Nice little casino. They have sports betting, table games, and a good selection of slot machines. The staff is very good to wipe off the machines when the costumers finish playing. They also have a nice restaurant in the casino.

Very nice casino, more laid back than the Pittsburgh casino. Employees were all friendly helpful. Prices were average. New member benefits were much appreciated. Bathroom was small, but clean. We did not eat anything.It is small, but we enjoyed our stay and will most likely return, maybe even play online?We did not win any big jackpot, however won enough enjoy ourselves for several hours and did not go broke.Parking was odd, and not well marked. Not many handicapped spaces, but we did get a spot not too far away.Definitely recommend for a fun night out.Good luck!

The games are fun we dont always win but thats gambling LOL but there are a few times we won decent amounts they have a large variety of games a nice bar and restaurant and very professional staff

Nice local casino with a medium to smaller sized casino floor. Staff is usually friendly and professional with pretty attentive cocktail service. Most table minimums are reasonable depending on the day and time you go. On site restaurants are great. The only thing they lack in from my experience with other casinos is they dont tend to give comps comparable to your play.

This is a large, high-packed, casino! With slots and table games, this place will definitely keep you entertained through the evening, providing that you have the funding and the luck to keep you going. They have one of the largest displays of screens I have ever seen personally! You could literally watch all the football and Hockey games going on Simultaneously! Getting a drink on the other hand, can be tricky sometimes when they are busy on the weekends. Same with parking for that matter. They have poker upstairs and betting! The Guy Fieri restaurant there is pretty awesome, but they need to close those doors. It gets so cold in the restaurant every time someone opens the doors to the casino in the winter. All in all, this is a great place to come and try out your luck!

The tables were also well-maintained, with attentive dealers who made the experience even more enjoyable.One thing that stood out to me was the food and drink options available. Not a bad place to spend some time, the casino is in the footprint of an old department store. Easy to find your way around. The place is clean and all the staff is very friendly. I went in the afternoon and it wasnt too crowded. Tuesday is also a good day to go if you like burgers, Guy Fieris place has 10 dollar build your own with endless fries.

Much smaller than the other casinos in the area. However, the restaurants are better the entertainment is higher and the staff is excellent! If you don’t mind leaving the immediate Pittsburgh area this is the place to play cards.

Thought we would give it a try. Clean place, not as big as we thought it would be. It was busy for an afternoon. We spent an hour playing, didnt lose didnt win. So we left happy.

Its ok for a smaller casino.For those not aware, park in the covered garage and use the covered walkway upstairs. The garage up there is almost always empty.They need to change their entry on blackjack table games, there is no mid shoe entry on 6 deck $25+ tables. Yet they allow players at the table to come in and out as they want with additional hands. Which is no different than letting someone else enter the game mid shoe. Ive never been to another casino that allows this. You can start the show with multiple hands but once you drop a hand then thats it. But here, heck jump in and out as you want.

First off let me say, ive spent a lot of time here. And ive certainly spent a lot of money here, because thats gambling. I get it. But apparently i was accidently paid out 20 dollars extra over the course of 3 hours of playing blackjack (i was down a few hundred dollars at this point anyways). So management comes over to the table, make a big scene and ask that i give them 20 dollars back. Im sure he was just doing his job but i play a lot and it just seems a little excessive to do that over 20 dollars. Not to mention the pit boss was extremely rude to our dealer making the situation even more awkward and uninviting for us. Ill take my business elsewhere and hopefully others do too

My brother and I, along with a few of his friends, went to the casino last night. My brother is from the area but I am from South Carolina. He wanted to take me there to have a fun time since I was only in town for a few days.Well as we are in there we go to PBR first and my ID was scanned and it worked fine. But then we went down to the Casino area and they go to scan my ID and it doesn’t work. The manager comes over (I do not remember her name) and takes it upstairs to try it since it wasn’t working down there. She comes back after a few minutes and tries to say she believes my ID is fake. I tried to explain to her that it was not. And she was getting very rude and had an attitude the entire time. She was saying that the bottom part of my license where it said “Under 21 UNTIL: 07-02-2019” was supposed to be written in green but mine was in red. (Mind you I got my license back in 2017) and in the state of SC we renew our license every 10 years. Yes our license has changed but I haven’t renewed mine yet because it isn’t time for it to be renewed. And when we told her that it worked for PBR she proceeded to say that the casino and the bar is ran by different people. So we ask since it worked for the bar if we could just go back up there and she told us no and we had to leave.For future reference a lot of people come from out of state to casinos. So this is turning away business because some of your “managers” do not know the legalities of out of state IDs.

Didnt even know about this place. Ended up finding it waiting for a flight. Went in with 10 bucks and within 10 mins had over $100 bucks. After staying at Meadows casino 2 nights earlier losing 600 this was away better time hadore fun here in one hour then a whole night at the Meadows . I believe you hit a lot more bonuses and free games. Even know they dont pay huge your dollar will go way farther. Will be going again to pick my girl up from her flight home . Will post pics today .

