My husband and I were just there 7/27-8/1. Oh my where do I start? How about the room. We stayed in 168, cute room but lacked some amenities that we are use to having. The little things mean a lot. The room was never cleaned the entire time we were there. I had to go down to the front desk twice to get our sheets changed and this was after we had been there a few days. My husband had to ask for towels twice also.The pool area: It was nice with two pools, we only used the smaller pool one day. The bugs were bad in the pool, we were told that they clean every morning at 8 am?? I was constantly pushing bugs away from me. Also didnt like the fact that theres a person at the entrance that you have to let check your bag. Thats because you have buy drinks.The night club: we didnt go because thats another charge. I believe if youre staying at the location then why cant we access the club without paying a charge? Then as we arrived at the office to check in theres more charges. You have a membership fee plus whatever youre paying for your room. So for example you pay a couples fee for 1 month $35 then additional fees every night. $50 for Saturday night, then it was additional $65 for all the other nights we stayed there. I wish we would have known about all this. We could have gone somewhere else. So now I know to read reviews and talk to others that have been there beforehand. I hope this review helps someone else in their decision to visit or not.
Love this place you can let your hair down feel comfortable and have a great time rooms are super clean pool in hot tubs are very clean the bar and bartenders are very nice and awesome drinks! We went there for the first time Thursday night and that some of the most awesome people in the world memories that will last us a lifetime and we will be back as soon as possible thank you to the secret staff and security for doing such a great job with this place!!! Only thing I would add is to have more security throughout the night into the morning hours!

Recently, while visiting the hotel and playrooms last weekend, we witnessed two workers kissing and touching her butt in an area that we understood was exclusive to guests. However, we feel that this type of behavior is not appropriate in a place where guests expect to enjoy their privacy and comfort. In addition, we would like to point out that the employees involved in this situation, one was wearing an identification that said Fabian, the other employee we did not see her identification. This detail told us It made us feel even more uncomfortable as we expect hotel employees to maintain an appropriate level of professionalism and respect towards guests. As a couple, we chose your hotel with the expectation that boundaries would be respected and a discreet environment would be maintained. We are outraged and disturbed to witness this situation as it affected our experience at your establishment. We would like to request that you take immediate action to ensure that similar situations do not occur again. We appreciate the care you provide to your guests and trust that you will take the necessary actions. to ensure a satisfactory and respectful experience for everyone. We appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that we can continue to enjoy your hotel on future occasions, trusting that appropriate measures will be taken to maintain a respectful, discreet and professional environment.
We absolutely love coming here! The energy is always great, the staff are soooo friendly and eager to help, and we always feel safe!Our only suggestion would be to have a water fill stationsomewhere poolside. The bar definitely gets packed and can sometimes take 10-15 min just to get our waters filled. We’ve had this conversation with multiple guests and staff members and everyone agrees that a water fill station would be an amazing addition!
What an absolute blast! For a fun loving lifestyle experience, secrets is definitely worth checking out. No, the rooms are not the Ritz but they are fine enough and some have some really fun furniture and decor.The staff are great....so friendly and handle the pressure of the number of people to service so well.
I went for a girls weekend and had a blast. #107Wonderland is an amazing room. The bathtub is huge!!!! The bed is so comfy. And the host and hostess were so friendly and helpful.Being a Goddess of Pleasure and Pain, I spent both Friday and Saturday night in the dungeon. Club Swinkster is 🔥. I so enjoyed spanking and flogging beautiful couples!!! I will be back.
My wife and I have been there four times this past two years. Every time we go we enjoyed it more and more. We met a lot of fun people. Very respectful. The staff is great.. the first three times that we were there We enjoyed the gentleman with the long hair on the mic. He has such a great personality. We always look forward to seeing him there. Last time that we went for I candy We saw another gentleman there and his partner. To be honest, didn’t like too much their flow.
This is a nice clean place. We went to have fun as a group with a message to the authorities. The only men they take in the game room are always the same people. Especially one with short hair comes and chats while you are playing, this is very repulsive to you. The only man who is there every other day is dressed and chats with the staff at the game room entrance. Most likely these people work here! Otherwise they wouldnt be so comfortable. We go here every week. Apart from these two single men, there is no problem.Please do not try to chat with your employees while Uyar is playing the game.
First time here we are not young but not old. The ONLY thing I’d suggest which seems to not happen in the reviews is this… when the club opens switch the atmosphere outside to a low key resort feel. Lower the music to a vibe… beach music. NO BASE! Chill for the night and the club will stay packed with the club music. That is literally All I HAVE! Fantastic time
My fiance and I stayed 8/2-8/3. We were very excited to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and my recent promotion. However, our trip was less than stellar. Our check-in woman was not the friendliest, in my opinion. She wasnt personable or made us feel welcome. She basically just ran through all the policies and important info while trying to get us to sign ALOT of paperwork. I felt rushed and like I was signing over my soul. I was not aware that the security deposit is a whopping $250. If its on the website, I definitely missed that and would like to see it. Ive worked for hotels and NEVER have seen such a high hold (which was released back to me 5 days later). Also theres a $35 membership fee AND a $40 event fee. So an extra $75 just to get in the door. I think if you rent a room, the event fee should be included or waived. Feels like a robbery but w/e.Our room keys wouldnt work half the time. We even had to help others with their own room keys. Our room looked nice, just a few things that could be fixed. The crown molding lighting and other accent lightings wouldnt turn on, the bidet wand didnt work, the window shade is brown and moisture damaged. Also, it would be a good idea to get actual curtains (I was blinded at 8am by the sun coming through the thin white (and brown) window shade. The bed was pretty hard. My fiance didnt sleep well at all. It didnt make for a great drive home the next day. The actual hotel/rooms area could use a face lift. Old/chipped paint and shakey hand rails are an easy fix.Security checked our bag before entering the pool area but didnt tell us the pools were closed due to lighnting having been in the area earlier. Thats fine, I wouldve like to have been told that before security guy just watches us walk in the pool and being told we have to come out by someone else. A little communication goes a long way. There was only 1 bar open (the only bar i saw here at all actually) and it was surrounded with people and had only 2 bartenders. I wasnt ready to drink yet, so there was essentially nothing to do. I sat there wondering why we were there at this point since we werent having any fun. We enjoyed the pool once it reopened into the night. The DJ was very boring. Mostly played house music and never actually engaged with the crowd. Anytime theres an announcement no one could understand him. He needs to work on his party skills. We decided to try the play room. I was in lingerie and the attendant said we both have to be completely nude or towels to enter. Later I saw that lingerie was supposed to be okay to wear? Why did she turn me away? Also you want to charge $8-10 for a locker? No thanks! We returned our stuff to our room instead. Once we finally entered, it was FULL of people. People were literally standing around waiting for beds. We didnt even see the dungeon or other play rooms bc it was so packed. Is there not a limit inside? Disappointing. We decided to order food. You have to order at a kiosk, the menu has sexy names for their items, but no description of the items on the kiosk lol. So we had to stop ordering to go find an actual menu to figure out the items are and then go back to order. Makes no sense. We waited a while and hadnt gotten the text about our order being ready. After a while, we went back to the pick-up window, and they had apparently been calling our name. I said, we didnt get the text saying it wasnt ready. The guy shrugged, said nothing and walked away. We just wanted to sit and eat at this point. We finally got the text as we were eating. Ill give props to the pizza, though. It was pretty good.The only friendly employee we came across the whole time was a bartender. The overall service from everyone else felt bare minimum.During our trip, we couldnt help but compare it to Caliente and how we prefer it there. The only thing Secrets has that Cali doesnt have is play rooms. And since that wasnt very impressive either, we cant find much reason for us to come back to Secrets.I would like to thank Lourdes for helping with my rain check!
Fun factor is off the charts. Food serve is not bad it’s horrible. You will starve trying to get food. Do not stay in the rooms. With many stays it’s a hit or miss. Even if you book a specific room. No guarantee you will get that. All room are individually owned. Some rooms are cool, some are broken garbage. We had to leave our room never to return because of cockroaches in the room. We will NEVER stay in the rooms again. But the pool are is definitely fun for the day.
Personnel is extremely helpful, honest and professional. My wife lost her purse and they all were extremely helpful and diligently in finding it. It took a few days and they never gave up ! They were great following up with us daily. They didn’t stop until it was found! If we could do more than 5 stars we would ! The fun is always priceless in this place ! Thank you Matt, Mac, Tim, Jerad and everyone who didn’t leave us alone !! Forever grateful !

