Hands down the best day spa in the valley. Easy to book, fair prices, managed exceptionally. You can tell they care about creating a quality experience. Great choices of add-ons (cbd, cupping, stones, etc). I’ve had a different therapist each time and all have been great!

A Luxurious step out of reality 🦋Went today for a massage and hydrafacial and I can honestly say this exceeded my expectations. The spa is clean, quiet, and feels like a deep breath before returning to the real world. They ensure your always comfortable and dont feel rushed to leave following your services. I thoroughly enjoyed having some tea and snacks to sit with my journal for a bit after. I will be back- hopefully soon!Shout out as well to my massage therapist Jason- he is excellent at his job and was not hesitant to work at all my shoulder knots

I absolutely love this spa. I didn’t know about it until I was invited out for their reopening party after a fire damaged their business. They’re located in a really gorgeous area of town and there are even a couple of spots for food within walking distance if you would like to grab a snack before or after your service.They have done such an amazing job transforming their space into a super serene and relaxing environment. The front shop has tons of fun items and amazing beauty products-I was super excited to see that they carry an extensive selection of SkinCeuticals products.They offer a large range of services to include pedicures, manicures, and facials, but I particularly enjoyed the massage. Jason did a great job loosening up my shoulders and I’m looking forward to my next appointment.Thank you to all of the hard working people at the spa, you threw such a super fun party and I’m so glad to have discovered a new favorite place to relax.

They offer an amazing atmosphere and luxury services that make me feel relaxed from the moment I step in. The waiting area is inviting and serene. They provide a steam room, shower rooms with complimentary supplies, snacks, and a variety of hot and cold drinks. The staff is incredibly friendly, making the entire experience truly delightful. I have a wonderful experience every time I come in.

I had my first visit to Woodhouse Spa today. I had a facial with Liv and an eyebrow wax and it was FABULOUS!! The spa is beautiful and my experience couldn’t have been better. Best hour and a half I’ve had to myself all summer! Can’t wait to go back and try other services. 😊

This place is stunning from top to bottom. Everyone that works here treats all the guests like they are equal. I can not tell you how many times I have seen people be treated poorly and even myself at other places like this because they might not look or act as if they come from money.I usually do not patronize a spa more than one time as I like to try other places but because of how the staff is, how clean this place is, not to mention everyone that works on you is truly amazing I have been here on repeat and go no where else.I am not sure of her name but I would say the lady that runs the show is truly amazing staying on top of everything and even checking in with guests short hair and on her A game! Thank You, you are what makes that spas environment so inviting! We will be back for every anniversary and Mother’s Day for sure!

I’ve been several times for different treatments. I’ve enjoyed them all (massages, facials, pedicures, etc). I also have started taking my husband, and now he loves it too. The steam room is his favorite :)

EDITED REVIEWPlease understand the cancellation policy: 24 hours for one appointment and 48 hours for more than one appointment. We were initially told it was only a 24-hour cancellation policy. We ran into an issue with this because we needed to reschedule, and after a bad first encounter with staff, the owner reached out to me. We understood the reasoning behind the policy better, and he went above and beyond to help resolve the issue.

Had a surprise visit from my wife for Father’s Day. Such a great experience from start to finish. Had a facial for the first time, was such a relaxing experience. Pedicure is on point. Thanks ladies. Will be back.

I had a fantastic experience at Woodhouse in Holladay! I got a giftcard for the spa for Christmas and I will certainly be back.My 80 minute hot stone massage with Sean was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was obvious how skilled he was and I appreciated all his helpful tips to alleviate chronic pain I have in my hips and neck. He was very kind and clearly enjoys his job. I would highly recommend Sean for anyone in need of a massage!The spa itself is very clean and beautifully decorated. The locker room has all the supplies you’d need including hair ties, razors and a curling iron. I really enjoyed the little touches like warm neck wraps, snacks and drinks in the lounge. I would recommend spending some extra time relaxing after your appointment and enjoying the lovely facilities.

