Jessy is very skilled! Ive never had a massage where the therapist walks on my back and decided to try it. Ill always request this style when I come back. Im large and its a challenge to find a therapist who can create enough pressure. Jessy is fantastic!

Mia was excellent. One of the best deep-tissue massages that I have ever received! Strong and deep pressure was delivered. The work on my IT bands was intense, and what I needed. She asked if the pressure were too much, and I said, no it is good. Felt much better afterwards than when I arrived. She worked through some knots, and i feel better today, the day after. The only downside for me is that it didn’t last longer. Felt like only an hour, but my clock showed it was at least the full 90 minutes. She was professional, and I highly recommend Mia!Also, the woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean, and appeared to be fairly new. It is in the building on the left in the parking lot, and their entrance is in the right side of the building in the back. Took me a moment to realize that. Highly recommended all around!

Reception was nice but had a terrible experience with the masseuse. I wanted a female and was provided a male with no warning. He was rude, gave me a massage that hurt, did not respect my physical boundaries (ie areas I would not want touched), was coughing/sick, and did not listen to my communication regarding pressure. Will definitely not go here again!

My masseuse Tina (I think her name was) was amazing!! I received the hot stone massage & she didnt miss a spot & even massaged my feet. I loved it!

Massage therapist Mia was assigned to me as I walked in,client and she was amazing, very professional, polite, and experienced massage therapist , Full of strength and thorough with her job. Rosa was also very accommodating, polite, and quick with her scheduling and accepting clients. Very knowledgeable front desk clerk.The facility is always clean, including the bathroom and very relaxing atmosphere.

The visit I had was an amazing experience. The masseuse was very professional, and made sure to check in with me multiple times to ensure the pressure remained pleasant. Her technique was very nice, and made the whole experience relaxing from start to end.

I had an appointment at Regen last night. I was physically assaulted by my massage therapist Miya (not sure if the spelling is correct). The assault was in two parts.First, she was so aggressive on my entire body. This was supposed to be a medium level massage. I asked her to go lighter, she laughed. I told her it hurt, she laughed. I winced in pain, she laughed. I said stop, she laughed. It became apparent that she is not fluent in English. However, I do think that there are basic words you need to know to communicate with your clients or, at least respond to their physical indications that you are causing them pain. I was thinking to myself, wow at least I am not a hostage - even though she wouldn’t let me go when I told her that I wanted to be done.It got worse from there. She turned the lights on in the room, jumped on top of me, poured who knows how much oil on my body, pulled my underwear down, and pulled my butt cheeks apart. I was astounded, and told her that’s it. I physically started getting up and it was only at that point that she left the room to go get her phone so that she could use Google translate. I told her I was done and she responded that my time was not up. I said that’s fine.I got dressed and went out to the receptionist. The receptionist was able to give me a discount and charge me for a 60 minute massage instead of the 90 minute massage that I had initially booked. She told me that she would reach out to the owner and that they would be in touch with me.Today, I did not hear back, so I called to speak with the receptionist. The receptionist informed me that they would give me a refund, but the owner would not speak with me directly. She also informed me that the receptionist last night did not convey the issue to the owner. You would think the owner (Doug Campanella, according to Google) would want to correct a wrong but he has made the situation worse.It is so insane that I went to a massage to relax and left with a shoulder injury that I did not have before my massage appointment (I could not move my shoulder when I woke up this morning) and being assaulted by a massage therapist, who laughed when I was in pain.I have been fortunate enough to have had many massages over the years, and this was by far so different from anything I’ve ever experienced. It was so incredibly unprofessional and left physical and emotional damage.Needless to say, I absolutely do not recommend Regen.

