The tech ripped my nails off! I repeat ripped them off. She used a fake nail to get under my gel polish and rip them off.I became faint and nauseous and said it was too painful and I couldn’t have her do it that way. I had asked for a full set but told her I needed to leave because I became so sick from the torture.My real nails are so damaged now. In the picture my pinky is almost completely torn off… as in my own nail is severely damaged and painful.I still paid and tipped because I didn’t have the guts to say I was unsatisfied.Absolutely unacceptable.
Very disappointed today. I came in earlier to get a pedicure and a manicure. The ladies were both very nice. I was happy with manicure it was quick and painless. The pedicure was the worst part. The nail tech was cleaning up my toes and once she got to cutting the cuticles she over cut into the side of my big toe and broke the skin which started bleeding. I understand that can happen but then she proceeded to file into the broken skin with a nail file which hurt and irritated the cut more. Once she was putting the gel on the nail I noticed the blood and polish were being wiped with her bare nail. It is now hours later and my skin is puffy and inflamed and I am still bleeding lightly. I did let the front desk know as I paid. Probably should have said something during but I get too anxious to say anything unfortunately. I hope this was a one off situation but being pregnant and seeing how unsanitary this was really made me anxious and nervous. I really hope they avoid any more of these situations moving forward.
This was my first time here and I brought my daughter for a child pedicure. She really enjoyed it. Its clean inside and I like everything being white so it feels open and clean. There are plenty of pedicure and manicure stations, but that all depends on how many staff they have on hand. They were pretty busy already starting at 9:30 a.m. in the morning. Ive heard that they can get quite busy, so if you are going during busy hours, please expect to wait. The prices seem reasonable as well. I just got the basic pedicure, not the spa pedicure. Only one disappointment is my daughter had her fingernails painted and one of them has already started to peel off just a few hours afterwards. Shes very sad
This is the better KB Nails, in my humble opinion. The pedicure was perfect, even with all my strange requests, and when the owners found my laptop bag and they personally dropped it off at my house. This is the best customer service ever, in my whole life. If I could give ten stars, I would. Thank you!!!

