Long time guest.Not a bad place. They treat everyone well here.Edit: My subsequent visits have been better & the original lady at front desk is back. And my go to massage therapist returned & is the best.

No good. When busy girls want you to wait for 20 minutes and rush you a lot with attitude. Girls about 35-40 average looking with no curves. Wouldn’t try again. The five star reviews here seem to be generic. The spa may have paid people or told them they would get a discount if they give a positive review.

Not sure why I was turned away. Called first to ask if there was availability for two. Once arrived took awhile to get buzzed in. Once we climbed the stairs a woman waved my and my friend off and told NO. The No wasn’t specific. No reference to the call or availability… Just NO.Waste of time but luckily didn’t waste my dollar

Due to the racist experience encountered, I wouldnt recommend wasting your money here.A friend and I called the location and asked if they could take 2 for a massage. The lady answered as if we should have already been there. We then arrived at the location, rang the bell, waited for about 5 minutes, called again, and were let in. The lady let us in, waited until we made it up the stairs, and then continuously kept saying no no no no while waving her hands. After we left, she called my mobile, and I declined the call.Advice: If you dont plan to serve dark-skinned customers, dont run a business in NY.

I would never recommend this place to no one they will waste your time I called in advance just to be discriminated by one of the older lady’s I really felt that it was unfair I drove for 25 min to be told I can’t be served if I can give them -0 stars I would !!!

I only go here for one main massage therapist as she’s way more talented than others. Very skilled massage therapist and worth every penny and more.

Now , they dont serve well, make too much rush.dont take care well.

Great place to go and unwind, great massage, just the right amount of pressure, the masseuse I was with was very nice.

Nice clean spot and the masseuses are super friendly. The lady who greets you at the door also
