Absolutely a motivational and inspiring experience that will leave you wanting to come back. It was an overall blast. Great music, people, dancing and definitely entertainment. I meet a lot of people from all over, that was a fun experience. Great job Larry and can’t wait for next years.

This is the best festival Sacramento has to offer for dance enthusiasts! I personally have attended for both years and it keeps getting better… So much talent, amazing performances and classes. I loved meeting new people and can’t wait until the next one!

The Sacramento Latin Festival… ahh… what can I say best about this beautiful display of dancing culture.Imagine a giant party amongst your friends and dance family where everyone is invited and welcome. World class entertainers and acts amongst practiced dance teams and EVERYONE gets to perform! This isn’t your elitist only VIP invite only list. Even the little guy like me got his 3 minutes of fame onstage.I’ve always wanted to perform Latin dance on stage and thanks to Larry Toney and the amazing team Evolution. I got my chance. Memories that I won’t ever forgot.I recommend that everyone in Sacramento experience at least once! Come watch, dance 💃 🕺or both!

Such an awesome dance festival! Definitely the best one I have been to in California.Ive usually only experienced Latin dancing at the dance festivals Ive attended, but last year I was also able to experience other dance styles like Hip-Hop.I am excited to attend the 2024 California Dance Festival since there will be even more dance styles available with coaches and performers from ALL OVER THE WORLD!I absolutely love the melting pot of cultures, and I appreciate how this festival gets bigger and better EVERY SINGLE YEAR!10 out of 10 - I recommend!!!

Last years dance festival was an absolute blast! The atmosphere was filled with infectious joy, thanks to the kind organizers and attendees. The dancers showcased unparalleled talent, turning each performance into a true masterpiece. A standout moment was the impromptu pool party, reminiscent of a Miami movie scene, adding a glamorous touch to Sacramento. In essence, the festival was a captivating journey into a world where talent, community, and sheer enjoyment converged. Kudos to all for creating a magical experience that lingered in my memories long after the final curtain fell.

I had an amazing time at the dance festival! The diverse dance rooms and engaging classes made the experience truly enjoyable. Personally, the salsa rueda class was a challenging but incredibly rewarding highlight, creating a strong sense of community within the festival. What set this event apart for me was the inclusion of a Safe Dancing Environment class, adding a thoughtful touch to ensure everyone could fully enjoy the festivities. Looking forward to more dance festivals in the future!

My first festival, in 2023, and I have my tickets already for 2024! Big enough bring great instructors and performers, and have amazing socials - but not so huge that I felt like I got lost in the crowd. Great classes, lots of fun.

What an incredible event. You can tell the owner has a lot of love for dance and his community. I love everything about this festival. The vibe is beyond amazing. The social dancing is incredible, the shows are freaking awesome, and I could go on and on. This is for sure a must go to dance festival.

This is my favorite dance festival. There are so many new and exciting instructors from all over the world. The exciting energy is contagious. Everyone is always having a good time dancing and smiling the night away. I already have my tickets and cant wait for June.

Californa Dance Festival is a well organized event. I enjoy it because it offers classes for various dance styles and on different levels of advancement. The shows are excellent with performers from all over the world. This is one of my favorite festivals. The people that attend are amazing and soo welcoming. Performers come from all over the world to teach you how to dance that will help elevate your dancing. The locals that attend this event are the nicest people and are fun to be around with. I already have my ticket for 2024, I can’t wait for the next one. 😃🙌🏽

One of the best festivals I’ve been to. I went to the festival when it was the Salsa and Bachata Festival. There were many performances, high energy shows, and groups from all over the world. I’d say it was a world-class festival here in Sacramento. I can’t wait until the festival expands their repertoire and includes many different genres in the festival.

This was the best dance festival I’ve ever attended. Great music, wide variety of classes to choose from, and a super fun vibe. They really thought of everything. Can’t wait to go again next year!

Ive been knowing Larry for quite some time, and Ive seen how hard he works on these festivals. Well hard work pays off because these festivals that hes been throwing these last couple of years are AMAZING! The vibe of the dance community that comes in is unbelievable. I had amazing experiences at these festivals and I highly recommend everyone to come out and try it .

Our community is amazing. Despite the setbacks with the hotel renovations which are over now, the festival was diverse, had great classes and fun socials. The professionals taught interesting classes and the crowd was inviting.

My time at the California Dance Festival was nothing short of amazing! The workshops, the mesmerizing shows, and the dance socials until 6 am created unforgettable memories. A fantastic four-day celebration of dance and camaraderie – this event deserves a solid 5 stars!

The experience was great in term of the diversity of instructors. This festival had a lot of international instructors that dont visit the state too often and its a great experience for those who want more exposure to more dance moves.

Class sizes were great to learn in, not too crowded where you cant even see the instructors. Great attitudes, social was filled with fun great dancers, and things started on time which I appreciated!

Though only going into its 3rd year, California festival is one of my favorite festivals. Talented teachers and performers. The staff is polite and efficient and everyone is treated like V.I.P.s.

California Dance Festival (formerly Sacramento Bachata & Salsa Festival) summed up in one word - electrifying.I was a newbie to the Salsa and Bachata world and my first exposure to it is nothing short of amazing. From the Grammy headlining performances, to the stacked world-renowned classes, to the 6 AM dance socials, it has everything for novice/beginners and experts alike!As mentioned, this was my first time attending anything of the sort so I commend the director, Larry Toney, for bringing this to my hometown.California Dance Festival has made a fan out of me and I cannot wait for the new and additional styles of dance they’re going to have in 2024!!WEPA!

I couldnt go. My wife was taken to the hospital Thursday night before going to the event. Wish exceptions for a refund could be made for these rare occasions. I emailed and no response was received. I had attended the first year, really enjoyed it, and was looking forward to another great event. You put on a great event last year. Im certain this year was just as wonderful.

I was there for the very first two Sacramento Salsa and Bachata Festivals and they were Top-Notch events! And now that its expanded to the California Dance Festival, its only going to get even better!

Honestly, it’s been a blast every year. Everyone is so welcoming and the instructors are so supportive and helpful. The vibes are there non-stop from classes to performances to socials.

Must go!!! This festival is really fun and the performances run so smoothly, thanks to their team and organization! Highly recommend!