Been a member/customer of this place for several years. Always a pretty good time, sure there’s plenty of compliants but nothing I cat get over in order to have a good time. Because after all, where else can you go like secrets..? Well apparently the staff got the same memo, and find it as a reason to just treat people poorly. I can’t speak for all of the staff, but the “director, manager, or whatever title she’s got” the older white haired lady on the power trip. She’s extremely aggressive, over reaching, and kind of unbearable to have an interaction with.. she alone is more than likely enough to keep me from returning.
Secrets is an amazing lifestyle place. The rooms are unique and fun. I love the DJs but the music is a bit too loud for good conversation. Most people go to this resort to meet other people and want to be able to talk. There is a nightclub for dancing.The food there is really good. It’s not overpriced. It’s pub food with most of the things on the menu being between $12 and $18. You can’t bring Drinks into the pool area, not even water. They don’t have water stations available. I think having either a cold water bottle filling station or having a self-serve pitcher at one of the two bars would really help with hydration and help decongest the bar. Many crowded bars I go to have them.I love being able to lay out in the sun, but there are only a few umbrellas . The thing number one thing hear people ask for at Secrets is some shade. It would be nice if they had either more umbrellas or the mesh shade tarps. Cabanas are available but it’s $500 and up for the day.Overall, I would highly recommend Secrets to people. Just bring your own insulated cup and lots of sunscreen. Prepared to have a very good time.
Took my partner there for our first time 2 weeks ago, and had fun from check in to check out! We were already making friends while in the check in line, front desk was SUPER friendly and helpful. Our room (255) was neat in order and very nice. It overlooked the pool bar so we could review the scene before going back. Other guests were friendly and we made lots of connections. The play room was fantastic, but Saturday was to many closed doors and the open beds were all occupied, while the closed doors had plenty of room, just a comment...They new, huge tiki bar looks like it is going to be fantastic! We cant wait to plan our return.
We rented an rv parking spot for a few nights which was super convenient for us and significantly cheaper. Only downfall is that the parking spots for rvs are not the best or most organized. Our electrical cord did not reach in the first spot they parked us unless we were parked so we were hanging out of the spot, which was not allowed. Had to move to a different location which was much better.The pool area is beautiful even though some of it is under construction. I cannot wait to see it once it’s completed.The club was nice with a great atmosphere and a lot of fun.The play rooms were packed but a lot of fun.Only thing I would change or add is a quieter place to hangout where you can talk easily with others. There was always a DJ playing music which made it hard to hear.The some of the guest who rented rooms would invite you in to take shots and mingle which was nice and a lot of fun.
We are fortunate enough to be local and can also enjoy the property during the week.The amazing job being done by the front desk, security, and bartenders go without saying...but a huge shout out to DJ Infinite and Drift. No matter what size crowd, big or small, rain or shine, Ray and Joe be out there putting in work!Though not employees, Kevin and Joy are an amazing host couple. All of the host couples are amazing, but Kevin and Joy have perfected that group tour and even if youre not new, I still recommend you get it from them at least once. Much love to them!Lady J and her entire team are doing great things in the dungeon by creating that safe, clean space to explore kinks and have naughty fun. The music sets the tone, and they are all so accommodating to help a scene go smoothly. Also, the midweek munches are so much fun!!The true unsung heroes of the resort are the grounds/maintenance and housekeepers. Whether its minor issues in the room, the need of extra towels, or keeping that hot tub clean, we see them constantly hustling to get it done. In all reality, the more fun guests are having, the bigger the mess thats left behind. So a big thanks to them.

Went to Wonderland 107, such a creative room full of surprises and over the top creativity! The hosts Don/Ana are unbelievably accommodating! They even had decaf coffee pods for this decaf girl.This was a girls trip and we are both experienced Fetish players and club Swinkster hit the spot! Commander Midnight has created an energy rich environment that welcomes not only beginners, but the most experienced in the Fetish/BDSM scene. It felt like family the way we all played together ❤ When I put my head down to sleep I felt so blessed and loved. My tanks were filled. Ill be back for Fetish Fun for sure!!!On the actual resort side the dace club was extremely loud with EDM music...yuck! Only went through on their slippery floor to go to the bathroom, thank you King Keffrey for the escort and keeping Me safe. Poolside, the DJ needs to read the crowd, way to loud when people arent partying.Lots of Fun friendly people throughout the resort, inviting people in to see the specialty rooms and just making new crazy friends 😜
The rooms are amazing. All of them have different themes clean. All of them are pretty much assessable to the pool area. But my favorite thing is the staff I have Lexi who is one of my dearest favorite bartender, and then there is Coco who also is amazing and we have Kalisa, who is another bartender that is also the most amazing one of them all
My husband brought me on a whim because I read about a familiar situation on my Kindle, and with some research- we discovered Secrets. What a way to just connect with him with abandon! Near every thought youve thought and have been too scared to follow, you can here and not have your bubble burst. Consent matters so there was never any pressure from anyone to do anything uncomfortable for me. While there was one incident I had to bring up to a bartender, I felt heard and safe with how he took care of it. I absolutely loved my experience, met some great people, and cant wait to go back.

Prude by day crowd...who knows after dark. Only a few got fully nude but most stayed in their swimsuits. Bar girls did the best they could, nonstop for hrs. Water was not too cold. There we some good pool games, dj was ok.
This was my first visit but Ill be back for sure. Kelissa took care of my girls and I! She was so funny and honestly kept us entertained the entire time. I needed a good laugh and she delivered! Not to mention the drinks were *chefs kiss*I do appreciate her love for animals and saving the bees. The fact the bees have their own little cocktail section is amazing! Please give her a raise 🙏❤️
Jessica was amazing. I love her charm and personal sense. I didnt get to stay long I was just there to see if your friends but if the service is any reflection of what I got from Jessica I will definitely be back, stay longer and have a good and safe time. I was assured.

Get naked and go back to a bunch of single guys walking around playing with their junk following me and my girl around. You need to take lessons from Red Rooster in Vegas. Won’t be coming back! The cook really knows what hes doing it waz really good food we had bbqxgarlicparm and they were really good the pizza waz ok the fried coconut shrimp was really good nice and sweet ate everything timeing was on point so glad he was rasa

Stopped by for the first time on a Monday. Small crowd which is nice when trying to get the lay of the land. Staff was very friendly. We were given a tour everything look nice.
The rooms range based on the owner and what renovations they have done. Some rooms are much cooler than others. Energy of the resort is great, the staff work super hard and do a great job ! Lexy is one of my favs that always checks on us ! We love secrets !

Nice spot right in the middle of the sprawling city. Really well set up in design and layout for ease of use to getting to and from one side to the other. Looks like they are building a new huge building.Fun place with nice 21-55 year old people.
Ive been coming since February of this year and the DJs play the same music every single weekend. How many times can you listen to back that thang up, my neck my back, bad bunny, etc every time!?The playrooms music is even worse. Playing maroon 5 girls like you, 80s music and even despacito. Horrible music to get into the mood. Why does the dungeon get to have awesome intensive electronic music when theres barely any space there to play? Im sure most people dont care about the music cause theyre just there to get lucky.But Im trying to vibe somewhere and if its the same thing all the time I get extremely bored. Every weekend its so boring. Dont get me started on Tuesdays. Theres over 20 single men being pathetic and hovering over a couple doing the deed.And me being a single female they come over to me like vultures trying to get me to do something with them and I reject them. I dont understand out of all nights they would allow single men on PRIDE night. Obviously there arent gonna be any women there in the playroom. Im literally the only woman there when I have gone on Tuesdays. At least let the men come on a weekend or when theres more variety.

Everything you need is here, rooms , pools, food , nightclub and then some! The staff is so much fun and friendly! Kalissa and Lexi are my favorite! Having been familiar with Secrets and with Jessica at the front desk. I can honestly say, being able to see her face when one first walks in is absolutely PLEASANT and quite refreshing. Any questions or concerns I or any of my “frequent flyer” friends may have ever had, she’s been able to answer. 20/10 would recommend!!
Amazing staff and service, have so much love for Big Daddy he always remembers me and what drinks I like and is just overall awesome provides excellent service. If you are looking for VIP area booking Lexi is your girl she is always pleasant and provides VIP service! These two individuals always make our stay pleasant and has us always coming back to the resort.
Cant say enough about the one and only Secrets. Its more of an experience rather than a hotel... and so much better for it. Unfortunately this was not a good experience. Rooms were not ready at 5pm, reception was very unorganised and rooms were grubby and overpriced.Only stay if youre desperate and we certainly felt ripped off and all they want is your money!!

