar tip which overall paid 90 dollar message. It is ridiculous. Not coming here again

My daughter took me to Excellent Massage for my birthday. We were able to get an appointment easily & were greeted very warmly. The rooms were clean & the temperature was perfect. The massage was, in fact, excellent! Our masseuse were professional & we had a great time. Well be going back for sure.

Ive been here twice. Dont waste your money here. 1st time I had a guy. He will cheat you. He though I was a sleep so he just glide his hands over. I move a little, so he back to massage again. This happen 2-3 times in 60 min. 2nd time had a gal, she focus mainly on my back. I told her more arms and legs but I dont think she understand English very well. She also put too much oil all over your body.

I love this place. I live in Sacramento and made an appointment with them. The lady was very accommodating and sounded so sweet. I was late for my appointment at 10 and it was three of us but she found it possible to squeeze us in at 1pm..Thank u guyz.I will recommend this placeI was very impressedThe place is very clean and quiet.The bathroom is very clean and smells very nice 👌.Their massage was great . I will come again

The worst massage of my life. I compete light heavyweight bodybuilding and i get massaged atleast once a week. It was horrible. I payed for deep tissue and she barely touched me. When i said something she acted like she was aboht to pass out from the effort. Stay away from this place.

I don’t know how this massage place doesn’t have a 5 star rating? But it should! My husband and I each had a 60 mins full body massage today 💆🏻‍♀️ with Cindy & Amanda and they were amazing! Literally the best massages of our lives! I prefer soft and he prefers a more deep tissue style massage and we each got what we asked for and it was perfect! Highly recommend! We will most definitely be back! Go check them out Reno! You won’t be disappointed. Very clean, courteous, and professional.

I was in town for a few days with my SO and we figured we try them out. We did a 2 hour couples massage...my therapist was really good, great pressure. Since they dont have full spa amenities, they use hot towels to wipe the excess off and i appreciated that since i didnt have to change clothes after my session. Will probably be back when in town again. 😊

My husband and I stopped by for an impromptu couple’s massage. They got us right in, which was nice. We asked for deep tissue and got deep tissue alright! We would go back again some time, but I would have liked some aromatherapy with my massage.

One of the first things Lisa said was “ok here goes the best massage you’ll ever get” and she was not lying. Definitely recommend.

Excellent MASSAGE was the best massage parlor in town. Honestly, the communication and staff members are the pillar of this place and what separates it from anywhere else in town. Very friendly and cordial staff and fantastic massages. Don’t take your business anywhere else. Come to excellent massage.

Never go here my massage was so horrible the massage therapist left the room 5 times while he was giving me my massage . Dolce vita in Reno has been the only place that’s given me a good massage in the entire city it’s so sad but true problem is they are always booked .Do not waist your money at Exellent massage they certainly do not live up to the name they also don’t speak English how do you get your massage license if you don’t speak English?

Paid for a couples deep tissue massage .... got a super gentle, no pressure or effort whatsoever, good for nothing hour session, that left us feeling more tired than when we walked in. I usually get a massage weekly for more than 4 years .... this one was by far the worst ever. The masseuses kept leaving the room to answer phone calls and check the front desk or door. They kept talking to each other in their language, one can only imagine what the conversation was about. I would give a zero star if the option was present. Buyer be warned.

The massage wss one of the worst Ive ever had, pressure wasnt consistent, sometimes wasnt there. Missed my shoulders that needed it the most. He went out of the room 3 times. He was actually texting while massaging me. One hand on me the other texting. I could feel him moving phone around. Rocks were to hot. Like a dummy I paid cash in advance. I learned my lesson wont do that again.

Worst massage ever. Told the girl to focus on my shoulder and neck on the right side and she barely touched it. She massage my legs more than anything. Then while I was paying she came and asked me for a tip!!!o will never go an will tell everybody I know what a sham of a business this is.

I love this place, I have seen Jack twice and I am able to always walk in. His massage is wonderful for athletes and helped me to work out some major knots in my shoulders. Highly recommend for deep tissue.

This place lives up to its name. I got the 60-minute deep tissue massage and the masseuse was excellent, using both hot towels and hot stones. (Sorry guys, but its not quite a full body massage.)
