Okay, heres the things that actually matter. My experience was of a bug free room with a good mattress that was overall a bit old but totally clean. I wore my flip flops to shower but that probably was not necessary as the bathroom looked to be updated regularly in fixtures. I just had them with me.They are not rude in my experience. They can maybe come off as gruff to some but they were really nice to me both times despite the fact I was being quite rude by talking on the phone as I was checking in. (Sorry about that)They watched my luggage while I did some sightseeing too. Good people.I did see a lady screaming at them when I came in at about 10:30pm about something not being on the site at all so please pay attention:There is a $50 hold which came off my kind of card right after checkout this morning, and if you want to park spitting distance from the stadium youre going to pay. Parking a vehicle is $10 for a guest. If that surprises you its because youre either stupid or dont travel much. Do not scream at the nice hoteliers.

I cant speak to the hotel itself, but the online booking process is a bait and switch. They advertise a great deal, after they run your credit card they say it will actually be another $25, plus another $10 for parking. Then when I cancelled within the hour, I was charged a $7 cancellation fee. Enjoy your ill gained 7 dollars it earned you this one star review.

Solid economical lodgings! Clean room, easy check-in and -out, comfy bed, heavy elocated a block away from my favourite brewery (Upright!), and a short walk from good food and entertainment. I would spring for something a little fancier for a romantic evening, but its great for a weekend with the boys.

In comparison with other Portland hotels in the same price range, I believe it is the cleanest an most comfortable. Ive stayed here a few times over the past 3 years and havent had any issues with the rooms or staff. I recommend booking your reservation directly with OYO over the phone, each time Ive ended up paying less than any of the prices quoted online. Also, there is a $50 refundable deposit, which has been returned to my account each time 6within 24 hours o checking out.

My wife booked two night stay January 2-3 on expedia. We prepaid. Upon checking in we were asked for $50 deposit and ten for parking. I gave the lady my credit card and she proceeded to charge me $119. My wife looked at the check in screen and another mans name was on it. She explained we prepaid on expedia. We were told they couldnt reverse the transaction until they called their office. Next day still no money returned to us. We are at 8 days now. I have called them to see why we have not gotten a return they have given me bad phone numbers and nothing but lies. I am currently disputing charges on my banks end. This has been a nightmare. Also the fire alarms had batteries removed and we had to switch rooms second night because shower valve was broken.

Great location, clean rooms. 4/5 had to pay to park at the hotel as an additional fee.

Low price, good location convenient to downtown and north side, simple room, plenty of parking, Internet didnt work well

The staff at this hotel is sad to say but way below satisfactory. The location isn’t the best unless we have Blazer games at the Moda center to attend. The rooms were not clean but for the price it was what one should expect. After staying a couple nights past a week at this hotel you would think the staff would begin to not be rude every time they spoke to you especially when you paid in full on time each day. Never gave them any excuses to be rude but in fact they just were.

Nice cheap rooms near downtown & the freeway. I’d recommend staying here.

Booked wrong day by accident and called to cancel within the hour and they said no. Ridiculous.

Based on the price range

This is one of the cheapest hotel options I looked for during my Portland road trip, and I recommend it to anyone who just wants to sleep without any expectations. The daily parking fee is $10.
