Firefly is truly a gem. From the moment I walk in the doors, I immediately feel relaxed and content. The atmosphere is lovely, with nice dim lighting, pleasant scents, and calming music. The front desk staff is always so sweet and welcoming. The massages, however, are the thing of dreams. I am teleported straight to heaven as soon as I lay down on that table. I have been a member for about a year now (best decision ever) and getting monthly massages from Kate. She is a masseuse magician with the hands of an angel. I swear she has superpowers. She gives the absolute best massages I have ever had. She is great about asking what areas I want to focus on or where Ive been having issues, and she seems to always be able to tell when she finds an area of my body that needs a little extra work. I always leave feeling so incredibly relaxed and refreshed. I honestly cannot recommend Kate or Firefly enough. You will not regret your visit.

I’ve been coming to this location for almost a year now and they have the best massage therapists! The previous massage therapist I used to go to at Firefly left, so I ended up booking a 90min massage with Taylor. I highly recommend her! She did an amazing job addressing my problem areas and was great with changing the amount of pressure when I asked. All of their rooms smell really nice and they have heated massage tables, which is a plus. Booking is really easy and their front desk staff are always very nice. Can’t say enough great things about this place!

Kate is amazing! Ive been seeing her monthly for over a year now. She is such a talented and warm individual, and I always leave feeling so relaxed. Online booking is easy and I love that they offer membership pricing on Mondays. I never have trouble finding parking nearby.

Firefly Spa has the BEST customer service and team. I went in last minute for a massage and had the best experience. There was easy street parking, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, ensuring my appointment started promptly. On another visit, things didnt go as smoothly, but Iris at the front desk quickly apologized. What really impressed me was when Karen, the owner, reached out immediately to make things right. She not only apologized but also offered me a complimentary massage to make up for it.Karens exceptional commitment to customer satisfaction truly stands out. Its refreshing to feel heard and valued as a customer.

Loved our time here at FireFly. Facility quiet & tranquil, well put together, and very attentive staff. Our couples massage was great and provided very much needed relaxation.

Gabe is absolutely fantastic! I’ve been going to him for 3 years now and have followed him here from the last place he worked. The quality of his massages are on par with sports massages. He’s very knowledgeable with anatomy and how to target the painful areas. Great deep tissue work and super helpful to the various injuries I’ve had from lifting weights to just daily pains from work-related activity.

Just had a deep tissue massage with Monica, she is amazing! Monica got all of the knots out of my back and checked in on the pressure level during the massage which was appreciated. Their massage oil felt high quality and the spa itself was nice and clean. I would highly recommend!

Place was clean, well kept, and front desk was super accommodating. Also, Lori and Michael did an amazing job. Will be back and highly recommend! Services received - couples massage - Swedish for me and deep tissue for the wife!

The whole ambience is relaxing from when you walk in. The staff is all very knowledgeable and completely caters to your individual skin care needs. Deb was fantastic and my skin felt healthy and revitalized. A much needed pampering every once in a while from here is much needed.

My friend and I wanted to try this place. Deb did my facial and it was wonderful. The service is worth the price. I got my mom a gift card for a massage for Mother’s Day. Also planning to go for couples massage. Felt really relaxed.

I had a prenatal massage and facial- both were excellent. Taylor was great, listened to what I needed and made sure I was comfortable. Natasha was so kind and I enjoyed the facial, she verified with me that all products were pregnancy safe. I really enjoyed chatting with her throughout the experience. My back pain is gone and my skin is glowing. I would recommend to anyone wanting prenatal spa services!

First off, the spa is clean and so relaxing. The receptionist was very kind and informative. Secondly, Annette was amazing! She took her time to go over problem areas with me before the appointment, made sure to check in on me throughout the massage, and she was very friendly. I would highly recommend her to others.

Been here a few times and it’s a lovely experience with wonderful therapists. It’s quaint clean and friendly. Love Michael he’s wonderful at what he does and a beautiful soul. So glad to have found this place

Peaceful environment. Knowledgeable massage therapists and facial professional was very attentive to what I wanted and needed. Plus we loved no pressure to buy products. My 27 year young daughter from Az wanted a spa day with her mama and we are very glad we found Firefly.

