The staff was very accommodating with scheduling a last-minute late Saturday afternoon appointment. My son wanted a facial, and I wanted a massage. We got there an hour early, and they were able to get started earlier than our 6pm appointment even though we were fine with waiting. The cost was super reasonable for the services provided, and the environment was very welcoming. My son said he enjoyed his first ever facial and that his face felt super clean and refreshed. My massage was absolutely great, and its probably one of the best Ive ever had. She paid attention to every detail, and I felt super relaxed afterward. I wish they were closer to me, but Ill definitely pay them another visit the next time Im in town.

Dissatisfied Review of Miracle Healing SpaI am a self-proclaimed massage connoisseur and routinely receive massages from various therapists. My regular provider was on vacation, and feeling sore, I decided to try Miracle Healing Spa. I was fooled by the positive reviews. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst massage experience Ive ever had.Services:Before the massage, I communicated that I possibly have a torn rotator cuff. Despite this, the provider kept trying to extend and stretch my shoulder, causing me more discomfort. The provider also repeatedly used the forearm/elbow technique on my spine and shoulder blades, which was incredibly painful. I had to ask her multiple times to stop. The first 15 minutes of my 60-minute service were spent pressing down on my body through a sheet, which seemed pointless. I was also asked if it was okay to pull my underwear down a little, and I agreed, but the provider pulled them down below my buttocks, which was unnecessary since all she did was rub, not massage, my glutes. The provider used her fingertips where her fingernails left scratch welts on my body. To top it off, the provider left the room twice during my session—once to get oil and another time to retrieve hot stones. And when the service was finally winding down, she tapped over my lower extremities instead of giving a proper massage and completely skipped my feet. I definitely dont believe I got 60 minutes. And Ill just mention this not because it bothered me but because it was just weird, I believe the therapist climbed on to the table and straddled me while working my back. Very strange.Timeliness:I booked and paid for my appointment online and arrived 15 minutes early, but I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes before someone came out to tell me that my appointment had never been confirmed—yet the funds were already held in my account. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after I had arrived promptly. To further the wait, I laid on a cold table in a cold couples suite for 15 minutes before the therapist ever came into the room.Environment:The atmosphere at the spa was anything but relaxing. The place had an unpleasant smell, I was startled by a cute puppy sniffing at my feet, and instead of calming meditation music, I was subjected to static blaring from a busted speaker. I also heard construction trucks nearby, and while I understand that’s out of the spas control, the loud conversations happening right outside the room and the constant flip-flop noises from the provider were not. It completely shattered any semblance of relaxation. Privacy was questionable when glass doors/entry points are covered with a dark film but Im not so sure that someone couldnt see through them. At one point I just threw my hands up and thought oh well they just gonna see these goodies today! I was excited and hopeful for a relaxing and healing experience. It was anything but!Payment:After the service, I explained that I had paid online, but the provider used Google Translate to inform me that the payment only held the appointment. This explained why my communication about my injury had likely been missed due to the language barrier. At this point, I was beyond irritated, and when I was told there was an additional $3 charge for using my card, I was just done—not because of the minimal fee, but on principle. Normally, I tip for good service, and I’ve even tipped for minimal service, but this time, the experience was so poor that I felt they should be thankful to receive any payment at all. I chose NO TIP and handed the device back. However, they had the audacity to hand the device back to me, asking that I add a tip on my card. When I said no, they then asked if I’d be tipping in cash. I politely responded that I had paid for the service and the card fee and that I was done.I will never go back to Miracle Healing Spa. Absolutely DONE!

My husband and I have had several massages from here and we have never been disappointed. They are flexible with our crazy schedule. We always come out feeling refreshed and relaxed!

We went today for facials. New customers. We were greeted by a cute puppy. Thats where the good part ended. We sat and waited and behind the couches was so much lizard poop. I told the receptionist and she laughed. I dont think she understood. Then she was in the bathroom with the door open hawking loogies in the toilet. We waited a while with all 3 ladies just following eachother in and out of the bathroom and the room upstairs. They didnt even acknowledge us. Then the puppy started throwing up and we called the lady over and she picked it up with a thin napkin and went in the bathroom hawking loogies again with door open and didnt wash her hands. We got up and left and then all 3 came outside to call us in but we were done. There was 2 clients that left when we were arriving and said they do great massages but we couldnt get past the waiting area. I honestly dont know how they have such good reviews. I felt discusted just sitting with the poop, throw up, and loogies.