Amazing experience from the moment you get greeted, to getting your robes, (they even have a steam room), full on experienced and even better when you do a couples session (they have charcuterie boards if asked) - it’s worth the price and time.

I was gifted a massage and finally went. This spa is wonderful! From the moment you walk in, the experience was amazing and regenerative. Great place for self care, healing and pampering! Great facilities but extremely underwhelmed by the pedicure. Cleaned My cuticles and thats it, even after stating i like my nails short. Pictures posted are of my right foot AFTER the pedicure and after I trimmed my nail.

I did the signature deluxe hydra therapy facial. First of all, Liv was amazing. She was great at creating an inviting and relaxing experience. She also educated me about products etc without being pushy or high-pressure which I very much appreciated. My skin looks and feels incredible. Absolutely recommend this service and Liz, for more beautiful skin. The spa itself is clean and beautiful. They provided a luxurious place to pamper yourself. Also, be sure to arrive early so that you can enjoy their steam room, it was extremely relaxing.

This spa is amazing. Not only was I able to find space to myself to relax in the lounges. I was able to use the sauna both before and after my massage which was amazing. The locker rooms and lounge are upscale and clean. I receive the hot stone tranquil massage from Lisa and it was by far the best massage of my life. 10/10 would recommend!

Such a beautiful spa! They treat you like royalty, and everyone that I have had has been very good at what they do. The free sauna before and after treatments is wonderful, and they have the most tempting things in the gift shop. Nice people, highly recommend!

I had the best massage today from Misha, she made me feel so relaxed! The table was warm and comfy and I loved the scents she used. This was the best massage I’ve ever had, I would definitely recommend her!

Went for the first time and was looking forward to a relaxing facial and pedicure, the space is really nice and relaxing! The aesthetician providing the facial asked me why I booked the facial I did and I said because it sounded relaxing, however it ended up being very weird. She repeatedly told me to throw away all my current skincare products (without actually knowing the brands because I never told her). She said to only use medical grade products (which I already use) because it would make my skin “perfect”. She also told me that I have rosacea when I don’t… It was weird and not very relaxing. At the end they had the cleanser set aside for me to purchase with a handwritten card on top. I decided against purchasing the cleanser because I didn’t need any cleanser at the moment. The lady helping me check out threw away the handwritten card because I didn’t purchase the cleanser.. Weird. The pedicure I got was great though!

From check in to the lounge room and the manicure treatment. Everything was fabulous. The staff went above and beyond to make my visit relaxing and enjoyable. Can’t wait to go back.

Impressed is an understatement! I was in need of some relaxation and was able to book a massage for the next day, which is so difficult to find. Checking in was a breeze and they provided the coziest robes. The relaxation room was perfect to sip on some tea and get into the mood before my massage. Gabby was an amazing therapist, I nearly fell asleep I was so relaxed. I added cupping to my massage and it really helped relieve tension I had in my back. After my massage Gabby even provided me with stretching advice to help my most tense areas. I will absolutely be a returning customer!

Im picky with Massages and Ive been here twice and both therapists were great! I came in for a couples massage and my husbands therapist was also great! My blood sugar crashed when we were paying and they were so accomodating and friendly about it. The lounge area is spectacular, the quality of the rooms are even better! If you want to treat yourself, this is the place to do it!