Hum, this is a hard one to give a rating to as there are so many aspects to this casino.So dining. Not really impresive. Guys, overpriced, noting too special, nothing wowed me mediocre food. I have no desire to ever eat there again unless someone is paying for me. Sports Lounge, decent food. Liaded nachos well worth it. I do like the atmosphere upstairs with all the screens to watch sports.Casino, I for a small casino, they should not allow smoking. It doesnt matter where you go in the non-smoking section, you are going to smell the smoke. You are going to smell like smoke. You have to walk through the smoking section to get to the money cage. That is the negative in regards to this casino on top of I never win anything. Lol! So I rated this 3 stars because I not impressed with food and cost and I dont like the smoke smell throughout the whole place.

Its a ok place to go and gamble but little man I wish it was bigger. I like to relax in the Fanduel area and watch the tvs on wall!

We entered from the upstairs mall entrance, and you are in a great sports bar, entertainment area. They have a small bowling alley, golf simulator, many other assorted games, and a very large sports bar containing many large TVs. This would be a great place to watch sports, as they have a large fully stocked bar and quite a few tables. Downstairs is the casino, and they have an assortment of gaming machines and a handful of table games. I am not a regular casino player, so I dont know how this compares to other casinos. The atmosphere was really nice and modern, and security was present at each entrance. It was fairly busy for a Wednesday afternoon, and the place seemed pretty smoky when we visited. Overall, this casino looked like a fun place to play and eat, without tracking to a larger casino.

The casino Is decent and used to be one of my favorites. The casino is a really cool place to go in Greensburg and is especially a great place to drink on the weekends with the variety of bars. And for food servers, we work odd hours, so it is nice to find a place that is basically open almost all the time, Even if not to drink to at least have some social time after work.The upstairs restaurant definitely has better food than the downstairs restaurant. I can’t remember which one is which. But my girlfriend likes healthy options, and there are a lot at the bar upstairs.It is also very safe. Often times when I go to the rivers, I don’t feel safe walking through the parking garage, Compared to how wide-open the lot is at live.Also, what Is nice, If you wanna go to the casino, but you don’t want to eat there, There are multiple choices within the same parking lot. You can park your car and do more than 1 thing.But the way a company treats its employees changes its image as a whole. So that is the only reason I left a 4 out of 5. Being a server in town, I hear a lot of people talk about local businesses and that is a recurring theme. But that has been the only complaint I have heard is just a few bad managers. That doesn’t mean they are all bad. I’ve also heard similar complaints about the Meadows and the rivers so maybe it is a recurring theme with casinos to have a high turnover.But Live has a policy that they can fire someone within 90 days with no reason. And they actually are proud of this during their own orientation. Almost like they’re okay taking someone’s job, even if they support a family on that pay. Which in today’s wotld - companies should be better. I’ve said at our bar that the owner should have to bartend on a Friday or Saturday to see what we’re going through.Remember - tip your servers! Definitely check out the casino as a customer. But, if you’re looking for a serving or bartending job, there’s lots around the Greensburg mall area that have a more relaxed family feel environment. One may be in the parking lot of the mall itself…

Perfectly sized casino with a bit of everything. Attached to the mall is a plus. Both casino and mall are well kept, clean, very modern feel. Very nice place to spend an afternoon.

My husband and I enjoy coming on Date night! Such a fun night out. Will definitely be back again and hope to hit big next time!

5-21-24Well, it finally happened, won a little bit. Between my girl and I, we won a little over 5k. Not nearly enough of what we lost, but its something. We went a couple other times and only spent 2 or 3 hundred, not worth mentioning in a review. Thanks4-26-24Once again, robbed of another thousand. I dont know why I bother. This place is a death trap. If it was a fair gaming experience, I wouldnt have anything to say, but its not. Im an educated man, and I know when Im cheated. Dont bother with this place.4-5-24Yeah their getting a 0 star from me.Im still playing occasionally, but nothing really changed. A couple more thousand down the drain. Frustrated does begin to explain. I stopped using my club card cause that doesnt do anything to help. I still havent gotten my w2g from greensburg, I got it from my online account, but the financial team said it does not include my playing at the casino, so forget it. If I wanted to blow money and not get anything back, I would go to the gentlemans club or get married. If the playing was fair, Id be winning more than nothing. But as they say, life isnt fair, and people will take as much as they can to line their own pockets.Clean place, small, but i like that. Winnings are slim. At first it was going good, but after some time you dont win anything. A shame, really. If they would let their players win more, they would get more business. Ive reduced my playing cause of this. We went for prime rib Thursday. On arrival we were told it was a 2 hour wait at the restaurant. We did not get on a list because frankly I run out of money before 2 hours at a casino. After an hour of playing, we decided to check the list again. At this time we were told they werent even taking anybody else. We went to McDonalds on the way home.