I am so happy my daughter Grace gave me this gift massage w Megan. She is the best masseuse I met. I am so satisfied she really did an excellent job. My husband same way scheduled us for next week. I will give her a 10 stars. Try Megan! She is great! Thanks to my daughter for finding this place. We will come back definitely. Thanks God!

This is my first time to this place. I think this may be the best massage I have had in the USA! I get massages all the time abroad, but rarely find a good massage in USA. This was excellent. Eva was my masseuse. She gave me a deep tissue perfectly with just the right amount of strength to realign my muscles, but not too sore. I will be coming back!

Went for a couples massage with hot stones. Great massage. Very relaxing environment, music. Both of our masseuse did a great job. Left feeling so relaxed. The hot stones were a great addition as well. We will definitely be going back!

They both communicated in what we wanted/needed and made sure they were using the correct pressure. She knew I needed a deep tissue and it felt amazing lol. Already saving up money for the next!

Went there two times in a week, had the body massage for the first trip then the facial deep clean on the second. The lady there was really nice and professional, my body especially my back shoulder was really relaxed over there. I like the the inner environment, laying there with calm music and warm light I could really felt being healed physically and spiritually.

I’ve had hundreds of massages in my life and this was by far the worst massage I’ve ever had. My poor fiancée had to endure this as well. I strongly suspect that these are not certified massage therapists. However, I did see several single men attending this establishment.

I wouldn’t be fooled by all these positive reviews. My fiance and I went here for a couples massage and the environment was friendly and megan was great. However the people performing our massages were talking to eachother the whole time, taking away from our experience. They also exposed us without warning! They didn’t make sure we felt comfortable at all. I was extremely sore afterwards and felt extreme pressure from the women in charge to leave a 5 (not 4) star review immediately on the spot. This was for a free 10 minute scalp massage which was really nice! I just feel like pressuring and bribing for good reviews is a bit dishonest. Luckily there is an edit feature on google for a reason. I encourage you to leave an honest review if you visit here in order to help out others and so the google reviews aren’t so misleading.

My best overall thought is good but weird.The masseuse did an excellent job esp on my neck and was super nice!!!So why 3 stars?The location is peculiar and unfortunate bc it’s kinda a construction zone so it was incredibly noisy. The walls are paper thin so when other people were leaving, coming in, or even just talking it sounded like they were yelling. At one point an employee must’ve been organizing something in a cupboard, it literally just sounded like thing were being thrown around and doors slammed.I also was laying on the table waiting for 10mins before my masseuse even came in. She also put a towel over my hair? And I’m pretty sure at one point got on the table by my head (at least kneeling on the edge). It didn’t make me uncomfortable just… weird lol.Also, from the second I walked in it was very clear they preferred cash which isn’t noted anywhere on their website—she kinda made a face when I said I didn’t have any on me (I thought it was going to be a deal breaker) and said next time to do cash bc you get hot stones, paraffin wax, and aromatherapy for free.Summation: great massages! Weird ambience/atmosphere.

Our daughter gave us a gift certificate to Miracles Healing Spa for a couples massage. Half way through the 60 minutes my husband asked if we could upgrade it to 90 minutes.Eva & Megan were excellent. Incredibly strong. My husband was asked if he like his massage medium or hard- he chose “hard pressure” and she really dug into his tension knots. He wasn’t expecting such a small person to be so powerful, effective, and strong. “It hurt so good he said afterwards.” When both had hot stones, paraffin & essential oil therapy. The facility is beautifully decorated on the inside. It has a peaceful & serene atmosphere. Very clean.

Not only did we get a great deal on Groupon but they did an awesome job , really laid into the shoulder , relaxing music , great vibes !! Highly recommend! Oh and if your lucky they have a absolutely amazing little dog that could brighten up any day as well !!

Gross. I do not recommend this place. I do not believe they are licensed to provide these advertised services and also need to be educated on appropriate local customs. The building has the biggest ants 🐜 I have ever seen. The rooms are not clean. The woman who speaks some English was not going to change the towels off the table that were obviously used before I arrived and not clean. I had to request she change them, which did not make her happy. The woman who speaks no English was apparently not told what service I paid for, Reflexology. She was trying to give me a massage. She was nice, but distracted and not very good. I had also paid for upgrades with hot stones but because she didn’t speak English she didn’t do it and didn’t understand what I told her her. Then she demanded a tip and that’s when the girl who speaks some English came out and said I needed to pay a tip and pointed at the ATM conveniently right there. I walked out. Tipping is based on the quality of service provided and is in addition to whatever they make per hour/service. I didn’t get the services I paid for, was not comfortable and was grossed out.The owners of this business need to be investigated. I think there is something very wrong going on here and then women working there may be innocent victims to some nafarious business practices.

