I loved my manicure there. I wish I got the name of the technician..I will definitely go back. The lady for the pedicure also got all my callouses out, they always miss that in other places. Only thing I would say is better massage would be nice, firm touch. Even tho they aren’t massage certified it always feels nice to have a good firm massage and it would increase the tip $$.

Came in for an acrylic/gel manicure and other than the lady that did my nails having the worst attitude, rushed the ENTIRE process (legit did 1 coat?), she completely botched my nails and when I finally had the courage to ask to fix the MANY imperfections, she was rude and just filed them….. if you are that inexperienced you really should not be doing people’s nails. Such horrible customer service she had. Other people working there were nice as my sisters nails were good. Waste of my money and time.

Loyal client since 2021. Today was the last day I will give any of my money to this salon. Ive tried to stick it out even after the constant raising of prices, taking away all discounts and incentives. I mean the prices raised 3 times in one year, within months of each other.Today is exactly two weeks from when I got my nails done. They were not right the first day I left. I texted her pictures and telling her that although the nails seemed ok before I left, as soon as I got home I started noticing they were not right. And I was basically brushed off. Told that it just looked that way to me. I had another nail tech look at them and they confirmed they werent right. She never even offered for me to come back in so she could take a look or anything. I mean the nails were not even sealed from DAY ONE. Everything I touched stuck to the nails and I couldnt get it off. The top coat was peeling off multiple nails. My nails have never looked this grown out in two weeks. Shes even said herself after 4 weeks at times that they werent that grown out.Today was my first time I was able to go into the salon to get a soak off. Ive never gone for just a soak off, I ALWAYS get a new set. When I got there and stated I wanted a soak off, after knowing we texted about the nails you would think she would have at least looked at them. Instead she had someone else soak me off and when I asked arent you going to even look at them she said with an attitude its been weeks. Yeah two weeks to the day, but I communicated with you the day of. Theres been other times Ive not been happy with my nails but I just grinned and bear it. This was the last straw. Theres hundreds of salons around here and if Im going to spend my money, I want to be happy with the service every time

My husband went and got me a gift certificate for a Mani & Pedi. I went in two nights ago and was told theyd do both at the same time. No problem for me, went to my chair, started a Pedi with one employee, was switched in the middle so he could do someone elses nails. Still, no problem. However my nails look like my toddler attempted to do them and they basically cut my cuticle on both big toes. Paid almost over $100 plus tip for services and it literally hurts to put socks on and go to work due to having raw cuticles. Not sure where all of the great reviews come from, but that unfortunately was not the case for me at all.

I walked in with my three girls and they were able to get us in quickly. The staff is friendly and the salon is clean. Definitely a relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated that Helen took the time to ensure my nails were even and perfectly shaped. I will definitely return! Note: I love that they text you a copy of your receipt, so there are no hidden charges. My full set of acrylics/w gel polish was $50 plus $10 for the French tip. The partial design was $5 and the design on both hands was $15.

My first visit to this nail salon was a great experience. I was warmly greeted and quickly helped to choose a color before being seated right away. The entire staff was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be returning for a pedicure with Susan! She was meticulous and even took the time to completely fix a nail. Highly recommended!

Yuly was able to create the birthday nails I was hoping for! I have received so many compliments when I’m out and about. She absolutely nailed the encapsulation design.

I went here after having a good experience twice but things obviously have changed ! My nail tech was nice but my nail polish was put on and was gooey and old not fresh and had lines and not painted to to the tips ! Definitely not coming back ever they need to throw there old products out so it didn’t get used on the customer

I never leave reviews.. But the service that Kenny and Susan provide today was some of the best. Cannot say good enough things about the two of them. Nails done and a pedicure. They both took their time and made a lasting impression. So kind and patient. I’m so lucky to have found them.

Mr. “Lee” has been wonderful. Very patient and detailed. Also very soft with my tender toes and now they are soft pink glitter. Painted lovely understated trees and snowflakes for christmas. I can’t have loud nails in my work but his art was so nice and it was a surprise! This week I have cherry blossom buds on 2 fingers. I highly recommend Lee but don’t everyone steal my appt spots!

