The spa itself is a very relaxing, mellow environment. Its small, quiet and cozy. They have free parking in their parking lot as well. I was worried about having to pay for parking in that area so I was glad to see that. Stephanie is incredibly sweet and friendly as are all the employees. I have gotten a body scrub and a tooth whitening treatment. They do a great job and I was very happy with the results of both. They also match their groupon price if you pay in the spa rather than buy the groupons, and they do have some great deals on services. Stephanie and her husband have created a very solid business and they really do care for their customers so I admire that.

Love this place! Staff is super friendly and professional. I loved the service and the treatment (Cryolipolysis) I received, cant wait to see my final results. Stephanie and Laisha explained the process and steps before and during my visit.

Disappointed. I found them on groupon and was so excited to see they had cryolipolysis. I reached out to the number on the website as it says to do for my initial consult for cryolipolysis. She schedule me the next day which was amazing. I received my confirmation text and I was super pleased with the responsiveness and that they could get me is so quickly. Parking was easy and I arrived on time. The receptionist was really nice, but started asking who I booked the appointment with and seemed puzzled by my appearance. When I told her the number on the website was who I contacted, she seemed confused by it all and had no idea whos number it was (I have no idea who I was speaking to by text, but its clearly the contact number on the site). Then she proceeded to tell me the technician wasnt there and wouldnt arrive until after 12 pm. I was given no real solution- just oops so sorry. I had driven 30 minutes on my day off only to be told in person that no one was there to see me. You can imagine my frustration as I had been confirmed and I had just spoken to someone that day before. If I had been called to be told there was no tech I would most likely have just rescheduled. I was called by management to be offered a free session, but I dont do/give business with a business that cant keep a basic commitment and has poor communication. It pains me as I prefer to go to small business, but I have to be honest so that hopefully next time you do better. I would really work on your communication between staff and customers. Also if you do make an error- the staff should know to offer some sort of solution to the issue....not just a shrug and yeah get your groupon refund.

I had a fantastic full body laser hair removal. I had my underarms done in the past and this laser was far more comfortable. A numbing gel was applied prior, so it hardly hurt. I didn’t feel rushed at all and they had and blankets to make me warm and comfortable whilst the other half of me got lasered.The entrance is near the corner of 10th and A by the fountain. Stephanie and staff were kind, professional, and informative through my whole 6 sessions of laser hair removal. This was my first experience so I didnt know what to expect, but I wish I saw more effective results. I started seeing improvement as early as the 2nd session, but overall, in the end, Id say theres only 25-50% improvement. Would need more sessions for greater results.

Stephanie is so sweet and always gives the best service. Her team is super friendly and they really try to understand your goals before giving you the treatment which I love. Theyre fairly priced and genuinely seem to care more about the service and your satisfaction more than selling you on products or services you may not need.

Stephanie is the best! She uses a combination of two gels for laser so I do not feel a thing. I tried shaving, waxing, and both were too painful for me - so this has totally changed my life! Dont waste your time, go here for your laser needs!

I had my second appointment today, my technician is Tamara and she is just the sweetest. So careful and great communication about what she is going to do, no surprises.I purchased 6 laser hair removal sessions on Groupon and would do it immediately again. After the first session I could already see how some areas had no or very light hair growing back. If you’re thinking about it, just do it!!!

My fiancé and I went to Stephanies Cavi Lipo Spa for the EMS shaping, not knowing what to expect. We were greeted by the most friendliest staff. Stephanie explained step by step the procedure and checked on us throughout our time there. After the procedure we felt great! We will be going back again.

I had an amazing deal using Groupon when seeking ways to detox further from stubborn fat, so working with either Johnathan and or Stephanie have been really supportive in my process of losing weight. From starting last month before and after vacay, I had lost 10 lbs. when returning by taking 6 sessions of the EMS shaping service and infrared sauna altogether that has made me reach my goal weight by my birthday month.
