Spa Pendry San Diego

Walking into Spa Pendry I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’ve been to almost every other business in the building, the restaurants, bars, pool, this was the last piece. I made an appointment over the phone and headed over. They have a nice outdoor area to relax in and a small room with snacks and drinks (tea and water). I had the Pendry massage with Selah. She gave me such a great massage I am going to definitely book a longer one next time! Great pressure, amazing technique, and great energy! This was exactly what I needed. You should 100% request Selah. I am a snob when it comes to massages, she is easily top 3 that I’ve had. I do wish they offered cupping, maybe in the future.

Holy beautiful!!! This spa was stunning and so calming! I made a last minute pedicure appointment and they rolled out the red carpet for me. The receptionist was beyond friendly, the nail technician was so sweet, and the overall experience was a 10/10! They offered a robe, the spa amenities, and the fabulous treats in the meditation room - all for just a pedicure. I’ll definitely be back!

Bridget is THE BESTSuper relaxing environment, and very down to earth massage therapist. The Coastal Tide is an amazing service. Bridget was super easy to talk to and found all my problem spots without my direction.I could not have asked for a more perfect experience and will be returning whenever possible. Thank you!

The Pendry Spa is really a very beautiful and peaceful Spa. It’s not large, there are some nice sitting areas with refreshments. The locker rooms are comfortable and intimate. The only thing I wished it had was a hot tub because the pool area was extremely crowded. I had the best treatment with Nicole. I received The Coastal Tide and I’ve never had a treatment like this before. It was very special and Nicole made it unforgettable. Ask for Nicole, she won’t disappoint you. Thank you Nicole. Compared to other spas Ive been to this was very lackluster. Its not a high end spa. Minimal amenities.The masseuse Monica was good, but my experience wasnt tranquil because I was in the worst possible room that was very noisy for the majority my session.I was told theyre going to convert that particular space to the nail salon, so of course Im wondering if they know its noisy why put people there.Needless to say this was not the experience I expected, and yes I left disappointed.Pack Up & Go booked me there, so Ill definitely let them know to consider other options for future clients.Unfortunately I didnt see or experience anything about this spa that reflected five-star or high-end. Perhaps thats because they treated me in an overflow room. #Fail

Upon booking for a ladies Spa day, I had specifically asked what ameneties were available prior to treatments and if we were able to use the pool adjacent to the Spa since this was important for our overall experience. I was promised we were able use the amenities. The day before our treatments the Spa staff called confirming the appointments which she had incorrect and I had to yet again make sure everything was in order for our day.Upon arrival to my dissapointment the Spa staff said they had never promised us to use the pool insinuating that I was lying but that I could pay $$$ for a cabana. I have never felt such dissapointment from a Spa staff and leadership and this is extremely unprofessional behavior.The treatments we received however were amazing and I definitely recommend Bridget as a Massage Therapist and Coco for facials.Unfortunately with the many misstakes in the Spa staff communication methods I will not return to this Spa as there are so many resorts in San Diego who value their local guest better.

This place was amazing! Did the 30 min soak followed by a 2 hr massage with Regan. I have had a ton of massages and as it turns out.....I had never had one until today. This was a life changing experience and probably ruined every massage I get from this day forward. My body felt brand new and completely fixed. I would highly recommend this place and most definately recommend Regan. Everyone from the kind door man who showed me to the spa, to the friendly receptionist and all the staff really. Cant say enough about how awesome this place is. Will return very soon. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself

Do your face a favor and book a HYDRAFACIAL💚 Coco customized a hydra facial for my dehydrated, hyper pigmentation, aging and let’s be real-dull complexion. I can confidently say I’m on extreme opposite side of that spectrum. Thank you for addressing all my concerns🌱🙏🏼 I left floating and can’t wait to book my next glo up sesh!

Booked massages for my wife and I. Specifically asked for and confirmed female therapists. When we arrived, we were told that only a male therapist was available for my massage unless we could do a later time, which we couldn’t do. The woman at the desk said she left me a message in the morning but I didn’t get it and we planned our day around this but we ended up with no massages. Bummer and big disappointment.