I visited this salon for the first time 2/23/24. My daughter and I regularly visit Queen’s nails in Melbourne because it’s closer to where I live (they also have Disney princess chairs for the littles) but we were in the Rockledge area and this salon had exceptional reviews. The salon is small but very cute, well set up, they got us in and out quickly even though we didn’t have an appointment. The woman who did my daughter’s manicure was great, she cleaned her cuticles up and meticulously painted her little nail beds. My daughter is only five, her nails are tiny but she loves being girly. It can be hard to paint her nails so I always appreciate when nail techs take their time to make it clean. The tech even massaged some lotion on her hands after and sweetly asked if my daughter was happy with her nails. I was satisfied, my daughter had a good experience. At Queens they only charge us $10, they charged me $25 here, but that didn’t even bother me so much. My ONLY issue with the entire experience was when I walked in, I was behind two other female customers and the woman running the counter said to another worker that the “Gordita” (chubby/fat girl) wanted a manicure. She was speaking in Spanish, she clearly didn’t expect any of us to understand but I do and I did. And although the salon was aesthetic and clean enough, it made the experience uncomfortable. It set the tone. It was unprofessional, classless and truly unfortunate because if I hadn’t caught that I’d have probably come to this specific salon every time I was in the area.

The place is very nice and I am very happy with my nails and eyebrows. Every time is always a pleasure. Love Kenny he always makes me happy when it comes to service, I can truly say I am never disappointed when Kenny is doing my nails..... they also have 2 new services that Ive been scared to try 1st is eyebrow tenting and 2nd is eye lashes please if anyone has had thus done at this place let me know and post photos

They do exactly what they say “Perfect Nails” 💅🏽🥰 As a perfectionist, this place is the best I’ve been to. My nails come out perfect every single time 😌. I’ve been going to them for months now and every time it’s a pleasure. I love how sanitary and professional they are.

The young lady who did my mani pedi did a very good job. It ended up costing more than I expected due to not knowing what all the extras cost. Next time hopefully I will have time to look at some kind of price list to see. My nails look great. Now to see if they last.

I just went into Perfect Nails today and I have to say I am beyond disappointed. Nothing like the photos provided, didn’t get who I requested, and there’s little pieces of cotton and bubbles. I personally worked at a nail salon and I understand how you’re not going to get exactly what you ordered, but I didn’t expect to have to correct every little detail. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the guy I had was funny and nice. Not his fault at all cause I knew it wasn’t going to be easy. Took 2.5 hrs for a fill design and gel polish on the toes. That why i put that there would be charms and such in the notes. Now I half to go pay to get them fixed somewhere else.

Kelly did my nails and I love them! She was great. She took her time and also fixed the mistakes from a completely didn’t place. Everyone else was also nice!

Kenny is truly amazing, kind and very professional. He is great at his job, he takes his time and make sure you walk out looking amazing. Kenny did my full set and they came out spectacular. He also did my pedicure, my feet and legs look and feel amazing. I will definitely keep coming back to him. I can say that I received an extraordinary service from Kenny.

Jessie was my nail tech and he was wonderful! He talked with me the whole time and was interested in getting to know me. He was very kind and a pleasure to hang out with. He did a beautiful job on my nails, gave me some suggestions on what he thought would be best and gave me a manicure that was better than the one I wanted! Will definitely be going back!