Great place to hang out by the pool and have a few drinks. My favorite way to get a tan without tanlines. Big thanks to Jessica for always promoting the place on her FB. Without her we wouldnt have even known about the place. So glad she is back to working the front desk. Nothing but good times to be had. Always look forward to our next visit.
All and all I had a great time. Mac was super helpful in showing me the lay of the land and Johnny was doing great work behind the poolside bar. It got busy and he could have used some help, but he kept pressing!!

The staff, the minute you walk in is so friendly and helpful to help make your experience the amazing drinks were great. Rooms are a great party and scene was amazing or if you just wanna lounge by the pool and listen to some awesome music, the DJ was amazing in the club and at the pool i’ve been to a lot of lifestyle clubs all over the United States and this is hands-down, one of the best I ever been to there’s so many options they really attend to every desire, and every need a couple wantJordan Marshall, Jess Wood and the Secrets Sexy Squad!!! Nice place but the lady on the gate and the big security are very disrespectful and aggressive , was a customer for years and after a really bad experience with the security plus they never put Latin music I’m not coming back until they have better security people

I’ve been going to Secrets for about a year now. Every time I go, I have an absolute blast! Sammy Rivera at the front desk is literally the most helpful person there. The DJ Joe Denizac is so incredibly fun & nice. Kelissa (I think it’s how you spell it) is my favorite bartender. I feel so unjudged & like family when I’m there.

My boyfriend and I always fly in and out of Orlando specifically to come to secrets on our way out. We would live here if we could! We also love the bartender, Johnny! We always look forward to seeing him! The rooms are beautiful and we can’t wait to come back as usual.

Sunday April 28 the pool was dirty looks like not maintaining dont smells like choline very disappointed every time something other times jacuzzi dont works and take time they fixed djs Friday night and Saturdays better not talking hope this place make changes for good is not the same anymore
Joe D is the best DJ. Makes us feel like family when he immediately walks straight over to us and gives us a big hug and immediately asks, “what do you want to hear.” Very different than other DJ’s who don’t stray from their playlist.

Play but don’t stay.My friend and I booked a room about two months in advance. When we arrived it took us about 30 minutes to get checked in and then when we got to the room the TV didn’t work.After waiting about 30 minutes for a maintenance man to come and attempt to fix it, we were told we could have another room. We then waited in the lobby for about another hour at which point we just asked for a refund having waited for two hours at this point in total just to be able to relax .I would recommend the party it was a nice place. Staff is nice. The bartender was nice but I would not recommend staying since each room is managed by an individual owner as opposed to the resort itself so sometimes when you have a problem with the room, there’s nothing the front desk do about it.Also, i didn’t appreciate the up charge of $80 when we arrived. Typically when you book a room you pay for everything in advance. It didn’t break the bank, but after having spent approximately $350 for in essence nothing ill recommend booking a cheaper, better maintained room close by and then just driving over for the fun
We had a phenomenal time in late July 23. Great location with pharmacies and good restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was wonderful: room selection is fun, eclectic, pools were kept sparkling, grounds well taken care of. Staff was helpful and nice. This is truly a safe, fun haven for Lifestyle people; everyone was friendly without being pushy. Local regulars were delightful and welcoming as well.We were most impressed with the Playrooms: huge size, clean, well-attended.Food menu was GREAT--BIG props to Chef and kitchen for their yummy original creations, including the FRESH, unique daily breakfast baked goods avail. at reception. Thumbs up! Cant wait to visit again!
The check in was fast not as usual. I went to secret hideaway already couple of times I started to go there since 2021 when they didnt have the big pool opened. I stayed this time in the room 105 , it is one star from me for the room. The floor was sticky. Shower was broken. The room has a coffee machine, but was no coffee nor tea anywhere. The mirror at the ceiling was all over with stains from previous guests.The ceiling was stains from water damage. I will give 4 stars for the service at the bar. At the pool, they were all good. The entertainment guy with long, coolly black hair did very poor job. I will give him one star or 0 stars. I dont even know for what he got paid, hes supposed to do games before 4 PM. He didnt. It was very boring at the pool. Before was a girls dancers entertainment. This week was nobody there? The another entertainer was so much better. I never had before such a bad time at that place as this weekend when it was Arabian night. The DJ did all old music and both days music was the same like no variety at all. Annoying. I dont going to go there any soon. Will try to find something else to have fun.

This place is nice, lots of fun to be had here, but the issue I have is if you dont go with a group of people, nobody really interacts, everyone kinda just sticks to their own clicks.I think their is a big wasted opportunity to make this place even better by having some sort of meet and greet. Yes I know they have a day for that, but Im talking about something nightly.Also, many couples are looking for singles, but the severely over price single guys wanting to come.

Secrets is home away from home! Its difficult to list all of the employees that go above and beyond because they all do from the front desk to housekeeping. Shout out first and foremost to Mister Mac Styles, Benji, Lexi, Joe, Sammi, Abdiel, Red, Francis, Leo, Kalista uughhh those are the names I can remember off the top of my head but theres the male young ethnic bartender in the club. Thank you for all your hard work into making the Secrets experience UNFORGETTABLE!
We found the room clean and perfectly suitable. The pool and hot tub were nice but a bit crowded. Secrets is a LifeStyle focused place. The pool and hot tub are clothing optional. It was generally, not a quiet place. We recommend an exterior room.

The vibe was nice. Once getting past the receptionist. Wasnt friendly at all. I still cant understand the concept of paying an entry fee if I already paid for the membership. The bar and pool area was pretty decent, now that theyve completed the larger pool, drinks are over priced. I did like the concept of the different themed rooms, but they should definitely keep up with maintenance of the play equipment. Several items were either rusted or missing hardware for use. The dungeon was definitely on point.! Enjoyed the different play options, and the crew was incredibly informative and courteous.

We did not stay on property. The pool party was very good. Great music. Drinks are way over priced. Was totally turned off when we went to go into the play rooms and they told us that we needed to be naked. The naked part was fine but the $10 charge for a locker was totally ridiculous. After pay the membership fee and the club fee charging me $10 to rent a locker is not acceptable.
Not happy at all. Ive stayed in 4 rooms never no heat never no hot water. They never changed our sheets they left them on our bed we had to change them. Hots tubs were broke. Drink prices our way to high. Busy nights not enough waitress. We waited 20 mins for a drink.

Did a day trip,went for evening event. Clean, new pool,DJ are great,but the locker room was tight,dark. Also feel you shouldnt have to pay for lockers. Bringing your own lock n key.Need more lockers to be available.

Room 105: The ceiling is covered in mold, the tap water is smelly, and it cost $250. The music on the pool repeats all the time. Is it really so hard to turn on different music all the time?? A guy (with long hair) who always went somewhere with a microphone pretended to work. For the whole day he worked a maximum of 5 minutes. We already left at 5p.m and when there were 15 people left at the pool, he decided to hold competitions. And where was this worker of yours all day???? All your guests at the pool were having fun themselves. I believe that your manager should replace people who do not know how and do not want to work. Before when we came to you everything was fine, but now its terrible
Everything is great about this adults only lifestyle resort. It continues to improve and I can see there is still so much more potential at an already great resort.Bartender Calissa is the best there!
This place is amazing!!! My wife and I love this place. The guests, the staff, security and even the part time parking crew are very respectful. Single men are allowed in but there is a limit on the amount that can enter. The owners keeps the property clean and running smoothly. The Pool parties are well organized. With nonstop music. The pools area are kept clean but I wish the customer would help out. The club is awesome and has event every Friday and Saturdays. What I like the most about the club is the conscious understanding to behave like adult. The playroom is jew dropping. They have a shower room but lately I noticed it’s close. They even have dungeon room. With professional staff that are there to help you sharpen your skills. They even have a newbie day. However the drinks are a bit expensive and I recommend you pay in cash and not open a tab. That way you know exactly how many drink you had. Oh one more thing. The rooms are for sale and there is plans to built more
Lovvvvvveed my stay, for a friends birthday takeover. The pleasure to be the first ones to stay in room 107 The Wonderland room, its an Alice and Wonderland type of vibe, love the details the owners put into it, different trippy moments, the mirrored doors, to the colors of the lights, to the creative decor of the bed, the bathroom. The shower/ tub is amazing.. when u come to stay ask to stay at in this wonderful theme room.. you will indeed love it. The room provides silverware, plates, cups, so no need to rush to the store, you can even enjoy a cup of coffee as there is a Kuerig with assortments of flavors😊

