This store used to be nice. I can’t believe how dirty it’s gotten. I ran in for a couple things today and saw 4 roaches. The smell is awful. Go elsewhere!

They refused to haggle, the staff was friendly enough. However their selection of nitrous oxide was so scarce that they only had one brand and since they refused to haggle it was grossly overpriced. I would say if youre picking smoke shops to pick a different one their selection is pretty scarce for everything else

Poor selection of cigars. Staff was totally unfriendly. It was a if l was bothering him to ask to buy cigars. Not a place to purchase cigars.

3 stars because they don’t sell Kratom. If your looking for Kratom products zoom out. There are several smoke shops nearby that do

I didnt end up buying anything as I was visiting from Canada while my cousin picked up his stuff which was quite pleased with. The guy working was really friendly and provided me great direction to a local cannabis dispensary. Keep up the great work 🤙🏽

I bought some vape juice only to find out that it was past its expiration date when I got home. I never thought about looking at an items expiration date on vape juice. Lesson learned.I havent tried to see if I can get it replaced yet.

THIS USED to be our familys favorite tobacco store, however, over the past several months, the service has home downhill, especially due to one rude employee. Weve spent A LOT of money in this store buying cartons of cigarettes and many vape pens. The last time we bought several vapes and when we got home, one was leaking and unusable. I called the store to ask for an exchange, but was denied...rudely. We arent shopping there anymore.To the owner:. By the way, your sign for no exchanges on vapes was not clearly visible. We found another tobacco shop that has everything we need and GLADLY EXCHANGES faulty vape pens. As far as the rude employee...he is short with us every time we come in and very unfriendly no matter how much money we spend. I am partially physically disabled, and feel like that particular employee always wants to rush me out of the store.

This place use to be cool i would come here a few times a week but now that they have horrible costumer service they act they they hate their job or they dont want my money everytime i go there about a few times a year now

A pack of LD cigs show $5.95. I was charged $16.95 for two packs including .50 ATM fee. Whats up with that. Never go there again. B.S

If i could give this place no stars i would. I came to checkout the joint rollers they had and i end up buying one with some papers, tips, hemp rope. Didnt even get a receipt but i already had a feeling i was going to return the roller just because it looked difficult even with the instructions. So i just left it in the box brand new still. I come back the next day asking the same employee (balled head with glasses and dark grey hoodie) if i could return it or even exchange it for something else. He instantly replied i dont do refunds i said what about store credit nope i dont do any of that i was going to tell him how i was just here yesterday, i just bought a bong from you guys the other day. But instead i just said ohh ok and walked out the door i wasnt even going to get into all that bs. NOW I KNOW WHAT SMOKE SHOP IM NOT GOING TO!And after seeing the review below my question to the owner is I THOUGHT THERE WAS NO RETURNS??

Ive always had a really great experience here first I had bought a product that was bad so I brought it back and he gratefully replaced it so when it happened again I thought well lets just hope this time he will and he happily replaced it with another small unit that is much better than the one I had its called the Wulf and it is for vaping cartridges of THC anyway this guy who works here is really nice the place is really nice its very well-stocked

Really great price for their products. They hardly ever run out and the staff is really nice. Very nice environment.

Sale man try to do me dirty. Big ball head guy with glasses on.Sold me some liquid vape for 11.63 and I give him 50 bucks. Jack ass refund me back 33.37. And i told the guy he short me 5 dollars and he starts arguing with me.If you dont know you math get out of the register or either youre trying to rob your customer blind and dirty.

This store tends to open whenever they feel like it i have been there several times when the open hours of operations are not met very disappointed will NOT GO BACK I HAVE WAITED FOR UP TO 30 OR 40 MINUTES AFTER OPENING STILL NOT OPEN.