Update: one of the fingernails is totally chipped off and its only been 3 days of normal everyday use. I just wont get my finger nails done again.Ive only had a pedicure once before so dont know much about this all works. I decided to treat myself to another one and throw in a manicure. I was offered a mani pedi combo special.To be fair, I didnt read the fine print. That being said, I am very hard on my hands which is why I dont paint my own nails because I ruin them instantly so I asked for them to use something that will take a beating, like the polish that held up so well on my last pedi. The color i chose said gel on the sample so I thought thats what the polish was. The pedi went great. As for the mani, she didnt do a hand massage so maybe it wasnt included in the special. After my nails were done before I even got up from the chair reaching into my purse three nails were ruined so the poor girl had to fix them all. And I was trying to get them to explain to me why this was happening but due to language barrier it took a while and she finally understood and said because I didnt use the gel nail polish. I am guessing the Joe nail polish wasnt included in the special so its my bad for not reading the fine print but I specifically asked for the better polish when I got there and I would have had no problem paying extra. I did give the girl an extra big tip because I felt so bad.. other than that the place is very clean, its very mellow, I love the massage chairs, brand new items for each person and everyone was very nice. I will definitely go back. They also had a sign that said if you pay cash you get points so Im hoping I got points for my visit because I didnt see it on my receipt but maybe it shows up later on. Regardless I was very pleased except I do have two gouges on two of my nails but at least the Polish color is still there so you really cant tell if unless you look close and Im surprised its held up this long and its only the next day! LOL

I had 2 bad experiences with my previous salon… so it was time for me to find another one 😞… I tried this place out, and I tried a shape and design I’ve never gotten before! This is what I got 😁 Super pleased AND the nails are not too thick or lumpy! The man who did my nails took 3 hours taking my old ones off and making me these! Took his time and had patience with me! I will definitely come back again! 60$ well worth it

Worst pedicure experience I’ve had. Had to go back because the polished never dried after 6 hours. When they fixed it they did it the same way so it happened again. Said that was normal for regular polish. Talked to me like I was stupid and didn’t know anything. I’ve been getting regular pedicures for years and that’s never happened at a salon, I do know that.

The most terrible nail experience I have ever had I bring a design in a photo and I asked if they could do it to which they said yes and it was the complete opposite. The agony began, I asked for a manicure and pedicure because I was supposed to relax and have a pleasant and enjoyable moment, but I found incompetent people who do not know how to interact with education and manners towards their clients, much less professional knowledge of nails. acrylic or gel. The person who did my manicure was extremely disrespectful and rude, yelled at me and wanted to charge me extra for filing and a horrible design. She did not accept suggestions from me to correct the horrible thing she did. They are dishonest people and without professional ethics. They assigned me to a lady. She didnt know how to do a pedicure. I paid for the deep cleaning and didnt even cut my cuticle .Due to all the discomfort, The owner, who is also a super despotic and poorly educated person, tried to fix the mess on my feet but treated me very badly for demanding and complaining For a service that I am paying for. Businesses like this should improve the attention and services and educate the staff. I spent more than $100 on this, a kindergarten girl can paint and draw better.

Went from 5 stars 🌟 to 3 stars 🌟 back to 5 🌟Update 11/13:Went back for a second chance. Sana did an amazing job on my new rose gold/pink dip set. Absolutely love them! Already planning my next appointment for Christmas nails. 😊Update 10/30:Nails came off after about 14 days. 😠First review 10/16:Liked my matte black coffin nails even with a few blemishes when I got them on Oct 16th. I noticed the matte coming off after a week. Now today is Oct 27th and one of my dipped nails is coming off! Im going to give them another chance on my next appt in 2 weeks. I hope they last until then. 😟

Ivy was great! She completed my full acrylic nail set and a deluxe style pedicure with gel polish in just an hour and a half. Very personable. You’ll enjoy her attention to detail and her great vibes.

This is my second time visiting. Love my pedi! The hot stone massage and paraffin wax dip was amazing and took my pedi to the next level. Im very thankful the tech was very gentle when giving a massage as I have sensitive skin. Also, I enjoy visiting this salon as there is no overwhelming chemical smell when you walk in. Thank you to Wen and Lisa for taking care of mine and my sisters pedis today.

