Excellent customer service, beautiful one of a kind store. Very friendly environment to shop and learn some information from the amazing owners and employees . Their products are always great and prices very affordable. They definitely go all out for their customers and never will sell u what you dont need. Keep it up vaporize!!

I find that with them it wasnt about the money, but based on the needs of the customer. Im a Very pleased customer , thank you very much.

Owner is knowledgeable and friendly. Has a true passion for vaping. I have not met someone as enthusiastic about his knowledge base on vaping and his shop prior. If youre going to get a build done make sure you leave more time than you think youd need. If there arent a ton of guys working the floor the guy doing your build will have to juggle your build and the walk in business. Other than that this is my go to shop bar none.

From the very first visit I was blown away by the exceptional customer service. They take the time out to help you find exactly what youre looking for and I especially love their continued efforts to educate their customers. You will not leave disappointed!!!

My son and I went there today and I asked about cbd for my anxiety, Im so sorry I forgot the guys name but he was awesome. He went through EVERYTHING I needed to know about cbd. He was patient and I look forward to going back. Service was impeccable.

Walking into this shop , I was greated by the employees who were assisting other customers that fairly took a while . The wait was well worth it ! The staff was so friendly and explained everything in detail . My man Steve gave me the best insights on what are great e juices . I totally recommend this place . Customer service at its finest !

No matter what I need for my vaping needs they are always there and if it is not in stock then they order it for me. I really love the fact that when I buy a mod that no one has touched it besides me the day that I buy it so I know that it is 100% new and untouched.. great customer service and get atmosphere and people. Highly recommend this place to any and all vapors.

Terribly slow customer service I waited 30 minutes while this guy troubleshooted a vape and took his time selling a vape package to someone else. All I needed was raw papers and a glass tip. I couldve been in n out in less than 5 minutes. He started the vape package transaction after I was standing there for 20 minutes. Which means he couldve finished my transaction while still taking care of the other customers. When he finally got to me he didnt even have the size I needed 😒 what a complete waste of my time. If I could give 0/5 I would... this is the first review Ive ever left in my life thats how pissed I am

Wow.. i think this is what a vape shop should be. This place isnt even a store and shouldnt be degraded to call it a shop. Its more of an experience than anything. Great friendly staff and products not to mention the atmosphere!!! I spent a full 10 minutes looking around and taking pictures of the quotes on the walls lol.. they have so much to offer at prices that i havent found anywhere else in the neighborhood. Plus the awesome sales they have, i was just there this black friday, omg... omg... i wanted this mod for forever and a few new ejuices... WHAM! THEY HAD IT ON SALE!!! guys if your reading this... please keep it up and dont ever change. 👍👍👍👍👍👍💨

If ur new into vaping ik it can be difficult to understand at first. Visit this location and I can assure ull leave knowing no one didnt give u false info into buying something you dont want. Ive been sopping at this location less than a year and with all the other shops around I only choose this one. The service is excellent and the staff are very nice and polite. Thank you guys.

Terrible store, we were three times, and all three times the store was closed, we are sitting here now and they are also closed, no one answered the calls, I do not advise visiting

I do not vape.With that said, I must share my experience at this establishment:I was driving on Liberty Avenue when my boyfriend asked me to stop in Vaporize to purchase some vape items (he’s a frequent vaper). With my lack of knowledge, I was hesitant to go. I did anyway and to my pleasant surprise, I was greeted so warmly and respectfully. The staff did not make me feel silly for asking questions a vaper would already know. In fact, they provided an abundance of info in an easy-to-understand manner and even gave me suggestions to help a friend quit smoking! I recommend this vape shop to anyone looking to purchase vape items and to be educated about how to quit smoking cigarettes.Also, the place is UNIQUE and GORGEOUS! Kudos to the designer. Knowing the world today, I’m sure some copycats are in the cut taking notes 🙃

If your in new york you need to go and visit this spot. The customer service is just amazing and they go out of their way to help you with whatever it is you need. The best Ive seen.

If i can give more stars i would, the owners are very friendly and professional, their knowledge about their products and an overall vape lifestyle is A1 , compared to other shops whos main focus is to make a quick buck, if ur looking for various flavors, a shop who sells u what u need not what u dont need and affordable prices...look no further

This is during business hours and the door is locked, you got good ratings but ure not open when I get to you.. door could be locked for safety... So I knock.. no answer... Not a good look.