Holy divine cow! This place is absolutely on the ball and the highlight of my San Diego experience. I came here for a few days of work and after walking 5-10 miles a day and standing I’m so tense and sore! So we went and got a massage.I feel amazing afterwards. Best massage I’ve ever had. The fireplace was a really nice touch too and even more relaxing. The aromatherapy was excellent as well and the music was basic chimes that is seemingly cues for their staff. Their staffs hands are on you for your entire paid session. A lot of places I know the staff leave for a few minutes to get something. Not this place. You get every moment you pay for.Their receptionist was friendly and professional. She had everything ready and organized. The communication was perfect with an easy to fill out form to do a focus.The staff knew what they were doing. I felt so at ease and comfortable here.

Regen Massage has a very talented staff. They offer everything from Thai massage, massage for couples or a light to deep tissue offering. I have been getting a deep tissue massage every two weeks from Lily since I starting weight training again and it has made a world of difference in muscle soreness and tissue injuries. In the past two months I have not sustained any muscle or tissue problems. Regen is spotlessly clean, has very nice massage rooms and the staff is first-rate. Highly recommend!

First time in 6 years I have been here, since I moved out of San Diego.I remembered when they opened up and I began using their services at that time.Well, new update... they were amazing 6 years ago and now they upped their game. Still incredibly affordable and the massage is out of this world. I did not want to leave. I felt like I was at a week spa within 1 hour.My go to place when in San Diego. Call them, bebaute they can get you in someones the same day.

I absolutely love Regen Massage! This is my second time coming with my husband for a couples massage and it is a lovely massage every time. It never fails! The receptionist is very friendly, and makes sure you are taken care of. I think the prices are decent. I always add the hot stones, makes it 10X better. Cant wait to be back next month!

Lily is the best. My neck was in so much pain on my first visit she had to help me recline onto the table and I had tears in my eyes. I was able to sit up on my own. After the second visit I was pain free. I continue to she her every two or three weeks to ensure I stay in good physical and mental health!

I have been going to this place for a while. More than 10 times now and the one time I really needed someone with experience to help me was a disaster. A few days ago this was my experience:The female masseuse was not good at her job. I had an issue going on with me with my neck feeling tight and hurting because I think I pulled a muscle. When booking the appointment I stated this fact in the notes. When I showed up for my appointment I told the front desk. I told the masseuse this as well before she started and she completely ignored what I told her and was laughing when she used excessive force on the areas that were hurting. During the entire massage she was so rough and continued to laugh that at one point I had to stop her. Someones pain isnt a joking matter.Also Im not sure whos idea it is to massage someone with sheets over there skin. That hurts!!! Cant think of why someone would think this is a good idea. You are dry rubbing my skin off lol. So again had to stop her. I did not enjoy the massage and may not ever come back here. If I do come back, I hope to god this women isnt helping me at all. I do NOT want her assistance again! Terrible experience.

Clean facility, I appreciate having the form to fill out before the massage that ask areas I would like the masseuse to focus on. That alone creates an experienced tailored just for my needs rather having a session and the masseuse gives the same massage type massage for everyone.

2 of the 3 of us had the best massages wr have ever had. Mine was excellent as well but she moved a little fast for my preference. Would go back again if we were in town longer. If the table had been cushy and heated I would have given a 5. It is not a spa but it is also half the price so well worth it!!

Only give it 1 stars because it was super clean and friendly environment. Other than that, I got sick due to masseuse being sick and still giving massage. I didn’t notice until little while after he started massaging me when he started coughing. It was already too late for me and my hubby to walk out. Please make sure if you are going to give massages, that you are in healthy condition to do so so you are not getting your customers sick. Thank you

My partner & I were on vacation from out of town & picked this spot sort of randomly. We both really enjoyed the style of massage our therapists used. They were very thorough, making it relaxing & therapeutic with how much they dug in. Its the best massage my partner has gotten & one of the best I have gotten! Also, it was the receptionist’s first day & she was so kind & helpful! An overall really great experience!

