I booked a couples massage for both my best friend and my birthday. Our massage therapists were AMAZING! And the girl that checked us in was the sweetest! The experience was absolutely wonderful - we were regretting not booking a facial with our massage but will definitely be back soon to do both 😁 This is our new favorite place to get pampered!

I had a great afternoon at Spavia! They were very accommodating of my tight schedule and were able to put together a nice spa package in a short amount of time. I had a great massage, body, wrap, and facial. The facilities were immaculately clean and very zen & relaxing. The perfect day!

I love love love this place! Everybody was so nice and welcoming! I had an 80 minute prenatal massage and it was amazing! They have lockers for all your items and even a little glass cup to hold your rings inside the locker. A warm robe and sandals are provided upon check in and then you are taken to a relaxation room to wait for your massage. First timers get $30 off their service! Can’t wait to go back!

I love Spavia! This last visit was awesome. Kandis is a master at what she does. She left me feeling amazing and took care of all those sore spots! I highly recomend her if you are looking for a professional massage therapist. And as always, the facilities at Spavia are imaculate and inviting! I would go twice a week if I could afford it! LOL

Be careful buying your man a fathers day gift massage from here. They will charge him instead of the card of file, refuse accountability, and not even have the courtesy to call and apologize. Id give 0 stars if I could.

I booked an online appointment for a facial. Spavia requires a credit card to be on file in the event I cancel less than 24 hours in advance. If that happened, I would be charged 50% of the service I booked.The reason stated on their website is ‘In consideration of other guests and our specialists, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellation 24 hours in advance of a single treatment and 48 hours in advance of multiple treatments. All treatments must be reserved with a credit card. We reserve the right to bill half of the amount for missed appointments, for appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance of a single treatment or for appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance of multiple treatments. Our policy is designed to respect other guests and to provide compensation to our employees, who rely on us to manage their schedules and their careers with Spavia.’On the day of my appointment, I received a TEXT canceling the appointment 3 hours before the actual time. Will I be given a 50% credit? Doubtful as I wasn’t even given the courtesy of a phone call. The policy, designed to respect other guests and your employees, clearly doesn’t respect MY time. Your recommendation that I call you and reschedule? I don’t think so. The text I received the next day, thanking me for my visit and asking me to schedule my next appointment, was concerning. Are you also charging my credit card for a visit I didn’t have? There are so many other places in the area that WILL respect my time and be professional when a situation arises. That place is not Spavia.

I have two little ones under two and my family sent me here as my Christmas gift. Cannot compliment Spavia Blue Oaks enough. Every single staff member was extremely warm, pleasant and wonderful. I had such an incredibly relaxing time. I feel like a completely new person. I love this place!!!

My mom and I went for the first time and it was absolutely amazing! Everyone was really nice and professional. Great atmosphere and very helpful and informative staff. We left very relaxed and stress free! Will definitely be returning!!

Kate @ Spavia is absolutely phenomenal! The most thoughtful massage Ive ever had. She is a wonderful healer and Im so happy to have her as my therapist. Spavia has a wonderful selection of products as well. I HIGHLY recommend the full body CBD cream add on for massage. You feel amazing every single time. The cream is available for purchase too and at a discount for members. I can not say enough great things about Spavia. I simply adore it!

From the moment you step into the door, the atmosphere says it’s going to be a relaxing experience. The smells, the music all together take stress away. The staff is extremely friendly, the changing rooms are top notch. If you get there a few minutes early you can relax in one of the most comfortable robes I have ever worn with a warm neck towel. My therapist Dante did an amazing job. He knew when to ask for feedback, and did a great job! I highly recommend this Spa.

I recently had foot surgery and needed a lot of help from friends to compensate for my loss of mobility. Keeping my Spavia membership during this period allowed me to gift my wonderful friends for all their support and hard work without insultingly just offering cash like they were paid employees.Nothing like a little pampering for yourself during difficult times either.

April was very professional and a wonderful massage therapist! She knows her stuff. Clean facility, nice robes and slippers. Excellent questionnaire to focus on the client’s target areas and concerns. My only tiny suggestion is that the chairs in the relaxation room, although plush, are not super comfortable for those with lower back issues. Perhaps some support pillows would be helpful? Love the positive little books and adult coloring books! Would recommend this spa for anyone needing self care in a calming environment!

Highly recommend Spavia for your next massage. I had the ABSOLUTE BEST massage of my life here with Lexi!!! I spend a significant amount of time seated at a computer, which creates tension in my hands, forearms and neck. I tell every masseuse up front that I would really appreciate if they spend more time on those areas even if that means sacrificing time in other areas, however most leave it to the end with a short amount of time and its mediocre at best. This was not the case with Lexi at all. She took the time to listen to my concerns began the massage focusing on those specific areas and didnt stop until all of my tension was melted away. I cannot even begin to describe how much relief it gave me and I am incredibly grateful. The facility is also really nice and upon check in they give you a questionnaire, which allows you to customize your experience by choosing the scent you would like for the massage lotion and the music ambiance in the room. You are then escorted to the locker room to change into a robe and flip flops. Lockers are available and you set your own keycode. Then you enter the lounge area to wait for your treatment. There is assorted tea and cold water available and BEST OF ALL heated neck pillows to help you begin decompressing!! The only feedback I have would be for the womens lounge area. It would be really nice to have better seating i.e. lounger style seats or more ottomans available and install a dimmer switch for the lighting to make the mood more inviting. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this place and I will definitely be returning!!

I had another wonderful massage by Kandis today. I always look forward to going back to Spavia in Rocklin. And once again, the staff was amazing. They are top notch and provide impeccable customer service. They, Kandis and the girls in the reception area are the reason I keep going back to Spavia in Rocklin.

