I have worked here for going on two years. The management and staff are amazing!!! They are very caring and I feel safe working here.The selection of girls is extremely diverse! We have girls of all shapes, sizes and colors. All girls are welcome as long they have a good attitude and good integrity!I highly encourage this as a starter club or a home for dancers new and experienced alike. Come experience it for yourself.

Bartenders and D Js are unprofessional. The dancers are worse. They have a two-drink minimum. Only stayed for one while I was speaking to a dancer. She was trying to grab my wallet. Soon as she tried to steal it for a ”dance” that never happened. I left. Never again the dancers are either Older, Ugly, o Rude.

Everytime I come to this club Im greeted by friendly dancers. Desi and seattle are the best bartenders. Most of the dancers get along and have fun. Dallas blaze fanci seattle mandy and hazel really enjoy their job and are always happy to give a good show.

This place has really improved since the new owners took over! The dancers are fantastic, and the bartender, Des is amazing. Highly recommend asking for Fancy! 10/10 will be returning.

This place is like family. They have a good time from open to close. The bartenders are quick cute fun and trustworthy. Basically all the girls get along. The girls range from thick to thin from young to mature. They got black white latino Asian native American ect. The whole rainbow!!!!!!! The food is awesome. There is always a special and its alwaysdelicious.

Great place to cure some stressors in life! They have a great selection of women, all shapes, all colors, and a great range of ages, so bring your guy friends, bring your girlfriends, bring your boss! Anybody can find someone they like here. Be good to the girls and they’ll be good to you too. Cool happy hour deals, and GREAT FOOD! Swing on by, any time.

.The club charges girls so many fees for working there. $5 off of every dance you give. On top of stage fees. Not to mention they get over 30% from your VIP dances. DJ is so greedy and worried about the wrong things. If I’m tipping you. I expect you to play me good music and mind your business. Don’t tell an independent contractor how to perform or get money. We work hard for our own tips and are not paid as employees. When you start paying girls by the hour. Then you can dictate things. As long as there’s noting illegal by law going on, dummy up and worry less about things that don’t concern you.

I am so upset that I found this at the end of my stay. Wish it was the first. Definitely hands down a place for a good time. Dancers are awesome staff pleasant food is tastefully and you get drunk for your buck. Wish I had time for a private dance but I had to return back to my city. When I visit again I definitely will one.

The Sugar shack has a great selection of bourbon, scotch, and tequila! The food specials are affordable and tasty. The bartenders Dez and KJ rock the house. Lets get to the Ladies! Wow.. Thats all i can say do you want thoughtful conversation, beautiful women who can EntertainYour eyes! Sugar has a diverse group of ladies, that will wow you and listen at the very least! I have been coming here for 5 years and it just gets better.I found real friends and family if you will.Thank you!

Its a fun place and I have been here a couple times since I moved to the area. The drink prices are decent and the girls are hot and very sexy. Havent tried the food yet but it sounds good. I would definitely return here again. :)

This used to be a good place.i used to be one of the biggest spenders,$300-500 a night 3-4 nights a wk.its not the same anymore.$5 cover and the change from $1 tips to minimum $2 is a deal breaker plus everyones going firehouse and stars now.cheaper and you get a better time. The dancers here are good and the bartenders are the best though.

Management is unprofessional. I see staff running all over the place. Desire and KJ are either bartending or dj. Unorganized. Abuses their dancers. I won’t be spending money towards a club when staff doesn’t appreciate the girl that bring in money

I like growth and change. In business to be successful there must be change to make room for growth. The full bar and variety of the dancers to meet anybodys taste. Just be respectful and keep your hands to yourself. Entertainers are for show, not touch. Keep up the great work #SugarShack in Salem OR.

I have been to a lot of gentlemen clubs some good some not so good the staff at this establishment was rude and very unprofessional the DJ thought it was funny to skip dancer just because they didnt. like her style of dancing the bar tender was rude and wouldnt tend to me I had to seek her out just to get a drink all in all this place sucks and so do all the employees with there unprofessional attitudes

Been here for yeras befoe it was presseleys. before shaunie and jonelle was bartending. the best btw. if i can give this place a zero i would. out of the whole club lolita n akira can dance! everytime i called someone over the phone wouldnt give me a straight answer. when i wanted to surprise surprise my ladies. no one was here.Dezire Kaysha, n Alicia run money out. Have ZERO experience and worse bartenders. no girls but two older gals. one had slippers? will not be returning.

Full bar and dancers 18+. Not like other clubs that are basically pretty brothels. What a gentlemens club should be beautiful women and good conversation. I understand that the Northwest has a long storied tradition of having strip club hole in the walls full of cheap hookers and expensive liquor. However Im from Houston and find it disgusting that Im being offered siphilis for a hundred and fifty bucks in most clubs. I go to a gentlemans club to look at beautiful women get some lap dances and buy a few shots. 5* for giving Salem an option for a southern gentlemans club experience. Cant understand the married women who allow their husbands to go to certain clubs, theyll regret it when they catch HIV.

New management has really polished up the place, things seem cleaner, the bartenders and djs take good care of the dancers and customers, and the food and prices are great!

Went to escape reality was greeted by bieng told tips are not by choice that its not loung and I should leave spent 1000$ and was disrespected by almost all dancers bartender was disrespectful all night and the one dance I had was my second time in a club the dancer pisces was amazing she made the night not just fun but an escape would recommend avoiding Mandy and the rest of the dancers as they were highly rude and expect high tips for not even dancing was on phone the whole time hospitality is only found with the manager and pisces the dancer otherwise rudest place Ive been

Well I came here on a late Sunday afternoon. I have my drink and I sit there for 15 minutes not a single lady dances. The board says there are two dancers available but I only see one lady sitting at the bar and maybe shes on a break between shows. Having no dancers is a no-go for me and I left with all of my money still in my pocket.

Welcoming, helpful bartenders and staff. New management really cleaned up. Awesome djs and bartenders, great food, new dancers!

Ask for Crystal. Not only is she sexy and talented, but she can hold a great conversation if you want.

Galaxy is awesome cute and friendly Mandy is very personable the drinks where made great piper was sweet and kind and the bartender desi was awesomely friendly and made our stay great i would recommend this club to anyone

This bar is racist. The security like to go intoThe bathrooms where the strippers are. I do believe your not suppose to do that. Was assaulted by a security guard. They stole my ID. If I was you I would go to Firehouse or stars.

I have been here many times in my life in Salem going on 10 years .. tonight was the worst ... the dj accuses me of taking video of a women ... mind you my phone is in my pocket my head is down looking at my drink because my fiancé of 10 years and I split up I explain that I haven’t even touched my phone she asks to look though my gallery which mind you I don’t care cause I haven’t been video taping anything ,.. awful awful time here I will never return again

KJ and Dezzi are so sweet, they make a point to keep the dancers safe from harmful men.