The very best deep tissue/hot stone massage I have had! My back, neck, arm is pain free for the first time in years. I have permanent nerve damage in these areas due to nerve and spinal compression, as well as nerve damage from a severe case of shingles 2 years ago. For two years I have had an unexplained tightness across my upper back. I have tried acupuncture, medication, yoga, swim therapy etc..I woke up this morning after my massage without any pain or tightness! I will definitely be back! Thank you

First of all, i was amazed that this place had appointments on a Sunday! My experience was great…. Starting from the front desk, they always say that your experience starts from that point and on. The process booking this was easy, as also signing in. I got a couples massage, the room we were presented was very soothing, they let you choose what scent you want while they perform the massage. The ladies giving us the massages were great, very professional. My experience was great. I was also amazed in how affordable it is. I will definitely will be coming back again.

The receptionist was phenomenal and got us checked in and to our room immediately. The room was clean and had a nice calming ambiance with music and an oil diffuser. The massage was fantastic with well trained massage therapists. A wonderful experience overall. Excited to go back.

So happy I found this place! Prices are good, and the massage is great. I also really like the scheduling process. I cant stand that a lot of places want your whole life story in order to book an appointment, so Im greatful that their scheduling process was incredibly quick and easy! Totally recommend!

The receptionist was warm and friendly. Very accommodating. I got a couples message and my husband was very pleased with the staff as well. The place was clean and smelled good. The massage therapist were very good and worked out some of my kinks. The hot Stone therapy was great. Both my husband and I fell asleep is such a peaceful environment. I cant wait to go back to enjoy another massage and I would definitely recommend a friend.

Walk-ins are not as welcome as advertised. Make sure you make an appointment I suppose. Maybe I should have called ahead but typically when a business offers this I’ve never had an issue. They should probably remove that offer as they for sure do not!

Didnt know what to expect at first because this was my first massage. I felt comfortable there because the receptionist was kind and answered all my concerns. The pricing was respectable . I found out that I had areas that needed attention other than my lower back. My therapist Andy was really good at finding those areas and overall I feel much better than before i went it. Will go back again.

I drove here for my 9pm appointment and called ahead to say I’ll be late, 9:15pm I get there she told me they close to 10pm sharp and said I have to pay for an hr massage even if do a 30 min massage, save me the gas money and tell me on the phone when I called ahead

I loved how professional everything was, and the little perks that came with the massage. The options for aroma were great (free), having the hot rocks was a great addition ($5) and I appreciated having options for the level of pressure during the massage. The place was very clean and welcoming, with a very calm energy. I think it would be good to let the customer know that for a regular $60 massage, it doesnt include time on the feet. Or when someone asks for that or the couples massage, that they are made aware of an alternative option that does include the feet for the same price. But overall I cant wait to go again and already recommended it toa few friends. Thank you :)

Miya was great, applied the perfect amount of pressure and didnt miss a spot. Also rooms and bathrooms, the whole office was very clean, music was perfect selection and volume and it smelled great. Receptionist was also helpful and nice.

We love coming here for a quick massage. This time we went for a couples massage and did the 90 minute option.’it was amazing. The room was large enough for us both plus the 2 massage therapists. It was very clean and cool, they offered essential oils and you are able to take your mask off during the massage. It’s nice & dark and quiet and a very affordable massage on a whim when you find you have a free hour. We recommend this place often!

Deal staff was friendly. Me and my husband went in for a couples message. We asked for a light to medium message and they definitely gave us a deep tissue message. It HURT. I felt more tense during the message then before going in. My back and my husbands back still feels bruised. Before going in to the room we had to fill out a form about our message and what intensity we wanted. It was not followed!

One word: amazing! I was in the neighbourhood and thought it was a good time for a massage so I googled and found this place. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and Linda, the girl who massaged me, was the absolute best. She is precise, knows when to add pressure and when my muscles asks for a more relaxing touch. The place itself is big, clean, pretty and quiet. A little bit hard to find but it really is worth it. 90-minute massage was $75 and I enjoyed every minute of it. 100% recommend.