People were nice but added stuff onto the package without telling me it was extra and then told me I would have to pay cash for the deal to get those free but they would do it free this time.I asked for light pressure and the lady did it so hard that my neck has been hurting for 4 days now.Someone else said they dont think theyre licensed and it makes me wonder the same now.

Went for a couples massage, and it was one of the best full body massages I have ever had. Service was very propmt when we arrived and appointment started on time. Service from Megan and Eva was attentive throughout and not rushed. The actual massage lasted an entire hour. We would definitely return if we did not live out of state.

I was so amazed on how Megan was able to work out all my kinks. My back is always bothering me and after this massage, I feel absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere and experience alone is very relaxing and soothing. The paraffin wax was icing on the cake. I would highly recommend treating yourself. You deserve to be pampered!

Megan gave a wonderful facial, however the atmosphere could be a little nicer. It was very bright in the room, no blanket on the bed (I was offered a towel), she took a phone call during my session to book another appointment, and the door was never shut (I was upstairs with no one else around, so it was private but I could hear some noises in the waiting area down stairs). It was very clean, the products she used felt wonderful, and Megan was very nice!

We booked a couples massage on our vacation in Cocoa Beach. I have to say that the ladies were very friendly, professional and they did a fantastic job on our massages. The place was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. If we lived in the area we would return. I know if we visit the area again, we will be back.

They have my recommendations.2/12/23 Back again today for Valentines day massage with my beautiful wife. Yaya and Eva this time. Third time here in 5 months so that has got to tell you these ladies have been amazing. Truly help us to walk out with a better physical feeling and emotional up lift. My awesome daughter gave me a gift card for an amazing 90 minute hot stone massage at the Miracle Healing Spa. Their minimal and clean atmosphere puts one at ease when you step in the door. The massage was the best I have had in my life. Jenny is an extremely skilled professional and knows the optimal pressure points. I remained relaxed the entire time and she was thorough. The hot towels, at the end, were appreciated so I didn’t leave excessively oily. I plan to return and highly recommended!

Megan and her employee went above and beyond to take care of my back and leg pain. They asked me how I feel and found the major pressure points and did a through whole body massage to help me to relieve the muscle pain. They want to provide the best service to all their customers. Megan did hot stone session and head massage to help relive my headache as well. After two hour relaxing session, I could walk without too much pain. Excellent Service, exceptionally neat and clean facility. Megan is very hospitable and professional, best prices and deals around town. I love that they have couples therapy rooms as well. This place is hit or miss. Ive been there 4 times and had 3 good massages and one with a new person only going through the motions. I was assigned better bodyworkers after I expressed my disappointment.There is a lot of turnover. It seems most of the workers are from China with limited English. They ask frequently if you want harder or softer pressure, but if you ask for anything outside of that, it is a bit frustrating to communicate. Once I found one I liked who spoke English pretty well, but she was gone within a month or two.They offer hot stones and do a good job of that, using the stones to massage the back, legs, and neck after theyve cooled. They say they have cupping, but they arent really familiar with it.The rooms are soothingly decorated and quiet. The couples massages are nice. The prices are reasonable, especially if you use groupons or discuss matching promotional rates.Overall Miracle Healing is decent, but Im going to keep looking for a place where I can establish a long term rapport with the massage therapist.

