A&B tobacco and vape

This is one of the better vape stores I’ve been to and it’s all thanks to the one man running the whole store by himself he’s there everyday working hard and making a place for himself and it’s not only nice to look around in it is also changing constantly as new product comes in and new shelves just to fit the product! At the end of my experiences I’ve realized this is the store I’m going to be coming to for my fix and I recommend him to everyone in the Southport are. The prices are good and he has card and cash and an atm if you need it. Anything you could ask for in one vape store.

Very poor customer service an elder lady named Carmen was my cashier to start off she was very rude , acting ghetto .. she was very unprofessional and have an attitude with everything I needed help with . Im a loyal customer and I will not be returning Carmen used racial slurs and reaked of marijuana . She was working with another young guy go by the name Anthony both of them were goofing around the Entire time having to much pda in front of customers . This is by far one of the worst vape stores I could have ever went to . They dont not value us customers and I recommend nobody go , I felt unwanted and hopeless in the store . Carmen needs to be fired along with her boyfriend I dont know who allows this kind of mess to happen while both employees were off marijuana substances.

Ive been waiting since 7:30am when they are supposed to be open. No one in sight. Needs better employees.

Nobody answers the phones and the last 3 times I’ve came to the shop it has a sign saying be back in 10 minutes

Terrible customer service! Over charged because I was from out of town, and it was 1030pm! $31 for a $19 dollar bottle of juice that was EXPIRED! DO NOT GO HERE!

These guys literally sell to minors (usually girls) and they don’t even care about their business enough to be their at the time their website says their open 🤦🏼‍♂️

I bought a d8 vape that was super clogged and didn’t get two hits before it spit goo into my mouth. Asked about return and he assumed I just wanted a few hits and a return. Tried to explain that it literally didn’t work, and he kept insinuating that I was trying to pull one over on him. Never going here again

When I went in there had no clue on vapes never used them, I asked the guy in there whats the can I buy it took him about 5 minutes to get up off his chair to help me finally he gave me a vape that I liked . Then I asked him what kind of juice do I put in here, he said over there!! sat in his chair again, I said do you mind helping me he acted like I was bothering him!! Will never go back again he was very rude not helpful at ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice and helpful employee. Lots of options and they dont mind helping you if you have questions.

The fella working on Thursday, December 1st at 12:30 is very respectful nice and a gentleman. I will bring business here more often.

Place is nice but the last time I went in the poor girl up front was about to sweat to death! The AC was shot and it was HOT

Just left here, guy was high out of his mind, tried to make me buy a whole box of coils when I just needed one or two, then proceeded to charge me for a whole box anyways. Terrible services and extremely unprofessional