An employee at this casino literally stole 100 dollars from my girlfriend she put money in a slot machine played for a few minutes cashed out and went to another machine... this employee came up to her and claimed she chashed out someone elses voucher i was in view of her the whole time she was playing and no one was at this machine when she went up to it and no one came back to it the whole time ... they made her give them money threating to call the police .... Steer Clear of this Casino its bad news ... they have a lot of negitive reviews all kinds of stories

We arrive, told to pull our masks down, I guess to check how old we looked. We were inside casino, not accessing from the mall. We went to go into Guys restaurant. Told 30 minute wait. We go back into the casino. Same guy working there, that we just walked beside, have to take mask down again. We had to do this four times. We never left the casino!! So annoying. We were there, checked already, we never left!! My husband and I ordered the bacon mac and cheese burgers. Thought it would be messy like its pictured ( CREAMY mac and cheese). Burgers were SO dry. Definitely not worth the price. We had a good time at the slot machines though.

Excellent selection of slots and table games, and plenty of restaurant choices as well. I had good luck early on, but stayed too long ☹. Before leaving, got a to-go menu for Guy Fieris American kitchen + bar. Ordered Dragons breath chili and Baja Bowl $31 including $5 tip. See photos. Incredible chili and delicious baja bowl!! Ive got to come back for at the very least,... to try more of Guy Fieris menu. You MUST TRY THE CHILI! I would recommend this to family and friends. Good Luck!!

The games will let you play and not just steal all your money. Places to eat are rather good I like pbr bar upstairs food was better than I thought it was going to be. I won last time I was there hit for over a grand. It is not that uncommon to see here and I was not betting that big came with only a hundred and play for a few hours before I hit and I was done after that

Really would like to be able to love this casino as its fairly close and fair mixture of machines to play. Unfortunately feels like machines are super tight anymore. $500 gets ate fast and Im not even playing in the high limit area. Doesnt even spit out enough to let you keep playing other machines. Bonuses on most machines are pretty lousy lucky to even get $30 on a $3.75 and up bet (had this happen on multiple machines same day and other multiple trips)

I want to take time out to thank you for being the worse casino and treating a honable disabled Veteran who proudly served his county like a criminal and falsely accusing him of a unlawful act , what happen almost a year ago or so he was playing blackjack as he done 3-4 times a week since there not many physical actively he can do anymore over several health issues ! Well a big mouth black guy was running his mouth and he said fu and he said let’s go outside and he got up to leave and said u got two choices u touch me u better be able to afford it or he can protect myself ! No threats just statements ! Few days later he receive a email stating je ban when he ask why he was told they assume he was coming back with a weapon when nothing was farther from the truth! If they were that Concern u would think the police would of investigated and then he could of sued for false accusations! Anyways thank u for having the rudest staff and the worse of the worse on security department! And when u send dozens of email them they call the police I guess freedom of speech don’t apply when it comes to a company who treats their guest as criminals! But again thank u fro making me feel like a criminal since he never broke the law in his life ! Unless u count sending emails letting u know the truth!

This place is always a rip off and the restaurants arent good. The payouts for machines arent equivalent to the bets you make. Like youre betting $1 but wins are 20 cents so you didnt win at all. So you win almost every spin but still lose. So weird

I had dinner at guy fieris tonight for the first time. Everything went well with dinner. Good food and service. Maddison was an excellent server. My husband accidentally left his phone at the restaurant. When I attempted to call the restaurant, no one answered even though it was during the restaurants operating hours. I tried to call the casino. It took multiple times to connect the call. When the call finally went through, a woman answered and refused to leave a note for the restaurant staff. She told me that I had to fill out some form on their website. This was a confusing process and I was unable to complete the request. She refused to give me specific instructions on how to find the form and kept telling me to download their app. Even after I did this, I still wasnt able to locate the lost and found form. I attempted to search for the form by typing lost and all the results were about the events at the casino. The staff member was not pleasant and acted like I was a was a burden for calling her.

I had a great time at the casino. The staff who work the tables are always friendly and willing to help you understand the game if its your first time playing it. Very patient and respectful.

Somewhat smaller casino. Big building though with plenty of parking. A few restaurants, sports betting area, private poker room and high limit areas. There is a lot of people smoking. Everything was clean and in order, lots of newer machines. Running tight the day we visited. Further off the turnpike but surrounded by mall/other shopping.

My husband and I went in to order a drink and see what it was about.When we walked in we were carded instantly. Well we didnt realize his ID had expired 10 days prior. They had to call a manager. Anyway we were allowed in but were told if he or myself hit a jackpot they would not cash out because his was expired. While I understand that for him, Im not certain why I couldnt either. They clearly have cameras, they could see who was playing the whole time.We went over to the bar. They had no drink menus whatsoever. I asked for a mojito....no mint ...I asked for a margarita instead. I got my drink in a plastic cup .... what the hell... however it only cost me 15$ for 2 margaritas which isnt bad.We attempted to play but we didnt understand the slot games. We left after about 30 minutes. Im content never going again.

