Let me tell you this is the Best Smoke Shop in Sacramento by far! My husband came here in search of a specific smoking accessories after countless other smoke shops not having it let alone knowing what it even was. Not Wild Zone , not only did Sam the man have the accessories in stock but was extremely knowledgeable about it and even taught my husband something. And let me tell u that ain’t easy.. We will be Coming here from now on thanks Sam you are the man!

I grew up in the neighborhood, always appreciate small business owners. I felt somewhat guilty, was just looking to get an inexpensive pipe knowing full well Sam has the absolute best selection of hand blown glass artwork smoke devices in Sacramento.Sam was the most gracious proprietor and I enjoyed speaking with him for quite a while. Wild Zone is one of the best head shops I have been to & Sammy is probably the coolest shop owner I have ever met! They have tons of epic handblown glass pipes & rigs from several different glass blowers, not to mention, top quality vape & dab products like Hunibadger, Volcano, Carta & PAX just to name a few. There is a wide selection of miscellaneous smoking accessories along with authentic RAW rolling products. Cigars, tobacco pipes & hooka products also. This place is definitely worth checking out if youre into quality heady glass or just need a pack of Raws!

The absolute best owner, he’s kind, respectful, and just all around pleasure to talk to when I’m there. They always have what I’m looking for. If your looking for anything that you can get at a smoke shop Sam probably has it. If you’re in Sacramento definitely stop by and see whats there you won’t be disappointed

12/23/22 - I just left the shop. I was looking for a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law. The owner Sam is one of the most personable individuals. I would recommend this shop. This is the only shop that I will give my money to from now on. I’m glad I found it.

Wild Zone is the best heady smoke shop in all of Sacramento county without a doubt. You can spend hours in the store just admiring all the beautiful American glass. The owner Sam has extensive glass knowledge, and will show you great customer service every time you walk through the door.

Upon arrival, the shop looked very warm and welcoming. HUGE selection of glass. The guy behind the counter deserves a huge raise and a break. He is absolutely amazing, all around! He has the best manors and an amazing selection..... He is honest, as well as one hard working indvidual, literally everyday.My girlfriend and I buy stuff from here all the time and once she met him she made me switch to this smoke shop ONLY. First time shopper, will be back again! The owner is a fantastically interesting gentlemen, with a great shop. He has a huge selection and reasonable prices. I was the only customer in the shop but he left me alone at first to give me a chance to check everything out and then was incredibly helpful, when asked, to take a closer look at some pieces. He gave me a great deal on my purchase and I couldnt have left happier with the whole experience. Ill be sure and check here before purchasing anything in the future; well worth the drive!

Very easy to see why the best producers in the business all deal with the Wild Zone. Customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced Sam truly puts the customer first and it’s an honor to purchase anything from him. Will be back anytime I need anything. Glad to have found this gem!

Recently visited Sam (the owner) at Wild Zone to pick up a few things. While there, I was reminded why I do NOT miss working retail any longer. It seems as if there is a prevalence of people with a very high degree of entitlement. Maybe its just me, but this expectation afflicts many today. As Wild Zone is located next door to a bar, I all too often bear witness to intoxicated people wandering in (intoxicated), only to complain about customer service. Why is it that these people are the ones who run home to complain about their experience via the internet? In short, my suggestion for them, is to NOT come in high or drunk!! Sam, the owner is the most cordial fellow one would ever want to meet. He always goes out of his way to accommodate his customers as evidenced by so-o-o-o many positive reviews over the years!Its always easy to identify the people who would be a problem for any business. They often represent themselves as entitled, argumentative, demanding, unforgiving and just plain uncooperative.For really great customer service, this is the place to go! To say that Sams customer service is old fashioned is to say that it is reminiscent of a time when people treated each other as they indeed wished to be treated!! Keep doing what you are doing Sam! I/we appreciate it!!

Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice shop for kratom. Owner also sells nice variety of pipes cigars and other novelty items. Been to a lot of smoke shops all over sac and this place always gets my business because of the prices. He knows his product and very honest and straight forward.

The owner is the nicest man, and he has the best selection. I was looking for a downstem for my bong and had tried other places already and was told oh thats too old, they dont make those anymore more than once, I was in there and ask Sam if he had any, he walks over and pulls out a whole tray full! Sam is the man hes great with service has a huge selection of everything. I cant recommend this place enough. Especially if you are a hookah fan largest selection of shisha in the Sacramento area that I have found.

The owner there truly loves what he does for a living hes always helpful and he goes out of his way sometimes to help somebody doesnt even know. As for the merchandise he has everything if you cant find it there Id be damn surprised he literally has everything! If you dont see it out in the open just ask him has nothing but Pride for the merchandise he sells.

The owner is nice, sincere, and very knowledgeable. He has everything you need to fix your pieces and he has some of the sickest pieces and many of the glass blowers he has in stock are hard to come by and his selection is the best.

Great prices and the owner is super friendly. This is the only smoke shop I go to. You can come in here for 10 minutes and have a good conversation or pick out what you need and be out in a couple minutes.
