Very high price gouging of vapes here. $30+ for a 5000 puff vape flum when they sell at other retailers for $22.

I bought three black and mild cigars there, two jazz and one wine and ask for all plastic tips. He charged me $6.43. After I paid he handed them to me, and I gave him a dollar tip in his jar. Got home to find out two of them had wooden tips, and they were each $1.19 each. So they came to $3.57 before tax. I called them and told them they had overcharged me and he said that’s the way they come up in the system. And he thought he gave me all plastic tips. I told him he can’t charge me over what is marked on the product and he said he’d tell the owner. But they won’t reimburse me.They have some nice things in there and I was going to go back and purchase a very expensive item that I had ask him the price of. But after they ripped me off I’m not going back. Oh, and one of the wooden tips is cracked. 🤦🏼‍♀️

The employee in the store didnt even want to help try to resolve the concern I brought to him. He told me I dont own the store so my hands are tied. All while not looking at me and playing on his phone, which seemed to be more important. Ive come here quite a few times and the staff is usually super cool and very welcoming. I understand we all have bad days but I was in the store for a minute because this guy did not care to help whatsoever. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, usually it’s great and the customer service is awesome. But I had an extremely rude and aggressive experience with the asian gentleman working. He was condescending rude and insulting. He went on a power trip and I will not be going back here again and will let others who I once told to come here the same thing. Do better on customer service and hiring. 1 star.

Change your store hours to reflect when you’re open on Sundays, showed up at 9:20 and y’all are closed.

10/10 highly recommend. Went in to browse, shop was super clean, and the guy Mike who was working there was awesome. Super knowledgeable, super friendly, and chill. Definitely going back for whatever I need. If you need anything ask for Mike if he’s working, honestly the best customer service I’ve ever received!

I’ve gotten a few vapes here before because of how close they are to my job but the last 3 times I had gotten a vape they all have gone bad (either by burning out on its own with the light going or already being old and tasting sorta burnt) only for one of these times had i been actually helped but the new one i had gotten 2 days just died on me and it hasn’t even been the whole 48 hrs. i don’t wanna spend $30 every 2 days because they sell bad vapes and not even care to replace them when they are burnt even if i check it in store before i leave. the old man especially does not care, the other employees at least seem like they feel bad for selling a bad product. Either they don’t have fresh vapes or im extremely unlucky to just get a bad one the past 3 times but i don’t think i’ll be wasting my money here again.

I had a great time. We stood and chatted for awhile, while he showed me the updated website ordering process. He even talked me into getting a new bong and bowlpiece as well. Overall amazing experience and a great functionality update on the website

We went inside to check their inventory before ordering our vapes online with this store. He was extremely helpful and very kind. He explained how the website works and showed me how to navigate it so that I could order our vapes from his store only. He made up for the horrible experiences I have had with the Auburn store and Roseville manager. I am very thankful for his excellent customer service and for him being so helpful and kind!

The costs where cheaper than most shops that I have bin to If you go to the one in Rocklin Noland is amazing supper attentive and always supper Friendly and personable I can not thank Noland enough for his awesome customer awareness and attention to detail it is never a dull moment with Noland and he always makes you leave feeling like a million bucks. Seriously give Noland a raise he deserves it

We stopped at the shop to pick up some items, we met Luke who was running the store at the time, hes a great employee, very friendly, we had great conversation, and he helped us find exactly what we were looking for, this is our new go to smoke shop, and we really appreciate the high level of service that we were given. 5 out of 5 stars without question!

The older man that works there has horrible customer service , he’s rude seems very unhappy. I made an order to pick up a vape and it was at the wrong location I guess my mistake but he asked me to cancel and reorder but I had already paid and if I canceled I wouldn’t be refunded the amount to pay for the new vapes I had already spent 65$ and drove from fair oaks to rocklin (a 20 min drive). The other employees would have totally worked out something for a simple mistake. As a customer who comes here often for my vapes and glassware I feel like he could of simply given me my vapes and adjusted the onhands the website isn’t exactly user friendly now I have to wait a few days for the refund before I can go get a vape somewhere else. So not only do I not have vapes but now I also am short $60+I will be returning in a few days if I don’t see the money back in my account

Millennium is the bomb! Any time I need anything Mike always takes the time to help me. He never makes me feel rushed. This is the only vape shop I will use. If you need anything regarding vape or anything they can help you. Don’t listen to the bad reviews.

Anthony was SUCH a huge help to me tonight. They didnt have the product I regularly buy, but he patiently took his time to help me and I left happy. I love how close this shop is to my house and the customer service I receive.

Terrible service. Just bought empty bottle of Flum for $30. I asked the man “So I bought empty bottle of vape for $30?” And he said Yes. Mean old man. Waist of money, they don’t value their customers. Selling empty vape bottles with no exchange policy. Go somewhere else. Don’t waist your time and money here.

Was enlightened by Eli about all the cool gadgets that are in the Vaping scene that I didnt know about. Real time savers for cleaning goo from the inside of pipes easily, the many varieties of CBD that can be used in a vape, and a variable temp vape pen 510 thread battery. Far-lee-nizze! I bought em all and was tempted to buy more but I had a budget. He didnt have to keep educating me when I looked confused. And I liked the information, it was useful and Ill be back in to buy from h again.

Great stock of supply’s. Great customer service. Felt like I was talking to a friend. Ben was really helpful. This shop is right by my house and I stop in to check it out all the time to check out what they’ve got.

A typical smoke shop with alot of different types of smoking accessories and products. They were out of what I wanted but counter person assured me it would be in the store anytime after opening the next day. I didnt have to ask him he volunteered the information. Thats always a plus when employees help you without your having to prompt them to do so

Bought a 50 pack of n20 chargers .nitro whip over half of them had nothing in them i dont know if it leaked out or if its just a scam 25$ for nothing

Worst experience literally bought 2 “BARZ” disposable vapes and went to Starbucks for a cofee the first one I opened didn’t work so I opened the second one I came right back and they told me because I left no refunds/exchanges. Literally was 5minutes later. TERRIBLE customer service. I WILL NOT come back.

Most of the staff does not know anything about what they have or what they are selling. Unhelpful, could not return NEW item purchased SAME DAY. Extremely overpriced, 200% mark up or more. Ridiculous.