I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage to use for my SO birthday at this location and was unable to make it prior to the expiration of the promotion. When my S/O and I arrived for out couples massage on the morning of his birthday we arrived a little late for the appt. I apologized and acknowledged I expected time would be deducted off the massage because of our tardiness. The woman who took my voucher said we can’t accept this it expired approx 1 month before.I directed her to where on the voucher it says “after promotional time expires, merchant must accept the voucher for the price point paid.” She called someone on the phone. I don’t speak the language she was speaking so I don’t know what was said but I could hear a man hollering at her for an extensive time .I offered to pay the extra the service normally costs on top of the $128 paid for the Groupon. Once she hung up she said we can’t give you the credit of $128 paid for the Groupon. You can buy another package from us. I believe it was $166.If you the merchant partner with Groupon to promote your business you should be prepared to follow the rules of the vouchers.We could have paid for the couples massage again but it’s the principle I already paid $128 towards the massage and it’s not acceptable they didn’t accept the monies already paid, very unprofessional and we were uneasy with the yelling.We made the decision to leave and will NEVER return to this spa. From time to time I purchase couples massages for us from local businesses and we have always been thrilled with other merchants. Needless to say we were very unhappy. We will definitely suggest the other massage/spas in the area who honor the agreement and who are professional unlike the “Miracle Healing Spa” in Rockledge FL.

I had a couples massage. If you like pressure, this is the place for you! I had Mary. She was able to apply strong pressure very well.This isnt a place to sit around and sip on mimosas. This place offers a great atmosphere while giving you your service though. I wouldnt say it is a fluffy relaxation massage place. It is for people who like pressure. Best massage of my life!!!The only complaint (not a big deal) is that they do take payment first. So I recommend bringing cash for tip.

The Miracle Spa staff are very professional. For years I Have dealt with problems from muscular injuries and tears. I have use massage therapy to deal with it. I have tried an un countable amount of therapists and spas. None ever matched up the the healing and care given to me the staff at Miracle Health Spa. Megan has been my therapist since the day they opened. She is by far the best therapist I have ever Had. Techniques on deep tissue are amazing. She had been a key part in restoring flexibility allowing me to keep working with out pain. The staff at Miracle Spa are so kind and professional. I will not go to any other spa. The pricing Is great The services are awesome. I would recommend Miracle Spa to everyone. Thanks so much for helping to restore my fitness level back to where I needed to be after my injuries. Got a couples massage here and it was fantastic. Jenny was one of our masseuses. The hot wax hand treatment was so nice.And the hot stones used for massaging were also great.Jenny was very professional. She made us feel comfortable and was very hospitable.

I went in to get a massage since my husband booked me an appointment online with his card. When I arrived, no one greeted me for the first five minutes. When the manager came out of a room, she asked me to wait an additional 10 minutes. I thought about walking out but didnt since my husband booked it with card. So I waited about 15-20 minutes past my appointment time and was not impressed by the lack of organization, poor communication skills, and not so relaxing massage. The pressure was too hard and the manager walked into my massage trying to upsell a longer one. She also told me no pain, no gain. I didnt appreciate her talking over me to the masseuse in a different language. After the lady completed my massage, the manager told me to pay with my card causing confusion because it was already booked with the card. Again she started speaking very fast and loud to the masseuse about me and they were not being professional. Needless to say , I will not return. And she pressured me to tip. Who does that? Lack of professionalism to request a tip. That is up to the customer and their expectations.

Me and my “lover” as she called him, had a great experience. During a last minute scroll through Groupon, I called to see their availability. She said she could get us both in within the hour for a couples massage. What began as a spur of the moment idea, worked out in our favor in a great way. The rooms were clean and were well decorated and we were pleasantly greeted on arrival.Massages were great! The hot stones and paraffin wax for our hands was a great touch and surely wasn’t expected with such a great valued massage. These would have cost a LOT more at other spas. His masseuse was attentive and cautious of his recent knee surgery and worked around it well. The sheets weren’t the greatest and could have covered a bit more, felt a little exposed a few times (but neither were a dealbreaker). They were very professional. The door to the room was opened a few times to retrieve the stones, wax, etc.. and we wondered who might have been able to see from the waiting room. But it wasn’t awful.The massage felt great and left us both feeling amazing when we left, we both will definitely be back again!

Shared a couples massage with my husband. The had the room set up beautifully with cute towel swans on the massage tables. The entire atmosphere was great. Soft music, great aroma in the room and the massage itself was amazing. The massage therapist thoroughly worked our muscles and were communitive and gentle throughout. The paraffin wax treatment on our hands left them smooth and smelling great. Which we lived closer to continue recieving service here. Tina is a skilled massage therapist be sure to ask for her.

