I went in to get vape stuff for my boyfriend. The staff were helpful since I dont know much about vaping. They knew what my boyfriend meant when I had questions about what he was getting. Would recommend if you need a Vape shop. Also, they give you points if you get an account.

They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond helping with my new rigs,tanks and juices. Had no problems showing me what I was doing wrong with the utmost politeness! They make you feel comfortable, at ease and not rushed or stupid like some places do. They have new juices!

Ohio Valley Vapor Station is my favorite vape shop to visit. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I travel 20+ minutes out of my way to shop there. I have never had a bad experience and they always treat me well. As long as they are open, I will always take my business to them.

Each time Ive visited, people have been very helpful, honest and objective. They seem to suggest things that will make you happy, not what will make them the most money. Plus their rewards system is very nice. You can also sample flavors before you buy, which is a plus. They cater to beginners and seasoned pros equally.

I made a mail order today and Mike couldnt have been more helpful. We live a couple hours away and although we have many vape shops in our local area, we prefer to go here, due to the great customer service. We stumbled onto this jewel a couple years ago and its been our go-to shop ever since. Keep up the great work guys!

Amazing place for all your vaping needs. Each employee Ive spoken too is extremely freindly, and knowledgeable of any relevant questions Ive ever had. Not a single visit had turned South in any way. There was one particular day I walked in on some music looking filming, and even that instance didnt become negative. I’m not sure I can put my appreciation, into words. When our sneaky government decided to change the rules for vaping products being sent through the United States Postal Service, put a severe hurt on the vaping industry. I ordered my juice through the Internet, and had it delivered to my home. I’ve been using the same juice since 2014. When the new ban came out, Ohio Valley vapor station, set up an account that day, so that I can get my juice from another manufacture. They order my juice in specifically for me, and now anytime I need it, I can just drive to the store, and buy it. When I go in, I’m always greeted with a smile, and a few laughs. The guys always treat me with the upmost respect, answer any questions I might have, and are always very knowledgeable about new products out. I could not be more thankful to have this small business, in my community. I wish them nothing but the best, and success in the future. I will be a customer for life.

I am old, I will admit it. Because of that I had expected at least some sarcasm or snotty looks/comments. But I have stopped in here several times and was helped by several different people. All were utterly friendly and knowledgeable and offered me suggestion on what they felt would best meet my needs... no hard sell, no up-selling, no cold sales people, just good people seemingly selling what they, themselves, enjoy. I would love to see them expand both in store space as well as other locations (closer to me).

Best shop in the ohio valley . Ive visited and shopped at every shop between st c and washington pa and this one. This one is a winner..the staff is always happy, friendly and they go out of the way to help you..whether your a beginner or a pro..from mods..to builds to juices they got the info, the knowledge and the products. They even offer discounted juices and have a tasting bar. Def recommend them. I drive a half hour to them as I wont shop anywhere else!

Knowledgeable friendly staff. Bent over backwards to find the juice I was looking for. They have a tasting bar and even mix nicotine to non nicotine juices. They Even let me change the new coils I purchased inside. Clean and bright atmosphere.The clerk originally told me the juice I wanted was 20$. When we got to the register it rang up as 25$. He said “ I told you 20$ so that’s what I’m charging you”. He also gave me 10% off because it was my first time in the store. And to top it off the prices were already lower than most vape shops I’ve been to.I would give 10 stars if I could.

They consciously sell ohmslaw vape juice none of it has any flavor and ruins coils. Ive bought three bottles now not having known who it was made by and being told that they were really good(lied to) but Ive solved that problem by never going here again, I was once a regular customer.✌️

I highly recommend for anyone to buy their vape here! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They will not steer you wrong on what vape to get, what kind of juice to get, and things of that nature. It is especially great for a beginner who is just getting into vaping. They will really educate you, and they are super friendly.

My favorite place to go. When I need help or suggestions these guys are the best. So quick to answer or find the answer. They have fixed my equipment in the past as well. I just think the world of them. And I always tell people to go there when they ask me where to go for vape stuff.

The best vape shop and experience in the ohio valley my wife and I have been going here for a few years now. The owners are the best people and provide the best buying experience they possibly can by hiring knowledgeable employees and having the most up to date hardware. You dont have to worry about being new to vaping or a veteran they treat everybody the same and with respect and in my opinion thats what a buying experience is supposed to be. I would and always do recommend ohio valley vapor station when Im asked where has the best prices and selection in ohio valley.

Its a great place to go to especially if youre just starting out to vap. Theyre very helpful and answer any questions you may have. They also let you test different flavors. I would definitely recommend this place to family/friends.

Some items, Such as coils, are overpriced. But juices are reasonable. Overall a pretty nice place with knowledgeable staff. Always be sure to ask about diacetyl when purchasing juice.
