Ive been around long enough to know when a business is run well with a knowledgeable staff. This Crew is extremely knowledgeable as well as patient and willing to educate. Amy, Victoria, Laney, Zack, and others I forgot to mention are all fantastic. Even the two Chriss are all right once you get to know them..... I would recommend this shop to anybody without hesitation.

Ive been going here for almost a year now and everything they sell is high quality for a great price. The guys and gals that run the shop are AMAZING as well, excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, and they make going to the shop a fun and enjoyable experience I look forward to. The store is great with everything you need...like the fact open early 7AM and stayed open late for Southport. Great selection of Cigars and anything you need....Staff is perfect fit....Aimee & Victoria are the best and figure out what every customer needs. Id give more stars if i could! It always smells so amazing whenever i go into this store and thats just first opening the door. Then the people who work here are just so welcoming and helpful! The manager who is rarely NOT there hahaha is so kind and goes out of his way to make sure youve got everything you need with smiles before you leave. Then i went there yesterday and there were 2 young women working there and they greeted me instantly with help, suggestions and more smiles. Theres very few places that i can go where i am not stared at or treated differently since i lost my hand and wrist and these 2 young ladies yesterday made me feel like i was just a regular person and was talking and laughing with me as if theyd known me a long time! Im sorry i dont know their names to mention here but one had dark hair and the other light hair. Thank yall so much for all your help and such a welcoming atmosphere and amazing products!!! Im just sorry i didnt go in sooner and would highly suggest Esmoke to everyone!! See you again soon

E-smoke is the absolute best vape shop in and around the Spt area. I vape “flavorless/unflavored”. Most stores don’t carry that. I would always have to go to ILM to get my juice. That all changed when I met Chris. He wasn’t going to let that stop him. He found something light and as close to acceptable (Naked’s Euro Gold) as you can get for me, then never said one word. He simply ordered unflavored in 6 mg for me. If that’s not going above and beyond for a customer, idk what is. That’s the epitome of customer service. He’s always so patient, answers every question with a sweet smile, and if I have an issue, he fixes it and makes it right without hesitation. I’m only there for coils and juice, but their inventory is massive! All of the employees have always been courteous and very informed re: their products. As a consumer, I really appreciate that. The next best thing is their hours. They are open from 7a to 11p. Name any other business that caters to their customers in that manner. I’ll wait. They know what it’s like when you run out of juice and they strive for excellence on every level, by having as much access and availability as possible. I’m so grateful for that.

Workers are very helpful, has high quality and wide variety of merchandise. Would definitely go again and recommend to all my friends.

For sure the best smoke shop ive ever been in. Employees are always friendly as can be and know what theyre talking about. Not sure of the guys name that helped me when I went in, but he had the answer to every question I had and more. Great employees and great store, I 100% recommend giving it a try.PS: Cant wait for this COVID-19 insanity to be over with, Im running low on juice lol.

Such a chill place super friendly and knowledgeable. Came in looking to figure out why my vape wasn’t holding a charge the problem was solved quickly and I didn’t have to spend a lot to fix it. Side Note The employees are easy on the eyes too ;)

The staff are awesome people and they know what theyre selling. Alot of smoke shops arent that educated but these guys are. The guys at ESmoke SPT are THE BEST when it comes to product/equipment knowledge. Their shoppe has a generous selection for your vaping needs and they offer traditional smoking products too. ESmoke is my “go-to” place for my vaping/smoking supplies. Hours of operation are quite liberal. Customer service is top notch!!! Always friendly and helpful. You’re awesome guys

This vape store is best in area now that AJ is there more. Before when the tall indian guy was there nothing was ordered and he didnt know anything about the products they carry just trying to make a sale. Now that AJ is there inventory is building up, more juices coming in, if you request something they dont normally carry he can get it and will get it. With AJ there i dont have to know what i need all the time cuz AJ will know or look it up to get me the right product for what i am thinking. AJ being hired here was best move for the store. The store is NOW going to be top notch hands down!

Nice place. They have just about anything you could possibly need if you vape or smoke. The man who was working the day I went was very friendly and helpful. All I did was buy a coil for my ecig but they had a ton of liquids and ecigs and all kinds of stuff in the store that it made me want to buy stuff I didnt even need! Great store! Highly recommend!