THIS nail salon is the best I have ever been to in any state. Starting with their scheduling system, previous service tracking, discounts for returning customers, and organized, clean atmosphere. Every tech has been pleasant and does quality work. I come here to take some mommy time and I leave happy every time. They have a unique staff that speak multiple languages with different stories and I love this. I live on Merritt Island but glady drive over. Thanks for making me feel pretty!

I would absolutely not return to Perfect Nails. First of all the 20% off for new customers will not be applied until your second visit, so dont walk in expecting a discount when you come here for the first time. Also a lot of their nail techs are inexperienced and dont properly cut cuticles and my simple gel manicure and pedicure cost over $100 total and did not look professional. I also did not like the way I was spoken to by the man at the front desk and do not recommend this nail salon. The only positive thing is that it looks nice in there and they offered me a bottle of water.

Vanessa and Ruby are amazing. The salon is clean and has a quiet atmosphere. The staff is personable and welcoming. The staff talks to their customers and is engaging. Every time I have my nails done, they last with no flaws. I have been to a few different salons over the years, this one is priced lower than most and the quality you get is far better than most. They are accommodating but honest about time management. They are willing to work you in without an appointment but they put their appointment first. They respect their clients that have taken the time to book an appointment. Love them!!!!!

The nail tech was very polite but the quality was genuinely not there. He popped off my old nails with a nail tip which hurt extremely bad, the nail shapes were uneven, crooked, and one my bf dubbed to be a “snaggle tooth” shape. The design looked nothing like what I requested and was sealed poorly so the layers of the paint began peeling up almost immediately. At the end of it all the tech gave me the wrong total, mistakenly forgetting to charge me for a pedicure so when he told me my total was only 75$ I tipped heavily to accommodate the cheap price… only for him to come back over and request another 60$ for the forgotten pedicure charge. I will not be back, maybe I just had a one off experience but there’s probably a reason they give you a discount if you return. Again, the tech was super nice and sweet but it was just not a great experience.

Nails were done by Wendy. She did a fabulous job. Very nice. Will definitely go back again, next time we are here and needing nails done.

David is so patient and listens to exactly how I’d like my nails. They turn out great every time!June does a great job too and she’s a hoot!Prices are reasonable.They usually play chill music.But sometimes they put a movie on or something not relaxing.

My rewie will be for the lady who I assume is the manager or owner, I dont know and Im not even interested since since I entered the place she asked me in an unprofessional way if I had an appointment and I answered yes and pointed to the girl with the one who had an appointment, the almost two and a half hours that I was in the place I never saw that lady with a smile on her face and not so much that when I approached to pay in a hostile manner she told me that it was with the girl on the tablet more When she saw that the girl was adding what she did to me to charge me, as she did not understand something, they went to one of her colleagues to clarify the doubt she had and the aforementioned lady went straight to where the young woman apparently distrusted her employee and me. I didnt like the beginning or the end simply because of the presence of that lady who seems to be not happy and should at least be more cordial with the clients since it is because of them that she has work, my first and last time I go to That place, the young women are apart because they were very attentive, so I was not interested in taking the 20% coupon for new clients since it is clear that I will not return.

Don’t go to this place !!First I arrive and they asked me to clean my hands with a wet towel that smells dirty.Then I got a woman to do my pedicure, she was so rude!! I got another person to do my manicure, and O M G! First time I get such a bad manicure!I asked for dip. My nails are uneven, they didn’t take care of the borders of my nails. They look so bad !! My mail now it’s all paste to the borders… I can’t believe I pay for this!

June was amazing! She has done my nails 2x and my daughters nails several times. Everything is so clean! Everyone seems very nice but June is my go to girl!

