Smoke & Eve 24 Hour CBD, Vape, Delta 8, Hookah & Kratom Smoke Shop

I have came to Smoke & Eve in the past and never had terrible customer service from them. Recently I have gone twice and both experiences came out to be very very poor. The customer service that these employees show are terrible. My first visit back I was called out by this big girl at the counter that had a microphone for the whole store to hear. She said some vulgar words that no customer should ever be called. Then she proceeded to ask for a tip for her “services”, she didn’t even grab me the item that I wanted. She only got handed the item from another employee. She didn’t even give me the correct change back. Note, make sure you check the change that you were supposed to receive back. Second visit, which was today. Same big girl and another girl right beside her at the counters demanded for me to tip them. Remembering my last encounter, I had to speak up and said no to them in a stern way. They received it as me being rude and both female employees started instigating the whole entire situation. Both asking why I wouldn’t tip, what my issue was, not trying to apply my student discount. Straight up was rude and I reminded the big girl employee that she was rude last time I came. She dismissed the last encounter and said “oh that was a couple weeks back” still showing the ignorant, disrespectful, selfish, and entitled behavior. Would suggest other people to look else where to take their business. I don’t know how this place has such high reviews, this place is organized with immature people that don’t know a thing or two about customer service. If I could give it a 0 star rating. I would.

Don’t waste your time or money just bought this disposable yesterday and it stopped working I went to store to try and replace but the cashier told me nothing they could do It won’t charge or hit and it’s not like they’re cheap No help at all worst service ever the guy does not need to be working if he’s under the influence

Called them to see if they had an item in stock since what I was looking for it always sold out. The girl who answered confirmed they had it, I asked her several times if it was it. She said yes. I drove 20 min to get there in traffic and when I got there they were out. No apology , didn’t offer to look in the back. She stood there with a blank look. Employees are a bunch of kids with zero customer service skills. I’ve spend at least $100 a month here but after this time I will look elsewhere. For the owner please train your employees on products you sell and how to treat customers.

The first time I went here, I had 18 cents in change and the dude at the register told me that I was good to go. I said I wanted my change back and he reluctantly gave me my change. Every time you buy something, they ask you if you want your change. That’s crazy!! So they want to keep your change for tips for doing a job that they already get paid to do. They’re not waiters/waitresses who have to rely on tips, these people are just greedy and want your money! HORRIBLE customer service!!

All customers are thieves until proven otherwise.The moment you walk in . All employees will track your movements . And when you ask for something. They can only hold it for you and you are not allowed to touch it or read about it. So you don’t know what you are buying until you actually pay for it and there is no refund ! I definitely recommend going to a different smoke shop that is more friendly.

This place has potential but the employees ruin it. This place is run by idiot Brandeis high schoolers who cannot give a good recommendation or keep up a conversation to save their lives. Every time I ask any sort of question or recommendation from these mouth breathing simpletons they look at me like I am speaking Chinese and after years of me trying to get a suggestion from them they literally give me the WORST recommendations I could ever receive. Do not trust these employees they have no taste and have no idea about probably anything at all let alone what they are selling dont go here unless u absolutely know what you want because these morons will not help you at all.

OH HELL NAH…I just witness the manager touching one of the female employees, her face said it all she did not feel comfortable. On top of that these employees know nothing about what they are selling. The manager is a liar who promises discounts and doesnt follow through.

I gotta say that this chain of vape and etc has such a great selection and even better staff. Cynthia at the Babcock location was absolutely delightful and patient as she helped me choose a great statement piece to add to my glass collection. The knowledge and service is above my expectation of and beyond. Thank you Ms. Cynthia!!!! Happy belated Birthday

I came in today to smoke and eve and this very nice girl Morgan helped me out today , I seen some really cool posters on the wall that you can’t find anywhere and she showed me exactly where they were in the shop and come to find out they were for sale . very satisfied with the visit I recommend coming here they will fulfill all your needs ! .

To start off they give discounts if you leave good reviews. Hires underage staff, sells to underage people and never IDs, manager pervs on the girls he hires. if youve been wondering why theres so many young girls working there, thats why. I personally know multiple underage girls that have worked there and have been hit on by the manager. Great place to report to the authorities! they sell expired products & none of the staff know what theyre talking about (makes sense since none of them are of age in the first place, the extent of their knowledge is oh this is water pipe, this is vape, and this is... weed i think?) Theres a better shop right behind the store next to the taco bell, nice of age staff that know what theyre talking about!

SELLING EXPIRED PRODUCTS. This shop has HORRIBLE customer service! They sold me this expired kratom, then when I brought it back to exchange it, the same day, they told me because it was opened (I didn’t see the expiration date until after having some) they wouldn’t do anything. I was a loyal customer, but if you are selling expired kratom and don’t care OR EVEN APOLOGIZE then I’ll take my biz elsewhere.

