Super friendly staff. No hassle or push for sales, just helpful answers and suggestions. They got me hooked up with a setup that was better and less expensive than the one I walked in with. I even went back two days later. The service on both visits was great. This is now my place of choice for my vaping supplies and have suggested it to friends who vape and friends who are considering it.

I like the fact that this store takes vaping out of the head shop atmosphere and treats customers professionally and respectfully. They keep track of my purchases which helps when I forget which new coils Ive tried or the name of an e-juice Ive forgotten. Theyre very reasonably priced as well.

Real Vapor is a great vape shop. I came in mid-nicotine fit nonetheless and was looking to buy pods for my outdated vape. Ryan helped me and encouraged me to but a new one. Im extremely pleased with the service and generosity on knowledge of vapes, me being not so up on this stuff. Hours of operation were great bc every other vape shop was closed. Just grateful and pleased customer wanting to share something good. ✌👏

Best place to visit. It doesnt matter if your a beginner or a seasoned vaper you always leave satisfied. Their knowledgeable staff is always more than happy to answer any and all questions. I give this place 2 thumbs up 👍👍

Call on phone to see if they have certain size wire, they say yes but wont give price over the phone. I get there there less then 10 mins later and suddenly they cant find it anywhere. I ask the price anywhere and they charged more than twice what I could order it over the internet for. I fully understand that I am going to pay more at a local store for most items but not more than double average online price. Wasted my time and prices are high even compared to the other local stores close by to them.

Ive came to this store for a while now, and never really had a problem. I just decided to stop coming. this is now the 5th time this has happened, When I had bought a bottle of liquid there was no 6% nicotine. The person that was helping me went in the back room to mix the liquid with 6%. When I got it back it WASNT 6 AT ALL, it doesnt even taste like theres any in their at all!! Ive said somthing when I went back to the people that work there but now this is ,again, the 5TH time this has happened. Every bottle I got was the same (Pot O Gold) so I know what 6% nic feels and tastes like in this bottle and thats not what youve been giving me!! this is why Im not coming back. If I pay you for somthing then i expect to get what I payed for!! Not somthing else!

I had to let everyone know that my husband smoked cigarette for 20 years, and finally and thanks to the guys in real vape shop he stop smoking cigarette you dont have any idea how happy i am to know that this shop has help the man I love to live a longer and healthy life, like my husband said you guys are angels...thank thank thank so much

I walk in the store to get a new vape kit to stop smoking cigarette, i ask one of the guys to help me, they recommend me to used one call BO, OMG this vape shop and this guys are angels I stop smoking for for one week already with no urge to try a cigarette ever again,they really help people to stop smoking cigarette its not about the money they care about each customer, I am forever grateful to this guys,,thank so much god bless