The Regen Massage facility is very modern and clean. The receptionist Madison is pleasant and welcoming. The location is easily accessible with ample parking. My massage Therapist Jenny was knowledgeable, attentive and very efficient during my massage.

I decided to come here for a couples massage based on the great reviews. His massage lady was better than mine. I chose medium pressure and it was more like hard. The music was so quiet all you could hear was the beds squeaking and the massage lady’s walking around. The diffuser sent is pointless as you cannot smell it at all. It’s no where near your face. I feel that the lights should have been dimmed more. The bed was extremely loud when massaging and sheets were so thin. I was expecting more from this place. Yes it’s a nice and clean business inside so I was very caught off guard when I received this horrible massage. I’ve had better massages in relaxing rooms with more comfortable beds/environment. Wouldn’t recommend! :(

We visited here during a brief stay in San Diego for a couples massage. The spa was easy to find, the service was excellent, and the massages were amazing. Lilly did an awesome job, and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful. Overall a great experience, and well definitely visit again when we are back in San Diego.

The massage therapist took her time on problem areas and had me so relaxed. It was amazing. She used just the right amount of pressure so that it took care of my tension but didnt hurt me. I always come here when I come to San Diego and I am never disappointed. A good way to relieve stress and tension.

I had a 60-minute massage and asked for medium pressure. The beginning of the massage was good. However, towards the end of the massage, my therapist moved my underwear to expose more of my butt which I was extremely uncomfortable with. I moved my underwear back to the best of my ability, but I still felt uncomfortable for the rest of the massage. I have had massages at other places before, and this has never happened. I hope that you will correct this for future customers.

The owner Linda, hands down on her deep tissue massage. She is very skilled on her techniques, kind, listens to what massage you need, very good knocking off your big knots, always focused on your needs. Ive been going to this place for many years like 15 or more. Ive followed Linda from Convoy to Rosecrans because I knew shes a very good masseuse. Jessie is the same thing. They both attend to your requests on what part of your body needs more to concentrate and do a deep tissue massage. I highly recommend Linda and Jessie. I have referred a lot of people at Regen Massage over the years.Linda will really work hard on all my knots and focused on blood circulation. Thats the real 💯 % osteopathic massage ever. I know how to massage myself and find knots so I know if the massuese is good or not. I give 5***** for Linda. Shes the best with good manners, concern, and care for client. The place is always clean, well disinfected, and tidy. I highly recommend this place.

The masseuse was great. I had pain on my right leg and she made it feel better. Aromatherapy is cool. I was meditating off into space with the music, scent, and just thinking what part she was working on. It was my first time letting a stranger give me a massage and she was awesome.

Super thorough, and therapeutic deep massage. It was very intense and got uncomfortable but never painful. My masseuse was highly skilled. Oh, and they had some of the best prices in the area and the booking process was super easy. My only regret is that I was in San Diego on vacation and cant easily go back.

I received a full body massage as well as hot rocks. Very clean and professional. The music was nice and it was quite/peaceful.The massage itself was very relaxing and needed.I wished the sheet to cover yourself was thicker, it felt like it a napkin.Other then that everything was great!

My daughter-in-law suggested Regen Massage as I was looking for a place where my wife could get a birthday massage. So I booked a 90 minute massage and my wife was overjoyed by the quality of Tinas massage.Certifications on the wall say that all of Regens Masseuses are professionally trained and judging from my wifes experience we believe this to be true.My wife keep raving about her Regen massage to the point that she said that massage was in my top 5 best massages ever So we will be Regen customers for life.

I really like the massage but the lady didnt speak English i was try to expain to her what area to massage on my foot but she didnt understand me.Other then that i really like this place. They dont pressure you for a tip. Which make you wanna give them more.

