The assistance was as great as their low prices! Felt good just walking in; fantastic experience. Great variety which I was enthusiastically encouraged to sample extensively. I will never go anywhere else.

Small place with beautiful, high quality, hand made pieces at fair prices, not those factory made pieces you had in high school. Very friendly owner. Great vibe.

I had a fantastic experience at Urban Glass! Typically, I am very uncomfortable in smoke shops because I dont feel welcome or I feel like Im wasting the employees time because I am not an expert. I had the exact opposite experience here. James was immediately welcoming, and we had a great conversation. I explained what I wanted, and he showed some pieces at prices I didnt think I could get them for. Other reviews talked about the great prices, and they are 100% true. The shop was small, but had a lot of merchandise for the size. It felt very high end and clean, unlike other shops, and had a great vibe, with cool framed pictures everywhere and shelves made of sick metal pipes and fancy wood. About half of the pieces are locally blown, which is important to me because I like to support local art. I will definitely shop here again!

Stanley is the goat! Not only does he have tremendous knowledge of how everything works in the store and what’s best for you, but he was willing to open up BRAND NEW packaging to show me a plethora of other cool toys and options and even filled some pipes with water to show me the effects and differences between products. Top notch customer service you rarely find nowadays and extremely friendly. 10/10

This place is amazing!!! Marc (the owner) was genuine and down to earth. We came in from out of town (Texas) and he made us feel right at home. The pieces throughout the store are beautiful visions of glass art from pop culture (Yoda!!) to innovative design (hammer shape and hemp string holder). Marc is very knowledgeable and straightforward on every piece in his store, taking his time to ensure that the service he provides is one of a kind. I could go on, but the point I want to drive home is that you MUST stop by Urban Glass. Totally worth it. Im lucky to have come across his shop. Texas approved! 🤠

You get a 20% discount if youre renewing your med card next door. The pipes are all beautiful but what sold me was the awesome staff working at the time. They were knowledgeable about local glass artists and smoking pipes. Really great guys. If you need a new piece that is meant to last and look good, come here

Stopped in for a new piece for for 420. The shop is lovely, with fantastic humorous touches. The owner was so helpful, and knowledgeable. I did not feel at all out of place asking her many questions. They are very focused on local artists, and all the pieces were gorgeous and high quality.

Walking in this place is always a warm welcome. The owner put pride and joy into their shop and it shows within their product as well. I personally have bought a few unique peices from Urban Glass and I couldnt be more happy with my purchases. This is hands down the cleanest and most high end smoke shop in San Diego. You dont feel shady walking in and their pieces are absolute art! They have a ton of great glass to choose from and they are so helpful in the process finding something that fits your budget and style.

Urban Glass is a unique smoke shop! They have always provided outstanding customer service and help to answer all my questions! Their hand blown glass is amazing and they have awesome art work from local artists! I highly recommend!

After going to about ten shops looking for a beautiful, classy, and high quality bong, I came here. The owner was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable of everything displayed. Most pieces were locally made, unique, and very fairly priced. I plan on coming back the next time I want to buy glass.

Walking into this glass shop doesnt feel like walking into your regular smoke shop. If anything this is a gallery of artwork produced by both local and not local artists.Angela and Marc are the super cool owners of this glass shop. They can help you out with absolutely anything you need.

The owner is incredibly nice and very helpful. His prices were very reasonable. The only reason why it is getting 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of signage and clear display of the stores front makes it hard to find and easy to loose in the strip-mall.

I could probably spend hours in there looking at every thing and asking questions. The owner was super helpful, as I was looking for a piece as a gift and am not knowledgeable in smokewear. Functional art is how he described his stuff and its the truth, everything was so beautiful! I ended up buying 2 things. Everything is local and handmade which is what I wanted! Thank you!

An absolute breath of fresh air! Typically you walk into a smoke shop and if you have seen one you have seen them all. Urban Glass is an absolute different vibe entirely. From the moment you walk into the door the vibes are nothing but positive. So cool to see a shop supporting local artists and bringing in some incredibly artistic pieces.