This was my first time coming here as I normally go to another place regularly but was very disappointed at my last visit there so I figured I would give this place a try based on their reviews I thought they would be a great place. I feel like they rushed through the entire process. I came in for a fill and polish change. The guy Jessie i think that greeted me and filed my polish off was very friendly and very delicate with the nail drill or whatever you call it LOL. Once I got to the other person Tracy she seemed a little frustrated probably due to the customer that was sitting two seats down from me. The other customer was very loud and just a little annoying at times. She hit my cuticles with the nail drill several times and theyre kind of uncomfortable now I hope they dont get infected. Also I always get coffin shape nails which like I said I came in for a fill so shape was really easy. However after she filled my nails in theyre very uneven and she barely even filed them down. You cant really tell too much in the pictures that I took but theyre kind of wavy and not how they are supposed to be. However I will give them a second chance because everyone was really friendly. And I really want to find a nail salon that I can go to on a regular basis

We walked in and they took care of us immediately. This place is beyond clean and organized! They did a great job on their work. The only thing is if the insist on a design ask the price. One of us got a pedicure and the tech insisted on putting the smallest heart on my toe and then charged me $10 to do so. Other than that they were great!

Their name says it all…Perfect Nails! I tried this nail salon for the first time today and couldn’t be happier. I asked for a pink and white ombré with almond shaped nails. The nail tech was a sweet older gentleman who did an awesome job. Wish I would have got his name. Very happy with my new nails.

June is the best!!! I’ve gone to nail salons all over the country and she is my favorite nail artist by far. She has amazing precision and attention to detail. Her customer service is outstanding. She really forms relationships with clients and gets to know them as friends. I’ve been going to her for the past year now and have only good things to say.

He was also very attentive and accommodating to a permanent injury I have (frozen finger). So, I made an appointment with Kim and she removed the acrylic from my nails, completed a manicure, and, Kim added powder dip color- were nursing my nails back to health. I had the callus removal pedicure with gel polish. This Woman worked her magic and skills. Kim is popular & busy. I recommend you make an appointment. Kim is the best as somebody already stated in their review.

Easy to get an appointment on Tuesday at 11:00. I was surprised they’re open 7 days a week. Nice decor. My tech was friendly and did a good manicure and pedi. They offer a wide variety of spa pedicures with different scents and oils. I just opted for the basic and she did a good job shaping my nails exactly as I wanted. Price is reasonable and within local standards.On the downside, it could use some relaxing spa music and next to my pedicure and massage chair there were old nail clippings next to the chair on her floor. It was not busy and there was no reason it couldn’t have been cleaned by any of the people in the salon not working.I will go again and see if that’s an ongoing problem.

First time going here. Bella did my pedicure and she was absolutely amazing. Jessie did my Fills and he never cleaned up my real nails. He didnt drill the underside of my nails at all. He was quick and sloppy. My real nails are getting caught on things because there long. Im super disappointed on how gross the underside of my nails are. These pictures were taken not even 30 minutes after leaving the salon.

I LOVE MY NAILS!! I have been going to an over rated salon for awhile. This was my first time at Perfect Nails. I had Sana as my nail manicurist. She went above and beyond my expectations for my gel nail design for the Miami Dolphins! I’ll have to drive a little further, but I think I just found my new nail salon.There were 5 of us for appointments. They were very busy. I had to wait a little longer to get in but still walked out with the rest of my party. And their attention to detail made a big difference! Thank you!

This was my first time at this establishment, the shop was very clean and staff were friendly. I got a light ombré dip done with almond shape. The prices were reasonable, and will definitely be coming back again❤️.

So today was my first time at Perfect Nails. I made an appt with David. I got a full set with David and he was phenomenal. He did an amazing job and he was great to chat with as well. The salon is beautiful and very very clean. I found my new nail salon yayyy. I highly recommend Perfect Nails.

First time coming here, and even though it was a bit pricey, I’d come back. They were all very nice, and the salon was clean, however there was no barbicide on the stations and the same files and buffers were used on each customer. I do love my nails though and they did what the picture showed.

I love Helen! Shes always so nice and makes me feel welcome. I dont get color on my fingernails I like the natural look of a pink. My first time I wasnt sure which shade of pink and she was so patient with me while we figure it out. Happy to have found a place closer to home that I actually like.

I went in with my one year old son and every one was so nice they gave him a crackers to keep him calm while i got my nails done and pedi yuli was awsome she did a amazing job .

