This store is typically my joint. However, on 22 June at 5:37 pm I called and inquired about pods and got hung up on after asking for the name of the person I was speaking with because they did not try to help me at all. I have been shopping at this store for years however, today they had poor service from the girl that was there. She asked why I wanted her name and when I said to inform Mario that she didnt want to help me the phone went silent. If Mario gets this he knows that I have shopped there for years and am not a bad customer.

Today we were attended at vape city by Cesar. He was very helpful and informative with me while I was trying to buy a new product. I say he is very good at selling to people, even convinced me to buy more than I came for!

I know this is long but please read!!I bought a vape at edinburg and they gave me all the wrong information! They said it’s a salt device and they gave me salt juice, when I would hit from it my throat would burn super bad and it would hurt for a while! It was leaking like crazy! Soo I went to Rio explained what happened and Tamara told me it’s a mod showed me proof and everything and she left the mod upside and juice kept coming out and the rubber bottom piece fell off too and juice was also coming out from there as well, she said it shouldn’t! She said I have too much juice in the mod and that it’s already in the motherboard and I probably only have a week or 2 before it completely dies on me. She was super sweet super nice Tamara gave me all details on why this happened, she was showing me which ones are good and and worth the money because she personally uses them. I couldn’t exchange it because I didn’t have the box but she did give me her name and number so I can call her once I get to the Roma store and she came early in the morning @7am just to help me out!!!! Tamara is the best employee I’ve ever met! She’s very dedicated to her job and to help and make her customer happy I will definitely start going to her and the rio store! If there’s an employee of the month plaque I vote for her! She’s an amazing sales associate! Give her a raise or promotion. I also bought 2 escos and I forgot to get my receipt and she came out running to give me my receipt and told me that I have 24 hours to exchange it if they come out defective! The Rio store is on point with their employees. I 100% recommended the rio store!

Ive been to countless Vape cities all over the Rio Grande Valley, and despite the vast variety of Vapes that the other Vape cities in McAllen and other locations can provide theres one thing that not all Vape cities can provide and thats honesty, knowledge, and great customer service upon arrival I assumed that Vape City would be like any other Vape City all over the Rio Grande Valley but when I had a conversation with the manager he showed me nothing but great customer service and a really friendly but professional experience for anyone looking for Vapes or any other smoking product I would highly recommend the Vape City in Rio Grande City.

I walked into this establishment not knowing much, i want to thank Ray and Mario who made me feel very welcomed and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful by far excellent customer service. 10/10 recommend Vape City in Rio Grande City, TX. DEFINITELY going back!!

None of the people who work there know what they are selling or what the customer is looking for...they just stole 25 dollars from me and there is no refund or exchange and there is no mention anywhere in the store other than on the receipt. .It is better to avoid this place or go to some other store
