I spent two luxurious hours getting the Deluxe Spa massage. This unique service incorporated a full body exfoliation, aromatherapy, chakra balancing and a hot towel finish. I was in heaven. The atmosphere and music was perfect and Kim’s technique are magical. Can’t wait to treat myself again!

I recently visited the Alabaster Box to get a one hour massage. I bought the massage from Groupon for my partner and I. He went about 2 weeks before me and said it was one of the best massages hes ever had. He said his hip and back pain was gone afterwards. Which is a good thing.So, now my turn. It was easy to find this establishment and to park. I parked on the side street with no issue. Walking into the establishment there wasnt anyone at the front desk, but the sign said to ring the bell. I did so and waited. It smelled heavenly in the waiting room and I could hear soft music playing. I was in relaxation zone. I loved it. It was nicely decorated and had a calming ambiance.Once the massage therapist Kim came out she let me know to fill out the form and she would collect it. I did so. Now, massage time. She took me back to the room and let me know to get undressed and to get under the covers face down resting in the donut.I choose the firm massage from the list. My partner let me know some things to expect. She would stretch me out in a few yoga moves and then apply some warm towels before massaging an area. This is what occurred and I enjoyed myself. The only thing Id change is to get a softer massage. I was a little sore afterwards, but feeling good from the firm one.I asked the massage therapist if she offered rides home cause I didnt wanna drive haha. This massage was greatly something I needed as I hadnt had a professional one in about 5-7 years. I was way overdue. Definitely book an appointment Kim. No complaints here.#Tonetta

I’ve been getting hot stone massage from Kim for more than two years now. She is absolutely the best masseuse! I’ve gotten massages from all over the world, and I can say her massage is my favorite. I always feel rejuvenated after each session. I also got weekly massage postpartum to help me recover and it was the best decision ever. Can’t recommend her enough if you’re looking for a great deep tissue massage!

Kim is an excellent massage therapist. I have gone to several therapist in the area, but she is by far the best. She is very professional, makes you feel comfortable. Kimberly has been one of my best finds of the 5 years, I have lived in St Louis. I have had many massage experiences and Kimberly defintiely has skills.I have benefited so much from her peaceful spirit and talented hands. She helped me through some muscular issues that my Dr needed some very expensive testing to not come to a conclusion about. If you had not had a lot of massages you may miss quality of the service you are being provided but trust me. She is the best.

A great massage in a clean, calm and peaceful atmosphere. Kimberlys technique was both relaxing and effective. She uses wonderful smelling oils, a firm pressure (which I requested) and hot stones. I left feeling great. I would definitely recommend.

I did not know what to expect coming in with a Groupon, but Kimberly’s massage absolutely blew me away! It was therapeutic, both physically and mentally, and felt amazing. She has excellent skills and was very in tune with what my body needed. I would 100% go back!!!

Just had the best massage EVER by Kimberly Garcia. Realized after the massage that she and l used to both work for the Four Seasons hotel. That being said if you know them, they have only the best. Kim is an exceptional masseuse. She is thoughtful, strong and accommodating. I’ve been getting therapeutic massages since the mid-1980’s, and she is, by far, the most skilled and effective practitioner that I’ve ever experienced. She worked wonders on these weary muscles!

Kimberly was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I’m normally a serial grouponer when it comes to massage because they can be expensive but I would 100% go back to her after today!!! Her attention to detail is amazing! The only thing i didnt like was the being able to hear the music from the lobby but her skill set is by far and away the best.

While the talking/laughter of the other patrons might be distracting and a deterrent for some, Kimberly does an INCREDIBLE job of relaxing you to the point of utopia that you wont even notice.She is attentive, listens to customers, and is highly recommended.

Feels like a scam. For some reason it’s hard to reach the owner by phone (which she recommends for method of communication). Was told in order to book appointment for Groupon purchased vouchers, I’d need to deposit $20. Had to reschedule my appointment but the owner never answered the phone. Wouldn’t recommend or spend my money here again. So unfortunate.

I bought a massage voucher from Groupon, back in May 2018, that was never able to be redeemed. I believe the story at the time was that the owner had been in a car accident. I waited a few weeks for her recovery before attempting to call and schedule the appointment. I left numerous messages and texts, but no one ever responded to me. Eventually I gave up; assuming that she had gone out of business. I probably should have tried to get my money back through Groupon, but Im a busy man and I let too much time pass. Im leaving this here now because I saw the Groupon in an old email.

My massage today was wonderful. My therapist was professional, the facility was very clean, and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend Alabaster for your future massage needs.

I am extremely frustrated that I wasted my time attempting to use the Groupon I purchased earlier this year when I should I gotten my money back the first time it was canceled. I bought this before covid-19 and once all non-essential businesses were closed I expected it would be cancelled so I was willing to wait. Boy was I wrong in that.Now, months later, I attempted to book a second appointment which was then cancelled the day before due the a family emergency. I wasn’t happy but things happen so I didn’t think twice and rebooked again. I show up to my 3rd appointment attempt...locked door and lights off. I was 10 mins early so I just waited. 15 mins past my appointment time and I’m over it now. I called two numbers one of which was disconnected (??) the other just a voicemail. I left annoyed as hell finally attempting to contact Groupon to get my money back.30 mins past my appointment time I get a call saying I had an appointment time at 10am and she is sorry she missed it. Yes I know I had an appointment and honestly I just couldn’t care less about the apology or coming back in to be “accommodated.” Enough of my time was wasted. Do not bother with this place.

Had a massage by Kimberly and it was wonderful. She checked in on the pressure she was using and really worked when she found a tight spot. She stretched me and reminded me to breathe. All around great experience!

The best therapist in St Louis is the only sentence I can think. She touches even your fingee tips and feels so good.The best part is she doesnt look at time, I always get 70mins for my 60 mins massage.

AVOID! I bought a groupon, got a babysitter, drove 30 mins and showed up 10 min early due to most places wanting you to fill out paperwork ect. Went to the bottom of the stairs and the door was locked and I knocked. Nothing, so I sat down thinking I was just early. 5 minutes later, spa music was turned on behind the door. After waiting 15 mins I called and texted. Nothing. Waited another 10 and left. 10 mins later get a call that she is there now and she forgot her keys and told her sister to call me to tell me. Could I come back? She was 20 min late.No thanks. I was already on the highway. Why would I want someone that already has my teeth grinding touch me?So unprofessional. Why didnt you pick up my call or text since I called the same number you were calling from?Good thing is she is refunding the amount from groupon. Im just out $30 for a sitter and gas money and wasted time.This massage appt stressed me out. I would avoid at all costs.