Everything was so nice and clean. Helen used fresh clean tools and her station was clean. It was a nice relaxing experience. My daughter got a mani/pedi and she loves it. Helen did dip nails and a pedi for me and my nails are absolutely perfect! My pedi isn’t perfect but I’m not mad, the experience was amazing.

I came one year ago and gave this place 5 stars. I just went back on 10/5/23 and got a full set…the nail tech I received spoke no English and did not understand me at all. Which that is fine…. But it is now less than 1 week later and every nail has lifted and one is completely gone. And u unfortunately I don’t live close to go back and ask them to fix it. I called 2 days ago and was supposed to receive a call from the owner… they never called so I called back…. He was able to read me the note the girl left … but obviously didn’t care… the owner refuses to understand my issue. I explained how I got them fixed by my normal nail salon.. and all I would like is a partial refund…his reply is “that is not my problem” I tried to tell him it was his problem and he hung up on me.

Today was my first time visiting Perfect Nails. Everything was clean and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I booked my appointment online and had my nails done by Darling. She did a great job and was also friendly throughout my visit! Definitely will return! :)

Since moving to FL I haven’t been to a nail salon and after reading several reviews I decided to try Perfect Nails. I made an appointment to get a full set and pedicure and they got me checked in quickly. The pedicure was great and relaxing. I can’t remember my techs name but Ivy did my nails and she was very friendly and awesome at recommending a look for my full set! They came out so pretty! Decent work, they were very unprofessional though. I booked for 11:30 then changed my appointment to 11 with our asking they just sent me a text. Then they did our nails and toes at the same time, which was unprofessional. They’re doing our nails on the pedicure chair, getting the dust and everything all over our clothes, it also didn’t allow me to use the massage chair, it was too much at the same time and wasn’t relaxing. I asked for short nails and she charged me for medium and charged me for the shape. I won’t be going back

I am traveling on business and broke 2 nails. Lisa was able to take me the same day for a pedicure and manicure. Both were relaxing. She recommended dips for strength as my nails were broken well below the skin line. Very happy with the results. I will plan another trip to the area just to utilize Perfect Nails and Lisa’s services. Facilities were clean, many new chairs and very hygienic. Highly recommend them.

Ive been here a couple times so far and Kim is the one who does my nails and she is so amazing , i am a little picky when it comes to my nails and she does them exactly to liking and is so kind . I get sns powder due to being allergic to acrylic and she has always been nice about it , the man however who i believe is the owner isnt the nicest and made me cry bc he yelled at me saying my nails were acrylic when they werent bc i am allergic but other than that everyone else is very kind

This was my second Time at the salon, as I’m new to the area. My first experience was just absolutely wonderful. I got a full set of nails and a wonderful pedicure. The deluxe one. This past Saturday I went in to get a fill, and one of their deluxe pedicures, and it was a nightmare. There was a gentleman by the front cashier stand. Very very nice. I showed him the picture that I wanted. He said no problem and he asked me if it was OK if I did my pedicure at the same time as my nails. The man that was doing my nails. I believe his name tag said Tom I’m not really actually sure however, I kept yelling because he kept hitting my cuticles and making my nails burn with the drill. There was actually a taller gentlemanWith a long gray ponytail that was walking around that saw me and my expression and knew I was upset. I ended up leaving there with three bleeding fingers. My nails look nothing like the picture that I wanted not to mention the pedicure that I paid for which is so expensive.lwas terrible.The first time I was there I had the best massage on my legs and feet but this lady did Nothing. As Being Respectful as I am, my nails and pedicure were way over $100 ii still gave them a cash tip of $15 each because that’s the type of person I am I didn’t say A word all I wanted to do was run out and leave. I was terrified to even say anything anyway, because I thought it would be worse if I did. I actually left there were three bleeding fingers Drove myself to Publix to get Neosporin. I actually have pictures of my bleeding fingers. Also, not to mention They advertise 20% off on your second visit I couldn’t find the card. They could Have looked in the computer to see this was my second visit and honor my 20%, but they absolutely did not and would not. The whole funny part about not even looking or talking to the manager. They told me when I come back the next time. Make sure the manager knows and he will give it to me. Why couldn’t they do It then.

