I met Kelly about 20 years ago and I have never looked back. She is the best esthetician in the business. Kelly cares about my skin and my skin routine. Over the years I have noticed that my skin just continues to look better even @ 54! She has so much knowledge about any skin products and what is best for her clients skin type.She has such a warmth about her that I just love my time with her! Ive been coming here for about 16 years now (yes, can you believe its been this long). It never disappoints! Kelly is very knowledgeable & an expert in her craft. Ever facial is worth every penny every time! I have hormonal acne & facials keep it all in check, on top of the anti aging benefits.

I traveled from the East Coast for my procedure with Dr. Cohen under the recommendation of my sister who has been working with the staff at Faces Plus for years. From the moment I walked into the beautiful office space, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Cohen’s ability to connect with and inform patients is unlike anything I have experienced. My surgery, my follow up appointments and my recovery (hyperbaric therapy, lymphatic massages) all took place in his San Diego office space which made those healing weeks simple. The team was able to monitor my progress and reassure me that all was well.I cannot thank the team enough for making this Florida girl feel like a priority! I’m forever spoiled and extremely grateful for their work and care!

If you’re looking for an extremely experienced & personable aesthetician, I’d definitely recommend Kelly! I got my first facial ever with Kelly & she was so careful to curate a plan specific to my skin needs while respecting my wish to not do anything too aggressive. She explained every step along the way & why it was beneficial for my skin. I got compliments for 2 days after my treatment with her & it was such a comfy, lavish experience.

Having a comprehensive facial with a professional aesthetician who uses superior products can definitely help a face that has been ravaged by time and the elements. My first experience here I had the privilege of speaking to Bri she introduced me to a whole new world of skincare. Every-time I had a question about a product she would graciously answer all my questions without hesitation. Bri is a ray of sunshine from just a simple wave from her , makes you feel that you belong here. Now - AUDREY ADUREY AUDREY !!! Is your go too girl. She is an amazing person who genuinely cares about her clients and well being. The first time I met Audrey was back in November when I went in to receive a Diamond Glow facial. This was the first encounter I had with her and the minute I walked in she made me feel so welcomed and really talked about the different treatments / products she recommends for my face. Audrey will work with you to create a treatment goal plan. Now I’m a year and a half into my treatments and I’m hooked ! I have had 5 sessions of Bioree peels and in between those sessions we add hydra-facials to really cleanse my pores. My skin has never looked better. Audrey has given me such a confidence boost , that made me go from wearing make up every single day to just wearing sunscreen. Please if you are looking for your “sign” to book an appointment here. I started working with Kelly in October to get my skin wedding-ready and have had an amazing experience so far. Ive struggled with melasma and occasional acne for the last several years and came to Kelly/Faces+ to find an effective, clean regimen. Kelly is incredibly knowledgable about melasma and the products and treatments that work best. I appreciated that instead of immediately suggesting or providing the most intense treatment, she worked with me to create an incremental plan to ensure my skin is glowing for the wedding and stays that way after. After two facials and about 12 weeks using the products, my melasma has already faded significantly and my skin is looking fresh and healthy. I finally feel optimistic about managing my melasma :) Plus the Faces+ space is beautiful, zen, and cozy - its such a treat to go in for a visit!

I have the pleasure of having both Kelly and Daniela work on my skin and the service was the best I’ve ever experienced. I’ve have dealt with acne for years and also had bad experiences with estheticians in the past but Kelly and Daniela were SO informative and understanding of my skin and made sure I switched my skin care treatment to AlumierMD which I LOVE. The days leading up to your wedding can be a very stressful and overwhelming time. It’s so important to set aside a few hours each day for yourself. Three days before my wedding I had the SkinFit Hydrafacial with Kelly. I had been working with Kelly in the months leading up to my facial to control my melasma and overall brighten my skin. My treatment with Kelly left me feeling both mentally and physically refreshed! My skin was glowing for days. On my wedding day my make up artist even committed on how good my skin looked since our trial six months prior.Don’t forget the grooms skin matters too! My husband loved his pre wedding facial.

I personally struggled with hyperpigmentation/melasma. I had awful sun damage (i was in the sun daily with no sunscreen and using tanning beds.) I had done lasers, peels, all made it worse. A friend of mine had a consult with kelly and when i saw her before and afters i couldnt believe my eyes and signed up the next day. I live out of state (florida) so we worked over zoom. Kelly recommended what products i needed which i purchased (much less money than the products i was using ) and i got to work. With in a few months i saw a huge difference but now its two and a half years later my skin has completely changed. I get complimented on a daily basis - people also say “you haven’t aged a day” People who knew me back in my twenties and early thirties cannot believe their eyes. Its all because of kelly!!! Michelle helped me get Botox I was nervous but she really took her time and gave me her input/ advice on what to do. I’m new to getting Botox so having guidance and not pressure is huge.