Live was a great little local casino. However the past year it has been tightening comp programs, I have a host that consistently cant even offer my wife or I drinks or food. It wouldnt be quite so bad if I could occasionally win money there. The bars are overpriced considering most other casinos give you drinks they charge you as if you were at a Steelers game. The dealers and floor personnel are very good at their jobs, are friendly and professional. My rate of play is constantly declining because they dont do a thing for their players.

Dealers are always so nice and easy to talk to. Your security people at the door, not so much.

Only been there a handful of times, whether I win or lose, its always a good experience... Very clean, staff is always polite and friendly.

This is a small casino at a local mall that really isnt that close to Pittsburgh. If you are used to the Strip in Las Vegas, you will be terribly disappointed. It is a step down of the most off-strip Las Vegas casinos. I get a little claustrophobic walking through here on a Friday or Saturday night. The casino is crammed with drunken 20-somethings. It is a challenge walk around or through them. This makes the casino feel tiny. The blackjack dealers really are not that good. It would help them, I think, to remove their shoes and use their toes to help total up the players hands. If you would like to drink overpriced adult beverages while watching 12 sporting events at once, they have a comfortable seating area for that.

Very nice casino, a bit small but has a lot to offer. Many different restaurants, always nice employees. Fun time when we go.

This casino opened in late 2020, beautiful inside and out! Being apart of the mall its one of the smaller casinos youll find however it has a fair amount of tables and slots throughout. Theres two restaurants, sports betting, large bars, high limits and great rewards.

Clean. Smaller than Rivers if youre used to that. A little cramped. But convenient location.

Hmm where do I start? Well, let’s begin. My friends and I were out celebrating a special event at the live casino tonight, enjoying drinks and cigars. We walked over into the smoking area to play some slots and enjoy our cigars. Remind you, we don’t go out and gamble there in first place. So, when we started smoking our cigars. The bartender, “Dakota.” Decided to throw a temper tantrum with her, “entitled” attitude. Yelled at us to put out the cigars. (Us not knowing you’re allowed to smoke cigarettes but not cigars.) I put the my cigar down to go ask what was the problem and resolve the misunderstanding. With her zero training in people’s skill and communication, she grabbed the sign and slammed it down on the countertop, walked away and called for security. The best part about this is when the security guards come over and are on our side. “Saying they saw what happened and she shouldn’t have done that.” We proceed to talk to the manager and simply asked for an apology from her and she never responded or make the attempt to apologize. Right there that shows you Dakota has zero customer service skills, zero respect for others.

I enjoy this casino its a little bit of a drive from my mothers house but its still worth the drive

The casino was small but nice. It was clean. The promotion desk worker was very nice and helpful. They gave us free play for signing up. Ate at the upstairs restaurant, it was just ok.

I love this casino. It isn’t as big as rivers or meadows but for the most part I enjoy that it is just big enough. Sports and social has an amazing menu and I believe they changed it recently so I definitely need to go back soon. They also bring in new slot games pretty consistently. Even though the rivers is equal distance from my house I will choose live every time. Rewards/players club is also very good and has consistent free play offers.

Its not a bad place to enjoy, but its not a great place to do a solo trip over there.

I frequently gamble here, as i am a degenerate. I like the place its a little small as far as casinos 🎰 go, but they always have car shows 🚗 🚘 that always brings me in. The food is a little lacking luster. They do have a small bowling alley upstairs, and the girls that work at the p.b.r. well, they are very easy on the eyes. Always remember to tip your servers.

If you like sitting around old people chucking their SS check into a slot machine ,you came to the right place. We had a much better time in Vegas. Needless to say, I wont be back again. Had a fun time here on Saturday afternoon. Didnt win much but left ahead which was enjoyable and was able to spend an hour playing, which has never happened at the other 2 casinos in pittsburgh area

Had lunch at 2nd floor restaurant/ bar and everyone enjoyed their sandwiches. Then we went down to the gambling floor. Ventilation was poor and there were warm and cold spots and way too much cigarette smoke in the air. Machines and aisles were cramped. Never saw anyone coming around to offer drinks or refreshment stands.

Great casino, sometimes I play here but other times I like to try the different food and game options upstairs. Wish the casino was better integrated with the mall, you have a nice looking casino but a dated looking mall, hopefully future plans involve modernizing the rest of the mall proper and adding more entertainment and retail and dining options.

Fun place to spend a couple hours out of the rain! Many different types of machines and card games, as well as roulette. I like that we didnt have to travel as far as the other casinos. Truthfully, you can either lose alot or win alot of money. Hubby lost and l won, so we about broke even! Lol. Enjoyed it!

Its a nice sized casino for the size of town. Seems to help boost the life in the mall, too, perhaps. Wish they were more penny slot options. My wife and I can make $50 last twice as long at the rivers casino.

Fun time on the second floor. Its loud, but the drinks were reasonably priced and the entertainment included a show by Artistree! What a great show!