We Were recommended to Secrets by a friend that is a travel agent. She did give us the caveat that although the place left alot to be desired, it is better than some of the similar styled resorts. The rooms are sold as Condos and the owners maintain them so the quality varies greatly from room to room. I can confirm one thing I have read in other reviews, the rooms smell Musky and moldy. Stop at walmart on your way in and buy your favorite febreeze and Damp Rid this will help but once you get home you will have to wash all the clothes (used or not) and air your suitcase(s) out. One of the reasons is the well water the facility uses and the poorly maintained tanks out back, the water smells. Pro tip, keep your bathroom door closed and the fan running, always! Now, we had room 143 Poolside, we could see everything from our room and we were there with adjoining friends. it seemed great,,,at first. The thing is, there is only one unlocked entrance to the pool and it completely on the opposite side of where most of the rooms are, for got your sunblock, walk all the way around and go back to your room and all the way back around to get back in the pool area. There is no outside food or drink allowed in the pool area, they will check your cups and bags. You can get free water at the bar but the drinks are at a premium. You step out of our room and there is a fence right outside of it that seperates you from the pool area. We tried to be convenient and grab chairs in an area in front of our rooms (not intending to try and pass any drinks or anything) it was morning and one of us was sitting in the pool area and we were outside the fence. About 5 or 6 of us was having a conversation with her. Her husband came out of their room and handed her a can of sunblock, I handed her my towel. Then we proceeded to start talking about what to do for the day. A Lady (employee) named Francis came over and very aggressivly and loudly began to explain to us that we were not allowed to hand ANYTHING across the fence at all, she repeated this a few times and asking us if we understood, we were all shocked. She then proceeded to tell us that she will not tolerate ANYTHING further and that She would be watching us!, asked if we understood and repeated. We were all STUNNED! I later went to the front desk and asked to see if there was a list of anymore of the secret rules (there appears to be several) but none of them are wrote down. In fact, he apologized and said he had never heard of that being a rule before. Wait till you find out about the playroom rules (lol). There was a surprise $250 room deposit, and although you are staying there you still have to pay for all the events. Our event fees, up front was another $165 dollars. The Food, just dont, it is far safe to go to a nearby restaurant or You can literally walk across the street to McDonalds. The Loaded Nachos werent bad, the breakfast menu looked impressive. I tried an Omelete that had Bacon, sausage and Ham in it. It was HUGE but the ham (cubes) were BAD, it tasted terrible and smelled bad, I had had a few bites before I threw it away but it was too late...anyway. The rest of the folks there were fairly nice and helpful. They should consider getting another online membership tool that will allow people to connect and chat without having to pay almost $100 to add, knowing most people arent going to do it, you also cannot get a memebership until you are there. So if you were one of the cool people we met, I tried to look you up, but couldnt. Keep in mind this is an OLD hotel that has been fixed up cosmetically and the room owners are trying to have their rooms nice to earn business. Our friends room ended up being broken and they had to be moved to the back side into a room that the AC did not work in. (They did fix it the next day). There were a few plates in the room and a couple cups but nothing to wash it with. We had 2 butter knives and a spoon in our silverware drawer. Room was Comfortable, bed was comfortable, there was a broken stool but we didnt need it.
We have been twice now, and had a great time. The resort is very friendly and welcoming to all shapes/sizes/colors and there are people with all preferences there and nobody judges anybody! Its a great place to go for a spicy getaway with or without a partner. Getting a room there is the way to go. Give it a try, you wont regret it!
The Sunday day party vibe was good. My first time here. Outside of the soaking rain that we experienced and no real shelter. Once it cleared the party picked right back up. Cant wait to be in town again. A good time.
Customer service has been going downhill in the past couple of months. The crowd is always a good time but Im not sure whats going on with your employees. You should get on that.and I rent a room and hosekeeping grab my new black label....

Atmosphere was awesome. We went on a Sunday night, and while it wasnt very busy, the members were super friendly. As for the bad reviews about the cleanliness, its not a 5 star hotel, dont expect it. If thats what you want go to that instead. Its more of a motel feel, but our room was clean as well as the grounds. Staff was super friendly and helpful for our first time. Loved it and will absolutely be back! Cant wait.
This is an awesome getaway place, plus karaoke on Monday is always a blast.
Review of the Icandy party, June 10, 2023With great enthusiasm, we took the opportunity to enjoy the highly talked-about ICandy event this past weekend at Secrets Highway. It is a fact that we really like the place and have been frequenting it more often because the music is SPECTACULAR inside the club and pool area, and the people who usually go there are cool, friendly, wonderful, and respectful. Above all, the atmosphere is EXCELLENT, even more so since they remodeled.However, this past Saturday, our experience was extremely disappointing due to the following points.Air conditioningThe clubs air conditioning was broken, and nobody had the courtesy to inform us at the time of paying for the event and renewing our membership, despite the fact that it was a problem that had been known for days. Once inside, some friends and other guests informed us that the issue was not recent and they were also uncomfortable with the situation.Pool area DJSince it was unbearable to be inside the club, many of us decided to enjoy the music and dance in the pool area. The DJ was having technical difficulties, and every 15-30 minutes, the sound system would turn off, ruining the ambiance outside.Understaffed bartendersTo order any type of drink, the wait in line was a minimum of 10-15 minutes. At the remote bars, they didnt have any information about which liquor or beer was available, so the customer would know what to order and not be surprised that what they wanted was not available like in the other bars. If Secrets is the one in charge of the F&B/bartenders, they clearly dont know what theyre doing to handle an event that will be busier than usual. If the responsibility lies with the company that organized this event, I invite them to consider the areas of opportunity (to improve) for next time. They could also hire another company that wont disappoint their guests and attendees in two of the most important areas... music and bars.Security personnelThere are no security personnel inside the venue, only the person at the door between the lobby and the pool. They dont properly register all the people, especially when theres a large crowd, only the ladies purses or bags. This is a risk for both the people enjoying the event and the staff working there.From our point of view, both Secrets and the event organizing company are responsible for everything mentioned above. We hope they can take action to resolve the issues that occurred so that their clientele can continue to enjoy the place, music, and atmosphere, as we consider it to be very good, as I mentioned before.
Amazing place! The rooms are dope (we just visited, didnt stay) the whole place was clean, the playrooms were clean, the heated pools and hot tubs were amazing and the bar didnt charge $20 per drink. Hope to return or even buy a place here to make some extra income. 😁
The inside of the rooms were well designed, very clean and laid out. Lol the kitchen has no stove or air fryer to warm up food which I guess would takes away from the kitchen sales and could be a fire hazard I suppose but I guess the microwave is okay. The only thing I hated was the extremely long walk around that gate to the pool if you are in Rm 240 and the smell of the trashcan by the door.The music was good. Hosts finds ways for people in interact which is great. The food drinks were strong and the food was great, highly recommend the chicken quesadillas!! Staff was friendly. The two adorable Latinos guys in front desk recommended the best spots to breakfast!! The two newbies in the club bartending are friendly and funny. I enjoyed their vibe. I personally enjoyed this nude optional spot by far the most. I highly recommend!

The employees are so sweet. The restrooms are spotless. The night club bathrooms are spotless. I was so impressed I took a photo. Lol I am shy and reserved but I always have a good time there. Everyone is so down to earth. Some of the nicest people youd ever meet.

It was a terrible weekend. But in the end, they took care of us. As a LS Resort, its amazing. But make sure you get a good room, they are all owned by individuals, and not all amenities are properly maintained. If it goes wrong, bring it to the front desks attention, they should take care of you.
Awsome place to stay and meet friends. Plus Joe is the best dj secrets has on site and keeps it happening. We love Johnny hes always making us the best drinks and coming up with creative drink ideas for whatever we throw at them. I highly recommend looking into rooms 107 142 and 172 for the best experience and possibly get to meet the best owners on site.
The front desk staff the man up there was horrible customer service. He literally left us at the counter twice. Bartenders were just as bad but it did not take away from the ambiance, The Friday DJ and the delights. Love my time there and went back again the next night.
Whoever works for yall that drives the McLaren with yalls logo all over it drives like a drunk weaving all over the lane stopping in the middle of the highway for no reason. If thats how yall represent your company Ill pass
This place is amazing!!! My husband and I recently turned over a new leaf and have wanted to try a resort like this. Needless to say, we weren’t disappointed. The staff were all awesome. We dined at the on site restaurant and the food was good and the activities were even better. We can’t wait the see the renovations when they’re complete. The room was clean and very nicely decorated. We only stayed one night to check it out and are definitely going for longer next time. We had such a blast and made new friends. We loved the carefree non judgmental atmosphere. Everyone is so welcoming no matter who you are. 10/10 and we WILL be back!

