ENSO Bar & Nightclub

Nice bar and club which closes at 2:00 Am. The entry fee is reasonable and adequately. It was not much jammed before 11 but gradually it got crowded with people. This bar is likeable although its my first nightclub I feel unassailable there. The music was awesome though my watch was suggesting too loud ☺️. People enjoyed it a lot and it was nice to experience being there.

Embarrassing. stop playing hotel room service by pitbull in 2024. enough. one extra star for the 30 second snippets of actually good songs before horrific transitions. if youre gonna stoop this low just play the macarena at that point so i can laugh properly

Were kick out of a “reserve table” with out notice, lost my drink in the process, host disrespectfully push us out to accommodate others, I confronted him and yet was not award for my lost drink. Very upsetting about this. Regardless is we didn’t reserved a table we are paying customers and should be treated with respect to be move out at the very least. Host ignore me when I look for him again about my drink. Push two girls out and not a sorry or care about us at all. If you are to be reserving tables you should post a least a sign other wise it should be treated as first come first serve.

My Crew went ham in the club and had so much fun. Love the different rooms and back outdoor patio. Table service was on point.

It was a nice enough time. The front of the bar plays more popular music, and the back plays more latin hits. I only ordered one drink, it wasnt anything amazing but it was acceptable. Service was quick, but then again I didnt see many others ordering drinks so I cant speak for how they perform under pressure. Overall, wasnt a particularly outstanding experience, but I wouldnt be opposed to coming back.

The bartenders were super friendly and fast, security were amazingly polite and professional, really great staff, the only exception was the asian lady at the entrance, very rude and with a really bad attitude. Dont know what was wrong with her, she could find another job that made her feel happier. Wish her love, but wouldnt go again to this place, she was very uneducated.

I’ve had bottle service at many clubs in downtown San Jose. But this was by far the best experience! We got in fast, the waitresses and staff were attentive! The mixers were good! 5 stars!

Its really a good place for a perfect Friday night. For me since I like taking a break from the indoor dance floor when I get tired the patio/outdoor bar complete with heater is perfect for a short breather, they also have a good choice of music that you can dance with and all in all the security personnel is very impressive. 😁😁😁

It was pretty cool!! Two different dance floors with different types of music and bars at both areas! They have an open patio with is really nice,especially if you want to cool off. A plus is that they had tacos selling at the patio section!

To most of the ladies, I world NOT recommend coming to this nightclub because there is certain individual man who gropes the ladies and becomes very uncomfortable. He got kicked out from this by the security. This is something to be taken care of and try to save you money on somewhere else.

Came here during the pandemic and they had their back patio open. So I cant comment on their food.They had a dj in the back and a bar. The bartender was nice and quick. The music was poppin so we no complaints there. There wasnt a lot of people so everyone was observing social distancing. I did see a few people approaching the bar without a mask and the staff reminded them to put it back on.Its a cool spot, we dont have many places that are open so it was not too bad.

I appreciate and respect if you have certain dress code. But next time dont let people in if they are not upto your dress code.I came in with party of 5 people and paid 100$ to just get in and spend more money on drinks and after that I was just simply asked to leave the club because I was wearing a hat( no sports or any affiliation logo on it). I asked the person who asked me to leave why did you let me in when I was wearing the hat. His response was well we should have.It was just plain unprofessional.

Came here last night, place was a fun hot night. Hated the cover, next time will sign up to for in free before 11. Also needed less clothes on it was so hot in there no AC nor fans.. the tacos were good I heard and the latin music in the back room was a nice change.

They have hip hop and reggaeton Saturday nights. We’ve recently moved here and wanted to find a good hip hop place to go to sometimes. DJ was awesome (I think DJ Logic). Different areas with different music types. So much fun! Strong drinks too.

Do not waste your money on this “nightclub.” Had to pay a cover fee of $20 for me and my husband and it wasn’t any special events going on and it was empty. The drinks were watered down and expensive. The bar tender was rude and unfriendly and there was a fight. On top of that for $20 entry a person there is no where to hang your coat so I had to carry it all night. Ladies should at least be able to get in free until a certain time because there was nothing but men. If I was going to pay these prices I could’ve went to Vegas. Not worth the money.

Went to a Halloween event and was the worst experience. Had to call 911 because we were crushed against a wall waiting to get in and couldnt get through the crowd to get out. Luckily we made it in and underwhelmed with the whole event. Terrible security and management. Stayed 1/2 hour and exited to find 6 police cars and 30 officers outside the club dispersing the crowds. What a nightmare. So the owner replied and said no police were called which you can see by the photo that is a complete lie. Just backs up my review of what kind of business this is...

The place has a nice ambience, with two DJs for two connected dance floors. Both having two bars too. You can easily move between places if you dont like a particular music. Plus there is an additional open space inside, away from music where you can relax and spend some quality time.

