Mons Venus World Famous Nude Strip Club Tampa

Just sad and disappointing the staff is rude and indifferent. Dancers are pushy and have no tact or people skills. Club is tiny and the soft drinks are flat and overpriced. I truly feel sorry for anyone having to work or come here. #1 is Tampa is ludicrous.

As I’ve danced here for a while now I’ve noticed a few things. Management cares more about customers than they do employees. This is a nude club yet the girls are constantly getting penalized/ sent home for men being “too close” or “touchy”. Management will yell at us girls over the microphone instead of discussing w the customer how to treat the ladies. Girls are constantly getting fired for being “fat” although they’ve worked there for years.There is no DJ which would be awesome if the jukebox would play the full song when ppl put money in it.If customers do not pay for music the girls have to on top of their house fee.The room prices recently went down they want to make it seem that way, expect you don’t actually get a private dance unless you spend $260 or more because they no longer allow closed curtains aka ( private dance )unless you get 15mins or more.I originally loved this club so much because of the dancers. The atmosphere is nice, the girls are full of fun and excitement. It’s the management that’ll get this club closed not the dancers.Also- I’ve left a review on this page before and it was deleted. Not sure why?

Went to the club on a whim. Seeing if Mons was still what it has been since 81’.I don’t go out often but if I do I’m going to indulge. Rare form to be at the club.I appreciate that it’s open late. I can always count on staff to be courteous and welcoming.We were there for the last few hours before closing and Mgr Vicky, Tiffany, and security Dan were amazing they didn’t hesitate to let us have a great experience despite closing soon.Shout out to Laney and Melody for making it special.

I was in town on business for 2 wks, stopped in this place 3 times. Went in at 3:45, 5:00, & 8:00 the cover charge was $12 each time, which is a fair amount. AFTER 10:00 p.m. cover charge is $25. Met several girls, all very different, nice, & most were beautiful. When i sat at stage i tipped a few dollars each song. Did private dances which were great.

Went here for the first time yesterday and it was a fun experience. All the girls are really nice and the club is clean. I will def go back again when im down here.

Pros- Multiple dancers on stage at all times, jukebox, open until 6am, close seating, fully nude, friendly dancers.Cons- $25 cover, no solo routines, not much pole work or seductive dancing, mainly thin body types, little diversity.In conclusion, if you don’t mind the cons list and you prefer looking at ***** up close then this is the place for you. If youre looking to be a dancer then across the street is better 🤷‍♀️. The tip out is also less at other clubs on Dale mabry or maybe the money is just better 👀. They hire more girls than the customers that they attract however they dont care because more tip out for them. They dont even provide rubbing alcohol/rag to clean the pole with!The cheap 1 trick females here drag down the clientele smh.

Hands down one of the best strip-clubs Ive ever been to in my life I must see if ever in Tampa, Florida. The women are gorgeous and the staff is second to none!

Dead vibe. 3 girls on phones, no one on stage, 3 guys in there bored and watching tv. $12 entrance fee and nothing going on. When the girls engage with you, its just to hustle you. Since the girls have to pay to work nightly and without anyone there to make their money, they get desperate and revert to hustling and being pushy. Anyhow, you think you want to go to another gentlemens club in Tampa and find better? Nope Tampa is dead in general. I went to each of them, 2001, scores, etc... all the same. At least this one didnt rip you off at the door like 2001 did. Parking at 2001 was $10, then door fee was $20, and it was more dead than Mons Venus. They literally keep the door closed and hidden so you cannot see inside then have a nerve to charge you that high of a door fee without any girls working expect 2 who sat on their phones in booth and ignored everyone!!! LOL RIP OFF! At least Mons one was less of a rip off. BTW, $40 lap dances and $36 to the house for a lap dance! haha. This place is terrible. Clubs in Miami puts Tampa to shame! I truly think it was a 1 star, but Ill try to be encouraging and give them a 2 star.

Had a great time, the girls are gorgeous and friendly. For those of you wanting to know how much you would spend here are some of the costs, $22 cover, $40 private dance and $18 for the booth during the day, the girls told at night is $25. It was worth every penny in my opinion. Was ask if I wanted something to drink, I ask for a bottle of water, it was 6 dollar, I pay the same at busch garden and it was not as fun😁.

