Branden helped me (Im super picky and I asked too many questions) he was super helpful and didnt get annoyed at all lol, I always come here, they have the beat staff and best opinions on juice! Super worth the price and sometimes have discounts.

Incredibly friendly and helpful but it was over $6 for 2 packs of swishers which ended up being so dry and brittle that they were unusable. If you’re going to up charge at least make sure the product is fresh.

Blair helped my family today and was so supportive; optimistic and friendly. We had a great experience and they have a great variety of products we enjoy which was super helpful.

This lil shop is super convenient AND very educated in everything they offer in here. Pretty good selection on mods & vape juices. One of my fav places for sure!

Staff is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their range of whats available to purchase is wide; we not only walked out with some vape accessories, but some Cookie Crisp cereal, and some Jones soda. The designs on their sweatshirts are badass; one modeled after the Sons of Anarchy patch and another after the Vans logo are what stood out to me.I cant think of a single aspect in which they lacked; 5s all across the board. Whether it be grocery, vape products, or other smoking accessories, GO HERE. Nobody beats the selection, price, and friendliness of staff!

I’d just like to say I think it’s so cool that you guys are selling juice that’s 2 years expired and making people sick. That’s really awesome. I guess I should also mention that I paid full price for this juice. It wasn’t on clearance, it was on the shelves with all the other bottles.

Every time I go in here the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.As a person who is relatively new to vaping, Ive felt like my questions are usually scoffed at by other vape store employees *cough cough-vape on main-cough cough*but here, I feel welcome! Theyre super nice about everything and they dont act like theyre better than you for not knowing exactly how a difference in metals can effect the vaping experience.Also, unlike other vape shops (like a vape shop on main street downtown-cough*) this place doesnt try to convince you with a 20% discount for a 5 star review. You know why this is? Because Empire is authentic and of great quality, and they dont have to convince you with a small discount.

Due to only needing a couple items and since the staff was very smart and well versed in there products I was able to be in and out the store quickly, happily and extremely satisfied. Wide selection of products, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and to top it all off they give Military DISCOUNT!!! Highly recommend these guys especially for pod type vapes.

These guys are the Best in the Game, hands down! I actually drove all the way from Spanish Fork to SLC just to get my Vape Juice. I called ahead of time do check and see if they had my Juice that only Empire caries.(Because they have the biggest selection of premium) I drove out to Empire SLC and when I walked into the store Kirk and Orlando both were smiling as they greeted me. These two guys were super knowledgeable and helpful. I showed up at 9:53pm they close at 10pm. These guys were super patient as I changed my coil and didnt rush me out the door so they could close. Ive actually have had 3 stores rush me out so they could close. Kirk and Orlando went over and beyond with customer service that cant be touched! Thanks Empire Merchandise SLC! You guys are on🔥🔥🔥🔥!💯

I’ve visited smoke/vape shops all around the US and this IS the best. Please, don’t ever shut down. I have been coming here since I was 19 and I’m now 24. Yes, the nic addiction is strong with this one but at least I can visit a clean, healthy, and safe environment where I can breath clean air to get what I need and discover new items. I’ve been going to SLC location since I moved but when I lived in Utah county I went to that one too. The points system is my favorite and that’s where I’m really able to get a good deal on a rainy day! Not to mention, I got a HUGE bong there at a really good price. Love what you guys do, thank you for taking Utah to the next level and making it a better place for people like me!

Have shopped here many times, this shop is easily the best truck accessible vape shop in Utah. I always stop in to grab juice and coils when I come through.

I meant to put this review in over a month ago because Vapes are a device that like a computer or lawnmower takes maintenance and someone who has the knowledge of how they function is definitely worth the extra few dollars you spend to shop here. Because I guarantee you will save five times that amount or more in the long run. Me and my husband bought Vapes on 13th and state and they put wrong tanks on modes that broke quickly and wouldnt replace or give even a discount on new ones. We were out $150. Empire employees customer service is so good its unbelievable. Its also nice that they know their product. Its really the only place in the whole city anyone should shop for this type of product.

I decided to venture out on a scooter instead of driving to try them out. I got to this place and asked if i could place the scooter inside the door, completely out of the way. Some employee yelled at me across the store to take it outside. I replied that it was dark and i was worried about it getting stolen. He said you people need to leave your stuff outside. I replied, fine ill go to smokers guru instead. Cost them a $200 sale He assumed i was some hobo or something im sure. Have a little respect for your patrons. I would understand if you didnt have room or other merchandise near. This guy was just being rude. Go to smokers guru. Allot better customer service.
