Best to be a member for cheaper massages. Might take a few tries to find the right person. Schedule in advance as it can get busy to schedule last minute.

I’ve been going here for YEARS. Lili is the absolutely best massage therapist, she isn’t only trained very well, but her bedside manner is extremely professional. Christi gives the best facials also! The front desk staff are so kind and caring. I have no complaints.

Staff has communication issues. I tried giving a massage as a gift and they ended up providing the service and charged my friend’s card instead of mine. I confirmed with them multiple times that my card was on file before the service. It totally blindsided my friend and ruined the whole experience. So so frustrated with the miscommunication and lack of accountability.

Former Client: Massage Envy Austell is not the usual ME brand. The management is poor, opportunist and liars. The therapists are amateurs to, say the least, and the rooms are simply overused and dingy. I attempted to complete my full year membership without using this particular establishment and was told that my membership has been suspended due to not paying November 2022. The booking is in no way convenient for professional with careers. I’ve lost one session because the estician was a no show and another because I just couldn’t get a convenient time to come. They are understaffed and unfriendly. My understanding was that my membership ended in October 2022, the last time that I received services, and still had two services available to me. Now, they are requiring that I pay another month without being able to gift the massages to family and friends. At this point, please refund the money that I paid in the form of gift cards or cash and allow me to patron another more quality establishment for my very hard earned money. I’m waiting for a corporate response that I am sure will never happen. Save your money and time. Cheaper is not always the route to go.

Nora is THE BEST. I love her for my facials. She gets 5 stars from me. The front desk is AWFUL. Ive had a few massages and facials from whoever was available and have yet to have a pleasant experience. Either the massage was great and they talked too much during, or the massage wasnt good at all. I feel like I need to look elsewhere for my massage and facial needs.

The massage was great! Very deep, slightly painful (a good painful), and left me extremely relaxed. Service was punctual and I squeezed a little over 50 minutes from my 1 hour slot. Non-member pricing is very expensive, but you are also paying for the vetted credentials as opposed to private practice.

The staff are incompetent and not trained well at all. The manager never follows up. This is by far the worst massage envy location that I’ve been to. I would highly recommend finding a massage parlor that is not apart of the Massage Envy franchise because the service and quality varies drastically.

Great front desk service. And their recommendations are always spot on when you tell them what you’re looking for. Friendly faces with genuine interactions. Haven’t had a bad moment yet and I’ve been going here for 2 years!

Who doesnt love a great massage?! Ive received massages from two of the massage therapists here and both times walked out feeling absolutely weightless! I was so relaxed which is the complete opposite of how I walked in, so relaxed that my husband thought I took a xanax. He really did! I deal with a skin issue that keeps most people like me away from any type of massage location due to embarrassment but the ladies here made me feel so welcome and comfortable that I felt no embarrassment whatsoever. I highly recommend this location, its so warm and inviting! I love the aromatherapy options, and I suggest you get a membership and pay for the extra 30 minutes. Im adding a stretch session to go along with my 60 minute massage. I have multiple health issues and coming here has made a big difference in my overall wellbeing. I should also say that you cant beat their prices.

My first experience was fantastic! The location is so convenient and close to home! But I would not recommend this one because they kept changing my appointments and when I tried a different therapist the second time (because the one I had the first time canceled my appointment) she didn’t listen at all to what I asked for. Very frustrated. If I didn’t have a membership I probably wouldn’t go back to a massage envy location.

The studio itself is very beautiful, peaceful and clean. The front staff was wonderful and soo nice. But, I had a terrible experience with my massage therapist, Jose S. I could tell he really knew his stuff, but he was much too invasive in my very private regions. I feel that if you are going to be going anywhere near there, then you should communicate that with your client. You are vulnerable, naked or nearly naked, on a table and sometimes it’s hard to speak up when you should. I will forever stop a massage therapist if I am uncomfortable but I don’t think any massage therapist should rub the top and front of your hip bones by your pelvic region or go very high up on your inner thigh. If you are going to, ask if it’s ok first.

While visiting Chula Vista, CA, I scheduled appointments twice at the Imperial Beach location with Jose S. I received two of the best massages and then a foot scrub treatment Ive ever had, either at a Massage Envy or any other massage establishment. He was professional, attentive and made sure that the pressure was right for my health. I appreciate the great service and the great location. Thank you!

Dont waste your time. Staff is incompetent. And customers are not their priority. I canceled my appointment and they still charged me. I never received any confirmation texts/calls, but they must be lying because they say they did. What a joke...

Let me start off saying this was my first time ever getting a massage so I was quite excited and too top it off it was my anniversary so me and my husband booked a couples massage. Everything started good, we even arrived early as the reception lady told us to sign papers. She also stated our appointment is from 11-12 with 5 minutes to do a consultation in the beginning and 5 minutes to get dressed afterwards, so all together 50mins of massage time which I was fine with. The two ladies did not get us until 11:03 and stated right away they are going to skip a part and take us to room first. When we go into the room they asked us what we would like, I told her I would like to concentrate on lower back and shoulders as I have a sit down job all day. She said yes of course, then they both walked out of room to have us get undressed at about 11:08, getting undressed only takes about one minute they didnt no come back in until 11:12 which cut into our 50 min massage by a lot. While getting my massage I asked the lady if she can concentrate on one spot and she told me basically no because everything is connected, which I understand but I am not having issues with everything just certain spots. So all in all I felt like I was not listened to during my massage and did not get my full 50 mins worth as they also stopped at 11:51, was not happy at all with my first massage experience. Not going back!

Mia, the receptionist was wonderful and my massage therapist, Dennis, was superb! I highly recommend this place. Great staff and really nice, clean place to relax and feel great.

I have really bad back issues and every time I go I’m able to move again. Great job and the ladies here know how to do their job. Highly recommend. A little pricy but you pay for what you get.

Paid online and made to pay again in store. Told to call coparate. They said have to take it up with the store. Run around. No problem just wont go back and 3 friends wont either. Share the sham and its all good.

The manager Brianna is a joke. Be careful with giving them your debit card info or gift card info because they will charge you even though you cancelled.

Great place, the staff is lovely. Ive gotten a massage recently from Jackie. She does deep tissue very well.

They are a scam. After cancelling membership I was unable to redeem unused hours. So I did not get what I paid for. Find another establiahment. They are not worth your time.

Very bad service. They give me an appointment by phone and when I go they tell me that the masseuse is not available and that they have not been able to notify me by phone to cancel. But if I had canceled less than 12 hours in advance, they would charge me for the service. But they make me go there to tell me that my appointment is canceled because there is no masseuse available. Very badly.

Very professional attention, first experience. The place is very clean, the therapist named Perla is very friendly and the quality of the massage is very good. In general, I am highly satisfied.