I have recently moved to the Sacramento area from Southern California , and have been looking for a nail Salon to call home . In my search I I was looking for a nail salon that was professional clean and I treated well . After going to several other nail salons , and not being happy with the service I I had received, I asked my employer where she had her nails done and she told me about KB nails . I made an appointment and I am extremely happy to report, I have found my new nail salon home ! From the moment I arrived at KB nails I was treated with total professionalism ! My girlfriend came home extremely upset from the negative experience she had. Her tech was physically aggressive, massaging her legs with a hostile amount of force. Not only that, the quality of work was quite terrible and we have wasted an entire evening trying to undue the abysmal work.They nearly filed the top surface of her toes nails down to the fleshy substrateIf you want your nails intact, and dont like wasting money time, or being physically assaulted, then dont risk coming here.
WORST EXPERIENCE here today. Walked in here and the attitude i got was horrible. Been here several times and there was always something wrong with my nails. Either the pedicure was BAD or the manicure was BAD but i didnt want to conclude just yet. I wanted to give them grace but wheeew should have known better. NEVER GOING BACK!
Edit 07/05I thought I should update my review as Ive been visiting KB Nails for a few years now. The service is still the best. Christine has stepped in to manage and she does an amazing job. The owner, Lynn, has put so much care and attention to detail into her business. She employs very talented manicurists and is always making upgrades to the facility such as new pedicure chairs with great massage features, beautiful tiled floors, new manicure stations and upgraded lighting. They use and sell top quality products for fair prices. My manicures and pedicures always last until my next appointment (2+ weeks apart)and would likely last longer. They are very good at accommodating for appointments and walk in. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. They are always happy and its contagious because I always leave in a great mood. The salon had been remodeled and its really beautiful. The equipment is all new. The chairs were very comfortable and the massaging features were excellent. Really strange experience. Probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I don’t know what happened to this location it used to be really nice. I got serviced in a really dirty corner at the very end.. never again
My gel polish is already begining to come off even though I just an hour ago got my nails done here. Also, when I went to pay....I was charged too much and had to go back in after already saying something. I added the total up and still wasnt given the correct change back ....even though I made sure to tip well nonetheless. Experience was just fine until these factors
I always love coming here with my grandmother to get our nails done. We have tried so many nail salons, but none are up to par like KB Nails. The staff is professional and kind, and they do a wonderful job with manicures and pedicures. This entire year has been rough on a lot of business due to Covid, so we make sure to show our support to help them continue their great service. They are incredibly clean and hygienic, which is so important during these times. They recently remodeled and have protective covers in all of the seating areas, as well as a beautiful touch of decorations. We are more than happy to continue our visits here!
I love this place. All of the nail technicians are so happy all the time. Even if it’s close to closing time, I don’t feel rushed. The facility is clean and feels welcoming. They have enough staff to do both a mani and pedi at the same time.And my girl Tracy always does a great job on my pink and white!
I got a manicure and a pedicure today. It’s not my first time I’ve been, but today was by far the best! Every time I have gone has been consistently great though. They pay great attention to detail, and make your nails look gorgeous. The massages as part of the services are also incredible. Highly recommend this nail spot!
I made an appointment for November 12th, 2023 at 10am for a pedicure & full set acrylic for my mother’s birthday. Me & my mother got there 10 minutes early. We told them we could wait. Lady at the front asked appointment or no? I told the lady I had an appointment for Tracy 1, they looked at us confused and I showed them proof that I had an appointment, it looked like no one wanted to help us. One of the lady which I assume is Tracy 1 was talking in Viet pointing to tell someone else to help us when I requested her. The vibe was all off, some random person helped us instead.My mother’s experience: she didn’t like it, she wanted a specific color and they decide to give her something else.My experience: the lady who helped me was nice, I showed her a photo on how I would like my nails, but the nails turned out okay, it was not shaped well, painted well & looked bumpy. I am very picky with my nails. I am paying a lot for a person to do my nails and It didn’t live up to my expectation.If I don’t like the experience I will not tip and I just felt forced to tip while they stand there when I paid. Never coming back
KB Nails has the best nail gals. The establishment is well kept, and the staff is friendly and converse with you. They ensure that you are happy throughout the experience, making sure the water is right, your massage chair is working and youre in a comfortable position. I highly recommend KB Nails and any of their staff, they all do a great job.

The establishment is clean and well organized. I always go for a gel pedicure with Nina. She is so sweet and gives the best massage! My advice is to find reviews that mention specific techs and book appointments with them based on your needs. I’ve found that when I’ve “walked in” without an appointment my services hasn’t been as good of quality as it is with an appointment with a specific tech.
I would rate 10 stars!!! Im so happy that they took me in as a walk in close to closing & did a phenomenal job unlike other salons that take you but rush or do a half a** job. I got a pedicure & rebase/color & the nail polish on my toe nails & finger nails are spot on not a single flaw. I will definitely be returning. They sure know how to be efficient here, thats for true. I made reservations for 2, dip manicure and pedicures for both of us. They had two nail techs working on each of us, doing hands and feet simultaneously. It was a little overstimulating but they got the job done.My girlfriends nails were detailed to perfection and soooo pretty. My nails were simple and cute.
Went to get a pedicure and an acrylic set. The lady that did my pedicure was the sweetest!! Other than that I have nothing good to say. The lady that did my full set kept arguing with me about how I wanted my nails. I asked her to do my nails a certain color and kept arguing with me about the choices I had made and said they would look ugly!! I told her to do whatever she thought would look nice then. She was so harsh on my nails and kept looking away while filing down my nails and kept hurting me. Worst experience ever with this new management they have. Not clean or sanitary at all!! I went with my cousin and she felt something poking her and it was someone else’s nail 🤢 the male that did her pedicure did not know what he was doing and cut her nails to the skin when she clearly asked for him not to cut the length. Will never go back again and pay $105 for some nails that look like a little kid did.
I gave 2 starts because of the place and customer service they are awesome with customer service and the place looks beautiful but with my disappointment I wish if I can give 0 because I got my nails done and both of mine and my daughter started peeling off the same day and I called them and explained and they said they will give discount to mine and they will do it again so the discount I got was 10$ and I went again and wasted my time because it got peeled off again the next day. I have no idea what kind of material they use I never had powder dip peeling off the next day
If I could give a zero I would! THIS PLACE RIPS YOU OFF AND LIES. They charged me $45 for a manicure that I never got - she just patted oil on my cuticles and stopped! Then my 12yr old neighbor was charged $200 for a single service! Luckily her grandfather told the staff at the front desk to charge her appropriately and STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND CHARGING FRAUDULENTLY.

