I heard about Camillas services through the grapevine and became naturally curious. I use a roller at home and have gone to the chiropractor yet always seem to have a stiff back regardless. So I thought Id try this out. My mind was BLOWN. First off, Camillas space is SO COOL and unlike any place I have ever seen. You can feel her passion the moment you step through the door. Its incredible to see and feel how much a person cares about being of service to others. Then the experience itself was beyond fantastic. It felt like every ounce of stress was being pressed out of me.If you have that ache that wont go away or just ready for a treat-yourself-day GO SEE CAMILLA!!!!!!!!!

This was unlike ANYTHING I have ever experienced before!!! Camilla is absolute magic I swearI live an active lifestyle and try to get massages once if not twice a month, so Im well aware of what a quality massage experience is supposed to be. Even though Id never heard of Kundala before I figured Id give this a shot and WOWOWOWOWOW I wish I had done it sooner!!!! I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated, then went home to have the best sleep of my life. 15/10 would recommend to literally everyone

Yesterday, I experienced the most amazing massage from Miraj at Kundala Massage & Bodywork. Having had hundreds of massages in my life—from traditional Swedish, Shiatsu, Russian, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Acupressure, Thai, Sports, Cranial Sacral, to Reflexology—I can confidently say that none have left me feeling as rejuvenated as the Kundala massage. My muscles are more relaxed, and my core feels energized. Definitely not your typical massage experience but in my opinion it was great and honestly the best experience i have ever had getting a massage! Ashley was great and super nice, definitely will come back again!

Came here for my first ever massage, the environment was calming and Ashley was very informative and ensured I knew what to expect as a first timer. It was an amazing experience and I felt like a new person when I left, very refreshed and all the stiffness in my lower back and shoulders was alleviated. Cant wait til the next visit.

Simply the best. I have had 3 massages from Ashley and another from a woman who used to work there. The work is unique and connected and best of all the energy is always fantastic. Wonderful comfortable studio interesting soundtrack and so many little details for comfort. Ashley is calm, grounded and generous with her spirit. Do read Kundala’s website thoroughly because this is not your typical massage. I probably have had massages from 500 practitioners in my life and Ashley is definitely a top 5. I don’t live in Salt Lake but every time my wife and I are in the area I book at Kundala.

This was the only place I could find with same day massage availability. The front desk was nice, welcoming, and friendly.The atmosphere was relaxing and calming and really set a good tone.Ashley was my therapist, she introduced herself and was very friendly and detailed in explaining the process. She talked with me before the session about which areas to focus on, what kind of pressure, any areas to be aware of.The massage was very meditative and relaxing. It was truly blissful and amazing. Ashley would regularly ask how I was feeling and if the pressure was alright.I genuinely feel like there is great spiritual, and physical value In mindfully relaxing the muscles. If you’re feeling psychically and/or mentally stressed. I could not recommend this place enough!

Absolutely loved my massage experience. Unique from start to finish. Honestly took me half the day to return from the meditative state of Kundala Land. Calm, centered, whole. Camilla exceeded my expectations from the start when I walked into her office and was instantly at peace. Her energy and positive vibes, the comfortable decor and staging of the massage area, you know youve arrived someplace magical. Her description of the client experience is perfect and I can say without a doubt this was the best massage Ive ever had. Shes set the bar so high shes in a league of her own. The Kundala style massage is uniquely beautiful, and it feels different every time I come here. Each therapist blends their own personality and flow to the craft. I am always impressed by how much TLC is put into this business, from the massage to the ambiance, the music, the heat……..everything. Even a personalized message under the table What!!!!

2 hours felt like it went by in 3 seconds. highly recommend doing the most time you can with her. Everything about her business just feels good the environment the music how she communicates with you. In her comment she said you couldnt tell what body part was massaging you I had no idea what body part she was touching me with. I just know my whole body felt amazing the entire time I was there.. CamillaIs absolutely amazing in every way. You just feel how much she cares. about your whole experience. She is extremely observant. Very kind and thoughtful.. and you can tell she has honed her massage work of art to perfection you just feel the countless hours she is poured into perfecting everything. She is a master Craftsman who thinks outside the box. To incorporate everything she knows into a masterpiece that seriously feels like only 3 seconds went by and you feel amazing reflecting on it over and over for several days later it felt so good.. definitely dont cheat yourself out of a 2-hour session to save a few dollars in the end youre only cheating your own memories. Which you will reflect on over and over again..Camilla.. one word describes her home........ kind of funny that she put that in her description inside her website you will feel at home.. because thats the only word I can think of that describes her completely..HOME

Quite Simply, Amazing!! I have had many massages from many different therapists but I have never had a deep tissue massage like this before. Camilla delivered on her guarantee! She exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend her to not just anyone but everyone!!

Im a rather timid person, and incredibly self conscious. The main reason I made a visit was to step out of my comfort zone. As soon as I stepped through the door I felt welcome. The atmosphere and Kenadee removed a lot of my fears instantly. The massage was down right incredible. They found stress and knots I didnt even know I had. I was a little nervous at first because I felt a little exposed, but that quickly passed. Shylah was very professional and made sure to explain how Kundala would work and make sure I stayed comfortable. It was the best massage Ive ever had and honestly when it was over, I just had to sit in my car for a minute to snap back to reality.

Deep tissue massage on another level. When my back gets knotted up, there is nothing better than the Kundala style of two knees and body weight to work them out. The atmosphere is totally unique; comfortable, professional, and welcoming. Add in the groovy music plus easy scheduling and it is clear to see why this is a 5 star experience, every time.

Loved the concept of the massage it self. I prefer soft touch vs hard knot removing massage. The first time it kind of left me wanting more. The 2nd time I schedule with Mary, she was in training so only $60. It was amazing. Hands down best massage I’ve ever had.

An absolutely wonderful spa with amazing therapist. The moment you walk in youre blown away with the decor and boho vibe. Everyone is very friendly, especially maddison the receptionist! The massage itself will blow you away. I highly recommend trying each therapist as they have their own flow and energy that they bring to the service. It was such a great experience. She was warm, inviting, and incredibly knowledgeable. I have unique muscles issues, but she took the time to ask the appropriate questions before the massage so she could adjust to what I needed. I will definitely go back.

Came out to Salt Lake on a ski trip. What a way to end a day on the slopes.I would describe the experience like fine dining at a Middle Eastern restaurant with a highly artistic belly dancer. Definitely less inhibited than the normal experience, but at the same time highly structured and professional. Every detail has been thought out allowing me to relax and float downstream.
