I’ve been coming to Rapture Vapor for about five years now and I still refuse to shop anywhere else. Rapture Vapor has so many options. From disposables, e-liquid and devices, to any of the Delta and CBD products! The staff is amazing as well! They’re all super kind and knowledgeable and they’re always eager to help you as soon as you walk in. No one can change my mind that this is the best shop in the valley!

I recently visited Rapture Vapor and had an amazing experience! I was looking for a Delta-8 disposable to help with my anxiety and Bryce, one of their staff members, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. This is a very nice shop. A wide selection of products and all fully stocked. If its new on the market check here 1st, they try to stock newer products quickly. The staff here are very friendly and professional They know their products in are willing to help anyone who walks in their door. Bought a vape that needed external batteries and I bought them. They ended up not working today, and I made a bad review however even after having a long day and not wanting to deal with the bull John took care of me after we talked about what was happening. He even got everything to work properly and explained to me what happened. Even tried the batteries I bought this morning and explained why they didn’t work . I really appreciated everything he did for me.

Great selection, fantastic customer service! Thats the only summary you need on this establishment. Traveling to Texas, North Dakota, and Canada for work has me constantly seeking out knowledgeable vape shops with something other than the basics to choose from. Stopping in this shop I was pleasantly surprised with a friendly greeting from a knowledgeable rep that seemed to truly want to assist me. From there it was all up hill sitting at the testing bar exploring options in devices and juices till I found just the right combination. Great job, and I look forward to re visiting this establishment.

I give this place a fair shot because of the good reviews on it. The 3 times I’ve visited this store I’ve felt out of place and pushed to buy. I actually took the time the help another customer because the clerk obviously had him feeling the same way. Customer service is shabby at best and prices for mods and tanks are top dollar. Juices are fairly priced but you better know what your looking for before you enter so you can hurry up and buy. 👎

I stopped in Rapture Vapor the other day for the first time. I had the pleasure of dealing with John, he was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. I definitely found my new vape shop. Sorry John but youre going to have to deal with me a lot from now on!!!

Firstly, most excellent staff! I called in around 11 and spoke with Big John for about 15 min. Very knowledgeable and understood my needs. To the point that he offered to put an order in on Monday to find some juice to my tastes. Im very selective picky when it comes to ejuice. This is above and beyond the norm. Then I proceeded to run out a couple hours later due to I really needed juice and my normal through the mail has been very hit and miss. (Thanks corrupt people in power.) He worked through some choices with me as a brand new employee got a taste of a difficult taste pleaser. Found a juice that works for the time. Big John even told me to give him a call today to let him know how it worked out. Good juice, great prices, and even better people!

Went there to get a coil and the lady sold me the wrong coil and ontop of that she was screaming at me over the phone because she swore up and down it was my fault I should have told her what coil to grab when I told her the exact coil to grab 04/30/23 honestly Im never going there again I lost my money because of this lady and when I asked her to speak to someone higher up she said she cant do that and hung up on me I dont recommend going here I lost out on money 👎

The man at the counter seemed like he didnt want to be there at all, seemed very pushy trying to get me to buy. Then after buying realizing I had the wrong coil for my device since there were 2 version, I came back to the store right away to do an exchange and he seemed like he was annoyed that I came back because of buy the wrong coil, so he did give me the other for no extra charge, but gave me a .3 when I wanted a 1.0. so the 20.00 I spent on the nic salt was a waste. Will never go back to this store again. I was there 4 years ago, then it was awsome. Now its just lame.

Looking for a vape shop but minus the pretentious arrogant attitude? Look no more, the shop itself is extremely clean and visually pleasing. The gentleman that was working didnt treat me like an idiot when I asked questions and went above and beyond what was required of him, this is where I will be going from here on out.

The staff here is great. They ran a promotion, that if you traded in at least 1/2 pack of cigarettes, you got an EQ vap for $1. Been wanting one, so did just that. They even threw in a few free items with my purchases.