After visiting three other clubs. I ended up staying here cuz I had fun here. Very pretty dancers and also friendly. I was also not harassed for lap dance after lap dance. Sophie was great. Ariel is just downright awesome. So very sexy. She has a super sexy body and brains. I had a great time here. I recommend this club. They have a cover charge but you can come and go all day long for that one charge.

Facts: cover charge $25 pp $5 for styrofoam cup of coffee, no alcohol, no food, snacks, etc. $200 for private couples dance, $60 surcharge (from the club) for curtain closet use. One 10ft circular stage in the whole place. Most of the dancers had that vigorously used and tired look. World famous for what? Blowing your money on a lottery ticket would have been a more meaningful waste of money.

Definitely not a couples friendly. Place is super small girls are in the skinny side, all of them, payed 25 for cover and 50 a dance and the girl dared say eww to my husband. Definitely not the best club in Tampa, horrible experience.

Manny the guy who managed the door area was amazing. Even the rest of the staff were very accommodating. If your cool theyre cool. I came out barely able to spend some good money with them but did my best. ☮️❤️

The girls seemed nice, but this is the first club I’ve went to where they were so apparent, about ripping people off, out of all the women there, there was only 5 that came up to talk, and each of them quoted me at a different rate, each being at least $60, I tip generously, but I don’t like being taken advantage of like that, maybe it’s common in this area though, it’s my first time going to one in Tampa. This seems more like one of the clubs that attracts tourist, and people who just wouldn’t know any better.Also I forgot to mention that all of the girls here (at least when I went here on a Saturday night) was very petite, some of them were very pretty and had a good little figure don’t get me wrong, but just know that if you like thick women, or women who’s over 140 if that, this is prob not the spot for you.

Very nice atmosphere with friendly and sexy females. Descent prices for dances and rooms. Set up was nice just needs a dj or a dedicated person to keep music going longer but will be back.

Is the private dance rooms full contact with the dancer or just air dance?

Great Place. First time visiting in years, and this place is just as great now as it was then.Girls are very sexy, funny, and sophisticated.Went during the day, and although it wasnt that crowded it made my experience all the better. Girls here were nice, attractive, and not overly pushy. The reason for the low review is specifically for the owners/managers. You should be ashamed of the way you treat your staff and customers. The incredibly awkward silences and forcing the dancers to spend their own money on putting money in a juice box. They already bring the customers in, but you need more. Greedy af. You could literally ask the dancers to contribute $2 an hour for a DJ and make more money than the jukebox instead of customers having to sit around awkwardly during 30 second silences. I genuinely feel secondhand embarrassment for the ownership, we all know it’s because you’re cheap af. This place has potential, but the awkward silences are too much to handle.

Be careful with your money at this place especially if you’re getting a lap dance. Show exactly how much you give them or they just might become a thief. This happened to me with the woman named Jade there, she tried telling me I didn’t give her the right amount of money when I know for a fact I did because I’m honest and most importantly sober. I even tried telling Jade that I gave her the exact money but all she did was challenge me so I had to give her another $20 on top of the $30 I just gave her! $50 for a 2-3 minute lap dance?! Hah...

After hearing good things about this club. I was very disappointed. The girls are way too skinny and very ugly. Instead of giving them money its better to give them food since all of them look like they are about to die from starvation. The building is too small and inside is very ugly. Instead of feeling like a strip club I feel like I am inside a ride at the county fair. I will never come back unless they have better girls and Scores and Odyssey are better.

I went in my 21st and had so much fun. It was a Lowkey Tuesday night but it was better than expected. The girls talked to me and were super super friendly and not just because of money cuz I literally didn’t bring any of my own that night. I ended up making friends with some of them. They treated all of my friends really good as well. Chill Vibe and amazing first strip club experience !!! Can’t wait to go again sometime. A terrible experience in the Odyssey parking lot because of their security is what sent us running to Mons Venus that night. Mons Venus over Odyssey ANY DAY!

GORGEOUS girls,, great lap-dance seats, clean environment. AND everyone was Friendly, Friendly Friendly. I look forward to my next visit!