Another excellent massage by Liz! This is always my favorite Christmas or birthday gift: a gift certificate for 90 minutes away from the house to recharge and relax. Liz listens to my concerns and spends ample time easing the tension in my neck and shoulders. Highly recommend!

Wish I could give more stars! I had an 80 minute massage by Lupé and she did a FANTASTIC job. Very professional and she took her time to make sure I was comfortable and really knew what she was doing. When I walked in to the spa I was greeted by Natalie and Paige who were very friendly and helpful! They answered all my questions and helped me pick out some new skin care products I wanted! I was then greeted by Megan on my way back to the lobby after my massage who was very bubbly and very friendly! Overall it was a great day of relaxation and I will be back requesting Lupé for my massage!

April did a great job. I’ve been having lots of trouble with my hip and she was able to break up muscle spasm and I feel better than I have for several weeks. I can’t wait for the next time.

Kate was very nice. Pressures were on point and I felt relaxed when I left. I will see her in March 2024. Tyvm.

Unfortunately, we will not return. Their service is exceptional. From the time you arrive until you leave. Everyone is personable, and friendly. Great Customer Service, with the exception of the owner whom we recently just met. My daughter, friend and myself spent a relaxing day being catered to and spent approx. $600 which is normal for each time we go. Upon checkout my daughters transaction the system was slow and the receptionist decided to ring the transaction again. Immediately my daughter receives 2 bank notifications. The receptionist apologizes and go to the back to get the owner. The owner doors not acknowledge us and proceeds to look in the computer. ( No… Hi guys, sorry for this, we will get this resolved… nothing) Maybe because we were not premier customers but she did acknowledge that we err just there Dec 8. Again spending approx$600-$700. I was disappointed with her, especially when it’s the customers who kept your business running during the pandemic and the customers are the reason you are still open when others are not. My daughter informed her if the duplicate transaction and we were told a void would come shortly. My daughter phoned the next day to discuss the duplicate transaction and the owner told her to wait a few days, which my daughter has the funds in the bank so that is not the problem, but what if she didn’t? I’m disappointed because the owner sets the tone for an establishment. She missed the mark. The charge has not been removed nor has an apology been said. Says a lot about the character of said owner

First facial experience at Spavia was very relaxing and invigorating. My face felt moisturized, smooth and toned. Wrinkles and sagging was markedly lifted and i looked years younger. Fantastic!!! I gave 4 stars only because of the brown decor being not my favorite color. I was expecting clean crisp traditional colors. Thats just me!

April is very nurturing; she gives a very relaxing treatment. The Spavia atmosphere is clean and pleasant . The staff is kind and helpful.

1. I love how detailed the website was with pricing, and what each service entails. When I arrived, I filled out a form on their ipad which asked me what kind of music I wanted for my service, or if I wanted to plug in my own music. It even asked me if I was okay with conversation. THEY GET ME.2. I got $30 off for being a first time visitor. The website says they only do that for visitors Mon-Thurs, but they gave it to me on a Saturday. I was so happy and blown away at how great the staff was.3. The spa is super upscale. They dont cheap out at all. You get a super soft comfortable robe, ridiculously comfortable spa sandals, a large dim lit room with cute reading material, and hot tea. They have a nice changing room, rain shower and personal lockers. I was blown away.4. I had Chloe for my facial. Not only was she kind and professional, but she was extremely thorough.5. They took the full hour for my service. I wasnt rushed or anything. So nice.6. I spent an hour in the relaxing room after my service.7. I was so happy with my service, that I got a monthly membership. I cant wait to come back for a massage soon!8. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. I was even thinking it would make a great work retreat. LOVED IT!

This was a huge day for my boyfriend and I. Our 1 year anniversary. And the staff here did not disappoint! Instantly relaxing atmosphere as we entered, greeted by friendly staff. They took us back immediately and explained the process. Fresh, soft robes and a clean facility. Showers, changing room with lockers. Then a relaxation lounge with heated neck pillows and motivational self-help books. I loved all of it! Dutchy was my massage therapist and he was so friendly and professional! The massage was great, the company was even better. We enjoyed great banter between the 2 masseuses and my boyfriend and myself. We were allowed to torture them with our own music too. Dutchy provided me with great advice in the future for my treatments. While she wasnt my therapist I would also like to say Candace was very friendly and my boyfriend enjoyed her massage as well. We will return!

For being part of a spa chain, they were not pushy about memberships (*cough SomethingEnvy cough*) and both of the experiences Ive had so far have been great. I actually did decide to opt in to the membership because it means monthly 80 min prenatal massages for only $89, putting it on par with some of the cheaper massage places that dont offer special prenatal accommodations. The facility is clean and relaxing and the employees are nice and professional.

Highly recommend!! The spa is clean and relaxing. My facial was a lovely experience and the deep tissue massage by Dutchy was amazing!!!! The locker room is clean with everything you might need provided - shower, towels, hair dryer, etc. Enjoy the darkened, quiet relaxation room before, between and after treatments . Place a warm neck pillow and help yourself to tea or water. Ill be returning. A great experience!!!

I have a monthly membership here because I love it so much. All the massage therapists are great - I especially love Kenyaa! You cant go wrong with anyone on staff, though!

Amazing!! The massage therapist, Dutchy, is a MUST see. I had never gotten a massage before, and honestly didnt really love the idea of one because my body is so full of knots I was afraid it would just hurt, but he was really receptive and totally in tune with what my body needed. Seriously, go get a massage by Dutchy! I am now sold and will be returning!

I purchased a SpaFinder gift card for my wife’s birthday. I did some research on local day spas that provide a wide variety of services. I called Spavia on Friday to schedule an appointment for the next day. She arrived on Saturday morning with no appointment scheduled. It was very disappointing! We have young children and it’s often difficult to do things alone. This would have been a nice gift.