I did a tour and I fell in love with this place. If you are adventurous and fun definitely visit. The place is kept as clean as a hospital. If you are comfortable with nudity and freedom this is a place for you. Yaya was amazing and very knowledgeable of the services as well as the clientele. I cannot wait to get my membership which is very reasonably priced.
Honestly, this is our second time here. First time was great! This time…I will NEVER get this room again. First, we saw a roach crawling around. And the shower heads are so gross. Looks like they didn’t even try to clean them. It’s really not ok. If it wasn’t sold out this weekend, I would ask to be switched. Have not told front desk because I’m certain they won’t care and will do nothing to accommodate. Just know that all rooms apparently are not kept up the same. SMH
I enjoyed the folks I met and the sense of community, but there has to be some accommodation made for folks who stay on the resort. There are no food or drink packages, even though we paid about 300 a night to stay in outdated rooms. Day pass folks should pay for drinks at the bar, but folks who stay at the resort should have dedicated parking and drink packages.

This is definitely a get what you pay for place. Rooms are nice with themed rooms a bit more. Pools are nice and doesnt take long to get a drink. However the important part is the atmosphere..and yes it is everything youve heard and more.

Place is a dump. A few rooms are updated and nice but that’s about it. Smelled sewer gas the entire time around the hot tubs. Staff was super nice. Room we rented 151 had a crater in center of mattress. Bathroom light was broke and room had a terrible wet smell. Love lifestyle resorts but this one ain’t for us.

FACTS!!! Cover charge + membership fee, men/womens bathroom have two stalls in each located in lobby, lockers cost $10 (careful with your card we were charged twice) shower area, playrooms were dirty, used condoms on floor (no trash cans in rooms) no sheets or any kind of cover on beds (staff USED to change sheets regularly) shortage of towels staff refused to give us more than one and they are small towels. Employee yelled out to people in playroomsif youre not getting busy get out so other people can come in, staff said we couldnt go back into rooms after 3:30 because the lockers automatically lock you out at 3:30? Second pool was closed for renovations. Only good thing about this place was meeting other people there.
First time ever in this kind of resort & life style and we werent disappointed. The pool that is under construction does not interfere in any of the activities. There is an atmosphere of safety with all the cute security around. Playroom does not smell bad and a lady was cleaning after every used, clean sheets and towels. We like the drinks and food. The service was amazing.We stay in room 157 wich is inside looking at the pool. This room was in perfect conditio the showers is delicious, very well decorated, and clean.We had a lot of fun, and definitely are planning to come back.

Our room, #116, was perfect. Nicely remodeled and clean. Our bartenders, Tony and Shane, were awesome. Our drinks never went half full before the offered another. If you want lawn chairs by the pool I suggest getting there close to when it opens because they fill up fast and guests tend to hang out all day (dont blame em!) The club was nice and the bartenders were all very attentive and kind. The playroom(s) were clean, friendly staff, and privacy if you so choose.All of the guests were nice, respectful, and fun!
Keep changing check in times. Staff never knows what is going on. Have made changes that cater to the club and not for the ppl who dont go to the club but stays at the pools. Used to be SOOOOO much better drink prices are WAY to high and weak and you are forced to pay the rediculess bar prices even for water
A true adult getaway, where you can be yourself and have fun with your partner. They have two outdoor hot tubs an in-ground pool and a bar to service everyones needs. Most of the rooms for rent have themes and are decorated exquisitely. This is a clothing optional resort were sexy time can happen anywhere and everywhere. The staff is super friendly and everything is clean and designed beautifully. The playrooms are huge with tons of beds and a giant community shower. If youre looking to get away and have some adult naked fun this is the place to go. Be open-minded to have even more pleasurable experiences. One of the more elegant resorts I have been had the pleasure to experience.

We wanted to love this place, really did, but sadly there were a few things that just prevented it from happening.First the good stuff:- the rooms are awesome, love the themes, we stayed Margaritaville and it even had its own margarita maker- the front desk staff is amazing, so helpful and welcoming, definitely went above and beyond- LOVED that the pool was warm and that you can play anywhere in that area, hot tubs were really hot, could probably afford to take them down a couple degrees- the dungeon area was really cool and well run, even had toys for useNow for the not so good:- our biggest complaint was that for the playroom you have to be naked and the lockers they have are for rent $8 or $10 which sucks given youve already paid for the membership fee, daily rate, and probably a room. At the least, lockers should be included for those who have rooms. We were forced to go back and forth to the room, especially because clothes were required in the club. My other issue with the play area was that we were able to walk right in without anyone (staff) seeing us. This allowed for at least 1 single man to enter the couples only area, but when alerted the staff did take care of it.They are in the middle of a massive renovation and we will happily revisit once thats finished to give it another chance. Hopefully by then theyve tweaked a few things and its a better experience.
This place is a great disappointment. We were here at this dump this weekend. Charged $95.00.and the whole outside area is under construction. No tables and chairs to sit. Chaise loungers that all the naked people sit on. (Extremely Unsanitary) The club area is overcrowded hence the outside construction. Bathrooms are filthy. Pools are completely germ spreading cesspools. Terrible Terrible Terrible
Fun place! We stayed in several rooms over a 10 day period, and each one was awesome in its own way. They are mostly themed rooms, so if you cant find something that fits your personal fantasy, your imagination isnt working. There are so many to choose from. The staff is awesome and the people you meet there are fun and friendly. We liked it so much, we decided to buy one. Come out and stay in room 154, the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) room. Let us know you liked it.