First time getting a full service massage here and it was ok. I booked the last appointment for Sunday evening and I think that was the biggest downfall. I ran 5 minutes late to my appointment (chaotic day, but totally my fault) and I called the front desk to let them know. They said it would be fine and they could help me get in right away. The moment I walked in, I was escorted to the changing room and then shortly off my massage. When I met with the masseuse, she gave me a quick overview and asked some questions and then let me get ready to lay down on the table. I didn’t count the time down, but it very short and next thing I know, the masseuse knocked on the door, then immediately opened it before I could say anything. I wasn’t ready and asked for a 30 more seconds. When she came in, she apologized and said she knew I was late and wanted to move quickly. Not a good answer.The massage was fine and was almost the 50 minutes that I paid for, probably a few minutes short, but not a big deal.I also had a scalp treatment scheduled as a perk from their grand re-opening event, but when I was done with my massage and asked if I was still getting it, the masseuse was confused and said it wasn’t part of my schedule today and that she would tell the front desk.When I got changed back, my masseuse was waiting and escorted me to the front desk (even though she already told me what to do after I changed). This gave me the sense of rushing again.I got up to the register and the lady helping me said she would take the scalp treatment off my bill, even though my masseuse didn’t know about it. Seems like there was a lot of confusion. I explained to her that this was not even supposed to be a charge and showed her the paper I received from the re-opening event. She said she would honor it if I called and mentioned it next time I booked while keeping the piece of paper. There was no notes made or anything, so I supposed I need to take her word.I wish I could say it was an amazing experience, but being the last appointment of the day was a real disappointment. I get that they are all ready to go home for the day, but I wasn’t moving that slow and shouldn’t have to feel rushed. Not sure I’ll be going back soon.

I got the Shirohara with the hot stone add on and it was incredible. This spa is absolutely beautiful. The hostess were sweet and so helpful. The lounge was warm and comfortable. The treatment was beyond relaxing. I loved the warm oil through my scalp and the massage was spot on. I was beyond relaxed. I will be a forever client and always recommend this spa. Breanne was my therapist and she was excellent.

UPDATE: The office manager called me and got this resolved. Still not super happy with the way it played out but I appreciate her getting it taken care of promptly.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Disappointed. I’ve gotten great massages here and have been coming for a while. My sister went into labor in the morning and while at the hospital I obviously did not think about my scheduled appointment. The front desk member who called me was rude and not very understanding. I asked if the cancellation fee still applied due to the circumstances (how am I supposed to know when she would go into labor). She said that they could have worked with me if I gave them a heads up. Am I supposed to call them in between contractions? I asked her if my first thought was supposed to be about my appointment instead of family. She said that’s not what she meant but if felt like that was exactly what she was implying. She said the massage therapist now has nothing to do, but I’m not quite sure how that is more important than the birth of my niece. Not hopeful that the manager will contact me and not planning on returning if this is the policy.

The spa is beautiful- amenities are amazing. Linda at the front is absolutely exceptional, truly.I originally has given a mediocre review because of a less than sar experience with a masseuse - however the spa, Linda and Elisa went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and taken care of.I recently had hands down the BEST massage of my lifetime. No exaggeration- Elisa is MAGIC. She was meant to heal and to bring relief and relaxation. Beyond grateful to have found such a talented and kind therapist.Would highly recommend !

This was the best birthday present!!!My husband took me here as a surprise on my birthday. From the moment I entered the spa, the atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff made me feel welcome and so comfortable. I had Sara and she was the best! I drop in here occasionally for a massage or facial. Always a relaxing and lovely experience. I need to know what shampoo they have in the showers because it smells amazing.

Sam was amazing, and my skin feels great after a microdermabrasion facial and a lot of awesome skincare. The spa was very busy, which made sitting in the relaxation room a bit less relaxing until everyone cleared out. The steam room was also great. However, I had to turn off the steam so I could breathe. There was still plenty of steam without it blasting. Everyone was so friendly and I booked myself a massage for my bday. Its worth the time to get yourself booked and pampered.

Deep tissue massage by Olivia, she is excellent and really helped my muscle tightness. The steam room is great also. Will be going back.

Vida was incredible. This was the best pedicure experience Ive ever had. I could not recommend her enough!! The facility was gorgeous and set the mood perfectly.So worth every penny and Im totally coming back!

You wont find a more luxurious spa experience. I book my pedicure with Clair and she is amazing!I love to receive their over the top treatment from luxury robes waiting in your locker to them bringing me my drink of choice.Dont forget to spend time in the steam room, it is well worth it.