Wife had never been to a gentlemens club but wanted too. Mons Venus came highly recommended. We decided to drive down from Jacksonville Florida for the experience.We showed up early evening on December 28, 2016. The experience was pitiful, to say the least. I understood the $20.00 per person cover charge but the entertainment was not worth a dime. We must have seen 10-12 different dancers, hoping that as the evening went on it would get better. We were there for about 3 hours and walked out totally disappointed. Not one girl showed the least amount of enthusiasm or stage presence. In fact, the only emotion they even showed was when they greeted each other as they were coming and going through the front door. I would not, in any shape or form, recommend Mons Venus to anyone

I dont like the open layout of sofas wrapped around the back walls of the club. Its distracting to see other people while a girl gives lap dances naked. I liked that the dances are fully nude and hands-on, and I could even negotiate the price between $20 and $30.Most of the girls have bad attitudes and they are very pushy, some of them just didnt get off my back even after I told them to go away a few times. The dancers think they should be treated like princesses and they have huge egos.The parking lot is so freaking small so you have to use nearby lots and walk to the club sometimes.

Beautiful women. All very friendly. Non smoking indoors which is a huge plus considering a lot of other clubs in Tampa allow that. Really awesome stage shows. Friendly staff. Dances only, no vip rooms so no pressure for back rooms just good ol fashion lap dances. Absolutely love this place.

This place is a dump! Only like 3/4 dancers , very small , dancers have to wear a mask and so do you- soo weird...No alcohol , $20 cover and $65 1/2 song lap dances complete rip off . If you wanna legit club that’s clean go to OZ. 1k times better.

Me and 2 friends arrive at 3:45 AM. We thought they closed at 5 because it said 5AM online but the doorman said they were closing at 4. He said there are 4 girls dancing right now and that they will stay open till 4:30 if we were spending money so we agreed. He took $20 from each of us and let us in. Walk in there is 1 girl on stage and 1 giving a lap dance. The girl on stage got off after 5 minutes and after 10 minutes they were kicking is out. Dont think its right to lie to customers just to get a quick $60 + $10 for 2 waters. First time there and the last! Might be a good strip club when its earlier but thats not how you do business.

This is my favorite in the Tampa area. I used to live in the area a few years back, and the owner Joe still remembers me, and always treats me well when we cross paths. Great guy. The talent is always good, with a large number staffed. Dances are usually pretty good, but vary by dancer.

If in Tampa do not miss this. (Actually where ever you are go to Tampa just for this) It will be a spiritual & therapeutic experience. Its a small cosy set up inside and the dome above the bar makes for a dramatic performance area. The Dancers are super skilled and hot but most importantly very sweet & friendly. I remember sitting on the bar once next to a veteran. Him and the dancer squatting on the bar in front of him where comparing pictures of their puppies on their phones. It was real and sweat. Oh, its also no booze inside which makes for a super chilled and relaxed mood.

Went on a Tuesday night for my bachelor(ette) party (my fiancé and I and some friends went together). We had an awesome time. The girls gave us plenty of attention when we wanted it and if we sat back just to watch (which we did a fair bit), they left us to it. I thought I would mind the no drinking thing but they freely let you come and go to your car so we stayed fairly inebriated by going in and out. You could also pay $3 for a styrofoam cup and refill that to bring in and out of the club. The girls were all very nice as were the people that I believe were management. It was our entire groups first time in a strip club and we had so much fun. Didnt mind the no private rooms, personally found being able to see other peoples dances helpful and didnt mind people seeing us. I also thought the small size was good. The girls were talented and attractive. Definitely planning a return trip.