This was our first time coming. Paid for a room for the weekend. First night had a great time. Reason for the one star...went out for dinner second night when we returned. There was no parking. Had to park in grassy area away from hotel. For the amount of money we spent to stay here, we should have reserve parking for resort guest. Anyone who comes to enjoy atmosphere should have to park in grassy area.
Nice place for adult activities. Rooms were nice, but the building itself is rough. They have drinks, but you cannot take your own to the pool.
A great lifestyle resort. Fun activities, nice rooms, great atmosphere, and well trained staff make this a perfect weekend getaway. (Update) They, Secrets, are doing some great renovations right now and its almost damn near perfect. The staff amazes me every time I interact with them. They really dont treat you like a source of money but rather as family and/or friends. Great place that is going to be even better very soon.
Our go-to for fun, respectful residents and relaxation..my husband and I absolutely love this place. Our favorite is the dungeon! Always fun things to do and try. Respectful staff. Jacuzzis are amazing. The friends we have made, even better. Playrooms are kept up in maintenance as well as cleanliness. Always fun things to try and rooms to explore. Their X-rated material is very good quality and a nice variety. The food is amazing. Always served fresh and hot. Drinks fresh and ice cold. We always receive our food and drinks in a timely manner, even when busy. For newbies, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays are the best days to go! Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays usually more of a relax-by-the-poolside sort of day. Wednesdays a hit or miss. Either way, this is our favorite swinger’s club!
We love this place! But I want to shout out to your bartenders and wait staff! Lexi, Janelle, Kelissa, Sexy Shane, Big Danny, and Johnny thank you for never letting our glasses be empty. I know its hot out in August and you guys are continuously running around making sure the guests are having a great time! I hope everyone can see how hard because we sure do.
This was our first time at Secrets. Overall it was an amazing experience, however, there were 2 things that really made the trip horrible. I would like to first apologize for not having the names of everyone we encountered to get the credit that they deserve. However, Yaya, Benjamin and Mike? at the front desk were amazing. So were the the other 2 people we dealt with. That being said, the attitude on from the black woman (we are also a black couple) was horrible. She wasnt even the person checking us in, and constantly found a reason to intervein in our check in process. She is the reason that one of the stars has been removed. Unfortunately after the check in process, this wasnt the last time that we had an encounter with this person. The second encounter was worse and it lead to our trip starting off with a negative undertone.The room wasnt what we expected, however, it was very nice. It was clean and had things that we didnt expect. The bed was comfortable, but the recliners were where we spent most of our downtime. The toilet in the room was broken, and never fixed during our stay. This again is the reason for the second star being removed. The location of our room made it easy for us to use the public restrooms in the lobby area.After those 2 incidents everything else exceeded our expectations. We were more than pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This review was not made to be malicious as we are planning to attend again next month. The staff was friendly (except for the afore mentioned) and the people were awesome.
We have now stayed here twice. We figured the first time was a fluke, it was November, and the resort was dead. The theme rooms are really what got us excited about the resort, but it was kind of dirty, and the room amenities (like the swing) were broken.Our second stay was May 24th. Again, a Monday night. We don’t necessarily go for the crowd, so that wasn’t a big deal, but there were still more people than in November. We ordered two whiskey sours, which were doubles, and did not taste like whiskey sours... $36! Didn’t even catch a buzz, which was odd for us on doubles, especially since we were traveling that day and barely ate.Our room looked really cool online, but upon entering we got a bit of a musty smell, and the floors were damp with humidity. We chose room 225, which had a really neat looking shower and see through tub. The tub was almost impossible to figure out how to use, and it smelled! We also couldn’t figure out why some of the features of the tub couldn’t work. Upon discovering the remote control for the shower, we realized it was missing batteries.The staff seemed nice though, and I feel like the place could be nice, but it definitely would require a lot more attention to detail. We were really hoping this could be our stateside Hedonism...I don’t think that’s the case.
I wasnt too impressed with this visit. Our first visit was a lot of fun.. good fun people. This time there wasnt a lot of people and those that were there were pretty sketchy.... pretty much no one we would have hooked up with. The bath towels in our room were the size of large paper towels... nowhere near large enough to dry yourself off. Larger towels would be a huge plus
As I have been waiting for anyone to contact us about the deplorable room we rented in October that completely ruined a massive event for us I have been wondering how they can stay in business with such horrible customer service? Who really wants to spend their first real vacation in over 2 decades either locked in a room or at Lowes trying to fix the tub? Hot water in both the shower and jet tub we rented the room for would be nice. Shoot, by day four I would have taken a cold bath if the tub had a stopper and could hold water. But not at this place! Nope the maintenance personnel even lied straight to my husbands face. Said he would come back and never did. We went to the office twice and called twice. So we didnt get to meet one person other than the desk person. We didnt get to follow our investment plan and discuss it with anyone. Needless to say. We are no longer interested in buying anything from this place.You have been warned.
This place is a health hazard and needs to be shut down. First off it’s a absolute dump when you walk in. The walls in this place are filled with mold, it is not safe to be sleeping in there. They kept switching rooms for us. Every room they moved us to we noticed the walls were bubbling up from moister behind the walls. All you have to do is move furniture away from the walls and there’s mold spurs everywhere. They had to give us a full refund and we left. I will be contacting the health department
Went here two nights in a row! Had a great time. The place was pretty clean. Everyone was friendly. Can’t wait to visit again when I’m back next year!
First time there for my finance and I. We came out of our shells within an hour or so and met some young couples our age one of them being first timers as well. Had a great time. Staff was great security is great and makes you feel safe. Didnt stay the night but would definitely recommend it.
Went here for the 1st time Saturday night. All the employees were very nice and friendly as were most of the people enjoying there night. The pool bar was nice and everyone seemed to move to the club by 10 or so. We finally made our way to the playrooms around 12 and there were maybe 20 couples and a few guys already there by then. We had a great time here and can’t wait to return. We just got the 30 day membership to try it out but after our night we will be upgrading to the year membership when it runs out. Over all we had a great experience.

It was my first time, it was cool... Check in was a breeze....Staff was great...Really enjoyed our bartender and security was pleasant. Our room was pretty neat and clean. We enjoyed the pool area a lot. We also ate there for dinner buffet, food was Okay. I wasnt impressed with the Dungeon Room, Wish everything was more Upgraded besides our room it didnt give me that resort feel....but Over all i enjoyed myself. Ill definitely be back
A fun place for adults who are in all levels of the lifestyle. Nonjudgmental, accepting, relaxing, go with the flow fun. We come here multiple times a year and never can wait to go back even if we lay Around in our room all weekend

I always have a great time when Im there the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is amazing Im a regular now and this is my go-to place to have fun with my man and mingle with people. Anytime I stay I always stay for two nights cuz you just cant stay for one. I will definitely recommend this place for any couple who wants to have fun and no one judge you. I cant say too much because its a secret so you have to come and find out why its so amazing 💋.
Each room has an independent owner. So, the comments I make about my room do not reflect on the resort.This resort is kept very clean! The barback was constantly picking up cups and wiping the counters.The Tuesday night pride drag show was fantastic. Top of the line.....best American drag performers in the country!The resort had many friendly people relaxing by the pool, or having a drink, or spending time in the dungeon or their room. Its so fun when people host in their room with kitchenette to fantasy amenities.The 2nd pool area is under construction and the design looks amazing! I cant wait to see the finished product.It has been many months since my last visit and the property has become more of its vision.It was only one night but was lots of fun!
Amazing place with amazing staff. My wife and I have stayed overnight in different rooms several times and had plenty of entertainment inside our room and out. If you love the clothing free, relaxing and nothing to hide lifestyle then this is the place for you. I love it and cant wait to return many times.
First time ever coming here and my wife and I had an absolutely amazing time! Spend the extra money and do an interior room it’s absolutely worth it. If you are like us and have thought about going for a while but just haven’t gone, just book a room and go! All the employees we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back.
Our room was ok. But over priced drinks. And water should be free to stay hydrated. Not $6 a bottle. But the guests were the best. But we will be prepared for our next trip.
We joined at the beginning of the month and have been there twice now. Both times we met great people and had a blast. I am a bit self conscious about how I look but here at this club there are people of all shapes and sizes. Everyone is friendly and the staff is very helpful. The dungeon masters are great and do an amazing job at making the newbies feel comfortable. We stayed overnight for the first time last night and while the hotel is under construction it was still worth the money to be able to have a place to go back to if you need a break. The hot tubs are excellent. Overall this is a great place and we love it.
Our previous stay was less than ideal, but the hotel has made big improvements since our last trip. Drinks are still too expensive ($10 each), one of the pools was closed completely, and there are all sorts of additional fees at check in that are not disclosed when booking online. However, housekeeping is coming by daily now, the music is amazing (DJs are fantastic), the staff is mostly great (big shout outs to Jackie, Red and Destiny who went above and beyond), the rooms are really nice, and the environment is open and accepting. Were looking forward to returning once the new pool renovations are complete!
Every time we have gone, DJ drift, always got the party rocking secrets wouldn’t be secrets without DJ drift.
My girlfriend and I have been here 3 times now and we have always been welcomed with open arms. Its clothing optional so you can come experience with all your clothing, some or none. There is no pressure and we have met great people every time we have gone. It is a little expensive… but worth it for the experience.
Update!!!!!!! From the start, having to find parking in a motel two buildings down until the less than climatic end to our evening , the entire staff were rude (bartender yelling swears at people) and unapologetic( the guy cleaning up towels in locker area if anyone left anything here its gone now Especially the security who let someone in with a military ruck sack without checking it but yelled at me for trying to bring an energy drink..the posted closing time is 5 but by 330 be ready to get kicked out (was told flat out no by an employee we couldnt go back into the playrooms by a employee because the lockers automatically lock after 3:30 so we needed to get our stuff together and go. The only bathroom (2 stalls in each, male/female) is in the main foyer separate from the main attractions by quite a hefty distance. They dont have enough towels or lockers which they charge an extra $10 for. When we were in the large x rated meeting areas for fun...the purpose of our trip we could hear the security guards ordering people to hurry up and leave so others could enter becausewere at capacity people!!!!!. Kind of a mood killer. The rudeness of the staff, lack of restrooms and overall lack of ambience made this place more of a hassle than a exhilarating experience. The only good thing about this visit were the other patrons we met.
I love Secrets Hideaway but its time for a complaint. The owner and management need to wake up in regards to cleanliness. Last night the pool and hottub areas were absolutely disgusting. Nothing kills the mood more than swimming next to Snot rag tissues, cigarettes and old food containers. Instead of having 5 or 6 attendants standing around in the playroom and dungeon doing nothing, why not send someone every 45 minutes with a broom and dust pan to clean up around the pool, bar, hot tub and nightclub area? Other than that Secrets is great as usual
I always wanted to go here and I finally did a couple weeks ago and I love this place. The atmosphere and energy is great. And I definitely feel safer there than downtown. The staff are friendly and very informative. It’s your first time, I definitely recommend going to newbie night on thursdays. It’s a great intro to the environment.
My partner and I travelled 45 minutes by car to attend the RETRO night which was advertised on sls and on Secrets own website. When we attended we paid the monthly membership and the entrance fee, armbands fitted and we went into the club.We walked to the nightclub section only to find the doors locked !!!Two other couples joined us who had also just paid to use the club facilities and were also frustrated to find the club locked. An employee walked past and we all asked him why the club doors were locked, he said he had no idea go to reception. As we walked to reception a further couple had just been to the bar by the pool to be told the club is not opening tonight !!!!!!On arrival at reception there were 6 more couples all paying their money to use the club and NOT ONCE did the receptionist inform them the club was not open. This is a real poor show from the management of secrets Hideaway, they were willing to take customers money and yet failed to supply the nightclub which is predominately the main reason most people were attending.We asked the receptionist for our money back as we were not about to sit outside at a bar, there are many places we can do that in a lot more comfort free of any charges. Apparently the receptionist is not allowed to refund money only take money, we waited 30 minutes (I think they were hopping we would just leave) a woman arrived who I assume was the on-call manageress, she did not even speak or look at us, just hit a few buttons on the till and said there you go give them their money back !!! Im not sure who owns secrets, we have not been for around 2 years but used to attend from 2 years ago back as far as when they first opened, James and Carman we always very attentive to guests and so were the later couple who i think invested some funds into secrets hideaway. If I owned this hotel and that was my manager I would kick her arse all the way down 192, I would apologies to the attending guests that the club was closed (still no idea why it was closed) and make them aware of that before taking any monies, remember you only rip off a customer once and you never see them again.James & Carman, if you do still own or have a share holding in Secrets please put your house in order, you have a great facility but on this one occasion a real real poor show guys :-(
Great place for like minded people to come and meet others. Rooms were greatly set up and renovatrd. Music does get too loud, in the pool and the club alike, and it makes it hard to converse. Would love to see more ice breaking activities throughout the day, but all in all great experience and would definitely come back