Was in town visiting family and had KB Nails recommended to me by my sister. Stopped in and got a gel manicure from Jennifer. She was very sweet and definitely diligent when doing my nails! My cuticles are so clean that the polish lines are crisp! They look so good!!
I went in after work because I have a overlay on MY nail and wanted a soak off and another overlay.. When I sat down I explained to her I wanted a soak off and she ignore me… she pulled out her tools and stated she was going to scrap under.. I told her no please I’d like a soak off it’s my nail.. this lady proceeded to roll her eyes and ignore me and chips my nail.. i told her ma’am please id like a soak off, she said no let me do.. at this point I just walked out of the salon. As a PAYING customer I feel I should get the service i’m asking for.. definitely won’t be going back again.. Her attitude was just terrible
I had no appointment, but there was a nail technician available to help me without a wait. The shop was clean, and well maintained - a nice atmosphere! I usually go to the other KB Nails (next to Raleys), but I got a gift certificate for this location....I had a nice experience, I would return. 😊

They did a good job. But they really over priced my nails. Didn’t give me a total before they started adding all the gems and designs to my nails. I didn’t ask for it I simply asked for flowers. The least she could of done is tell me how much more it was going to be before waiting till the end to tell me my total was $100 and it wasn’t even gel polish. Disappointed. Won’t be going back.

I have been going here for years. I always see Nancy (nails) and Trudy (pedicure) and they are great. I have never had difficulty getting an appointment convenient for me, and have always been seen quickly upon arrival. I have always been happy with the appearance of my nails as well as how long the nails last (rarely break, never come off). Jay (sp?) at the front desk, is always friendly and helpful as well. When Nancy or Trudy have been on vacation I have seen others and was also happy with their work as well. Top quality service all the way around!
I like this location behind the McDonalds on Fair Oaks a but better than the one by Raleys. Decent prices. I usually call ahead for an appointment since they can get a little busy

Update: so I went back and they redid the pedicure but only the paint job. Although I did express to the new nail tech that I was having some issues with some of the nails digging into my skin and it was hurting. It appeared that she took care of it. But now it’s been five days and my toes are really hurting. And I don’t don’t know why. I will not be going back!Are used to go to the salon back a few years ago and recently just came back. In the past there was always excellent service and technique. No it seems that in the last two times that I’ve gone manicure and pedicures have sucked. I don’t understand why. As far as customer service they were very eager and willing to fix the problem but unfortunately it’s happened twice in a row and I’m sick of needing to get some thing fixed.
I started going to the newer KB but they didnt listen or failed to hear us when we said we didnt want something. I almost just gave up on KB but decided to give the older shop another try and Im glad I did. It makes a difference when you are listened to.

