Arrive at 9am Saturday what a deal, massage starts an door bell ring the lady leaves me for 15 minutes, massage was good but 3 times she leaves me. Get done after she says 1.5 hours an the other lady is saying 2 hours. Suvh poor english an one lady saying good good tip more i say no your trying to charge me for more then the other lady. An then i need to do a 40 dollar tip. After their absurd behavior i paid 160 for a 1.5 hour massage just get me out of there. DO NOT GO unless u wanna gwt ripped off.

My first time at Diamond Massage Spa. The room was very clean and quiet and the lighting in the room made it feel comfortable. My masseuse, Qiqi was great. She was very thorough and took care to make sure I was comfortable and feeling OK. Qiqi made my shoulders and back feel much better than they felt before the massage. Qiqi also made sure the hot stones were not too hot for me. I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis.

I called on Friday and was able to get right in. Thats a win right off the bat!! The building looks better on the inside than it does on the outside. The decor is old but its very very clean. I was very comfortable. Candice got in and worked the kinks out of my neck and shoulders with great professional accuracy. Her technique and style are impressive. I was also treated to a hot rock massage and that was really nice. I hope to be going back on a regular basis I feel it is great bang for the buck!

It might look a little rough on the outside but it is very nice inside. The staff is great. The place I used to go, the hot stones were only warm. At Diamond, they are hot.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now.. I went here to get a deep tissue massage, as I was getting the massage it was upgraded to add hot stones without my consent. The lady who was massaging me left the room 5 separate times to go answer the phone and talk to guests who walked in, so I sat in the room as the CD player skipped over and over. At the last 1/3 of my massage, the original woman left and someone else walked in to finish my massage, she just started smacking the bottoms of my feet and lifting my legs off the table. Both masseuses ignored the fact I came in with the hope to get my bad shoulder worked on, it was just a routine for them and they didn’t take in any of concerns I had. At the end of my massage I walked out and waited for 10 minutes in the front room to pay, no one was there, they started working on other people. I finally spoke loudly asking for help and the original masseuse I had walked out from a room and took my payment. Mind you now it was increased for the hot stones I didn’t ask for.. I was so upset with the experience I tipped $5. When she recounted the money, she had the audacity to say that I didn’t tip enough and stuck her hand out asking for more money. Recap: was left alone multiple times, didn’t follow my requests for isolated massage, add ins I didn’t ask for, multiple ladies worked on me, nobody was there to accept payment, and rudely asking for a larger tip for the inadequate experience I received. Strongly would not recommend.

I was nervous to go here due to it being in a strip mall & it not having the ambiance of the expensive spa i had in my head (but not my wallet). Its not fancy but its super quality. Obviously theres probably multiple employees here doing massages but whoever i got was incredible. I walked in literally hunched in pain & explained where i was hurting and walked out with so much relief. I didn’t get badgered to leave a tip in any way. Obvious spot for a cheap walk in massage especially if looking for pain relief. She literally ironed out all the knots in my shoulder 😭

Worst massage experience ever! Im a massage therapist and have had hundreds of massages. Lets just say these people are masseuses that do masseusey things as my old massage instructor would say.I left feeling the way you should never feel from a massage, exposed and abused...dont go here if you want a massage is all Im going to say. Ill never go back and I hope it gets shut down soon!They dont know how to massage safely and even demanded a tip. If you have any decency dont give it to these people.

The massage was ok however I paid for the hot stones and never got that part of it. On top of that they where forcing us to tip 20% I would have not mind it, if one my massage would have been done completely and two if it didn’t seem like it was a must!!! I would probably had given more that that because customer service is above all but she got upset my mom could not understand her (my mom is Spanish speaker only)(they do not speak a lot of English) you can see where it got complicated.. then they cut my massage short enhance the fact I never saw the hot stones part of the massage. It seem that they were too eager to get paid. Will not be back to this place again.

