I had a great time here yesterday. My friend treated us to a tandem float and we ended up talking through the whole thing but the float room was fantastic, the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. We discussed things that helped the experience and to make the most put of it. After our float we had a tour of the facility and given the history of the owners and everything. They have a lot more options than I realized and it was an impressive setup, way more than I expected. They support their own people and local artists with captivating health care product. Overall it was a great place and I do plan on returning and recommending to more people!

I had my first massage today. What a fantastic experience! Many thanks to Corrine, the Studio Manager, who guided me through both the initial process and the beautiful studio. This place is truly a hidden gem; quiet, serene, tranquil and tastefully decorated with local artwork. Super clean and modern, you could spend days here enjoying all of the different therapy methods. And a special thanks to Karen, my therapist. After a quick discussion about “what ailed me”, she not only diagnosed it perfectly but took most of my pain away in just one session. I’ll definitely be back for follow-ups; they now have a customer for life!I was also able to meet Stacey and Bob. In just a few moments I could tell that this was their passion, and it felt like I was visiting a big happy family. I highly recommend Truth Mind & Body to anyone who just wants to feel better-they’ll make it happen 😁

Absolutely loved this place! I had floated before, but I floated here for the first time today and was blown away by the state of the art technology in this place.Staci and her husband bob (who I didn’t have the chance to meet) did an amazing job with the entire space of 6k sq ft.They support local artists, and the merchandise there supports multiple causes.Staci is super knowledgeable and very passionate about what she does, which made the experience even more so relaxing. 10/10 would recommend and I’m very happy my friend got me a gift card here. I will be returning!

I’ve been here many times for float appointments and this place never disappoints. The float cabins are the best I’ve ever seen.I stepped out of my comfort zone and booked a massage yesterday to help alleviate a pinched nerve in my neck. I’ve never had a massage before and have had a ton of fear surrounding being touched by a stranger.I had an appointment with Karen. She made me feel comfortable immediately and made it very clear that every part of the appointment would be centered on my comfort.I also have not slept well in weeks because of the pinched nerve in my neck and very tight muscles. Last night, after my massage, I slept through the entire night and woke up nearly pain free.

What a pleasure it was to have body work done today at Truth. Long overdue for this mom. Cara Lemon is simply magical with her technique and deep tissue massage. Feel like a new person!

I visited on April 18th. The float experience was definitely interesting. Multiple sessions is a must if you want to gain the full experience and master it. My first time was a bit awkward since I wasnt so sure what to expect and it was a very new process to me. The staff was very friendly and helpful before the process. They helped me feel comfortable and walked me through the spa explaining what they offer and what their history was. You dont get that type of experience everywhere you go.

While planning to visit a friend in Maryland, I found out he had never experienced a float and massage! Since he was hosting, I wanted to treat him to this amazing experience. I highly recommend giving this business your business! Friendly professional staff and they made it a breeze to book multiple appointments!

I go here for massages regularly and have also tried out a float session. My massage therapist is AMAZING and all the staff and owners are a delight. The waiting room is very relaxing with tea, magazines, etc. and they have lots of cool stuff you can buy in the lobby (clothes, jewelry, accessories, art). Facility is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!!!!

I had a great experience at this spa. I did the salt water float and then followed up with a massage. This was such a great experience. My body felt really good after leaving. I recommend them to everyone. I also learned a lot about inflammation in the body and how the things we are eating can effect our body. I cant wait to go back.

I got a very good deep tissue massage from Nathan. He is friendly, caring and has good techniques.This studio is very clean, welcoming and with good vibes. The owner is super nice and gave me a tour of all the facilities onsite. Will definitely be back and try new things here.

Had my first visit for a float yesterday. I met Stacey and Bob and they both made me feel really welcome. After a float, I took a quick tour and learned of the great many services they offer. This place really has it all under one roof. Very clean, all the equipment and rooms are very well maintained. The atmosphere is terrific and you soon lose yourself in the experience. The first thing that came to my mind after my massage with Brandon was wow. I haven’t even left the parking lot, I had to post this review because my experience was that good.I have neck and shoulder pain and he did an upper body massage for me today and I haven’t felt this relaxed and good in a very long time.The salon is calming, the front desk staff is welcoming and sweet, everything is extremely clean, and the professionalism is phenomenal. Went once and became a member. I try to get a float every month, but there are so many benefits here, even if I just drop in for 15 minutes for a chair massage on the way home after a rough day. A fantastic place!