Came here for a massage and Im like 3 months overdue. I looked this place up due to the reviews and figured to give it a try. I booked a couples massage 1.5 hours with hot stone $130 wasnt a bad price compared to home in L.A. when we arrived the front desk/receptionist was super nice and had us fill out the form for intake. We were taken to the back. The masseuses were amazing and paid attention to every need. This is not your chip and finger back rub. I am very grateful for the reviews and this place. If only I was a local Id def invest more time here. especially being a registered dental hygienist.i will be back whenever Im back in town 🤗😊

My masseuse, Jesse, gave me one of the best massages Ive ever had in my life. Ive suffered from chronic back pain for the last 10 years, and although the skeletal pain isnt gone she relieved a lot of the muscle tension caused by my back issues in our session. Will be coming back regularly for sure!

I called and was able to book a next day appt. I had a 90min with Tina and she was amazing. One of the best massages I’ve ever had and I randomly found this spot because it was close to my hotel. Customer service was excellent. You won’t be disappointed.

Great service at front desk and over the phone and an amazing massage overall. Very very relaxing and just what I needed. My only complaint is that the room was very very cold for me but it was probably because I wasnt moving Im sure the masseuse who is working hard thought the temp was perfect.

The therapists really did a good job and have strong hands and were able to get to all the sore spots. We (3 women) went a s a group after the RnR run and everyone walked out of there feeling better. The 4 hands massage is one of the best massages I have every had. We are going back for more we loved it so much.

No essential oils were added to the diffuser and they’d specifically asked which kind I wanted. Pretty sure face mask is a dollar store special. Also non attentive to areas I requested (they had a small questionnaire to fill before massaging)

Very friendly and professional receptionist. The two masseuses were great paying attention to the areas we had pointed out on the form we were handed. Also the couples room had a lovely looking fireplace (electric) that added to the ambience of the room. Definitely a place we will visit again.

AMAZING!!! With all the flim flam massage parlors in San Diego I almost gave up on a great message till I walked through the door to Regen Massage. I am an athlete so I need someone to REALLY know what theyre doing. My first time I was given Angela and the rest is history. Now I am a regular customer and ALWAYS get Angela by request. I go in there sore and feeling my profession. I leave feeling amazing. My wife has also went and had Jessie, and she loves her. My wife lived in China for 10 years and she KNOWS a good Chinese massage and shes hooked. Id give them 10 stars if I could. Amazing amazing amazing massage and not too expensive either. Close to home and we needed a massage. The staff was nice. The massage itself was very basic and almost robotic. I dont believe the masseuse understood what I needed because of language barrier so the pressure was the same all around (2 places hurt badly so I had to tell her it hurt) and the masseuse didnt have the instinct to keep working on what I know she felt (the knot on my left upper back) could have used a little more love/attention. We would return again in the future now because we know what to expect

First time here! Five star!! Made an appointment 10mins ahead of time. Wonderful service with professional staff. I dont get a massage often, but when I do, I go with my husband. Hubby has bad lower back and sciatica pain. He asked me to give him a massage, but knowing my upper back hurt too we decided to come for a couple massage. I had a male massagw therapist and he was great. My knots were tight and he pushed it pretty hard. He constantly checked to see if I was comfortable. (At one point it was getting painful so I told him to tone it down.) Hubby has no more low back pain after the massage! Now I got away from giving him a massage AND I got massage myself! $90 for two people for one full hour! They didnt stop one minute early! I got the full hour!!!! Really impressed!

Prices are very reasonable, it was $136 for the both of us. It was nice to get all our kinks and knots since we’ve been walking around all day, exploring San Diego. I liked that I got an appointment right away, the place was clean, and my massage was pretty good for a descent price. The only things that made me disappointed was the chair wasnt heated and the towel on my face was rough. Even with that, I’ll still go back but bring my own pillowcase.

This place is incredibly clean and excellent customer service. You can book online and make requests and if you prefer a particular massage therapist. Everyone is very attentive and caters to your preferences and theres add ons like hot stones or aroma therapy.