Really wish they had better smoke eaters there or more of them. Great place , but if smoking isnt your thing it will be while you are there . Staff very friendly and helpful well be back!

Didnt like it at all. I prefer quarter machines, and they have very few. The ones they do have take a lot of quarters like 15-18 each spin if you want to try and hit the jackpot. Even the dollar machines take a lot of money for each spin. Its not very big and was very crowded when we were there. We wont be back

The casino offers a large variety of slots and table games in a clean and friendly environment. The restaurants both offer delicious choices depending on your mood. The restrooms are clean and well maintained. Great place to go for an afternoon or evening!

I have been to arundel mills and like them both.Pgh has better table limits the ones in MD are mostly $50 a hand at blackjack and $25 craps.If you like to play for fun pgh has $10 tables and good for a beginner.I do think a $5 table on slow days would be A way to help new people on blackjack.

500 in 35 minutes, dont waste your time

First time here and i would agree with most that it is a very clean place. And friendly staff.however if you do not like cigarette smoke you literally have to stay in the corner of the none smoking area. It was so bad in there and I was pretty upset to see that guy fieri restaurant was on the smoking side. we wanted to try it but because of the smell we went somewhere else to eat.Im shocked that they put his restaurant in the smoking section.

It was definitely well attended. Not very large though but decent.

The Women in ÑAACP (WIN) held its annual fashion show at the Venue. The banquet space was beautiful. The staff at the casino could not have been more helpful. They paid attention to our every request. Outstanding !

Close to home so worth a quick outing. Casino is very clean. Machines are very tight. Been here about a handful of times and never even won more than $60. Just a shame if you want me to spend more money then atleast let the machines give me enough to play for more than at least half an hour.

Probably the worst casino Ive ever been in. I will say that the staff was very welcoming and professional. But the casino itself is small with a poor layout and the tightest slots Ive ever seen. Dont waste your time.

This was a nice visit, first time, and I was very excited to win a free $20 to start playing with since I didnt have any money with me when I first arrived. Setting up an account was easy and the employees at the help desk were veery nice and helpful. I was able to leave in the positive with $43. The restrooms were well kept and cleaned. The only negative that I didnt like was that there was smoking sections inside, I didnt enjoy walking through those sections especially since I am allergic to smoke. Overall I enjoyed it and will most likely return.

Very fun place to play slots, table games or bet on sports. Safe environment and friendly staff. We were there for about 20 minutes and my girlfriend hit for 1500 dollars.

The PBR bar was lame, not at all like other times. Very empty and the bull ride was down, not available. Nobody was there except the bartender! The veterans wall hasnt changed in some time. I had talked up the PBR to some friends.

The tables are crowded though there are empty tables available but unstaffed.The dealers for the most part are quite competent.Bathrooms are clean!They charge for drinks. If you can find someone to bring you one.Its average overall for a micro casino.

Tiny little casino on the outskirts of the Pittsburgh area. Not much going on other than people gambling money they dont have.

Not somewhere I would go again especially to Guy Fieri’s American Kitchen + Bar food was grossly overpriced and the quality and taste were abysmal not any Flavortown I would want to subject my worst enemy to.

Only have 1 Baccarat table which doesn’t open until late. Also the dealers are all not skilled on dealing this game. It’s quite frustrating when you’re playing on it as lots of mistakes tend to happen. They shouldn’t even be dealing the game if they don’t know the rules. I shouldn’t also have to tell them when to pay out the dragon bonuses or what the third card draw should be for the certain side

Been there a few times nice casino. Tonight I ventured upstairs looking for more games. What I found was some bull riding bar....not for me too old. Then I ventured into the sports bar area. Let me tell you, Rose and Jessica are the best bartenders Ive ever seen. So fun and friendly. I cant wait to lose money downstairs and walk back upstairs to have those ladies cheer me up again. Thanks for being awesome girls.

Absolute blast at the Cowboy Bar at Live! Casino. Never fail to meet great people, have a fabulous night of drinks & dancing & have a ton of laughs while were at it. The staff is always friendly, music is a great variety for all. I cant find fault here.Even better; start with a meal at Sports & Social next door & your whole evening is a full-on win. The food is fantastic!

They sent me a postcard saying they were giving me $30 slot play to be used during a 4-week or so long period in the near future. Then a week later they sent another postcard increasing the slot play to $50 for the same period. When I got there, they advised that it wasnt an increase to $50, it was on addition to the $30. So, I had an $80 credit. I played for a while, and though I didnt win a million dollars, I walked out $125 ahead, and had fun doing so.My only complaint is the volune of smoke... but there IS a non-smoking section and the exhaust system works well (once you walk through the smoke to get there).

Had a great time the night before until I got there tonight. Absolutely horrible. You would think that they would be happy to have somebody in there spending money but apparently not they all got attitudes. I’ll never go back there again and I don’t recommend anybody else to go back there?

Like Live casino. Much better than the Rivers as far as entertainment on the slots go. At least you get to play for awhile on your money. And I have hit more jackpots at Live in only a few months, compared to the Rivers casino. Have only hit two signers in all the years the Rivers has been in business.

