Love this place since moving here from Georgia its the only place that I have found that isnt super expensive and they have a system where for each $100 you spend you get a dollar added to the phone number you provide to them. So all that adds up and soon youll get a free carton of smokes. I love the cigarette outlet ❤️ 💕

A great place if you want some cigars that are name brand, yet are not premium cigars. Prices are really good and they are positioned to sell. Staff is awesome. Beer coolers in the back.

I found this place by accident. The ladies that work in there are very nice and prices are decent. Will be continuing to shop there from now on.

5 star service but I dont think Id say its wheelchair accessible, the isles are a wee bit too narrow.

I was pleased with the lady who served me a very happy, joyful individual she acted like she was excited to see me in the store great service .

I rarely give my number. A nice guy asked me and I saved over a buck on that order. Give your number. Everyone there is great and so are the prices.

Hours list it as closing at 6pm. Tell that to the be back at 6pm sign on the door at 1pm. Walked 2 miles to spend good money on a new rig, their loss.

July, 31,2023 @8:56am. I am a regular customer who stopped by to purchase a carton of Seneca. I asked for the price and the clert ID 44 was very un pleasant with her tone and when I said I have a phone # to earn points she mumbled under her breathe and leaned over hit the cancel button on the card ready and said put ur card in I said my phone number she rudely said I put it go head go head so rudely. I told her never mind. Asked if I wanted the receipt at first I said no and than ask for it again she tore it and hand it to me. I have been coming her for a very long time along with family and friends to support local business so I am hoping that it was not the color of my skin!!

Service is usually great, but today there was some skinny chick who was on a video call with a friend the entire time they were ringing me up. I let them know it was rude. I know yall can do better.

Staff is friendly and helpfull but price displays have room for improvement.

I stopped by for my boss. Theyre doing a great job of enforcing the mask and 6ft mandate.They were pretty busy but handled it well. While in line an employee was finding out what each customer needed and got the stuff together so when they got to the counter theyd be rung up quickly.

The reason I rated this place 5 stars is because this place has great service meaning the employees are really nice and friendly and have a great attitude and they also have cheap beer, cigarettes, soda, tobacco, energy drinks, etc.

Wish they would change the times online. Thought that it would be open on my way to take my man to work but they werent. However, they are always friendly and super nice. Several of them remember me :) plus they let me try my vapes and will switch it out if one doesnt work! Alot of places dont do that. I lobe that! Its happened a couple times abd other places dont care if they dont work.

Until last year, I didnt even know this place existed, now, its the only place I go. Only a small store & can get a lot of customers at once, but the girls are always able to cope with the amount of customers & are ALWAYS courteous. Keep up the great work girls, you are a credit to management.

Its a great place, freindly staff, always clean and has a huge variety of tobacco. Apparently they need to update their hours online though. They open at 10 am on Saturdays....not 7.

It can be busy most time, but they can also keep their cool especially, one cashier only. That I wanna thank you ladies for an awesome service. One love.

You know the the younger blonde haired woman that works there shes awesome shes so friendly and so helpful and shes always got a smile on her face no matter what shes a great customer service skills that reflect on on her 100% because every single person that Ive ever seen come through and speak to her or buy something and walks out with a big smile on their face because shes that good we love you I wish I knew your name but Ill ask you at next time and then youll know who this is keep up the good work guys

The ladies that were working that day were really helpful. There customer service skills were good, they were friendly when they were working with me, nice conversation, and professional. An all around good experience with them and I will be going back.

The only thing I can say negative about this store is the way you have to enter and practically browse the whole store before you can get to the cashier. I understand its a marketing strategy, but for those of us that just need to get in n out its a little inconvenient. Thats all.

Worst customer service!!! I walked in Easter, said hi to the clerk, WOW was that wrong to do! Realized she was an unhappy B--- so I just shut up and didnt say anything else.Walk in the next day lady rings the total up so I had to ask if they were trained to be so rude, then there was an excuse She was busy... HAHA try again I work in customer service I have worked at places like this and I dont have anyone EVER have to ask if I had to be trained to be rude, I am however asked why I am so friendly... Know why? When I behind that counter you are paying my bills and I hate bad customer service!!! So since you all are too busy to speak to your customers I will skip over this place all together! Rude ladies, being over charged(last week had a $9 overage because the clerk didnt pay attention) to be treated rudely lol! FAILED if I could train people customer service wouldnt be like this!

I had a very good experience at the cigarette outlet today. The lady that helped me .her name was criscelda. She was very polite . answered all my questions. She even helped out my friend that dont speak English. She talked to him in Spanish. . she made our visit pleasant.

The blond lady was very patient with my requests. Exceptional customer service and pleasant demeanor. Definitely recommend this place.

Cigarette outlet never ceases to amaze me. From Jennifer at the register second to none always friendly, to Joey who when I come in there if Im looking for a specific product that Im not even sure he might even carry what do you know he pulls it out of nowhere. Kriselda(I hope I spelled that right this is only the third time Ive tried to put this out there as a review) I believe she might be supervising everybody because they all be doing what she says. Great establishment glad to have them in Salem hope they stay around for years to come

Good service, workers are very friendly, place has been freezing cold inside last few times though, and Im not one to get cold easily.

The cashiers are always polite nice and they got a good sense of humor and theyre always efficient and helpful and they always have my pack ready when I get through the door cuz I always get the same thing they make it really easy and they do a great job.

Better cigar selection and better prices than most places in the area. Cigars are properly humidified and you can browse their inventory without being hounded by sales people.

The staff are always friendly and as usual I was greeted with a smile and thats why I love this place. Not to mention they always have what I need from rolling papers, cigarettes, snus & everything else I might need on the go beverages snacks etc.. so go ahead and follow my lead you wont be disapointed.

I wouldnt call the place outstanding but its your normal tobacco store with all the random little things you can buy. The customer service is hit and miss. But its not bad for Lancaster.