We decided to give Secrets Hideaway resort a try. I am one that believes in giving fair reviews for what is deserved. We booked five nights. Dates were July 27th - Aug 1st 2024. Lets just say that I do not think its the owners of the room but the way the resort takes care of the rooms. I would think with all the fees that you pay that your room would get cleaned daily. Well that does not happen. They do not pick up the towels. We did not get towels for two days. They just opened the door and dropped them off on the table. So, what I had to do was put all the dirty towns and trash right outside my door. I saw several cleaning staff members walk by it. We will see how long it stays. No cleaning of the bathroom, floors, sheets. None of that happens. We had stopped by the desk twice to ask for the room to be cleaned. No need to explain how they cleaned it. The pool area. They do search your bag. Do not have a problem with that but you can not even bring a bottle of water into the pool area. What I dont understand is they say you cant bring drinks in but you see patrons mixing their own drinks and have insulated cups. So, they are not monitoring it well. I guess they want you to buy everything at the bar. Also had to pay $165 dollar membership on top of the $1200 I paid for the room. Its all about money here, money there. The cleaning staff basically sucks. They need to hire a cleaning team based on what this resort is used for. It says drugs are prohibited but you can smell marijunna all over the place. If you are here on the weekend you might as well forget about parking. You will be parking in a muddy field even though you are paying all this money to stay in the room. The room is missing a few adminities. Need a iron and ironing board, and a trash can in the bathroom would be nice. Nice lights in the room but need instructions on how to operate everything in room 168. All of the floor rugs are dirty but thats probably from the cleaning crew not doing their job. Also, You do not ever see anyone cleaning the pool. You would think the pool would be cleaned at night. No need for me to say what is going on in the pool..On the positive side you do meet some nice people. I have to say that we did not have any problems with any of the patrons here. I think this offset the disappointment of the hotel itself. Needless to say we will not be back.
Very fun place. The pool is a fantastic place to hang out and meet new people. Thr bar tenders are Spectacular as is the entertainment staff, so great!! Not thrilled with being served dinner in the dining room (a tent) in Styrofoam to-go containers. Thr night club is Wonderful.....Dress code not enforced At All which really brings down the atmosphere from sexy and classy (that I expected) to average at best.at thr pool.. was extremely disappointed that you were stopped from bringing in even a bottle of water (but you can buy theirs for $5) but yet smoking And selling weed is ok And done right out in the open. It appeared that there were several people there just for the purpose of selling (middle of day, full street clothes on, fanny packs, not socializing except with each other, stood between cabanas and disappeared for a few minutes occasionally when someone waved to them slightly)....So that makes me wonder what other drugs are being used or sold ..... we even saw staff getting lit!!! Also saw a staff member bring her elementary aged son to work with her, probably Not the best policy of the establishment and definitely Not cool. The cabanas are in great locations and worth getting. Drinks are good but very pricey when considering they are served in Dixie cups (really small). Food was really good. Rooms are super great...comfy and decorated so uniquely...definitely worth it!! It is a very fun little place, but not what I expected.
Best Kept Secret in Kissimmee. The club, the playroom, the dungeon and the people all top tier. It was me and my friends first time going there and while she was an enthusiastic watcher, I jumped right in to the fun and we both had a blasttttttt..I cant tell too much because its a secret lol but just know we will definitely be returning! I drove down from Jacksonville and it was well worth the 2.5hr drive. We went on a cold/rainy night so there werent many people in the pool but we still found fun in a very welcoming, non judgemental, sexy atmosphere as two single women newbies. We felt safe, there was a variety of friendly people of all ages and races...Im a young black woman and was nervous I would be the only one but there was a good mixture of all backgrounds. It was just a phenomenal time. The only thing I will say that may be iffy is the drinks. I only had one but didnt feel it was that strong. Anyway, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be staying a weekend at the resort.Update: Ive been back monthly since the first time I went and this place is still amazing...Ive stayed at the resort twice and all the rooms are nice, clean, and worth the price whether you get a cheaper one or a more expensive one. We had the room with the swing in it over the weekend with a beautiful see through shower, white marble floors, it was phenomenal! It was arouse weekend so they had a lot of love entertainment: sexy stilt walkers, a lady swinging through hoops, and lot of props for photos. The crowd is always friendly and flirty. We love it there. Ive been telling all my friends lol

Excellent place to dance! VJ was awesome, sound and lighting was outstanding! Special effects and cold air fog was very welcome. The crowd is cool and colorful. All around a fun place 😉
Had a really horrible experience at this place tonight and it was a result of the General Manager Desta! He rudely accused us of breaking rules without any justification. We have been loyal members to this club for over 10 years and was appalled by this upper management behavior. I assume nothing will be done but anyone reading this be aware of the unprofessionalism of this upper management.
Me and two of my lady friends came to secrets on a Monday and we were surprized how great everything was. BARTENDERS were attentive and the music. Wow The music was really good. The 1st Karaoke night ive ever been at where the host can really sing. He was making everyone have fun and had all the ladies dancing which made a great vibe for everyone. We will def be back on a monday.
Stayed there several times and overall had a blast…We recently booked to stay at the resort and they tried to strong arm us to pay for all club events, or else we wouldnt be allowed to stay at resort. BE AWARE: none of this is disclosed in their reservation terms of conditions and you shouldn’t be required to pay for an event you’re not looking to attend.