Rating 3 stars primarily based on the overall stinginess of the comp program, the fact that I have to pay for drinks while playing and lack of bar service while playing table games.I basically play at two casinos when Im back visiting the area: Live! and The Meadows in Washington. I probably play 3-4x as often at Live! yet the Meadows always sends me WAY better offers. For instance I have $150 in weekly free play waiting for me at the Meadows and lots of other offers specific to certain days (swipe your card on Fridays and get at least $100 extra in free play yadda yadda) but only a measly $65 in free play at Live! And at the Meadows I get free drinks while paying slots or tables as a Preferred card holder while I still have to pay at Live! and Im Platinum card holder. And thats if I can even get a server to stop by the craps table. Even after dropping a nice tip on the first drink order, Im hard pressed to see the server ever come back and end up usually just going up to get my own drink which youd think management wouldnt want me doing since Im spending time not gambling just to go get a drink.

Go usually once a month and would have given a five star review before today, they changed the smoking section and now there is only a small area you can go that you don’t smell cigarette smoke smoke. Sinuses were a mess after leaving. I am not against smoking, but enjoy having the choice. The new areas infringe on the non smoking areas. Not enjoyable. Guess we will go to rivers , meadows or rocky gap more.

Always have had worse luck here than other casinos I frequent including Rivers in Pittsburgh and a few others in Louisiana. I’m also not the only one that has mentioned this….obviously the odds should be the same everywhere but something seems up here. We don’t play here anymore but sometimes still come for the bar upstairs.Foods overpriced for greensburg PA too.

Took my Mom there for the first time and what a nice experience! Loud and full of excitement! We ate at the bar/restaurant inside the door and the food was amazing! Best burger in a while for us! Spent a lot of money (won some back) but she had a blast!

Clean, fun a good time at the bar. This casino has both smoking and non smoking sections. So just look out for the ashtrays or the smell if your a non smoker. Fun games all around... Staff was nice at check in, bank area and bar area. Food places were clean and busy. This casino is attached to a mall so you can win then go shopping.

My first time playing in this casino. It was nice but in my opinion i would have liked more of the old time slot machines. Like the 3 row kind they had a few but you could never get near them. Others all seemed to be enjoying themselves i just didnt get that exciting atmosphere feeling. Again just my opinion. Guys restaurant on the first floor was very good. I will probally go again sometime maybe my views will change.

Had the best time. It is always so nice and clean. Even though they have a smoking section, it doesnt carry over to the no smoking section. The staff is super nice. Try a hand or two at the tables. Place your bets for major sporting events here. Checkout the nightlife upstairs at the PBR bar, a great time and they often have specials going on.

Very good food! Beef tacos were the bomb, full of flavor and really tender beef. Waitress was on point and was able to answer all questions.

Stopped in for the first time on my birthday. Its so nice and clean. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. I even got a free t-shirt! The games I played werent greedy but not generous either, which is ok.

Today was my 1st time here. My sister & I came to celebrate my birthday which is tomorrow. I really wish I could say that I won big bucks but unfortunately I did not. They have plenty of staff members who are pleasant and helpful. My only negative comment is that they charge for cocktails while youre sitting at games

Had a great time! The food at Guy’s was delicious and the portions are big. The casino was a little busy but most of the games played and I came home a winner!! I didn’t visit the bar while I was there. It is a relatively small casino but there are plenty of games, and several I’ve never seen before. The people there were very friendly. The bathrooms were clean and the sidewalks were salted from just a small amount of snow that fell while we were there!!!!

The casino itself is very enjoyable. There are a number of different places to choose from for food and drink; just depends on your mood. The casino also hosts different shows and events. Considering the location inside the mall itself, you would never believe that it used to be a department store.The Greensburg / Latrobe area needs more places where not only the adult population but children and families can go for activities. Hopefully people will start seeing that the casino coming to the Greensburg area was a great idea. Not only great for the economy, and jobs; but a great use of reusing a store that closed.Reusing buildings that have been abandoned or companies that have closed their doors (like what the casino did) will hopefully help to start conversations for further activity centers, restaurants, and more to come to this area.

My friend surprised me while I was under the impression I was just tagging along while he did a couple things for work and then in between the two jobs we stopped at the casino. It was amazing!!! I dont personally have the money to play big like that but I would love to go back sometime in the near future if I can!

This is a very nice casino. It has a lot of tables and slot machines. My wife was hoping for more quarter slots. Next time we will try some more of the amenities. Like Guy Fieri Restaurant or the night club.