This was my first real spa day experience. I cannot express how wonderful all of it was. Curtis was the best massage I’ve ever had! He had to wake me up twice! I was so relaxed! Janette did my facial and really took the time to hear out my skin concerns and customize products used and my skin is so fresh and hydrated. She was amazing and I love love love this place. (The private champagne lounge didn’t suck either 😉)

Im from CA, & recently visited my best friend in UT. She made us reservations for a spa day with a massage with Bree & her husband. It was THE BEST massage I have ever had!!! I have had many, many, many massages in my lifetime but this was THE BEST. The spa was so clean, so professional, so fabulous that I was very tempted to book another spa day before I left town!!!! Next time I go back to visit UT, it will be the first reservation I make!!!

I love Woodhouse! I’ve gotten a few facials from Baylee and I leave with glowing skin every time! She always recommends amazing products to use at home too which is a game changer!! The massages here are extremely relaxing too, booking another one as we speak! ( they have a relaxing waiting room full of treats & drinks too ) definitely recommend & had to share my amazing experiences I continue to have here!

So excited about another great spa in Utah. I have to say I was skeptical about if the body worker/ massage therapists were going to be any good and so far I have had 3 different therapists and they were all good. Alisha was great! She is very intuitive. Her massage was also deep but in a different way. Steven really took my massage to the next level. Very skilled in deep tissue. Book him if you dare…. Lol I like it deep with intention and skill and he provided that. I’ve had body workers try to go deep before but aren’t as skilled as Steven.Curtis is also good. I need not receive from him but my husband did. My husband has received from great body workers all over the world and is very particular. I’ll take his word on it cause I’m hooked on Alisha and Steven.

I was assigned Ashley, she was great! needed mostly my back and neck massaged and she paid attention and was fabulous. I highly recommend Woodhouse spa and Ashley!

Baylee gave the most relaxing hydrafacial that seriously left my skin feeling the healthiest and glowing it has ever felt. It was better than I expected on all levels. The massage specifically was one of the best I’ve ever had. Intuitive, deep, and very therapeutic.

I had been given a gift card for Xmas & decided to use it this weekend. I did a Swedish massage but added on some deep tissue work. I was scheduled with amber & she was AMAZING. I always have a really hard time relaxing for the first while of the app & she made it super easy to just feel comfortable & let go. She is REALLY great at what she does!! The right amount of pressure with the perfect technique. I will most definitely be back to book with her & i highly recommend anybody considering this spa to give her a try. You will not regret it!

I knew I needed to treat myself to some quality self care today and I am sooo glad I tried this spa!! I got a package that included a full body scrub, a hot bath, and a massage. They were able to accommodate me short notice, make a few adjustments to meet my desire for a longer massage, and seriously I couldnt be more pleased! The spa itself is gorgeous - feels luxurious whilst also having the comfort of home, and the service was lovely. I have had a lot of massages and I have already booked my next appointment with Katarina because she was so good. She made sure I was comfortable with and understood all of the services I was about to receive, her massage technique was the perfect blend of relaxing and therapeutic - she was attentive, thoughtful and clearly intuitive. Ill be back soon and if you are considering this spa go with confidence that you will be treated well.

My husband and I had a quick courthouse wedding and wanted a day of relaxation afterwards. The staff at Woodhouse went above and beyond to make our day wonderful! The general manager Elizabeth really went the extra mile and our treatments were great. We were both impressed with facilities. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean, relaxing and a very friendly staff. Ive been twice now and both times I left feeling more relaxed and refreshed than when I showed up. I highly recommend treating yourself or getting a group of friends together and having a girl day here. They have wonderful little rooms for small groups to relaxing in pre/post service. I had first given this location a lower rating. But I’m impressed how I was contacted right away to resolve the problem. They understood and listen to my concerns. Then offered to fix the situation. Many companies will tell you that is customer satisfaction is guaranteed. But when it’s time to actually follow thru they come up short. I’m impressed with their willingness to make it better.This spa has a very beautiful interior. I had only gone in for a pedicure. Therefore I’m only speaking on that service.