I booked a weekend at the resorts in February for a stay in October and paid in full ($756.01). According to the agreement, I could cancel prior and be refunded 75%. On August 3, I contacted Secrets and requested to cancel my reservation. They responded promptly and told me it would take 3 to 5 days. On August 6, they deposited $576.75 into my account. On the same day, they withdrew $576.75 from my account. They then withdrew $576.76 again on August 7th. I emailed the company to let them know there was an error. They responded that they only show two transactions on their end but would look into it more. Subsequently, on August 8th, they withdrew another $576.75 from my account. I emailed several times, and they were unresponsive to me. I asked for updates. They didn’t respond. They should have refunded $576.75; However, at this point, they have taken a total of $1721.25.Because they were not responding to me, on 8/18/22, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). On 8/18, I received an email from Secrets apologizing and letting me know I’d receive my money within 48 hours. On 8/19/22, they responded to my complaint, saying the issue was rectified. That was a lie. It was not rectified. I never received the refund they promised, and I have not received any refund to date (9/29/2022). As part of their evidence, Secrets provided 3 separate emails to the BBB written by 3 different Secrets staff members showing that this has happened before to other guests. One said, “another incessant instance of our customer being double charged.” Another said, “Is the POS vendor aware that this keeps happening?” Another said, “Once again, we have a guest that was charged multiple times.” However, Secrets has done nothing to correct their obvious problem, and they have not refunded my money.They have acknowledged that they took the money from my account that I did not authorize them to take, and they are refusing to return it. This is a theft of $1721.25. I would not recommend that you do business with Secrets. I definitely would recommend that you not use your debit card to make any purchases to book the trip or while on their property. Do not give them access to your bank account.Please be aware that I read their reviews on Google, and there was another review from February 2022 where the consumer found unknown fraudulent charges on their credit card after a trip to Secrets. They reported the error to Secrets and waited 10 days for their money to be returned. As of the writing of their review, they hadn’t heard back from Secrets.

My wife went there a few times in the past year, it is a lot of fun for adults. Staff is very helpful and make sure you are comfortable. Love the freedom this club has to offer.
If you are the slightest bit a prude, dont even think about it. If youre a free spirit accepting of all and you like having adult fun, dont wait, book now! Expect all levels of clothing in and around the pool and hot tubs and expect to meet some of the greatest people on earth!
Unfortunately, I have to say I didn’t have a great time. We took our friends for a birthday weekend. Jeremy in security and King from The Swinkster room were the only two employees there with personality and customer service skills. We loved our room, however everything else was bad. There was no mention that the complimentary Buffett was no longer offered. When we asked multiple staff members questions “I don’t know” was the common response. I have to rate this as the worst resort and lifestyle resort based on the total experience. Our drinks were so watered down that even the two non-drinkers didn’t enjoy them. Had it not been for the two mentioned above it would’ve been 0 stars even though we loved our room 143 and 144 were great the total experience ruined it.
I liked this location and it is in the midst of being renovated, but, they call it a luxury hotel and many of the rooms are less than luxury. The one I stayed in had a direct view of the pool area, right in the middle of everything, but the room was so bad. I have been in better truck stop rest rooms than this room. Top to bottom, the room was a mess. Worn and soiled carpet, broken furniture, broken bed, broken shower curtain rod, toilet that doesnt flush, TV that doesnt work, water stains on the ceiling from upstairs plumbing leaks, flaking paint and very musty odor. They charged me a 200 dollar deposit in case I damaged the room, not sure what I could have done to damage it more!!!Outside, the pool and hot tub are nice, night club is very nice, all other areas of the resort are very nice and Jackie the groundskeeper is AMAZING, hardest worker ever.I understand the rooms are private owned and renovation is up to the owner, but, if I am expected to pay the high rates than I expect all rooms to match up with the same standards.Overall. It is a nice place and safe. I would consider going back but management needs to push the owners to invest in the rooms.
Very clean and enjoyable atmosphere, can become a bit crowded weekend nights of course, sunday night with less people made sitting at the bars in the pool area was more comfortable and laid back atmosphere. Located in an area with 24 hour food and gas options. Was a bit irritated that we were told the parking lot was full on the night of one of the events and think management should prioritize those who are staying on property and make visiting event participants with just event tickets should be the ones made to park at their sister hotel down the block and use the complimentary shuttle, especially when the vehicle of the hotel guest required Handicap parking... Rooms on the inside facing the pool and bar courtyard offer better views of the events but hallways can become loud and crowded at times, rooms on the outside facing the parking lots still get traffic but less noise. Food and drinks were both satisfying and affordable. Spring for one of the tiki cabanas if you can, the lawn chairs and bar stools fill up fast.
Our first time to a the club on a Saturday! Showed up, paid $100 to get in, to find out it’s not a nightclub. We were given access to the motel courtyard. More important, we were absolutely disgusted with the stench of the place AND people were smoking WEED throughout the pool area. We started getting a headache after 15 minutes. Did not finish our beers and left. Never will return and do not recommend this club!
My first time going. There were a couple issues with the hot water in my room but they took care of it right away. Other than that no other problems. It was fun and a pretty welcoming environment.
I love this place. You pay a reasonable annual fee; about $150, and then you get great, beautiful rooms for about a hundred bucks once you include the cover charge for the nightclub. For this you get supper gratis, nice pools (heated in the winter), hot tubs and adult “play rooms.” The staff is very friendly. The location is near every convenience you might want. The Dungeon is lacking, but it’s really not that kind of place so I’m not complaining. There’s a good mix of older folks and young. YOU will fit in here and feel welcomed by all. The best bonus: resolving to spend time with a beautiful girl poolside is great motivation to eat right and go to the gym.

Fantastic clothing optional, lifestyle resort. Nice conversation pool and hot tubs. Plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas & Pvt cabanas. And if your feeling adventurous there are play rooms or just get busy by the pool. You cant beet the sexy views. Room # 259 is very nice.
Will not stay here again!!! Came in for the 1st time, made reservation for my room over the phone, nothing was evered stated about a $250 deposit on the room until I arrived. The deposit was more than the price of the room! Dont let the prices fool you, they add resort fees etc to your booking, a $55 hotel room doubles by the time its all said and done. Beds are hard as a rock, shower (in my room) sucked and barely had any pressure. I dont recommend coming here at all.
Club was a bit smaller than I originally thought but overall amazing atmosphere, music and quite possibly the cleanest restrooms in any club I have ever seen. Pool and hot tub areas look like a lot of fun as well. Was not able to check out the play areas but overall good expereince.
We loved it. Not a 5 star venue but pretty good for a club of its kind. It is decent size, play rooms have windows and door locks in case you only want to be watched.Kid at the lobby needs some customer service training but overall pretty good.
Very respectful friendly staff and members and both make you feel at ease. Clean very clean and staff is nearby the play rooms to make sure nothing happens everyone is so respectful it is a safe and higher status type of people environment. All ages come but I would say mostly late 20s-40s range. Club is really nice and prices are fair for membership and club in my opinion that the best part.
First room that I booked online has us locked out until 3 am they gave me a different room and that rooms restroom didn’t work… I need to speak to the owner!!!!! Would’ve gave zero stars because I spent more than $1000 while there that was a terrible first experience
Didnt live up to the hype we were hearing. It was smaller only one pool was open not enough chairs so you couldnt lounge if you wanted. They nickel and dimed you for everything. $250 deposit for the room and a $20 deposit for towels. They let anyone in at night. But we met up with a cool couple so it wasnt a total waste.
Monday nights are an absolute blast here! Karaoke every Monday with great people and a great DJ is all fun... Christopher and Cait are amazing at getting people to join in even if they are new or feel uncomfortable or shy at first. Honestly, if it werent for the group of people that we met we probably wouldve never stayed there for the weekend that we did. Was worth the time and money but the place itself can use some upgrading which they seem to be in the middle of each time we would visit. Upon leaving, there was a lot of construction going on.The only downfall about this place is the size of some of the rooms and how some of the industrial showers are designed. Also, not a huge fan of the super loud music at 10am on when people are literally hung over or tired from the previous evening. Its more understandable to have one side (where the main bar is open) to have music blasting, but not the side of the hotel where the bar and club are closed until the evening or when things pick up (which us usually the evening).Some delivery people (21+) can get in to deliver to your room but others cannot which is irriating when you have a long walk down stairs to the lobby to grab your food. This brings me to not having elevators... all of the luggage people bring and theres no elevator. This makes no sense to me. Overall, everyone is nice and the place is a remodeled Ramada Inn and looks as such. Definitely worth going but pack on the lighter side if you dont want to trek luggage up and down steps. Have an open mind and an open wallet when you go. We ordered four double Titos bloody marys and with tip they were $100 with no garnish even though they had celery on hand. Strange but honestly, I dont expect top notch service at a place like this when it comes to food and drinks that require building and actual mixology skill. Place is good for starter bartenders who dont want to learn much about the industry except pouring basic drinks and water.Go for the experience and have fun! Watch for hidden fees when you book because some of the fees were not mentioned online when we booked. Keep wristbands and all receipts. And put your phone away! No one wants to see you recording or taking pictures with others potentially being in the background naked. 😒🙄