Ive never vaped without coughing before. I went to Rapture Vapor. I told John this when I came in. He was amazingly helpful and informative. He set me up with a vape and I didnt even cough once. I will defiantly be going back. I cant recommend them enough.

I just recently bought a vape pen and the juice I had was really bothering my throat. So I went to rapture vape looking for something better and some answers to why it was bothering my throat. It was a pleasant surprise to see big John working in there and he was very helpful and knowledgeable! Big John is the best!

The atmosphere of the place was pretty chilled. I bought a new vape and one of the top part was cracked and they gave me the option of having the bubble replaced or use the straight and get free flavor of choice since I didn’t have flavor on me. They allowed you to look around for what your looking for. I liked how me and my friend wasn’t asked for are ID’s until we made a purchase. Which is how it should be unlike this other vape store I went to. I walked in and I didn’t even get chance to look around I had show my ID right away and I didn’t even purchase anything after all that, but anyways I think for my first coming here was good experience for me and my friend. We will surely be back to check out their flavors because they even have an area where you can sit and try little bit of flavors before buying which also cool all you need is show your ID. Another thing that gives this place a plus that they accept credit cards and cash. Keep up the good customer service Rapture Vapor! Please don’t change it!

Bought myself one of the new models for $80 and got the 3mg Strawberry Tart and its great...just recently bought my wife a $30 model and got Blueberry Slush but dont like it as much. You can get 0-6mg /nicotine.

Wonderful place great service

I changed my coils for the first time today. I own the Freemax Twister pen. After I changed coils my pen wouldnt function. I read the direction. A red 10x blinking light indicates high resistance. The directions dont instruct what to do when this happens. I called Rapture Vapor for assistance. The assistant gave me clear directions on how to remedy the problem. Amazing!! Fixed immediately. This is a great shop. Thank u

My husband and I have gone to many vape shops in the Ohio valley/tri state this one has by far been the best! Big John and Turbo are always super helpful, and make us feel welcome. There have been a few times while shopping in there people have come in to purchase products without an Id... You MUST have an ID to be able to buy!! This is a law and these guys have to abide by it, its no different than working at a gas station or carry out for smokes and alcohol. I work at a location and have to ID people daily. If they dont have them I wont sell to them. Please dont be upset if youre too irresponsible to carry youre ID on you, its your fault not theirs!

The guy refused to sell to me because my buddy outside forgot his I.D. and was sitting at the bench outside the store. He yelled at me over it and another guy checked me out. Extremely disappointed with how I was treated by John today. Ive been shopping at this store since the day it opened. I have worked for Tim and Nola off and on since 2015. Its very disheartening to walk into the only vape shop I have ever shopped at, only to be screamed at by John. I would love to continue to support Rapture Vapor, but I will never step foot in this store again as long as John is there.

Literally have no idea what they are doing. Had someone pickup juice for me bc i had surgery and they were told we needed 5% nic salts and gave my friend normal juice .6%. Don’t ever recommend shopping here unless you know exactly what you’re looking for because they have no idea what they are selling.

Best place around. Been shopping there since I started vaping. They put me in a al85 to start, and now Im up to the gx350 mod. They are very helpful and explain everything if they arent too busy. You can taste test there which is good bc most places dont offer that. I use a mixed nicotine level and they mix it right in the store for me. Broke the glass on my tank once so I bought a new mod (needed a new one anyway) and the dude threw in a free glass replacement and switched it right there after he set up my new mod.

Worst vape store around. I went in with my friend and he got a new mod. We got out to the car and put batteries in to use it. The mod didnt turn on. I put 2 fully charged batteries in it. The screen flashed and then never turned on. We went to return it and was told that she couldnt give him his money back. On top of that the mod was scratched and so was mine when i bought it 2 weeks ago. If you want a vape or any advice go to vapor station. Dont waste your time at rapture.
