I swung by during lunchtime for a full body massage due to soreness from 2 hours of basketball the night before. The masseuse was a gal (maybe in her mid 30s) and she was really professional and experienced. I specifically wanted my lower back, shoulders and legs to be worked on and she did not disappoint. The deep tissue massage allowed a lot of the kinks to be worked out. It was painful initially but when the massage was over, I felt like a new man. During the session, I was covered up with a towel, her combo of using fingers and elbows during the massage had me feeling very relieved afterwards. I would highly recommend this place for anyone whos looking for a masseuse who knows what shes doing.

Excellent massage provided by Mia. You can tell by her technique that shes actually taken massage training; unlike a lot of the so called masseuses in dodgy massage parlors. I came in with my shoulders and back in pain due to my job in construction and she was able to work on the knots.Ive been seeing Mia every other week for 2 months and the pain has noticeably decreased over time. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax, unwind and actually feel better.

Small and cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The massage was outstanding - I have never had a massage therapist find all of my trouble areas and concentrate on them like this. She used deep tissue techniques, back-walking and hot stones - all for the price of what most places charge for a chair massage. I wish I lived in the area but I will surely visit Serenity Shop every time I come to San Diego. I felt rejuvenated and relaxed!

This is my 2nd visit to this massage place in the hotel circle area, and everytime Ive been here the place has been clean and gives a very relaxing feel, The masseuse was very professional, kind to care of all the nicks in my shoulders and in my back, I will definitely continue to come back to this place whenever I need a massage, the pricing is great as well
