Exceptional service in a clean, relaxing environment! Tammy goes above and beyond to make sure clients are comfortable. Ive been going to Tammy for three years for brow wax/tint and recently, eyelash tint. I have sensitive skin and eyes, and was apprehensive about the eyelash tint the first time. Tammy took the time to explain the procedure, listen to my concerns and help me feel relaxed. She uses gentle, natural products - Ive never once had irritation or a bad reaction to the dyes or waxing, like Ive experienced at other places. My brows and lashes have never looked so good!

I had an amazing hot scalp massage here yesterday and Lisa was amazing. I left so relaxed and as an extra bonus my hair looks so good it must have been the coconut oil. This is my go to place for a massage.

My husband and I had massages yesterday—exceptionally clean & calm setting. The massages were wonderful. Jessie did my massage and listened closely to the areas that I mentioned. I love that they use clean products ( essential oils!) Left feeling relaxed. We will definitely be returning to Sage Spa in the future.

AMAZING!! I have been to Dermatologists and they did not help. Their answer was 4 different creams after multiple appointments and nothing helped. I am desperate to try this and I know how amazing you and your products are!! I love that you spend time researching and making sure your products are safe. We have been in for massages and it unbelievable how safe and cautious you are with every client. I will be in because I know you are incredibly safe and look forward to a clear face. You guys are the greatest!! Tammy helped make feel beautiful for my sons wedding and I look forward to having her help with this. I have not heard of maskne and FINALLY someone who could not only educate me but also help!! THANK YOU!! 🙂

HORRIBLE customer service experience at Sage Spa in Ft. Washington. For the record, I have never bashed a local business in a public forum like this, but the lack of customer service was so appalling, I felt I had to share. At the beginning of June, I purchased a gift certificate for my husband for a 60-minute men’s facial from the Sage Spa website. There was an option to add a tip to the total so that the gift recipient would not have to worry about tipping when going for the service (I added a tip). When my husband returned home, I realized the service was only 50 minutes (not a huge deal, however, it was the reason I chose Sage over Pure Spa, whose men’s facials are all 50 minutes). Not only that, but they told him they no longer accepted tips on gift certificates, and he had to pay cash for the tip.I called the spa to complain, and the woman I spoke with told me she was checking someone out at the moment, so she would call me right back. An hour later, I still had not received a call back. I then called from my husband’s phone, got no answer, but then Tammy, the owner, called back a few minutes later. I explained the situation to her, and she quickly began using an unprofessional tone, and told me that under their “policies”, prices, service times, and payment terms can change at any time. She said she sent out an email about these issues two weeks ago (which I never received). I explained that even if their policies had changed, they should still honor the prices/times/tipping policies that were in effect at the time of purchase (I purchased the gift certificate in early June, so it’s not like this was from a year or so ago). This discussion went on for several minutes, during which she was unbelievably rude – cutting me off, using a raised voice, and making comments such as, “What do you expect me to do about it?” And then she hung up on me! I called back several times, and each time, she picked up the receiver and hung it up.I have never been treated that way from someone who is in customer service – let alone a business owner. In fairness, she did call my husband a couple of hours later and offered to refund the tip that I had initially put on the gift certificate. However, I will never return to Sage Spa again – Pure Spa will be getting my local business from now on. Buyer beware.

Great massage! All the women are amazing masseuses. The ambiance and setting are great too. The rooms are also great. The reason for the two rating is that the business owner needs coaching in customer service and how to run a business. First I have been going monthly for almost a year and she seems to not remember me anytime I come in for an appointment. Second anytime there is a problem with my appointment or billing ( which has happened more than once) there is always the answer that the computer systems don’t allow her to figure out her billing and scheduling. I would highly recommend finding a new vendor to work with so your back office is as amazing as the front office. That’s my biggest issue and if that could be fixed I would give a five star. I do keep coming back for the massages!

If I could give less stars I would. My appointment needed to be canceled due to the masseuse having Covid. Though I was disappointed with having my appointment canceled, what I was upset about was not being contacted about this cancellation. No phone call, no voice message or text. When I voiced my not being contacted I was assured I was wrong. I called back to confirm my phone number ,to make sure my information was correct in their system, I was yelled at and told I was ungrateful for not being saved from Covid exposure.I requested a refund. I requested a refund many times. Each time I got yelled at I requested a refund. Today was the last straw. I finally got a phone call back to reschedule my appointment. It took six days. I was told I wouldn’t have an appointment until August. I requested a refund again. When I explained how difficult it is for me to takeoff from both of my jobs for a massage I got yelled at again. I can’t speak to the service end of this establishment. The massagers might be fantastic. What I can speak to is the total lack of customer care. At least this customer.

Great, personalized facial experience at this cozy spa. After consulting with the esthetician, Ashton, she recommended that I do the advanced vitamin C facial. The treatment room was so relaxing and featured heated beds. I also had her tint my eyebrows and loved the fact that they only use all natural products. I really noticed a difference in the brightness in my skin and it felt so hydrated and fresh afterwards. I already scheduled my next appointment. Highly recommend!

I had my first experience at Sage Spa today and saw Jessie for a massage, it was absolutely wonderful and everything I hoped it would be. Jessie was super professional, friendly, and paid close attention to the areas I said were bothering me. She also went over with me afterwards the different tension spots and areas to work on going forward. I have already recommended this place to all of my friends and family and I’m definitely going back

I never want my massage to be over. I live in Washington, DC, but every time I come to Philly for work, I make sure to schedule a massage here. Most recently, therapist Kaila Gilbert gave me a massage. She focused on my problem areas, provided the right amount of pressure, and gave me advice what I could do at home to prevent tension and stress build up. I have had massages by all of the massage therapists at Sage Spa and they have all done a wonderful job. I highly recommend Sage Spa.

We booked a couple’s massage session for an hour. As we walked in, there was soothing music playing and felt relaxed already. The staff was friendly greeting you and walking you through and discussing about what you can expect. Krista and Kehinde were very professional and was very informative. We walked out of there super loose and had every knot removed. That 1 hour went by quick!

This was my first professional massage and Ill be back. My appointment was on a Saturday morning. The entrance to the spa is in the back adjacent to the rear parking lot. You might miss the turn coming off Bethlehem Pike, especially if you are not familiar with the area. Logistics aside, the staff and décor were inviting. My masseuse escorted me to the lounge and I completed the obligatory paperwork and enjoyed some light refreshments. A short time later, I was taken to a private massage room and slipped onto the heated massage table. The massage itself was very good and I was impressed with the masseuses ability to maintain high pressure throughout the hour and she checked in with me periodically to make sure I was ok. At the end, I was presented a hot towel and got dressed. The value per dollar for the overall experience is debatable and I recommend researching for coupons or inquiring about corporate discounts, especially since youll want to leave a generous tip.

Had the September massage special today with the added 15 minute hot oil scalp massage with Lisa. It was unbelievable! I get regular massages but Lisa worked on my neck and relieved all the tension. I will be back.

I went to Sage Spa for and eyebrow tint and lash lift. My experience from walking in to walking out was exceptional, not to mention the spa atmosphere was extremely relaxing. Tammy walked me through every step that she was doing so I felt more than comfortable during the entire service. The amount of lift my lashes got totally transformed my everyday appearance ( see pics below!) One week in and my lashes and brows still look like the day I left the spa. I cant wait to get them again! I would recommend her spa to any of family and friends who want great service a little relaxation time!!

Wonderful experience here from the moment I walked in the door. Snow had delayed a few appointments and the staff was completely apologetic that I was behind schedule (even though I stressed that it wasnt an issue). Skin feels amazing, and Ill definitely be back.
