Millenium Smoke Shop

Asked about the return policy, and they said they dont have returns. Ok, no returns, no need to come back. Just go to 3Monkeys Smoke & Vape, or Galleria Vape & Smoke, they are very reasonable and HAVE, *ahem*, a RETURN POLICY.

Ken is a rockstar. Had an issue with billing on the holiday weekend, wasnt going to get my money back until the following weekend. He resolved the issue by speaking with upper management promptly (who also seemed super cool) and I walked away a happy and loyal customer. Best smoke shop in town, have gotten pieces and vapes here for years now and never been let down. Love this place!

The customer service expert here was amazing! I asked him for advice on a good battery, he was honest and said he was out of the ones he had high praise on but was able to give me the next best option. He was super sweet! I believe his name was Dain! Will be back the next time Im here! The battery I purchased is an exus and my personal favorite note about this pen is that it has a magnet attachment so no screwing the cart in at all! Also the battery sits nicely inside the battery so no exposure/risk of the cart breaking!

This place is amazing! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I only want to come here for my smoking needs from now on. Thanks for being in Rocklin near my house!

How do you make buisness when you tell that one cust, maybe the only 1 cust tonight that you need to order online while sitting behind the counter equipped with all the tools to sell. Its pretty dissapointing if you own the buisness. Previous visit the gentlemen was super knowladgeble and was quick to show on the computer what i was looking for and checked me out. This visit tonight. The person needs training and needs to know how to sell, needs to know every penny we spends is part of their check and not get paid without moving a muscle. ***Might not go back***

I called the location in granite bay asking if they carried a certain brand of bongs. They said they didnt I noticed their was a Millenium off 65 where I was headed. I came wanting to get a diamond bong. But the guy with tattoos not sure I think Josh said if I dab. I ended up upgrading to a rig with pearls and gf got the bong. Josh was awesome. Best customer service I have had out of all Milleniums I have been too.

Yo. Mike is BOMB. went above and beyond to help me and get me what I need. Super friendly the second I walked in the door. He even fixed a small issue on my vape for me. He didn’t have to do that. This is now my GO TO SMOKE SHOP and I won’t go anywhere else. Whoever mikes boss is THIS MAN NEEDS A RAISE LIKE YESTERDAY!Thanks again Mike!

After having a horrible day at work I ended up breaking my down-stem…. I went in and asked for the right size. A gentleman named Anthony spent about 15 minutes individually unwrapping each down stem and making sure it was the correct size but none them fit until finally one fit barely. But it was still a little big for my liking. I asked if he could keep looking for one that fit to my preference. I could tell that he was happy to keep looking for me and eventually he found the perfect size and we ended up talking for quite some time. Super awesome guy that really turned my day around.

I called ahead of time to find a certain product that attaches to the volcano vape system. Upon arrival, I was shown a product that was supposed to have included filling chamber. I asked to open the box to ensure that it was inside. I was told I could not do this because it was sealed. I was assured that this was the piece I needed and I purchased it. Once home I realized that it was not the piece needed, but in fact, 6 balloon valve sets. I called back and told the employee that it was the wrong part. He stated there was no return policy or store credit. That they dont know if I, or other customers, take out pieces and keep them then return them to get money back. I was not returning a smoke product, nor ingestible(s). This is a packaged Storz & Bickel product with each piece easily accounted for. This product was 60 dollars that I have no use for. As a disabled Veteran on a limited budget, this has left me limited in using the volcano until I am able to acquire the correct piece. I suggest any of the other shops in the general area over this one.

Order online and pick up right away in most situations. Friendly staff.

Tbh I dont recollect the name of the guy behind the counter but he was super sweet and chill. Recommended some good products and taught us some stuff about the science! Definitely coming back. ☺️💖

I have a smoke shop right next to my house but I take the drive to go to millennium due to josh and his great customer service.

Anthony was extremely kind and professional and made choosing products easy.

There are many other smoke shops in Rocklin/Roseville that youd be better off spending your money in. Customer service is garbage, and are severely overpriced. Seriously, go elsewhere.