Very professional and courteous staff. The cost of the Deep tissue massage was $45 for 60 minutes. Not Bad! I needed help with a pulled muscle in my shoulder blade. Really helped me and very thorough.

Great value for what we got! I had specified a soft to medium soft massage for my back and got a very hard massage that left me sore for multiple days, but loved the leg/foot massage hard cause it really worked out my knotted calf muscles. Overall I would recommend.

I have to say, From front desk service, booking and massage everything was phenomenal.It was different (in a good way) from my previous experiences, the body and foot massage are more within the reflexology and pressure points technique; which was unknown to me. But it did the work and beyond.

The setting is nothing special, but the two times Ive gone there I had amazing deep tissue massages, from people with strong hands. The aromatherapy was free, with a good selection of scents to choose from. I like the clary sage. Clean and quiet, easy free parking, right next to barnes and noble, with close by pokestops and a pokegym at the bookstore. The price for an hour massage was very reasonable. I had a $40 massage with an online coupon code, but usually the fee is $45.

From day one Ive had exceptional service. Staff is amazing and friendly. I try to go at least once a week, everyone is great especially Lily, Jessy and my new favorite Leo!!

Sorry to say, not great. More of a body rub than a massage. They djdnt massage for the full hour. Expensive and asked many times if we left a tip. The male owner (I think) was friendly. Coming from Asia, this is the western version of Asian massage quality. Without reference, customers wouldnt know. My friend though had a good experience. Could be case by case but a business needs to live and die by consistentcy.

Well, it was supposed to be a pre-natal massage.Being as though Im 33 weeks pregnant, and no longer able to lay on my stomach or back, there was no pillows used during the service to help with comfort during the massage. It was a very uncomfortable bed and experience.It was as though the therapist had never done a prenatal massage before. Im not even sure if she was certified to DO a prenatal massage? I had to sit up several times throughout the massage and let her know that I was uncomfortable. Only then, did she try to find anything possible around to help to prop me up. The pillows that were given and used were pulled from random places and looked like thin small throw pillows from a couch.It was a very awkward experience.

I love this place.. when Im not pregnant. I go in for the Asian foot and body massage and they tend to gip on the back portion of it when youre pregnant. I guess the women just arent confident in doing it. Also, the facial masks can be bought around the corner at Sallys for like two bucks, tonight I was simply handed the mask in its package it wasnt anything special.

This is the best massage Ive ever had. Ive had a Thai massage in Thailand but this was more thorough, the pressure was perfect and the masseuse concentrated on areas that I didn’t even know needed more attention. Head to toe, perfection.

I was very happy with our walk in for a couple we had an appointment within a half hour its a clean very professional nice place and the masseuse did exactly what I liked for me and kept it a soft massage.

I chose a 10 score because I thoroughly enjoyed my massage! I tipped her 50%. She wasnt all that personal with me which would be my only complaint but she really knew what she was doing & went above & beyond what I had intended.

They always have a sign up saying $25/hr for a massage. I finally decides to stop by and they tell me its for a foot massage, but $45 for a full massage. Id consider this a dishonest practice and wouldnt go here for that fact alone.

I have decided to keep my neck and shoulders because they are not in pain any more.Now I get my weekly sustainable massage therapy to prevent the pains from happening again because I have to use the computer every day. Well, I could have quit my job, then I may become homeless. 😊I can not tell you how lucky I am to be free of pain because of Amy.

I booked an hour couples massage for our 24th anniversary for my husband and me ..and was the worst massage i have had the ladys that gave our massage were very unprofessional they had the lights very brite they did the massage with there elbows and fore arms they even climbed on my back and massage it with there knees knees my husband said that the one6 massaging him did the same that at one time she climb on him and sat on his head to massage his back and that she had the sheet completly off ecposing all of his body..i will never go back again