“Miracle Healing” sounds like a cliche name but it’s actually very accurate. Been looking for a good massage place in Florida now for years, I don’t like scheduling stuff weeks out, and I wanted couples massage so me and the woman can go together. I don’t like the memberships and high pressure sales, but the owner here does a good job with just giving you points so you don’t have to sign up or commit to anything but still get the benefits. The two ladies working on us did an amazing job, this was the best massage I ever had. I went in with some back pain which is associated with arthritis (nutrition self inflicted). The back pain was so bad it was hard for me to relax at first but as she worked down to that area I got so relaxed the back pain was gone completely when I left. The older lady really knew what she was going. I could tell she has a lot of experience. My muscles were relaxing so much that my joints were cracking and releasing tension on their own. The owner was very nice and you could tell he really cares about the business. That was the most important thing

One of my clients gave me a gift certificate to Miracle Healing Spa. Ive had the certificate for several months and hadnt used it because I go to a different massage therapy spa once a month. Last week, I had a particularly stressful and emotionally draining few days and needed immediate relief so I decided to use the certificate and called to see if they could fit me in. Thankfully, they were able to see me within two hours. I got a 90 minute massage and it was exactly what I needed. Excellent pressure, relieved stress and anxiety I had built up in part of my body, and was completely different from my normal monthly massage. I am definitely coming back!

Went in for a couples massage with my sister. This place was very dirty feeling. Floors not clean, dead ants everywhere. The sheets looked like they are from the 1970s. The therapists appeared to have no idea what they were doing. My sister states she has never felt violated like this during a massage. We got the new client special that was supposed to include Himalayan salts which we did not receive. After the massage was over, I had difficulty standing and walking. It felt as if my entire body is off balance. If i could give this place 0 stars I would.

The price online Is different from the price on Google maps. The massage on Google states the price of $75 includes the aromatic oil , perfin and hot stones. It also says that you will get 10% for first time guests. When you get there they will tell you aromatic oil is not included but instead of giving you a discount of 10% they will give you the oil. If you opt out they will give you coconut oil with no fragrance. They try to confuse you They also say they will give you a Cash discount but not really. The bait and switch left a bad taste. The massage was good. But I would not go back due to the trickery!Its unfortunate that a lot of business in Coco, Rockledge and Melbourne behave in n such matter.

**This was a few years ago and these girls may be gone** I have a long history getting massages because when I became a licensed esthetician the massage class would use us as practice. When you get licensed they teach the proper drapping technique to not expose body parts. Ive received plenty of massages during my esthetician career from coworkers. This was my first experience in 10 years seeing see through sheets as well as myself and my boyfriend and I were being completely exposed. It was supposed to be a relaxing couples massage and instead it felt like a dirty massage parlor. I do not appreciate the woman rubbing my boyfriends and I entire butt without a sheet covering us. This is entirely inappropriate.

I honestly was disappointed and wish i took the advice of that lower star review. The lady at the front was very nice, but the masseuses didn’t speak a word of English and never asked what pressure i wanted or what area to focus on. And when i told them mid massage i had to say and point to it and after the 3rd time they got it, which is whatever but still takes away from the relaxing part. You get this thin sheet that barely covers your whole body which also took away from the experience. Also she viciously combed my hair up for 5 minutes which I’m not really sure why and ripped out some hairs. Also the massage felt rushed and they were just doing it to get it over with if that makes sense. Honestly this place could be better with a little tweaks and more direction.

Went for a couples massage.Never been here before today. Upon entering we were greeted, then immediately asked for payment.It was so bizarre. I asked if I could pay after our service (how am I suppose to tip based on experience before the service?)This did not set a good tone.They started about 15 minutes late.Did not feel professional.Miracle Healing Spa doesnt have any spa ambiance. They wear scrubs. The sheets and linen were stiff and felt cheap.The light in the room was too bright to relax. The music repeated two tunes for the duration of our hour massage.The masseuse asked when she began, medium or hard? Never asked us anything about problem areas or if i was comfortable being touched everywhere.At one point my sheet was completely off and I felt pretty exposed.The massage lacked technique. At one point she shook my hand and another, dropped my leg from mid air.. I wondered if the massuse is licensed.

Very very relaxing. A must if in the area. Very nice staff I don’t get massages at all. Maybe third one in my life and certainly get more visiting. I had Eva. And now feeing like a brand new man.

This place was horrible. I went for my partners birthday and the woman who did my massage was so rude. It is not LGBT friendly they kept calling me and my partner siblings at the couple massage when I kept telling them that we are in a relationship and to stop. Also the woman who gave me a massage was unbelievably rude and made very rude comments about my weight. It was such an uncomfortable experience and I would never recommend.