I had my first fill yesterday with Nancy. Ive been to a couple places, and this was by far my best experience. Nancy is amazing and SO kind! I wasnt sure what gel color I wanted, and she gently let me know there was a better color for me. She pointed it out, and it was the one I had really wanted, but, you know, I doubted myself. She gave me the confidence to try the color and it ended up looking gorgeous!The place itself looks great. Its mice and big, full of staff and customers, and very welcoming. The TV playing HGTV was quite nice too. Im a bit of a home improvement junkie. ;)Plus, Nancy sang a beautiful song while she was working, and I really appreciated it.I will definitely be returning to see Nancy for my next fill!
Ive come twice so far. Both times I was seated immediately or within 10 minutes. Im usually showing up right before the salon (any salon) closes to gets my nails and toes done. KB was polite and friendly both times. The quality of work is good. However, all I ever get is gel french tips, so I dont have any knowledge of their more ornate nail art options or quality. The techs that Ive had here demonstrated excellent customer service, were gentle with my feet and hands, and confirmed with me often to ensure that the work they were doing is what I wanted.Im happy to have finally visited this place. They take me immediately. Theyre courteous; I like the quality of their work, and theyre affordable - no Groupon needed.

My daughter and I got a pedicure here and it looked really nice. I went back for a manicure the next week. I get the dip powder because its strong and I work with my hands. 5 days later it starts chipping. Every day i come home and file down broken nails. At 10 days it was so bad I had to get it redone at another salon.
I called to see if KB Nails’s could work me in, the lady on the phone had great customer service and upbeat energy. She made me feel welcome when I arrived and I did not have to wait long at all.At first I was not too sure about the tech’s knowledge, he kept trying to do my nails a different way than what I asked for. I was then switched to a different tech, I was very pleased with Tim’s, work. Tim, did a great job he knew exactly what I was talking about and showed great nail tech knowledge & skill.
So extremely disappointed in KB Nails off FairOaks.Wendy did my Pedicure and dug into my toes which bled to get a hang nail and filed them uneven. Nina did my gel manicure and although they look great, they started to peel within 3 days. This place isn’t cheap and my experience was disappointing and dissatisfied.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. The man in charge was really rude and pushy to is. the women were really nice. the lady that did my nails was very interactive. But my nails were horrible. I wanted a squabble nail that was painted pink with a matte finish and had a picture of what I wanted. Now I know that theyre not gonna turn out exactly like the picture, however my nails were it not shaped right, the paint was transparent on one hand even when she did three or four coats and on the other hand it was really thick.the lady that did my pedicure wasnt very interactive. She did a good job on my pedicure, but was the only thing that I was satisfied with. My sisters nails turned out OK, but unless youre getting a gel manicure or pedicure I wouldnt recommend this place. I ended up going to Ophelia nails in antelope and the lady that worked there fixed my nails and they look amazing! I ended up getting a cop and mailed shape and a glossy finish. She did Exactly what I wanted and I will be going there from now on.
Great place! My boyfriend and I were looking for a nice pedicure for a good price and we booked an appointment the morning of and went in. The 2 ladies we had surprised us! It was amazing! They did not cut corners, they took their time and didnt make us feel rushed at all! Great service and great quality! Would definitely recommend and return myself!
I have been to this place 5 times and only 2 did my nails ok. Not great but ok. They are money hungry. I got a basic pedicure and I literally was in the chair 10 minutes and she was done. I havent got a pedicure since. I said Ill do my own feet. They want to tell you what color and that you should get gel. Like they paying for it. Its not a crime if you dont want gel polish.
I came here for a pedicure and eye brow waxing for my birthday. My pedicure lasted less than 20 minutes even though I paid for the gel pedicure, the lady BARELY SPENT any time scrubbing my feet with the pumis stone, didnt paint my entire toe nails so they look grown out already. $35 bucks for a gel pedicure when it was essentially a gel polish change. I dont even want to lay for the pedicure. No tip and NEVER COMING BACK. Dont waste your money