I got a pedicure from Darling and it was amazing! My toes look so good and my feet feel so good after that ten minute massage! I got the callus removal and now my feet are soft like a baby! I got gel for the first time because Darling said that it lasts for a really long time and is good if you are rough on your feet. She was super nice and funny and I would definitely come back to get my toes done by her again.The place was so clean and pretty. They have so many options for colors. Their prices are very fair and they gave me 10% off for being a first time client! Thank you!

I went to Perfect Nails today and got the $39 pedicure because I got a text for 20% off. Otherwise i would have got the $29 pedicure. When I checked out instead of taking the 20% off, they give me a coupon for 20% off the NEXT time I come in. That is not why I went there today instead of one of dozens of other choices I have. Its like the old bait and switch tactic and I dont appreciate it.

My 9 yr daughter & I got gel Mani & gel Pedi. Kim, David, & Lisa took care of us. They were great & attentive and very sweet to my daughter.My nails were lumpy but I was headed to a cruise. They would have to do.I personally wouldnt get my nails done again by Kim but I will be back to try other nail technicians. They do seem to have greatcustomer service.Update: Came back to try another tech & had a mini manicure & dip nails done by Lisa. My nails literally peeled off 2 days later. I never even knew that was possible. I think my nails had oil on them from the Mani & that caused the the dip polish not to adhere properly.I contacted the manager & they were eager for me to come back and redo my nails for free. No hassle, no problems. Like I said earlier they have very good customer service. I still recommend them.

Regrettably, my cuticles became inflamed and incurred minor nicks during the process. While the design itself was satisfactory, I couldnt help but wish that more time had been allocated to prevent the rushed application, resulting in a somewhat thick and uneven outcome. Despite these observations, it is worth noting that the establishment maintains a clean environment, and the nail technician who attended to me displayed a commendable level of kindness. However, considering the overall quality of the service, I may reconsider investing a substantial amount for a service that I would rate as three stars. For individuals seeking a basic polish without intricate designs, this establishment may suit their preferences.

12-21-2023 visited to buy LF a $100 gift certificate. Met at door by owner Thanh who asked, Is for Pam ?She is/as of today was a 3 year client. I purchased and presented it to her on 12-25-2023 in Costa Rica on our cruise. In all our various travel in & around Costa Rica she lost it. This morning 1-11-2024 Feng agreed that it was purchased for Pam but refused to honor it, saying, somebody else might use it.Given it was lost in Costa Rica, given it has Pams name on it and given they personally know her from 3 years regular appointments does this sound like somebody you want to do business with ?This man is a thief.

Im here on vacation, and my only complaint is that I cant come back here when I go home. Everyone is so nice! The manicure and pedicure were done so well, and with a lot of care. Theyre fast, but it doesnt feel like theyre pushing you out. Also, its very clean. They use the bags in the pedicure basin, and their tools are cleaned.

I always get my pedicures done here because they always do a great job and the service is very good however this time was totally different. I am getting married in a week and i chose a nude pink color for my toes, my tech this time around was Keylah. Keylah was extremely rude and disrespectful about the color I chose for my wedding and had a very poor attitude. I was going to get my manicure done there too but after that experience. Id rather go somewhere else that doesnt give clients attitude over a COLOR. My recommendation is for management to address Keylahs professionalism with clients before they have anymore problems.

EVERY TIME I COME HERE TO GET MY BROWS DONE I AM DISAPPOINTED!!!! My brows look thicker than before I laid on the table. Nobody tried to help. Do not come here to get your brows done if you have thick hair. You will be disappointed and out of $12.

This place is amazing! I just moved back and was looking for a place and they had the best and most reviews online. I have been 3 times now and will keep coming back. Rubi has been my tech since day one. She is amazing and my toes last awhile even with gel on it and I’m a clumsy person.