Maria was very understanding and even intuitive when it came to my lower back. Not only did I feel better bc of the massage and the work that she did, but I also felt better about knowing more regarding what was going on and I actually felt a lot better mentally about it when I left.Being able to help, but also caring goes a long way and thats deff factored into the 5 star rating

Great experience from start to finish in a welcoming peaceful environment. My therapist Jenny was great. She was professional, friendly and thorough. She provided a wonderful massage that was relaxing and relieved the tension in my sorest muscles! Highly recommended, will be back.

The best experience! It was the perfect mix of relaxing and working hard to get knots out. You can tell the therapist was very knowledgeable and had very technical movements to get the outcome I needed

This place is amazing. I got a massage with Gabriel and I was floating on a cloud when I left. He went over my problem areas I indicated on my form and was informative on what to expect from him and his style. I felt comfortable, safe, and thought I reached nirvana by the end. SO GOOD.Staff is friendly (even from the beginning when booking + having to reschedule several times), facilities were clean, and the entire experience is exactly what you need to have your little zen moment.The moment I get a job that pays me well enough Im getting the membership ASAP!

A wonderful atmosphere and great masseuses (Samaara and Jenny) . The front area is welcoming and the overall experience as a first massage for my husband and our first couples massage was really wonderful!I feel great the next day, just a great experience . We will be going back!

The place was welcoming and clean. My experience was calm and Johanna provided with a consult and delivered on my needs for comfort before and during massage which was very amazing. I prefer deep pressure and she did wonderful with pressure ensuring I was not in any pain or discomfort. Overall comforting experience and will be a regular here.Update: I’ve been coming here for several months as I got the membership and I still think this is the best place to come to for massage. Setting an appointment is easy. The staff and atmosphere are welcoming. Every time I have had a massage has been with a different person (male and female) based on my schedule. I dont mind that at all because everybody there has given me the best service possible. This place is my zen and my favorite place to look forward to every month. Thank you firefly wellness staff you all are absolutely incredible.

Annette and Kim did a great job for our couples massage. The place was very clean and welcoming, and we were immediately comfortable despite feeling awkward by not knowing what to expect from a couples massage! We left feeling great and will definitely make this a regular date.

Deb gives a great facial, she was so nice and professional. I felt so relaxed the whole time and she gave some great tips for skin care. I’m excited to visit firefly spa again and make this part of my self care routine.

I visited Firefly last month for a massage with Maria and had a great experience. It was so relaxing (I fell asleep) but also addressed the shoulder tension I was experiencing. Would definitely recommend this day spa.

Only downside to this spa, is parking. Give yourself an extra 15 min to park, busy area.Immediately upon arrival, greeted by a friendly smile! Johanna was my massage therapist. She was great, she checked in about pressure multiple times. I got a hot stone massage. Felt better right after I got up off the table. Definitely want to go back to this spa!Came back to this spa and received a facial with Deb, and it was so good. Talked with her about getting another facial but upgrading with dermaplaning!

Masseuse (Marina) was very kind and walked me through the process. Came away feeling like a million bucks, and the tightness in my neck and soreness in my ankles already feels better. Clean environment. Overall a great experience. Thank you!

Aranza did a phenomenal job with my facial, she was personable, clearly knew what she was doing, and was able to answer the few questions I had. Not sure when Ill be back, but I will be back!

My daughter and I went to get a 90 minute massage. It was the best one I have had in a long time. My daughter who is a swimmer. She had Kate, she knew all the target places to hit and got all her knots out. I had Gabriel, he was asked me what I did for a living. I let him know I cleaned houses. He worked on all the right areas and dugged into my knots. Did an awesome deep tissue massage and gave my tips on what I should do before I work and after. He was so helpful. If I come back to this area. I will definitely get another massage from here

I was very concerned about getting a massage due to Covid-19 safety concerns but Firefly Wellness Spa satisfied my concerns with their adherence to covid-19 guidelines, cleanliness, and masking with adequate masks. My massage therapist, Tammy, really listened to where I was hurting and effectively helped my pain. I had relief of some of my pain for the 1st time in as long as I can remember. I immediately scheduled more massages. Their rates are very reasonable as well.