Love the service here. Always consistent for the price. If you ever have an issue all you have to do is say can I change this or let them know about it and theyll fix it and stay friendly. Designs are limited for nails, but for simple and quick are great. Pedis are amazing.
This was my very first time in KB Nails. Im not disappointed with my new nail color, but the fact that I got a cut on my finger was absolutely NOT okay.The technician who worked on my pedicure did a good job and was gentle enough, but she could have done a better job at getting rid of the dead skin on my heels. Overall she was kind even though she didnt talk to me very much.The technician who did my nails, on the other hand -- HORRIBLE JOB. Her customer service was terrible, her attitude was terrible, and the fact that SHE CUT MY PINKY and SCRATCHED MY ARM WITH HER TOOLS (without even apologizing!) just made me so upset and I couldnt wait to get out of there. I didnt realize my pinky was bleeding, although I could feel pain when she was clipping and filing it -- but as soon as she cleaned the area with alcohol, I felt a painful sting! I wanted to report it but I dont think a business like that even cares about complaints, so I just paid for the services and left. I even left a tip just because the woman who did my pedicure was nice.Overall, I will NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS NAIL SALON.
The place is nice and clean the guy that did my pedi was friendly. The only thing is that there work is rushed and they don’t pay much attention in getting all the dead skin or cuticles. I think your better of doing that at home. On my mother in laws feet, it looked like they didn’t even bother to buff out her heal. It’s almost like we just went to get our feet oiled and nails painted.
This is pretty new place. The staff dont really speak English but doesnt matter :) because the service is good! I am doing here gel pedicures. Usually it takes 45 minutes. The best part in the end around 7-8 minutes foot massage... Oh and the price is affordable. I recommend this place!
The manicure and pedicure services are very good and well priced. My pedicures always last 3 weeks and dont chip. This salon is very popular, but is large enough that an appointment is not necessary. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the customer service feels a bit cold. Because the business is so large and they are processing so many clients, it can feel like Im on an assembly line.
This was my first time at KB Nails and it will not be the last! My experience was amazing, everyone was very friendly, and my pedicure massage was amazing. Definitely will be back, they are taking COVID precautions for those worried about it! Highly recommend!
I made an appointment for KB to give me a fill after receiving the worst nail service ever from a different salon 1 weeks ago. They were great. Kevin fixed all that was wrong with my previous set and painted them perfectly. Ill definitely be back!

They offer a large variety of services and are always busy, so make an appointment, although they do their best to honor walk-ins. This is my second time being there, the first time the nails turned out ok, but it took the lady 1hr and 50 minutes to simply do gel manicure. Couple of months later I decided to give this place and second shot, and thats when I officially disliked this place. It took over 2 hours for a simple- one color gel manicure. After 2 hours I stopped counting, and was hoping to just be done with the place. The nails turned out very bulky, and I had bubbled in multiple spots. But wait! Theres more!!- they charged men$5 extra for the extra time they spent on my nails. It was upsetting. :(
I got my nails filled here during the beginning of covid when my nailshop was closed and this was the WORST set of nails Id ever had done not even 1 week after my fill my gel nails started peeling back the color. Soo disappointed I also took my twin girls and spent over $150 for all of our services. Definitely will not go back here or recommend them poor service! Not friendly either.

