Absolutely terrible I have been a loyal customer since I have moved here and recently a woman has started working there that ended up selling me one of their cartridges. Then, when I tried to use the cartridge, my pin stopped working that she had sold me prior to this day, so of course I was irritated and wondering if they would replace it etc. after getting all that sorted out manager stops me the next time that I come in and asked me basically if I had an issue that she was sorry and she was somewhat professional, but I felt like she totally took their side and didn’t see my point of view at all Well, I walk in today one dollar in quarters because I had been washing my car had soap all over it and ran out of change So I came in and I said could I please have one dollar in quarters for dollar bill? And she acted like it was a complete problem the other girl Seen me and completely turned around and started sweeping wouldn’t even acknowledge me. I was just trying to be friendly And tell her I needed quarters and she did not care at all And still acted like it was a problem to give me those quarters They was worried that I was not going to be a customer here anymore. Well, sorry after today I will never step foot back in that store while those two women are Woman wears dark lipstick. She’s super skinny she exaggerates everything she has to tell you a whole story before she can even sell you a pack of cigarettes. The other woman is a heavier woman. I don’t know her name, but she just started working not too long ago. But I won’t be back while those two are still working there

What can I say excellent place thats a one stop shop for all things smokable and drinkable. Friendly knowledgeable staff that is happy to help you discover items that fit your needs.Clean environment and amazing air conditioning for shopping during hot summer months. Age restricted leave the kids at home folks.

If they dont have what you want they will do the best they can to get it. Staff is very friendly and greets you when you come in. And its always good for a laugh to read their quote of the week.

Theres not much to say, I mean its a smoker friendly store...they are all designed the same way, at least here on the East coast. Personally, I think their prices for cigars & cigarettes is way, way too expensive. But they do carry nice pipe tobacco and higher end cigars. Its always a pleasant treat that I can grab my husband a premium cigar to enjoy with his scotch after dinner.They have a small selection of glass [hash] pipes. They are cheap so be carefull, youll break it before you can enjoy it. What I mean is; the glass pieces arent very thick. (Pros know what happens ) They have regular pipes that are unisex.