I’m only giving one star because I can’t give zero. The ketchup had water in it. They gave me tequila instead patron thinking I wouldn’t know . Super racist don’t go here

Terrible! The securities think they own the place. They didnt let out friends in because he didnt have a button up shirt although they were letting others in who just had tshirts ( he was latino). I was in line way before 11pm with my ticket. I got to the front at 11:01 and they forced me to pay. The lady was very rude when i tried to talk to her. She gave me attitude for no reason. If u go, prepare to be mistreated by staff

I went bar hopping with family who came into town for the holiday on Wednesday night and we decided to try this bar. The bouncer informed me that I could not wear my SF Giants baseball hat which would have been fine if it werent for the 2 men inside wearing baseball hats. I pointed to one of the men wearing a hat and the bouncer just looked at me said no hats. I dont support businesses that selectively enforce policies based on unknown criteria, so we left and had a great time at another bar.

It was my first night out with friends and family here 2 weeks ago and it was so much fun. We love the music and crowd. Employees are so nice and friendly. Will definitely come back

This club is poppin if your under 40. great music 2 dance floors mix crowd. The dance floor gets soaken wet and no one at the club cares. The cashier is unpleasant. The cover is too high.

I have been here before and the reggaetón area is usually nice but lately I don’t know what happened with the DJ but they only put hip hop and not reggaetón at all, we used to like this place because of the latin music but today was very disappointing, I asked a song to the DJ more then one time and he never played it. Not cool honestly. If you advertise reggaetón music in your post yo should play it.😭

Drinks were priced good. music was relevant to the crowd. all the bartenders were fast but still gave you the quality attention. will go back next time Im in San Jose

Did not appreciate my gf being accosted by the “owner” after she got turned away for not adhering to the “dress code”. Like nah, don’t act like you’re trying to do us a solid by making an exception “just this one time”. Just admit she wasn’t dressed scantily enough for your tastes but the dearth of hot girls inside forced you to reconsider. Like, this wasn’t even gonna be a problem until the bouncer and owner decided to start dropping insults and misogynistic BS at her. Not impressed by your fake attempts to make your club seem exclusive. And no, you do not own the sidewalk.

Nice place, but they could use more bartanders for faster service. I waited almost 20mins for one round of drinks.It can get super crowded, cant even dance comfortable. For younger crew.

Relatively new so not as poppin as it could be. Definitely has potential to join the higher ranks if they appealed to college students.Edit: This spot started gaining popularity. It’s now a good spot to go out. Go check out the boy Brandon. He Djs there regularly

Went for an event tonight. Was supposed to be a hiphop/reggae St Patricks day function and yeah...NOT! This change of name from Freddie Js to Enso also changed the customer service welcoming atmosphere as well as the overall ambiance. The bartender was hella rude and had mad attitude and the event barely had started. He made my boys drink wrong all because he didnt listen to the full request. They didnt play no reggae music and unfortunately for all the times we have interacted with the owner in the past never has he been rude to anyone in his establishment, but tonight...Yeah was very disappointed. Smh, maybe next time if there is a next time. *shrugs*

The Man at the gate said, we don’t care about your money, we are done for tonight. It was 12:55AM and they close at 2:00AM. It was my second attempt trying to get in. Don’t go here if you are new to the area. They are not very accommodating.

Great place for a Saturday night out. 2 rooms with separate bars plus an exterior area behind the club. There were a lot of people between the two rooms though making it difficult to move from room to room.

Pretty good but it closed at 1:30 instead of the listed 2:00. Still very friendly bouncers - a rarity.

It was fun but extremely packed. The whole place was filled up to the max. We had to go outside to get a breather. Drinks were good, good vibes all around. Id go back.

It was extremely hot in the room with hip hop & it was alcohol spilled all over the floor other that that it was a decent club. There were different rooms playing different genres of music & the taco man on the patio was great!

So i was on the guest list at Enso last night the “big reggaetón take over” my first time there ,securities were being sooooo rude & extra I️ went in but one of my friends was not on the guest list so they kicked us out and onceI️ tried to get back in alone they were not letting me, & were claiming that i was never on the guest list meanwhile the back door was unlocked the whole time and people were getting in! LOL what a way to have “strict security” BTW took them 20 min to let me back in!

Decent bar and night club. They just play Hip Hop and Spanish songs. So if thats not your zone, go somewhere else. Its too crowdy on the Weekends.

I enjoy the music that is played and the drinks that are served but it can get overcrowded as one of the spaces is rather small and with that it gets very humid.

I love the music and Vibe here. They have hip-hop and reggaeton on Saturdays so its always lit🔥 Security guards are rude and bartenders are not all that great.

Dress code is a joke I was turned away because I was wearing a tshirt the now Im not saying theyre racist but caucasian gentleman in front of me was let in its enso loss I had a party of twenty people and we were going bar hopping enso was third on the list we easily spent almost 2 grand in food and drinks that night cest lavie

Liked the layout and how their was outdoor seating. Bartenders were nice and music was pretty good.

If you need to get the night started or continuing the night a must go location. Always great vibes. Recommended.

Event was advertised as free but they were charging random rates at the door even if you had a reservation. No advertised price nor communication that matched what actually took place on site.

Full of people, and lots of different rooms inside. Good music, drinks are what you would expect, and an overall fun experience.

Tonight was cool, last time was better. A lot of sand brought to the beach....maybe Ill try again in a month or so 😩