Every other Monday morning my husband & I get a pedicure. We both enjoy it, especially on not so busy days. Theyre friendly & courteous. My toes look fabulous & my husband has soft feet.
I went to this salon recommended by my neighbors friend.To begin, I felt like I walked into a sweat shop. However, the service was good by Michelle and Sally. My pedicure chipped a day later.Two days later, when I checked my statement, I came to find out the managament added TIP on my tab without my approval! I had left a 15% tip for each, and they added an extra $5 bucks on top of that!We are NOT required to leave a tip, but we leave a tip because its the right thing to do. It is NOT right when they add EXTRA tip!Im sure the gentleman that was running those woman rugged is the one that made that decision.Not coming back because that is plain unethical.
If I could give this nail salon zero stars I would. Yesterday I went to get my nails done and in the middle of the guy finishing up my nails the owner decides that she wants to come in and start yelling at him for God knows what reason when he was putting the diamonds on my nails that I asked for. I didnt care how much it cost I was going to pay for it!!!! I felt like she was being very disrespectful! She continued to yell at him for about three minutes and all I could understand was when finally got the chance to speak back she said I dont care. One thing that pisses me off is if I am in the middle of getting my nails done do not bother the technician because if they mess up on my nails I get really pissed off but just know that this experience I had with this owner yelling at one of her employees in the middle of a nail salon with many people in her place of business. I will never come back to this establishment ever again in my life. I will never recommend a friend or family member to this establishment ever because of this experience.
Went in for gel manicure. I had preexisting acrylics that they charged me $10 for removal. I understand $3 or $5, it not $10 especially when I’m having them removed for more nail service. They are busy here, so I would recommend trying to call in even if just few hours ahead. Felt like I waited too long with foil on my fingers bc they needed my nail tech to handle a pedicure for someone else. I got gel nails two weeks ago that are already starting to peel and crack. I usually do acrylics so i don’t know if it’s normal for just gel on your regular nails to peel just after 2 weeks. They did remodel inside since I was last here pre-Covid.
Within days of having a gel dip, the polish started to crack. Ive never had that happen. Within a week, I had to a set of acrylics put on because nearly all of the tips of my nails cracked off and ripped. I dont know if it was the application process or quality of the dip.
After coming to this salon many times today is the last time. I came in for a pedicure, the side tables and arm rests were dirty. I asked for them to be cleaned and was told sorry it’s nail polish. I used my hand sanitizer and a towel Jimmy supplied and cleaned them myself. Dirty residue not nail polish came off. Terrible service with zero concern for my experience.I left before the pedicure was complete as I could not convey to Jimmy that I wanted my nails trimmed shorter than he would trim them.Pedicure time is for relaxing nothing like that happened today.
I wanted to get my nails done for my late uncles memorial service/get-together and found a photo online of a pretty simple 3-color ombre that would go good with my dress, but I didnt have the right colors for it at home. Went here and showed the photo to the receptionist and she said they couldnt do it, then she just offered me a selection of shiny cat-eye style nail polishes. I was absolutely baffled, asked again if she was sure they really couldnt do three colors and was told no. I didnt want to argue about it, so I just ended up going down the street to a beauty supply store, buying the colors I needed, and doing it at home with the help of liquid latex and some make up sponges to decent enough results. Told some friends about my experience and they were all equally as confused.I still dont know why a basic three color ombre would be such a challenge to what I assume are professional nail technicians. Either the techs here dont know how to ombre, or the receptionist is embarrassingly uninformed of nail styles and trends...I cant really comment on what they *can* do or how their technique is since I opted not to get what I was offered, but this experience didnt exactly inspire confidence. I wouldnt go here for anything except an extremely basic nail design.
My nails and cuticles were so damaged from another shop in town, I will never stray from KB again! My coffin nails are right back where I want them and my hands feel and look a million times better!
I probably won’t return here. I got an infection on both of my big toes. Hurts sooo bad! The lady that did my toes was pretty sloppy with the paint too. And my gel nails are peeling off after two days because my manicurist did not apply dehydrator before starting with the gel base coat. I give this place two stars instead of one just because the prices are cheap and I didn’t have to wait as a walk-in.
Went based solely based on Sacramento A list and was impressed with the full set I had put on. I will be back.Updated 4-8-18: This is now my go to nail spot. Tina kills it with her nail art and is not afraid to tackle anything I come up with. She is the sweetest and I enjoy coming to see her along with her eagerness to learn something new. Lina gives a terrific pedicure, but I havent had a bad one yet from any of the ladies who work at KB Nails.
My husband and I get our mani, pedis here regularly. I should have waited a couple of days before rating them this time because my husbands hands were sore for a week. My nail polish lasted 3 days. Whats up with that?
Absolutely never again the worst pedicure EVER !!!! Took a drill to my natural nails because obviously did not have a decent pair of toenail clippers was trying to use cuticle nippers on my toenails took a huge debit of my big toe off my nail when she used a drill to trim my nails unbelievable absolutely May gave the worst pedicure Ive ever had in my entire life
I got a pedicure one day for the first time at this salon and it went good. The place looked nice and organized, the lady who did my pedicure was nice and did and amazing job in massaging and putting nail polish. I will definitely come back for another pedi!