Stopped in to give it a try. I just wanted the 1-hour foot massage for $35 having never been there before. The 2 ladies I saw there both tried to get me to do the $45 combo, I declined. Most of these places say foot but do a brief body massage as well, but this place was only foot, which is fine since that is what it said. But it was only 45 min, not an hour and I was pressured to tip and treated like it wasnt enough and they charge $2 for credit card pmt, most other places Ive gone charge $1. The massage was ok, not great, not the worst.

Not a normal thing for me to do but my wife and I went together. I was pleasantly surprised by the interior massage area. Very comfortable, peaceful and friendly staff. I will go there again as I didnt realize how tight my body was.Now that Jenni has taken over, she has created an even better atmosphere. She has added more staffing so you can be taken care of sooner. The people that work there are professional and polite.

My sister, step mom, and I came in for the 60 minute foot massage after running a half marathon. It was a great experience! Very professional, clean, and relaxing - plus you can’t beat the price ($35 plus tip). We loved that it was a full body massage on top of the foot massage. The three of us agreed that our favorite part was the hot stone massage. The employees are great at making sure you are comfortable. We all left very pleased with our service and look forward to returning!

Ive had a lot of body work over the years. I have to say that 90 minute massage was the best Ive ever had. Lucy was just fantastic finding the spots that needed work. I came in because my lower back was in terrible shape. The hot stones were amazing. I had never been massaged with the stones. Then Lucy used a hot wet towel to wipe off the oils. Definitely going to make this a monthly visit. It is not fancy and I did not expect fancy. I noticed a woman was complaining in a review because they did not speak English well. Who cares! The massage was freaking amazing.I woke up this morning without pain.

Called and got an appointment for same day. I was a bit nervous as it was my first ever massage. The masouse did an excellent job and really worked my lower hip pain away. Id definitely recommend Diamond massage. Thank you! See ya soon.

Wow, I have been getting massages for the past 3 years and can honestly say this place is the absolute best! I am not a doctor but Amy knows what is going on and where to press a little harder, spend more time.Last Friday I went in with a lot of pain in my hands, feet and shoulders. We did 90 min. 30 of that was on my feet and hands. If your carpals are bothering you (pain from opening and closing your hands not related to arthritis) have her work on the specifically. I worked in heating and cooling for 20 years, cut a lot of metal. My hands haven’t felt this good in 20 years. Seriously amazing.They are all sweet, kind, respectful, caring and they really want you to feel better so you will come back, not come back over and over to try a new medication and never really feel better.Thank you!

Just had a terrible experience. Communication & techniques terrible. Caused pain and I repeatedly said don’t rub here, then multiple times get slapped there. Demanded a way bigger tip than $20. Dirty, dated, lacking skills.

I went to this shop for a one-hour massage today. The service attitude is very good and the massage is very comfortable. It was a good experience

I went there thinking its only going to be a foot massage, oh my gosh it was the best head to toe massage, hitting all my inflamed muscles, lower back, shoulders, arms, etc....also having the option of choosing to have the massage with hot oil and hot stones...DO IT! Ive had several massages in my lifetime but I must say theyre technique / style of message was the best Ive ever had...phenomenal is the only way I can describe it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, CANT WAIT TO GO BACK!

They started at the face and work their way down-getting out all the major and minor kinks. I feel like a new man after walking out their door.

No one in this place speaks English, Ive tried calling and walking into the building. It appeared clean and cozy from the front. Smelled fine, prices were posted on the wall as you first walk in. The prices seemed reasonable. However there was no way to communicate with the employee.

Amazing! Ask for Lucy I found this place on a fluke & absolutely loved it. Service, price, experience was so needed. I’m from Seattle and had never been in this area but I plan to make the trip back with friends

If you’re looking for a great massage in the Snohomish county area, you need to come to this place. I had no idea what I was in for, and I definitely will visit again.

Very unprofessional I call they said come in I waited a hour just so they could tell me they dont take cards cash only shop I got cash for them to tell me that they are busy after waiting a hour and half

This place was great when we started going, maybe it changed hands. Quality of massage is not the same.
