Nothing against the ladies that worked there today, but the training that they have to be pushy sales people is too much. It should be an offer to consult customers, not pushed. If a customer expresses they want to look around alone, that alone should be enough. I shouldn’t have had to reveal I had sexual trauma to get them to leave me alone. After that it made me feel even worse. Again I understand they are trained to be sales people and help consulting, so nothing against them. But as a company that prides themselves on taking the anxiety out of this kind of shopping, they need to do better. Especially with the type of extremely personal and intimidate products they offer.

Always a great visit and a good selection, prices are pretty fair and they rotate through lingerie and other novelties quite often. Always friendly staff too

Terrible had my id was in the store for about 5-10 mins without anyone speaking to me when they finally did told me I couldn’t be inside there were other people inside I’m 20 very very stupid

They dont tell you that you cannot exchange the size of something even if its not worn with tags still on. The lady working there tonight had a MAJOR attitude and said too bad, no one tells you that Waste of money to a TRASH company. Definitely wont be back.

My husband and I were wanting to see what this store was about. We came in and was greeted by Samantha at the silverton location. She was so kind to us and didn’t make us feel like we were judged at all. She gave us good advice on what products to use and products that are suitable for me. My husband said that was the best experience he has ever had at any adult store. They had many selections of products and great service to help you if you have any questions. It’s definitely a safe place and I was not afraid to ask questions. Samatha went above and beyond! Great customer service!

First time going and was greeted by Taylor such an amazing lady who helped me with my first purchase, and she also complimented my shoes :). Will be coming back

I was very impressed with Emily, the sales associate at the Silverton Rd. location in Salem, OR. She was the perfect sales associate and very educated with the different products. She knew her stuff! I was very happy with my purchase. Id have to say it was the best customer service Ive ever experienced. Very professional and I will be coming back because of her. Emily you are the best. It was great when I walked in Maddy was awesome. Shes really helpful it understood what I was talking about and my concerns. The service is great I honestly think Maddie should wear something a little more form-fitting considering where she works at but shes cute as hell anyway thank you Maddy! 😊 💋💋

I had a great experience today with someone I did not catch the name of. She came by to check on me and I embarrassingly told her I was okay and didn’t need any help. The second time, I asked for a recommendation and they didn’t disappoint! She really took the time to listen to me and suggested a toy that I’ve used TWICE in the last few hours since I purchased it today. Top notch service and expertise! Ladies- don’t be shy, ask for help. :)I would like to pass suggestion suggested to me and advise all ladies to purchase the Womanizer Liberty! Whewwww.

I went there with my husband and our friends. We had a very frustrating experience with the assistant manager.I walked in looking for Ben Wa Balls. First off, its not some sex toy I want to spend $200 on. Its a plastic ball that Im going to hold in my vagina for five minutes a day. She only showed me the $120 set and when my husband and I wanted to look at cheaper ones (they had others for $15) she told us that we couldnt get those. She was loud and aggressive and pressured me to get the expensive ones even after I said that I just want the simplest ones possible.Then she went on to tell us that silicon absorbs bacteria like a sponge and using toy cleaner isnt enough. She also told me that if you use it for too long your body will absorb toxins from the silicon. I dont know if she actually believes this or she made it up as a sales tactic. Either way shes 100% wrong. Thats not how any of that works and its not scientifically accurate at all. Theres probably some sucker that thinks they have to come in and buy new toys every month because theyre toxic and impossible to clean.We came in with our friends and they also felt pressured to buy things they didnt need, felt like they were being followed around the store, and were also given false information about the products.Next time well go to the other one down the road.

I usually love this store. The ladies that normally help me weren’t here and apparently becuse I didn’t just grab what I wanted or even know the lady there felt the need to follow me and ask if we needed help, then came out the door a few seconds after we left to checkThe plates but we were there with a dead battery so she ducked back inside real fast

Very nice and energetic staff, clean store and makes you feel welcome. The manager Faith is amazing and helps problem solve if needed. The new assistance manager Sam is chill and helpful.

The employee who helped me (cant remember her name for the life of me, sorry!!) was very helpful and nice! Took me to exactly what I was looking for, and made sure I knew that she was available to help me with any questions. The store itself was clean, and inviting.

Taylor is amazing and so helpful! The prices are a bit much but it’s always clean and the employees are always so helpful!

It was great until I tried to exchange a top that my husband pick up and was told no exchange that BS it was never worn cause it was to small . Youd think for 85$ theyd let you get a bigger size , so you men out make damn sure you get the right size but for now DONT SHOP HERE

I went in for a interview and had to wait 30 minutes for a interview that was supposed to be at 11am. When I finally got my interview the person the manager just interviewed was in listening distance to my interview. Very unprofessional and very uneasy experience. I do not wish to return.

Liked the experience I had the lady was very helpful II bough somethings but then when I got home two things didnt fit as she said that would.. they where in boxes and then I called and the lady said I cant return them well if I would have known this before I left the store I would have never gotten them items ..very fustrating and up seting made the hole idea of my surprise go out the window . I was not sadicfsat at all couldnt even excnge for a different size of the same thing 😖😡 now Im stuck with something I cant use.

Wonderful customer service and even though they didnt currently have in stock what I wanted they let me know when it might be available and the estimated price in addition to trying to find other places that I might be able to get it sooner.

Love this place the assistant manager sam and store manager faith are extremely sweet and helpful. I am definitely a frequent customer and always go back even if it is just saying hi.

Honestly I came in to buy a dildo for a gag gift and it was awkward as hell but the lady was really nice and helped it not be awkward also convinced me to get a bigger one than I was originally going for