Very nice place besides the long wait but I was a walk-in and it was a very busy day. The ladies were very nice and the nail work is very nice and cost friendly. The ladies take their time and your nails come out perfect!! I would suggest scheduling an appointment though so that your wait wont be long. i read the reviews on yelp about this place and it got an overall 4 and i totally agree!!
Luv this place. Appt help but drop ins are usually seen in a short wait. Cant beat the price! Staff can be super friendly or not very talkative. I prefer a little quiet time from the busy day and theyre ok w that too. The massage chairs are a bonus! Very clean and a great go to spot for a quick pamper!
Great service. Went for a pedicure social fist in effect. All workers and customers wearing masks. They take your temperature upon entering the shop. Pedicure was fantastic one of the best I have had.
If I call you to ask if I can come in don’t respond NOPE I DON’T HAVE TIME before I even finish my sentence. Try waiting and asking if I can come another time. I’ve come here every two weeks for a manicure and pedicure mainly because there’s so many chairs and it’s fast with decent quality but I’m good now. And don’t forget about being pressured to pay cash everytime I check out .

I have been coming here for years and today was my last time. I spaced on the tip amount at checkout today, I had more services done than I usually do in preparation for a wedding, but wrote in my usual (lower) tip. AND THE OWNER MADE A SNIDE COMMENT. I didnt bother correcting it after that. Taking my business elsewhere if thats how long term customers are treated here.
I have to share my experiences at this salon as a warning to others.A few weeks ago I went to this salon and had my nails done. The technician accidentally started painting my nails with gel polish instead of regular polish (I was getting a regular manicure and not gel). She realized her mistake but just kept going. I thought to myself, that’s odd, it won’t dry properly because it’s gel and needs a light to cure. I asked her about this and she said it would be fine. Believing her, I go to leave the salon and as I’m driving home my nails are sticking to things, super gummy, and as I suspected not able to dry. I went back in and they admitted she was being “lazy,” said they’d speak to the tech and repainted my nails and sent me on my way. I should have learned my lesson from this and not returned, they employ techs that do not show care and look for shortcuts.Fast forward to this week, I go in for a pedicure and I ask the tech to “clip the top edge of my nails.” Suddenly, he starts digging with his tool into my toe, the man doing my nails simultaneously, looks at me and says doesn’t that hurt? I said, yes. He seemed shocked at what his colleague was doing. He mumbled something to him in their language but the guy continued on. At that point, I said stop that hurts. He did stop. I left and that entire night my toe is aching, the next day it is swollen and red. I went to the hospital with an infection in my toe that the dr said likely had to do with both his digging and, also likely, improper sanitation and sterilization. I am now on antibiotics trying to clear the infection. When I called the salon to let them know, the man on the phone made light of it and told me to come in the following week and have my nails done and he’d take care of me. Clearly he didn’t understand, or didn’t want to understand, that I was telling him I have an infection - I will not be putting my foot in anything due to that AND I will never return to this salon. Be careful. I’m not saying every technician will do this to your nails, but clearly the one I had was not trained properly. Additionally, the fact that my toe ended up infected really makes me question if they are truly autoclaving their tools and properly sanitizing their bowls. I think my first story illustrates my point that they are willing to take short cuts and my second story is just, well, scary, and even further illustrates their lack of ethic.Pay a little more and go somewhere else where you know you are safe and have techs that will follow proper procedure. I post this because this has been traumatic for me and I don’t want someone else to go through this.
When you first walk in the environent is off putting, it looks like a sweat shop. the footbath was not properly cleaned. i didnt get seen until a half hour after my scheduled appointment time. then after my mom asked a respectable question are your tools clean an employee near by responded if you dont like it you dont have to be here my nails where also done very poorly the paint job and the acrylic where not up to even a regualr standard.
I had to come on here and say that Tina is amazing. She is caring and very good at what she does. I will definitely be coming back to her! I heard she is new and I’m so excited she is now working here!
When I walked in the smell or acrylic nails was very very strong....I let the receptionist know and a few other people waiting agreed so they opened the doors...they gave me and my friend a nice manicure and pedicure. The price was fair.
This is my go-to spot now after trying SO many places in the area. They are very professional and friendly. Their services are priced reasonably and they have a lot of options to choose from.I have taken quite a few friends here now!
I was like 10 mins late and they said we don’t have any time for you. Extremely rude, bad costumer service. I was going to get my nails done again here but half fell off anyway. Absolutely ridiculous. All other nails salons say 15 mins. DO NOT GO HERE.
I went to this place 2 days ago and my nail chipped, I went back today so they can fix them and they said I didn’t get them done there because they don’t have that color. So I ended up paying an extra 10 dollars for them to change the color. They were so rude I had my bank statement that showed I was there 2 days ago but they still denied it. Don’t go here they are completely unprofessional. The job was very poorly done.