I notice whenever i stop in from time to time that the girls are always similar. All beautiful but so thin. I was very disappointed by Mons Venus. When I pulled up to the club, I was not impressed by the exterior appearance. It was a small, old building with a very small parking lot. Its not well lit and there were some undesirable people hanging around outside. It just didnt look like a top of the line strip clubThings didnt get any better once I went inside. The woman at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. I paid $20 for admission and, after getting into the club, I dont understand why there was an admission in the first place. The club was tiny, first of all. Normally, I dont mind small strip clubs. Im from Atlanta and Ive been to plenty of small ghetto strip clubs. However, this club was not only small, but it was also outdated. I could immediately see that MV was in dire need of renovation. It just felt dank and rundown to me. The funny thing is, the ghetto clubs Ive been to in ATL were far nicer than MV. I now have a new appreciation for those ghetto clubs. I just dont understand how a premier club in Tampa Bay was so mediocre on the inside.Even though I wasnt thrilled about the interior, it wasnt bad enough to make me want to leave immediately. So, I went ahead and took a seat. Immediately I noticed that the women up on stage were doing next to nothing. They were just shuffling around listlessly on the stage and it was kind of depressing to witness. I guess I cant blame them because the customers in the club were hardly tipping. Moreover, the music was barely audible. I dont like loud, blaring music but the music in this place was barely audible. At first, I didnt like that the club was so dark. But, after more thought, I think I prefer the darkness of MV. When Im getting a full contact lap dance or tipping a girl on stage, I definitely dont want a big spotlight on my face.The women that night were definitely attractive, but they werent drop dead gorgeous like I was expecting. They were just attractive. The women ranged from attractive to very attractive, but I didnt see one girl that I would have classified as a dime (or even a 9). I saw some strong 7s & 8s but none of them were really above that. Normally, I would be happy with strong 7s & 8s but not when dances cost $30 a pop. At $30 per dance, the club should have nothing but 9s and 10s.Speaking of dances, they are not worth $30. I know of an ATL strip club that offers full contact dances for $5 and some of the girls in that place really are 9s and 10s. The girls at MV would probably smirk at the idea of giving a $5 dance, but Im willing to bet a large sum of money that the girls in ATL make a lot more than the girls in MV offering $30 dances. I noticed that very few customers were actually getting dances, whereas in ATL a guy is willing to get dance after dance after dance when hes only paying $5 AND the girls are hot (not to mention the fact that liquor is allowed in ATL).I also find it funny that the girls all seemed to have bad attitudes (which, I can kind of understand b/c it didnt appear they were making much money...still no excuse though). And they virtually ignored me. I had loads of cash to spend but during the entire time I was there, only 2 girls asked if I wanted to dance. Instead, most of the girls were sitting in the laps of their regulars (for free) and ignoring good paying customers such as me. I guess they assumed I was broke but they thought wrong.Considering the fact that I spent a total of $60 for TWO dances, I was not impressed by what I got (keep in mind, I could have gotten 12 full contact dances from hot chicks for that price in ATL). The first dance I got was okay. She was cute and she did a good job of making sure I got full contact. But it still wasnt worth $30. The second chick barely initiated much physical contact and when I offered to pay $25 for the dance, she acted as if she was insulted (even though she was not all that impressive and the dance she gave was mediocre and she was working in a rinky dink club). If all clubs were like MV I probably would never attend them

Went for a friends birthday.....saw his balls..... then was hassled every 2 min by dancers. do you want a dance?.......do you want a dance?........do you want a dance?.......... I understand they have to make money but damn they are relentless. This is a place to go for an hour or so and then move on.

Best strip club that I have ever been to. Theres not one average looking girl or below. Every girl in there is 7.5 or higher. The only downfall is no alcohol but the girls are just amazing

All lapdances are out in the open (no private rooms), no champagne or special rooms, music comes out of a jukebox instead of a professional DJ setup, environment looks seedy, and girls are not top quality. Go to 2001 Odyssey across the street, they check all of those boxes.

Not worth the time or money the inside of the club is really crammed together so your basically in the strippers face right next the main stage a lot of ridiculous prices for basic/ugly girls had a girl try to charge me $60 for a single lap dance then one who said her dances were $42 each odd price but whatever give her $50 she says she’s gonna give me change yet I never received it I would avoid this club way cheaper options with better service.

This place is a dive my wife and I were on a rd trip and decided to check the place out.. there is no smoking inside, no bar, no DJ and the dancers had to pay for there own music. Girls were very friendly though.

One star is too many for this club. For many years it was the best club in TampaToday for me is the worst, the entrance costs 25 dol, one dance costs almost 60 dol and two dances cost more than 100 dol.Years ago you arrived with 100 dol and you could get up to 5 dances with 5 different girlsIts a racist place, they dont like Latin girls.The bartenders seem to hate everyone around them, its just sad.It is not the best club, super expensive and all the staff are very arrogant.

You have to add more money to everything.I dont know if I would return
