Went here to upgrade from disposable vape to a kit. Adrian was incredibly helpful in making recommendations since it’s my first time getting a kit. He was very friendly and patient, answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Fair prices too.

I use StayVaped to deliver vape products to my aunt that resides in a private care home in San Jose. I found them online and they have been a godsend! Order and deliver the same day and they are incredibly friendly and helpful. I live 2 hours from San Jose so finding them has been a lifesaver!!

I moved here a year ago from another state and I finally found a great Vape shop at Stay Vaped. They stay stocked with with Nord Smok coils and great e-liquids but what took me a year to find that I appreciate the most is friendly and knowledgeable employees. It took me a year in San Jose to find that in a vape store, and it will be the only one I’ll be using from here on out.

I moved to the area 6 months ago. I have been to store after store, and although others have met my needs, Stay Vaped has exceeded expectations. Between their variety of product and customer service, I have not been let down a single time. Absolutely the most professional and catering vape shop in the San Jose area. Always super helpful and knowledgeable. Upon needing surgery and unable to drive anywhere, they delivered my goods within a timely manner. The employees and manager are absolutely 10/10.

I found this gem of a store after the July 1st flavor ban in San Jose. WOW! There arent enough words to describe this impeccable business. I purchased a Mod for the first time and Danny took the time to set up and show me how to use the device. They also have a decent selection of e-juices and disposables. I want to give my gratitude to both Nam and Danny. You guys are professional and go far and above the standard customer service. You have a customer for life. Thank you again, Danny and Nam!!!!

I found Stay Vaped on Google and that was around 7 months ago. They were awesome then and they are awesome now. It is true that there are closer shops near me but I make the trip because of their prices and unbeatable customer service! The owner and his team out do everyone around!! I HIGHLY recommend them.

We were greeted by Jeremy who took the time to walk my fiancee through setting up her vape for the first time and took the time to help her pick out an ejuice that she really likes. It was an awesome experience and Jeremy really made us feel welcome. If you have a chance its a great little shop.

Really cool place with a decent selection and a very knowledgeable vape tender. I could not find my typical brand flavor and sure enough I was more than happy with the alternative that was recommended to me by the guy behind the counter. I moved here a year ago and was happy to find stay vaped! They are always so nice. There is a frequent buyer card to get stamped each time you buy so you can get half off after I believe 12 (or maybe a little more) purchases!

Extremely friendly staff and excellent selection of flavors. Very laid back, relaxed environment. They have a vaping bar in the store so you can test out flavors before buying. I am new to vaping and have visited the store twice.Both times my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

He was extremely knowledgeable about products and is just a very nice person to interact with.After doing some homework and watching several videos and product reviews, I decided to try out vaping again(vaped a few years back and did not have a good experience due to low quality products).Vaping has evolved since then and there are a lot of new products.I looked online for cheaper prices, but was overwhelmed by the all the different mods and accessories.I called around a few vape stores in my area and finally settled on Stay Vaped.Nam was really cool on the phone with answering questions and gave me a good feeling about coming down to the store.I had a 5 star experience for my first visit.Nam listened to what I wanted, kept my budget in mind and answered all my technical questions in a way that didnt make me feel silly for asking.When it came time to test out juices, he let me sample about 4 or 5 until I was happy with what I was getting, and again educated me on the different types of juices.The store was pleasant and has a relaxed vibe. Never ever felt pressured to buy anything. He never tried to upsell me.And once I made my purchase he took time to help me get it set up correctly and explained the warranty.This was my first time at Stay Vaped and I felt like I was a VIP! I can not Express how great of a shop this is. I recently moved away, and Ill try shops near me. But over and over again I find my self driving across town to see Nam and the stay vaped family. Great place to shop for vaping materials. Nam is AWESOME.. He helped my wife and I pick a nice compact inexpensive mod and gave us a great price so we bought 2. Nam also taught us about the mods we purchased showed us how to maintain them and set them both up. Stay vaped has been my go-to spot for quite some time now. The owner and staff are very friendly and professional, and their service is truly exceptional! I only vape on a Sol with disposable pods, but they have a very large selection of vapes and e-juices. One thing I love is that if youre not so sure what kind of vape to start off with, but want to get a good investment that will last you, they have all the best recommendations and will make sure you get your moneys worth, to which also Id like to add that their prices are very fair and theyve actually got great deals! I highly recommend going to Stay Vaped for all your valing needs!

Adrian is THE MAN to see if you can catch him on your visit. Hes SUPER knowledgeable about everything in the store. From Nic Salts to Traditional Vape Juice, sub ohm coils to prebuilt tanks, RDAs and Drip tips... the guy knows it all!They were fairly busy when we went in, but Adrian was super patient with us and took the time to explain everything and make sure we didnt leave with any unanswered questions. It was such a pleasure to learn from him. He wasnt smug or judg-ey because we didnt know everything. I went in looking for a cheap carrtomozer fully expecting to be up sold on flavors or product. dude was more preoccupied with his friends than me a purchasing customer. moral: i might buy cheap but i like flavor and good product. your friends will stay friends but if your looking to move product sell dont ignore customers.