I arrived early to my appointment and immediately was greeted, sat and taking care of. I noticed right away how clean it was and their attention to safety and protocols. Staff is very friendly and professional. I will definitely be back!!

This was my first time here I want a soak off (NOT A NAIL POP OFF). Upon me sitting down to be serviced I stated what I wanted a soak off The older lady was preparing her area to do my service. A man came over talking in their native language I again repeated myself I want a soak off and not just popping my nails off This is where the attitude begins. The older lady was rough and rude. Still talking in their native language the man comes back and forth not sure what they are saying. But this is very rude especially with customers being serviced. As the service is going on and she is filing down my acrylics in between the soaking process, we notice I have a greenie on one nail. Myself not realizing I even had the issue on my nail I otherwise would have done it my self. Once the old lady and I notice it she started to be even more rude and could care less about customer service. The salon was full of people and the lady repeatedly kept holding my hand up to show the male worker in the shop. The 3rd time I was over it. I pulled my hand back said my choice words as I am walking to the front, paid them for not even getting the nails half way soaked off. Paid and I left. I should paid $5 for a job that was not even half way done. I have never in my life been embarrassed by a nail salon ever. I spend more than $100 every time I get my nails done. This was beyond rude and the owners need to give trainings on proper customer service. I will never return to this salon and when people ask me about my nails as they do everywhere I go I will say the salon who did my nails and the salon to NEVER go to which is this one unless you like to be treated rude. Black people spend so much money patronizing these types of salons and yet we are still treated very rude. Find a better nail salon.

I have been to Perfect Nails three times. Each time I have been enlightened about procedures. And have been weaned off tips, which is what I wanted. My nails look natural and my confidence is restored. The staff is very nice. They dont force conversations as some salons do. They are efficient and knowledgeable. As long as I am in Florida, I will return to this establishment. Which is in a convenient location, too.

Today was my first time here. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and given a towel to cleanse my hands. The facility was very clean and calming. Lisa took care of me and was very patient as I changed my mind on wanting gel after she already finished my nails and took her time with me, also she was very detailed.

On Friday, April 7, 2023, I visited Perfect Nails for the first time. I have positive and negative feedback about my experience.Positive feedback: There was a nice lady who greeted me when I walked in and asked what service I was getting done. I explained that I wanted French manicure on my natural nails and she stated she could not guarantee it would last long on my nails. I stated, I was fine with that. Due to I only needed it to last for a few days for an event I was attending later that day.Negative feedback: I found out the nail tech Darlin put gel polish on my nails instead of regular nail polish that I originally requested when I walked in the door. She got an attitude, told the owner, he walked over to apologize and told her to remove the gel polish and do what I requested. Then, gave me $10 back from the $35 I initially paid. Afterwards, Darlin removed the gel polish off my nails with a electric file and put a French manicure on my natural nails. She did a decent job but felt she could have done better. However, I was pressed for time and had another appointment right afterwards. Also, I would like to mention that Darlin asked a lot of personal questions during my visit there. She asked if the gentleman who came in the salon was my husband, how long have we been together, do we have children, are they small children or adult children and where do I live? Its ok for nail techs to ask questions but not as many as she did. So I started asking her questions because it felt like I was being interrogated. In addition, I just recently removed my French manicure and noticed I still had gel polish on my nails. I had to buff my nails and remove the gel polish with acetone polish instead of regular polish which took awhile. Now, my nails are soft, brittle and will take weeks before my nails will be strong again.I would also like to add, from past experiences when I go to other nail salons for a manicure. The nail tech massages your hands for a few minutes and puts lotion on it. I did not get at Perfect Nails and the nail tech Darlin was not a Darling.

I was very pleased that their was no odor in the salon 💇‍♀️. Service was quick, and professional. I had zero wait time. Very pleased with both the technician’s.I will definitely go back. I also noticed they have an organic option; which I will be investigating.