Rude. I dropped a little over 20 dollars and spent time looking around. The people rolled their eyes at me and then asked me to leave. Dont go here. Go somewhere else.

I’m in complete disgust by there cigars the humidor filter has mold in them and the water is never changed out. They have little to no knowledge about there products at all from vapes to kratom to cbd or delta. If you are going to be selling that kind of stuff please gain some knowledge on these things seeing how you can affect someone’s life.

If your thing is getting treated like $__t, then come to this place ! These little kids that work here ,mainly females, hate their life working at a vape shop so they’ll take it out on you. So if dominance is your thing, they will cater; Don’t Believe me, go for yourself. Go sit on the couch and see what happens. Put your hands on the counter and see if they don’t put you in your place. Rumor has it that the owner loves the way his girls treat the people that make him money. I only went to see if it was true. It was the coolest experience ever!

By far one of the most consistent pleasant places around Ive been here two different occasions both at night around 2:00 to 4:00 a.m. and the consistency of the employees here have been the same that tells me that the management team and the owners are taking care of the employees from the top to the bottom The gentleman that helped me tonight his name was Tyler he was phenomenal he went above and beyond for me and by far the only reason that Ill continue to come back is because of the consistency of the staff and the managers

First of all, the shop is great, nothing wrong with the products. The people there however is another story. I have never ever felt such hostile vibes in a store before than this one. The vibes are very off with the manager and he is very rude. For a vape shop there sure are a lot of weird rules posted about too, but hey to each their own, our shop has rules too. But man, what a way to make people feel welcome. Maybe if you weren’t a prick to other people trying to be nice you’d get more customers..

I get it’s a smoke shop but it’s still retail, and the customer service here needs work. It’s a very unwelcoming place. I got what I needed but I don’t intend on returning here. If you do visit here, make sure you don’t touch the counters…like at all 🙄🤦🏽‍♀️ cared more about that than selling products.

I absolutely love the environment of the way they have everything set up really cool products but the people made me feel like a criminal. I wasn’t allowed to touch a single thing not even the countertops or the product. I was wanting to look at to purchase I just walked out. I don’t wanna buy no cheap glass. All I wanted to do was put two fingers on it just to feel the quality of the glass, but they kept telling me not to touch a thing I couldn’t even touch the counter with a fingertip ridiculous

Products are good but who ever the shift was racially profiled the group I was with. I was buying blunts separate from my group and my two friends had drinks they were gonna pay for but she made the guy checking us out charge me for them. She didn’t worry about any of the other groups of people there.

I went in earlier today and had a great experience. The sales rep Aubree was amazing help. Asked me what I tried before and recommended some great flavors that I haven’t tried before. Definitely taking my business there again thank you Aubree!

Some of the good reviews about this place are only because the owner and his girlfriend,offer 10% off to those who leave positive comments. At times, employees write the reviews for the customers . The owner, Hasid and his girlfriend Drea are unprofessional and disrespectful to their employees resulting in constant turnover. More importantly, they are fully aware their employees do not consistently card for under age customers, particularly later in the day. Law enforcement should pay attention to what goes on in their stores on Babcock and Prue and Babcock and 1604.

I purchased a product that was defective and therefore did not work as intended and was denied a refund or switch out (discovered defect before left store). the manager gave an unreasonable excuse saying the product was discontinued by the manufacture and therefore no exchanges or refund would be made. Regardless if the product has been discontinued, the store is still selling a product to the customer with the expectation that it works. I was coerced into buying a defective product. Will not be going back and will spread the word.

Bought a product that was flawed, store policy (which seems cool); if something doesnt work before you leave the store, you can get another. So, that happened, I got a replacement. I was appreciative of the replacement. I kept browsing for another item (I knew I wanted to buy) and asked for the workers option, the woman gave me a brand name I did not prefer(many brands to pick from) and I asked if there was another option she preferred. Because I disliked the brand, she proceeded to kick me out of the store and call the police saying I dont know who she is...I dealt with the police and had to leave for no reason.I would give this store zero stars if I could because of the disrespectful customer service they hire & claim they are manager.

Terrible service, they sell you defective products for a premium price with no guarantees. Came back in LESS THAN 24 hours only for a store rep to tell you yeah, Im aware that these are defective sometimes but nothing I can do here.Almost all vape shops have 24-48 hour warranty, go somewhere else and save your money.

Absolutely rude, they dont understand the culture of what they are selling. Most vape shops help you explore options and are open to suggestions. Instead this guy was like sorry dont have what youre looking for, you can buy a device or leave. Absolutely the worst service Ive had with a vape shop. Ive been vaping since the earliest days in 2010 and the treatment was uncalled for.