I can not say enough about Truth Mind & Body. Top notch! The owners and all their staff are absolutely amazing. I get massages quite often and have been to many different places. This past weekend I had the best I have ever had from Cara and will most certainly be back to see her. My boyfriend has floated and loved the experience. No where else around you can do this and he said it totally worth a try and will be doing it again. The place is stunning with so many options for services. I can honestly say I will not be going anywhere else for all my spa needs.

First-time visitor. I got a very relaxing massage from Amber K. She did a great job -- she checked in several times during the massage to make sure I was doing well and if I wanted to make any adjustments. Bob took the time to give me a tour and describe all the services they offer. They have an impressive variety of services and its clear they have pride in their business. I wish I lived closer, but Ill be back regardless.

This place is so wonderful! So happy to have it in the area! My husband treated me to Tour de Truth (6 hour experience) and it was more than amazing... including the margarita pizza I was served for lunch! The float pools are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!! I could lay in one with the lights on and just stare at the blue lights on the ceiling. Their 3D massage chair is nothing like I have ever sat in! The owners didnt miss a darn thing when designing this spa. Its truly perfection! This place really takes you away!

Just disappointed with my massage. Really was looking forward to a relaxing massage which was so needed. The massage therapist was nice and all but after trying to communicate multiple times during my massage about what I wanted her to focus on...I finally gave up after 30 minutes of trying to make the best of it. Well when I addressed this with, who I can only assume was a manager, I was told that I would be charged for 60 minutes of the massage. At which point I told him If this was the solution i guess i shouldve just suffered through another 30 minutes. Definitely will be exploring other options. Ive NEVER walked out mid massage...and I have had plenty of massages before.

Truth, Mind and Body offers a variety of services, is impeccably detailed and is well managed. I happened on this gem of a business by chance. My wife and I took a free tour and recently enjoyed full body massages. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was pleased with the deep tissue massage and my wife complimented her masseuses attention to her requests in a custom service. We plan to return to experience a float. I’m always up for trying new things, so floating was on the list - and I’m so glad my friend brought me here. The staff is caring and helpful from the moment you arrive. They have clean, comfortable, soothing spaces to compliment the truly delightful experience. I’ve gone twice now and I definitely hope to add more to my holistic treatment regimen. ✨

Truth mind and body has been a game changer in my physical and mental health, I’ve had many massages and none of them come close to the massages I get here, I’ve seen Meredith, Karen, Josh, and Marcus these therapists are out of this world, they aren’t just massage therapists they are healers, they all have their own unique styles, and techniques these massage therapists are extremely thorough and will literally transport you out of this world for however Long your services are for, I love the front desk staff, Sam and Lilly, they are extremely warm friendly and welcoming I recommend truth mind and body to anyone and everyone who wants to improve their physical and or mental health !!

Years of chronic pain had me desperately searching for a way to heal my body. So lucky I found Truth and my man Idi Thomas! If you want a massage that will actually make you feel better and your life easier, highest recommendation here. Cant wait to try out everything else. Also, they always have great snacks in the speakeasy...

Excited for this business so close to home. I have been looking for a place for massage therapy and yoga. I toured the facility and told Bob & Stacey how I was desperately looking for a place to meditate as the last couple places I visited were not ideal ( bright lights and noisy).. when I saw the yoga studio I asked if they did meditation in that space, Bob stated not currently but you can use the space to come meditate as long as we dont have a class using the space welp I took him up on his offer today and we started actually with my 2 friends doing the chair massages and I did the agua therapy? a table that looks like a twin waterbed and shoots jets of water at your back.. I was skeptical but oh man I think this may be my new favorite thing!! I am experiencing lower back pain and was able to target the area I wanted worked on. It was amazing. We then moved on and Bob qued up a guided meditation on the projector and we zoned out for about a half hour. We were talking about all of the things we wanted to do when we go back. I am hoping to meditate there at least 3 times a week. My next trip will include an full body massage by one of the therapist.. Thank you for this space and all of the thought that you can see went into it. I wish you both much success

Twice the price of my usual place.I plan on it! Aside from it being half the price there are no member fees either. Good luck, your business just isn’t for me.

Fantastic services available 7 days a week. Drop in yoga, massage chairs, water massage table. Many massage therapists to choose from and estheticians for facial,etc.