I came here for the first time 9days ago to get a pedicure. The place is huge and was crowded. They got me in, in no time and were very nice. However I woke up the next day in a huge amount of pain. My poor toe has never been more infected. This photo is 9days later. Idk if the tools they used weren’t properly sanitized or what but I’ve never experienced this before. My toe feels a lot better, but still looks so infected. Be careful coming here !

They are extremely unprofessional, We had an apt. For 2 When we got there he told us that when he went on lunch they put 2 people in our spots even though we were on time. Then when I said we should be compensated at sme point he asks me What am I suppose to do, you want me to go move the 2 peopel already there? And then goes on to tell us we can go look at a diffrent salon. I watched him turn certain people away and keep certain people. Very bad business. Im guessing its the only one around.

Use this place almost exclusively. Mani, pedi, fast paced, not much conversation. Bring a friend. Not much for fancy nails, but they do gel nails and cateyes. Get your car washed across the parking lot, while getting your nails done. Eat at the Eritrian food restaurant next door. Browse the amazing gift store a few shops down

They got my friend and i in the same day when everywhere else i called didnt have any availabilities and i think they did a pretty good job especially on the 3d art they did on her nails(even though it cost her another $15 for only 2 nails) it still came out better than expected.the only thing i didnt like was that we both kinda got the feeling that they were talking s*** about us in another language and laughing and laughing amost themselves.i understand it may sound paranoid but for my friend to feel uncomfortable as well somewhat adds merit to my suspicion.but they were very friendly, we just both felt self conscious because we had no idea what they were continuously laughing about amonst themselves.
The place is packed on Saturdays. I recieved a gift card from a family friend and read the online reviews. But after just four days two of acrylic nails begin to come off. I would not recommended this place to anyone who actually wants to get their moneys worth.
This is the OLD location behind McDonalds. Great price for what you get. Usually quick in and out even when busy. Customer service from nail techs is hit or miss. Place is old and dingy...and hot.

Got an infection in my pinky toe on my right foot after getting a pedicure before a trip and several days later I had to go to the Er to get my swollen red foot checked out. I missed many days of my vacation couldn’t go in the ocean for a long time.

I had been going to them for over a year now yet these past few experiences have been absolutely terrible the first huge BAD experience I had was when the nail lady thinned out my natural nail too thin with her machine so when I bumped into it literally took off my entire nail including my original now after that I went in today to get my nails done and the lady was so in a rush to be done she cut me twice she left a bunch of scuff marks all over my nails because she didn’t let the clear coat to dry before touching it and they charge me extra claiming that that was the price all along even though I told them I’ve been going here for over a year and that’s never been the story but whatever I am so fed up with this experience and want to share my experiences with you guys so you know ahead of time to choose a different nail place.

Girlfriend got her nails done here on July 31st 2015, they used a faulty product and her hands were burned and sore and possibly infected, I paid $60 for her to get them done so it is unacceptable that they would use cheap products in the execution of her nails, I think we will go somewhere else next time, this used to be a good place but too many people are greedy and looking to cut costs, this business should be ashamed for using a poor product and hurting her
