Inner balance center provides a heated table, great service, and reasonable prices. Cassie did an amazing job with my deep tissue massage! I will definitely be visiting her again.

Sierra was absolutely phenomenal! She listened to exactly what I needed and made sure to help with the issue I came with. I recently developed runners knee and she asked how much time I’d want to spend on that leg vs other areas and did exactly that. She sure has strong hands and managed to loosen the muscles to the knee perfectly. I’ve had monthly massages elsewhere for years and this by far was the best massage I ever had! 10 stars for Sierra!

Leslie was AMAZING. Strong pressure, she knew where all of the hotspots were. You can tell she knows what she’s doing. I was visiting from out of town, if I lived in the area she’d be my regular massage therapist.

I had a fantastic 1 hour massage. Cassie started off by asking me what temperature I wanted the bed heated to, the pressure, and what I wanted to work on. She undid a lot of the knots in my shoulders and helped with the pain in my low back and hips. I especially loved the hot towels that she used to help my muscles. They were such a nice touch and surprising touch! Would definitely recommend coming here if you have want help relieving any pain in your body! Thank you Cassie!

Thank you Cat for uncoiling my grumpy shoulder and neck muscles, and for all the other ones that I didn’t even know were tight! Cat provides a truly therapeutic deep tissue massage! She talks quietly about the muscle she’s working on and how it affects the body and mind. I highly recommend Cat. The office is clean and welcoming. Cat was on time and ready to go when I arrived. Catheliya is a fabulous massage therapist. She really pays attention to what I need from the beginning evaluation and throughout the massage. We switch off between deep tissue massage and cupping – she is so knowledgeable; my body has never felt better. I’ve been to her several times and will keep going back. Cathaliya is a very experienced therapist. She cares a lot about her field and is very educated in it. I came in with a pinched ulnar nerve and she had an idea of how to treat my symptoms. I was consistent with my visits and the intense numbness and weakness has resided over time, which I am extremely elated about because the doctors I had seen practically insisted that I required surgery to fix my symptoms. Highly recommend, I’ve found that message therapy is a great way to maintain your body’s overall health and functionality.

Catheliya is the best massage therapist Ive been to! I have gone to many deep tissue massage therapists, and as someone who prefers someone who goes hard with intense pressure she has fixed a lot of my imbalances primarily lower back/ shoulder issues. Highly recommend for athletes or anyone who lifts weights regularly

Great staff, friendly and super easy to make reservations online. I get deep tissue massage a couple of times a week which helps a lot with my neck and shoulder pain. Also very reasonable price.

It’s a plain commercial building with no signage, but when you get to the second floor and open the door to the suite, it’s a very warm and inviting space. I’m from out of town so its a one and done, but I wish I could take Catheliya home with me! She’s lovely and did some targeted work on me with recommendations.

I have never had a bad massage here! So far I have had massages from Jennifer, Heather, and Tiffany, and they are all wonderful. Today I had a sports massage with Heather and her techniques were great, I loved the deeper work she did around my scapulas and along my spine. She did awesome stretches too; Im looking forward to my next visit.

Puumba was great, very professional and in tune with muscles and tension. She found some aches and pains I never knew existed. My body was a bit jacked up before coming here. I would love to come back. Next go around I will spend more time on mid to low back more than feet. Thank you

Cassie is a miracle worker. I have a lot of muscle pain related to hypermobility issues and seeing her regularly has been a game changer. Ive had mixed luck with massage in the past as some techniques seem to actually make my pain worse. Now that I found Cassie, I wont go anywhere else.

I somewhat slouch and it can be very uncomfortable at times. Yesterday, I made an appointment for my Mom and I to have massages. This was just for our birthdays. I am so glad I went though! I had Valerie do my massage. She asked if I had any pains anywhere and I told her due to my slouch I have upper back problems and pains. Her main focus was my upper back. Once she was done massaging me, I stood up and was walking up-right. She hit spots that other massage therapists have not hit. It really was amazing and I will definitely be back!!

This manicurist specialized in Shellac/Gel Manicures with nail art and Spa Pedicures! She offers a choice of callus removal or paraffin dip with every Spa Pedicure tailoring it to your specific needs! All prices here are very reasonable not only for the quality of service received but also in a competitive to the area price point! Book a Massage, Nails or Facial and you will not be dissapointed!!

Ive had one of the best experiences for a mani/pedi that Ive had in a long time here! Lyndsi is not only great with conversation she does an awesome job! I had a gel mani with a vinylux pedi and I am completely satisfied with not only the quality but also the price of the service. I will definitely be coming back to see Lyndsi.

I love the new office, easy parking, easy access. Dr. Tim and Tram are awesome. I use to have really bad lower back pain and now Im doing so much better. I would definately recomend this office!

Cozy neighborhood space. Its reassuring that I can call and usually always schedule an appointment day of with one of my favorite LMPs. I love Marias soothing massage & Valeries deep tissue sports massage 💆🏼 I felt that Valerie nearly instantly understood my body and my injuries within minutes of my first massage with her.