I have about had it with this casino! They keep taking out the poker machines I like to play. There are only about 8 poker machines in the entire casino that I like to play.Also, tonight I stopped in for dinner at Sports and Social. Before I left the restaurant, I asked for an Unsweetened ice tea to go as I was going down to the casino to play. Security watched me walk off the elevator with my NON- alcoholic drink and told me I wasnt permitted to bring it into the casino. I told them it came from the restaurant upstairs. I was told I had to pitch it. I did. Then I walked into the casino, played the little bit of free play I had on my card and left. I wasnt going to spend a dime in the casino after that. The same happened on New Years eve. We couldnt bring our drinks from the 2nd floor to the first.The machines are also very tight.I plan on going back to Rivers casino unless Im in the Greensburg area. Then Ill only stop in to play my free play.Tonight with the drink did it for me!!!!

I was out that way so I decided to stop in and see it. It is much cleaner and better maintained then other casinos I have been to. Theres a nice variety of machines and various table games. I dont really gamble so spent $5 then grabbed a quick drink at Guys place. There a nice inside bar with huge TVs, I may have to stop by again to watch a game sometime.

Poker room was great! No nonsense. Made a couple big pots happen. The high hand was 150. There was this one guy that when it got too late he started acting restarted. I played from 9pm to 4:47am. It was down to four of us then three and done. Dealers where great, food too, waitresses were very kind and on point with the orders. I had a great time. Wish it had a hotel.

Something really needs done about the air quality at Live Casino. The 2nd and 3rd hand smoke is absolutely horrible. Plus it is making its way out into the mall which is even worse especially for CHILDREN in the mall and people with breathing problems..You really have to study the games and cost of reels to find the right slot machine to play.

Was at the casino last night playing roulette. Im there pretty often, most of the time good accept some lousy dealers. Last night, a man and woman at the table knew nothing about roulette rules etc. I wasnt sure if a bet was mine or theirs, so I asked them, as we were both using value chips. The man and woman said they were pretty sure it was theirs, I said, Im not sure. The dealer then asked for a video review from upstairs. This enraged the man and woman thinking I was calling them a liar, wasnt the case. The man and woman continued to be hostile about it, and anyone who plays roulette knows reviews happen all the time ,and its nothing personal, yet the dealer said nothing to let him know it wasnt a liar issue. The mans anger grew and started calling me out to fight, we both began to tell one another off, and the dealer that asked for the review did nothing about it and let it continue. Finally a pit boss came over and threatened to throw us both out if it didnt stop, which it did when he lost. GOOD RIDDENS to an uneducated player, starting trouble for no reason. Reviews are there to stop issues or conflict, regardless who is right or wrong. I take offence to being threatened to be thrown out with the trash, that the other man was. The casino dealer heard it all and said nothing as to how the man started the whole thing, but he let it go on.GO TO ANOTHER CASINO, THIS ONE IS FULL OF NEWB CLOWN DEALERS AND NEWB BOSSES! LEARNING THEIR WAY AS THEY GO. I WONT BE BRINGING ANY FRIENDS TO THIS CIRCUS.BAD REVIEW FROM A REGULAR CUSTOMER, NEXT TIME THREATEN AND EDUCATE THE PERSON STARTING THE PROBLEM, NOT TREATENING THE REGULAR CUSTOMER THAT THEY KNOW THAT WAY! Great place to stay and go play

My friend was in for the weekend and she wanted to go in to see what it was like.She was amazed how many machines and bar areas there were. Felt at ease with the cleaning staff always around wiping. We ate upstairs to eat at the Sports Bar. My friend loves sports, so she was really liking the many TVs from upstairs to downstairs. Next time we will bring some cash to play.

Very small in comparison to say, the rivers - but it wasnt overly busy when we were there so getting a table game spot wasnt an issue. Drinks were resort prices, or higher end bar / restaurant prices so thats a bummer. Wait staff is very hard to find, and after they take your order when you do find one they disappear for like 20 minutes. One of the pit bosses was nice enough to open a $10 Blackjack table for us, as we are learning players and didnt want to spend $25 a hand. All you can do is ask, so we did, and they did - so that was cool.The place does have a smoking and non smoking section, where that begins and ends is difficult to figure out, and only once was it very noticeable that we were using the bathrooms in the smoking section.So overall I was surprised that it didnt smell like an ashtray.I was also surprised that the people there didnt look as downtrodden, sad, beat up, haggard looking like you normally see at most casinos. There were people there dropping some good money, but staying awhile losing/winning back and forth. Its kinda surprising seeing someone with holes in their shirt pulling out $400, then spending it in like 10 minutes - but hey ...to each his own.In total I think we lost $150 between two of us, and probably another $75 at the bar because again, the bar prices are pretty high. Apparently in high stakes you get free drinks, but we were never offered any nor did we see anyone walking around that worked there.The only REAL negatives about this place:Dealers were patient with us as well, although they all seemed worried that their bosses were hovering over them like helicopters. The dealers were constantly checking their peripheral vision for the bosses and were super stiff, nervous and even one was shaking. The bosses have an intense look on their face, and sometimes there would be 2-3 bosses watching ONE table/dealer. Not the people, the dealer. I asked the one dealer what was going on and they gave us what info they probably could without getting into trouble. Those bosses are really watching for any screw ups in pay outs, how cards are dealt, the interactions they have with people etc. Its REALY hard NOT to screw up when you have someone almost sitting on your shoulder. Apparently the dealers dont get many opportunities to make mistakes before being canned.They also need to open more lower stakes tables. I know $10 and $5 would be a waste of time for them, but you have dealers sitting around and people wondering around just dipping their toes on certain games, it was obvious to me and I dont work at a casino. Get people like me hooked by learning and feeling confident enough to bet.

