Ok so here’s the deal !I already have a storage unit rented and pay 85 a month with these folks.I stay paid ahead and every time I go in to pay my bill they struggle to figure out how to take my payment .Not sure why not organized enough or trained in that but next complaint is I called today to rent another storage unit because of travel and moving and the gentleman said he thought they could rent them again but wasn’t sure he was going to have to call to get approval and would let me know .Do to the drive and situation I ask him to please let me know one way or the other and by 530 I called to ask if they could be rented tomorrow .They are clearly open the phone rings but guess caller ID he refuse to answer phone so I called many times hoping to get a yes or no so I could plan accordingly for the next day and I guess he doesn’t have a answer so rather than just tell me it’s clear after Letting phone ring he picks up and then takes it off the hook !Wow what a way to handle business….Thanks for getting back to me !Thanks for the lack of customer service .I will be glad to spend my money with a company who wants to take care of their customers.All I needed from this place was a answer !

Stopping to get a gas bill from sonic and then I’ll take a look at it and I’ll let you guys get there when we leave the park lol but I’m still not really tired and I’ll park in the front lane and then I’m going to park in a park in the park with you guys and I’ll take it off to you get it off to me and I get my truck to the truck driver and I’ll take you a little down here for you guys to come o and get some stuff and I’ll let you know him when he comes back in time