I had $15.00 credit on my card the last time I went there. I tried multiple times to use it at a slot game. When I went to the promotion desk he told me they had an issue the week before where the money wasnt deducted from accounts so they took it all back from everyone .

Great place to watch the game. If your into football or UFC then this is the place you want to be.

Busy Night, not over crowded, had a few events going on

Small casino but plenty of offerings. The Sports & Social Steel City is a cool place to visit with the family. We spent an hour bowling and enjoyed the other arcade games while waiting for the evening boxing fight.Update: Had the nachos while watching the fight and I will say they were the best I have ever had! Huge portion so it was a great share item for the table. The chips were spread out evenly on the serving board so every bite had toppings. I have thought about these nachos everyday since.

Went in at 11:00, but they would not serve us breakfast. When the waitress took our lunch order, she forgot to tell the cook staff it was for in store dining. We waited for about 25 min, (hot dog and grilled chicken sandwich) before finally getting our food. The waitress said they had it packed as a to-go order. When she brought it to the table it was luke warm. I dont know where the breakdown in communication was. There were only 3 other customers in the dining area. Its fast food that isnt fast at all. Save your money - go elsewhere.

Nice little casino. Clean. Nice selection of slots and table games. 3 on site restaurants. Friendly staff. Slow service at the sports bar. Good food. UPDATE-2/23/22. Sports Bar. Didnt think it could any slower at the sports bar. Just left after my 15 min. wait of 45 minutes . Finally got the text my table was ready as I got to my car. Counted 14 people leaving and 4 open tables before we left.

The casino is nice. Clean. A lot of machines. The food in upstairs restaurant was great! The drawback is it is the coldest casino I have ever been in. Freezing actually. There are vents everywhere blowing cold air. Also, the casino floor staff pays no attention where they are walking. All had noses in their phones. I even had to move out of the way of maintenance pushing a cart. Never paid attention to me. I had to move. Quick. They would have run me over.

I was told betting on two seperate columns in roulette is not allowed, despite being allowed in every other casino that has a roulette table in it. They also only have two roullette tables both having a $15 minimum bet. Everything about the table games was just slow and unorganized, only the dealer is allowed to give you chips for your cash, and they have at least 2-3 other employees standing around the table taking up room.

Wasn’t too impressed. Went here with a group of friends. Limited blackjack and craps tables that were under $100. We spent an hour or so looking just ended up leaving. They need to have a wider range of tables for all patrons. Not everyone wants to spend $100 per hand.

Furthermore, the meal was incredible....and to really drive it home, their staff managed our party with sincere care. The casino was smaller than anticipated but we had a good time. Guys restaurant had an hour and 40 minute wait (okay for the grand opening) so we landed at the upstairs restaurant. The waitresses were spread thing and we waited an excessive amount of time for our food. The food was good. Nothing special. The bar is expensive. We paid $42 for three drinks and a beer. Overall, might come back once in a while.

My friends took me here while I was visiting from NC. Great time. Fantastic restaurants, friendly beautiful bartenders and a great atmosphere. Very clean inside and enough room to move around without running into people. I had fun and walked out with more money than I had when I walked in. When I come back to visit, I will be coming back.

Clean, everything looked nice, and great location! It was a good size casino, was attached to a mall and in a good area. We ate at Guy Fieris Kitchen and Bar in the casino and it was delicious! Good pricing and everything we ate was great! Very pleasant servers and the whole restaurant area was nice and clean as well. They had all big, bright, newer machines that are cute and fun to play instead of the older dated type. They also have a few nostalgic old arcade games to play for funsies (free but dont pay out) like centipede and pac man which was cute. They also have card game slots (poker, black jack and roulette) and a handful of actual card tables as well.**Attention non-smokers**- about half of the casino is smoking and the other half is non-smoking HOWEVERRR they must have some awesome ventilation systems or something. When we were in the non-smoking section we couldnt smell it at all, VERY IMPRESSED. My mom is very sensitive to cigarette smoke and we never noticed it until we unknowingly wandered into that section. As soon as we went back to the non-smoking area it was perfect.Would absolutely come back if Im in the area again! (we were passing through on vaca)

My mother and I went there for the first time and it will be our last. Cut up our players cards when we got home. Dont waste your time.The place is very nice and clean but thats about it. The least expensive max bet machine we saw was a $1.50, and there were only a few. No simple 25 , 50 cent or $1.00 machines where the max bet is any where between 75 cents and $3.00. Do not like that they take you picture when you come in. Doesnt sit right with me.
